Fantastic experience: The doctors and assistants are very kid friendly! My 5 year old felt very safe and comfortable during her procedure. They made sure to use all resources available to them when running into a snag, but stayed calm through it all. They kept praising her and keeping her comfortable the whole time. I also like that I could be right there beside her. Very professional environment.

Positive experience: I was with the Woodstock location for years! Great service but I moved and now I’m with the morrow location they got to do better. The wait time is ridiculous they may need some more training something. Maybe don’t schedule so many people for the same day. One time I waited for a hour in half to be seen. Yesterday my appointment was at 10:30 didn’t get out of there until 12:30 two hours not acceptable. Just do better. I been with yall to many years to be disappointed. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience here! Our first time bringing our twins. The staff were very respectful and polite. Soon as you walk in the establishment is very well put together and clean. The a/c had it feeling great inside. When the twins made it to the back. They were very comfortable and did really great! Definitely a 10/10 the whole experience. From entering until leaving! I definitely would recommend for your children.

Negative experience: ⸻ I am deeply concerned about the repeated issues at this location. This is not the first incident, and the ongoing unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Staff members appear to disregard HIPAA regulations, engaging in casual conversation and play instead of focusing on patient care. It feels chaotic—hardly the atmosphere for a dental office. Patients should not have to repeatedly complain about negligence. If team members are unwilling to provide proper care, they should reconsider their role in healthcare. Dentistry requires more than customer service skills; it requires compassion and professionalism. Many people already feel anxious about visiting the dentist, and experiences like this only heighten that fear. The lack of empathy and genuine concern is alarming. This team is responsible for children’s care, yet their demeanor suggests otherwise. Either this office needs a complete staff overhaul or it should not be operating. Specific interactions were especially troubling. The hygienist, Esperanzo, displayed clear attitude and dismissiveness, while another staff member with curly hair was equally rude. The team appears inexperienced, with few employees seemingly over the age of 25. Moreover, I later discovered this was not even my assigned location. Despite that, neither Kenya nor the other manager corrected the error, seemingly to ensure the revenue remained with this office—regardless of how patients were treated. Patients deserve respect, competent care, and adherence to the law. I strongly urge leadership to address these issues immediately.0 stars.

Fantastic experience: I walked in and there were quite a few patients. I softly s"we can't be here all day because I've got a wedding at 2pm." It seems like the entire process check in to check out was thirty minutes. It was a beautiful experience. Still in the no cavity club.

Fantastic experience: My youngest had her first appointment today and it was amazing! Didn’t have to wait long and was actually called back earlier than our scheduled appointment time. My baby’s teeth was examined and cleaned. Dr. West was great with my daughter. Patient and thorough. She made my daughter so comfortable that she didn’t even cry. Thank you for today!

Negative experience: We’ve been coming to this location for the last couple years and the overbooking has become too much. If the appointment is at a certain time and we’re there 30 min early, why am I being told 30 min AFTER the appointment time that there are 3 children ahead of my child!? That means they should’ve given my child a later appointment because that’s poor planning and he got dismissed from school for nothing since schools out in 15 min. I’ve been bringing my kids to DFC since 2012 and of the 3 locations I’ve been to, this is the only location that always has us waiting for 1+ hour after the appt time. And the lady at the front desk has poor customer service. Not coming to this location anymore.

Negative experience: I have 4 children who have always gone to the Morrow location for dental care. Unfortunately, this office has gone downhill. My 14-year-old still has a baby tooth that needed to be pulled, and despite years of going here, they never addressed it. They kept scheduling “extraction” appointments that were later switched to “exam only,” even after I explained multiple times that my daughter was now in pain. They also attempted to overcharge me for a medication that my daughter never even received—when I questioned it, the bill suddenly disappeared, and they said it was an error. This office now seems to mainly do cleanings and little to no real dental work (like extractions or fillings). I don’t know if the confusion comes from the front desk or the hygienists, but it’s frustrating and disappointing after trusting them for so many years. Parents, be aware that this office is not equipped for more than basic cleanings.

