Fantastic experience: From the moment I entered the lobby, the staff was kind and very welcoming! The process for preparing as a new client was very easy and extremely accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a more excellent experience from lobby to chair to check-out. 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Fong makes the experience comfortable and stress-free. Your time and your teeth are worth it!

Ms. Z was a great hygienist (fast and no pain) and Dr. Fong is friendly and answers any of my questions. In my experience if you have an emergency they will get in the office quickly. I had a crown repaired, gum mold to fit temporarily crown, I so nervous, heart rate elevated, anticipating the pain of the needle to be numb before the procedure. Dr. Fong was great. Fantastic experience: The office staff is pleasant and patient. I didn't feel rushed by my dentist. Not feeling rushed by a doctor is very important these days, because doctors are always in a hurry. It's like herding cattle. Dr. Fong took time and explained everything to me in the simplest way so that I could totally understand the issue. He always checks on how I'm doing since he saw me last. The staff was nice and kind. The hygienist and the doctor were detailed took care of all the problems without selling me trying to sell me extra problems that I don’t have. I have had a bad experience from another dentist before so I’d definitely recommend these guys over every other dentist. Kudos!

Negative experience: I had an appointment last Friday. My hygienist, Jennifer, was awesome. She kept checking in to make sure I was good, we had good conversations, etc. When it came time to see the dentist, I waited for at least 30 minutes for Dr. Fong to come in. Jennifer kept coming in, telling me it would just be a little longer. But he never showed up. For this last dentist appointment, I did not see the dentist. The only apology I received that whole time was from Jennifer, by the way.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this place at all. It was my first visit and, I went for a regular cleaning. They do all type of x-rays and exams, then they determined what it needs to be done. The front desk lady was showing me the cost of the procedures without doing a regular cleaning so I wasted the entire morning just to tell me that they don't do anything on the first visit. So I left the office without a regular dental cleaning but a bill. I'll never go back again.

Negative experience: My appointment with Dr. Aparna Chintapalli was NOT a good experience. Initially my appointment was to address an issue with a tender area around the back of the base on tooth 32. An X-ray was taken Dr. Chintapalli indicated decay around the front of the tooth, I explain to her the area of concern was located on the back side at the base of the tooth. She recommended a crown for the tooth. She was very adamant to do the procedure immediately. I explained to her Less than 6 months ago a X-ray was taken during my scheduled exam. I ask to see the comparison of the two X-rays. As a decay should have been detected at that time. A few minutes later a young lady presented me with the cost of the crown which I declined and she offered a $100.00 discount if I had the procedure done that day. At this time Dr Chintapalli had not returned with the X-ray comparison I ask to see. The next day a saw another dentist which he said there was absolutely on decay on that tooth and a crown was not required. I will not return as I feel as if Dr Chintapalli completely miss diagnosed my symptoms. Also it was like dickering with used car sales person when I was presented with a $100 discount.

Positive experience: Overall, I would recommend this dentistry office- my most recent experience I feel to be a fluke as I’ve been a patient for an extended amount of time. So given that, I will not go into detail of that experience and just that my dentist has taken note of my grievance and that preventative measures would be put in place to ensure I have a better experience at my next visit.

I did use the restroom upon arrival and it was very neat and clean with no odor. The cleaning was efficient and I was very satisfied.. the hygienist took her time and so did the dentist when he came in. They both answered all my questions and the hygienist scheduled me for my appointment before leaving the exam room. Checkout was done with ease. I give this office 5 stars. I'm very glad I found this office.

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough good things about this team and office! Traveling for work out of town, I had a late night dental emergency and was scrambling to find someone the next morning to help me. After trying numerous offices, I happened upon Walnut Grove and they not only squeezed me in (right away!) they took care of my issue with great deal and care. Madison, my hygienist, and my dentist Dr. Chintapalli, were incredible through getting me fixed up (and plan for future needs!) Grateful and thankful for this office!

Positive experience: I would have given 4 stars other than dentist hygienist wasn’t prepared for the cleaning. The room was out of paper towels and she wanted me to take out Invisalign without placing them in container or paper towel. I had to stop the cleaning and ask for shades after repeatedly being sprayed with water. The hygienist was nice but should’ve been better prepared for client.

Negative experience: I don't know what happened this time since my regular dentist went on maternity leave BUT my whole mouth is so sore. I can barely eat. The upper dentures are not right. My right jaw feels swollen. Something, something just ain't right. I don't know what happened. All of my previous appointments were exceptionally good.
