Negative experience: The dental office knew the important of my urgency. Over 7000.00 contract lost because of their delay.

Negative experience: Super rough when numbing, dont start appointments on time and dont explain to you what they're doing before completing services I've never had soreness after a cavity filling, and I won't be back

Fantastic experience: I would press the Golden Buzzer for the staff across the board. Dr. Mack and Henry are top notch in their roles and are always make me feel like extended family - we share whats going on with our daughters and family. Willie (billing) is very responsive and always on top of my primary insurance process challenges. The check-in and check-out staff are very friendly too. And they (like Dee and Shayla) are very approachable too with my questions or sharing stories of my college daughter. Overall GOLDEN BUZZER appreciation from me. I am very glad they are around.

I am not aware of other dental technology that might be available that would be of additional help to me, but as far as dealing with maintenance issues and crises, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Brian Anderson and the other dentists who work at the Citadel Crossing location.

Fantastic experience: I came from outta state and I asked the locals where everyone swears by for Dentistry, THIS IS THE PLACE! First off, a human answered the phone and helped me schedule a new patient appointment for 2 days later for my husband and I. We got set up quickly, Trish did X-rays like a pro and was super fast so I didn’t have to hold the X-ray block in my mouth too long. Dr. Carroll took time to explain what I needed done and what my insurance would cover. He offered to do the procedures same day and do a cleaning after polishing off a small chip. Overall great experience with patient oriented staff.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment yesterday at the citadel location. I can’t remember the name of the dentist or assistant but they were both amazing!! I’m disabled and unfortunately my teeth are severely effected in a negative way,even though I was embarrassed they put me at ease and made my whole experience very comfortable and I will continue to go to this Comfort Dental! Negative experience: Great dentist, but frustrating policies. I asked for text reminders from day one because I work multiple jobs and I only started receiving them after missing appointments and speaking to a manager about it. Now I’m told I can’t cancel appointments, even with advance notice. Makes no sense.

Negative experience: Called to get new patient cleaning I'm told it must be done on second visit. I guess they need to send out for x-rays and a second opinion on how to proceed with the cleaning. Yup I've got time to waste going back n forth. Sad bc they are close by but I'd rather go to place that can handle a simple request on the same day

Negative experience: I recently called Comfort Dental to reschedule my appointment because I needed a time that aligned with my husband’s availability to watch our daughter. I specifically requested a Monday evening, as that’s a time I know he’s always available. Unfortunately, I was told that the doctor I’m scheduled to see does not work Monday evenings. I completely understood that, so I asked if I could see a different dentist within the practice instead—just to make the schedule work. I was told that the practice strictly does not allow patients to switch providers, even for scheduling conflicts like this. I explained again that I needed to stick to a Monday evening due to childcare reasons, but the policy remained firm. While I understand that the person I spoke with was simply following protocol, I believe the policy itself is too rigid and doesn’t take into account the realities many parents face. There should be some flexibility for situations like this. No one should have to choose between receiving basic healthcare and being a responsible parent. I hope Comfort Dental will consider making accommodations in the future for patients who are trying their best to prioritize their health while also caring for their families.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Caroll and his assistants (Rachelle in particular) have been nothing short of amazing! Dr. Carroll has done everything from cleanings to fillings and two implants for me over the last year and I couldn't be happier! A few days ago I broke a tooth, Dr. Carroll was able to squeeze me into his schedule quickly and was able to repair a tooth that I thought was a lost cause. Dr. Carroll consistently displays a high level of compassion and professionalism- that makes me very comfortable when Im there. I am so happy that I found him and his team! I'm no longer affraid to go to the dentist! I always reccomend Dr. Carroll to my friends, family and anyone in need of dental work!