Negative experience: The assistants were helpful and knowledgeable. The dentist didn’t even acknowledge me or inform me of the diagnosis/treatment plan of my daughter (who’s age 6). I was given diagnosis and treatment plan options from a dental assistant.

Negative experience: They over book and also will cancel your appointment while you are in the office. Then tell you they can schedule you for a later appointment like the kids driving themselves to their appointments and the parents don’t have jobs. I witness this happen to two other people while I was there.

Negative experience: Today I have a very bad experience at x-ray department. The lady (Joy) was very rude, she look like she have a bad day and use that attitude on my kid, my child is not the reason that cause her to have a day bad day, if she have a bad day she need to stay home and get herself together then come back to work with a positive attitude instead. The children are there to get service, not to service your bad day.

Negative experience: Will be finding another dentist for my three kids, they had appointments for July 11th at 10 am. I arrived at 9:45 am they were called to the back at 10 am. The first was finished an hour later while the other two were finished 2 hours later together. I ask my son what happened, he said she only selected the first child and not the rest of them. And then sitting in the back for an hour. I work overnight and I need a dentist to be on time like I was and take all my kids like they took all 3 to the back and loose track who is together and start putting other patients in front of them. And this place lacks security and supervision of kids in the back. The 3 year old open the door to the waiting room and ran to the main exit door and ran out. The mother had to run after her.

Fantastic experience: I must say I was impressed with our 1st visit. We were kindly greeted and seen in a timely manner. The young lady who took the X-rays was a gem and made our kiddo feel special as well as the dental hygienist who cleaned her teeth. The doctor capped things off with her professional conversation as well as listening to the kiddo talk her ears off . Looking forward to our 6mos. visit in January 2026.

Negative experience: I arrived to my appointment with three kids at 8:36. My appointment was at 9am. We went back at 9:15. I sat and waited. Around 1030, I asked the staff how much longer. The manager did her best to assist because the staff was not helpful. They informed me that an employee called out and they had a lot of kids in chairs. I still had one child waiting on xrays. At 1145, I was still waiting on my last child to be completed. Please don't schedule so many kids at one time if it's too much to accommodate. People have other priorities throughout the day an never anticipate to be at the dentist for 3+hours for a normal cleaning.

Negative experience: On April 09, 2025, at 0735 hours, I visited Dentistry for Children in Morrow, Ga, as a favor to my niece. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the demeanor of the front desk staff. Their unwelcoming attitude left a negative impression. Consequently, I concluded that I would not consider returning with my children or recommending this establishment to other parents seeking dental services for their children. To improve their overall atmosphere, I believe that implementing customer service training for the staff would be beneficial. Additionally, hiring a bilingual employee at the front desk could enhance communication and inclusivity for a diverse clientele. Based on my experience today, I would rate this visit extremely low!

Negative experience: My child had an appointment today (04/08/25) at 09:00Am we checked in at 08:50am. We waited until 09:35am and everyone who came after me was called in, when i went to ask the staff, she said my child would be called quickly, but we still waited until 09:50am, the other people were all let in, while my child was still waiting, and i went to ask again they said they would get me another appointment, i disagree with that. There is discrimination and racism here, it's terrible.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time because they will waste yours oh you have an appointment dosent matter they over book themselves so your gonna be there for a while. The staff is actually nice but they Do Not understand appointments? I mean you tell me this isn't the 1st time I get there 15 minutes before the appointment 10 a.m. 11:15 still haven't been seen and this is just a cleaning again this isn't the 1st time this has happened but will be our last.

Negative experience: This entire organization has become a joke. This is the SECOND time one of my children's appointments were rescheduled, and we weren't notified. The first time, I let it go, because they said they were short staffed. Today, I was told repeatedly "we have a new system". The front desk, scheduling and location manager all said the same thing. "We have a new system, you'll have to wait for another appointment". Now I'm sure the owner will respond with the typical "We value all our patients.. blah blah blah", but this is a lie! They don't value your time or efforts. It's no easy task, with 4 kids, taking time off work and school only to be told "oh well". And the absolute WORST part is, not one person said "sorry". They. Don't. Care. Find yourself another dentist, because this ain't the one. IF the owner actually reads this, which I doubt, you can call me. My contact information will be easy to find based on my name. I'll update this review IF they contact.

I explained to him I tried to call several times and his response was "well I don't know about that" but smirked as he explained I'm ONE MINUTE inside my window so the "back" wouldn't see him. no regard for missing school unnecessarily. When I questioned him about missing school he said "I'll give you an excuse" Its not about that love Management , I'm sure y'all are paying him -WAY- more than necessary to be rude. Sir, step aside and allow the position to be filled by someone more suitable. Take your talents to someone where you can actually make mom proud. Use your big muscles for more than just scratching names out

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist for children. I’ve been bringing my children here for at least 10yrs or more. The staff is amazing and so is the dentist. I love how they’re open on Saturdays because it works so well with my work schedule. I’d recommend the Morrow office to anyone with children. They do an amazing job.

Negative experience: Overbooked, appointment was at 8:30 we got there at 8:15 we didn’t leave the facility until 10:40 and we only came in for a cleaning. Lobby had no place to sit, and had people standing and waiting all over the place. Very unorganized and staff wasn’t the friendliest bunch of people. Going down hill a lot and I’ve been bring my daughter to the same dentist since she was 3 and she’s 14.

Fantastic experience: Our first experience at the Morrow location was great! The wait time was reasonable and the kids seemed to have enjoyed their experience a lot. I want to personally thank Faith Rainey for going above and beyond by explaining the Dr’s findings and breaking everything down for us. She was super helpful and reassuring! I would recommend more attention to the restroom, the smell was a bit harsh but overall it’s a great spot for kids who are nervous about going to the dentist!

Negative experience: The wait was toooo long. Had an appointment at 8:30am and didn't leave until 10:30. The kids missed 2 hours of class. Smh

Fantastic experience: Dentistry for children it’s the best dentist that you can take your children because all the staffs are very nice and kind with the children as well as the kids, I took three of my kids there yesterday all their services was taking care of and they explained to you the procedures that has been done on your children teeth, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would like to have a child to seek a dentist they are the best once again thank you guys!

Fantastic experience: I have never seen a staff work so great with children. My granddaughter is 4 yrs of age and did not flinch once during her procedure. They talk to her right through her numbing and also her drilling. They made it very kid friendly while filling her cavities. The dentist answered all of our questions and concerns she was very personable and professional.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely Love This dentist. This is my children’s first experience at a dentist since moving from NY and this office has made the transition very smooth. The girls are very helpful. Kenya and Faith at the front desk always make sure me and my children are taken care of, highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Dentist assistants were very kind and made my children and I feel welcomed. They paid close attention to my concerns. As for the front desk staff, they weren’t pleasant in my opinion. They were kind of rude and did not seem happy to be there. Every thing else was fine though.

Negative experience: 10/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I arrived at my appointment with kids at 8:22. My appointment was at 8:30. We went back at 9:05. We sat and waited to get the 1st xray. That came about around 9:35. At 10:20 my daughter still hadn’t had her teeth cleaned, which was the whole purpose of us coming. I literally waited 2 hours for nothing, and probably would have been there longer just for a teeth cleaning. Don’t schedule 60 kids at 8 AM!! People have stuff to do. I have never waited that long at a dentist office. Maybe the ER, not even an actual doctors office.

Fantastic experience: This dentist office is very efficient. Don't let the full lobby discourage you from visiting. This is a sure sign that they are amazing and maintain a loyal group of clients. The staff is patient and very kid friendly. They understand that visits to the dentist can be frightening for kids. However, they make sure that the experience takes away the fear. They are professional and I feel comfortable with them taking care of my kids teeth.

Negative experience: TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! This is a terrible place. They said one thing and did another thing. After the doctor examined my daughter. They sent me to receptionist. A staff at work said they don’t accept my insurance because it’s an HMO. They told me to pull 1 tooth extraction they charged $181. The total for everything including sealant and 1 tooth extraction was total $410. But after done they charged me $633. I asked them why charged me $633 more than what they told me which $410. The manager came out and said they have to charge more money because they took to many pictures. The first time they took pictures for some reason maybe the quality of the machine was not up to standard or some other reason but after the doctor looked at the pictures they took my child took pictures the second time. This was their fault but they charged me more money for the thing they made wrong . They charged over amount they said to you. If overused the radiation of the X-ray It has ability to turn cells in to cancer. After that they referred my daughter to another doctor for a supernumerary tooth.

Positive experience: This was not my first visit my daughter actually went before when she was alot younger. And I actually feel that the care is pretty good. However some of the inappropriate conversations that were had while my child waited was unacceptable. Discussing personal matters while patients are present in not very professional. Other than that i feel that the Dr and staff are friendly and knowledgeable i would recommend this location especially if those above concerns are addressed.

Fantastic experience: My son was scheduled to have a dental procedure. I thought it would be a simple in and out. Due to trauma from a different dental procedure (and different company); he was not able to have work done. Everyone was so compassionate and concerned. They took good care of him and referred him to somewhere that would be better. I appreciate them making him feel as comfortable as possible and being sensitive to his needs.

Negative experience: Normally i don’t encounter any issues with this location… Today my original appointment was at 11:00am they called my 30 minutes to ask me to reschedule or come in at 1:00. Not a problem I came at 1:00 they were overly crowded no room to sit in the waiting area for my family… I checked my two kids in and waited in the car with my 6 month old and other daughter who is austic and wasn’t on the schedule for today. I was checked in at 1:45 instead of my arrival time of 1:00 and the front receptionist was utterly rude when i was asking why were we pushed back on the schedule she stated because i left.. i was in my car with my other kids because the office space couldn’t accommodate all of us. That resulted in us being checked into the system a hour late and leaving 3 hours later …. such an inconvenience i know we’re in kids time but that was totally unacceptable on the office staff part. This experience has definitely rubbed me the wrong way.

I’ve had my appointment reset multiple times out of woodblock saying that my appointment was canceled once and then said that I was out of my appointment window AFTER calling and saying I would be a couple moments late and they APPROVED! this is RIDICULOUS! IF YOURE SEEIOUS ABOUT YOUR TIME DINT WASTE YOUR TIME !

They are unprofessional, they will lose your child's information, cancel appointments without calling, not to mention they billing all messed up, they say you owe WHEN YOU DON'T, I'm reporting this unorganized office to the dental board bc they need to shut down and revamp. This place is chaos EVERYTIME I walk through the door, I will NEVER come to this place again with my children. Respect yourself and your kids, DON'T GO!

Negative experience: This place is horrible first off. I filled out the application a month in advance so therefore I put all the special needs that my son have when I went in for my appointment. I went at 12. My appointment was at one however I was there for two hours didn’t get to be seen. I kept telling them my son was artistic That he can only tolerate so much I’m distracting him trying to keep him distracted with his iPad and everything and still sitting there. Nobody was yet to call me and said they were ready for us. I just got up and left. Told them that maybe when he’s three years old, he can come back, but I hope they don’t charge his insurance.

Negative experience: I’m very disappointed with this dentist office. I have two children they kept scheduling them at different days. They tell me one date and appointment time then later change it. My children were seen today, they advised one had two cavities but prefer to fill them at different times so that I can be double charged for the nitro. The next available time they have to fill the cavities is in December. It’s July that it so unacceptable. Now the ladies in the back are awesome and very friendly no complaints with them however I can’t keep overlooking the miss treatment from the front office staff. Looking for a new dentist for my two NOW!!!
