Negative experience: Filling that was put in Feb 2025 fell out! Now I have to go through pain, expense and set aside time to have it redone. Staff did not seem sympathetic to the issue

Negative experience: I called to schedule a new patient appointment. The receptionist was extremely rude. The appointment was not made. I can't imagine the kind of service they offer if the reception lacks basic soft skills.

Negative experience: About 2 years back I left a pretty positive review. Just a quick recap. I started seeing Dr. Gebbia 2 years ago and was having severe teeth and gum issues. Genetics, weight loss surgery and medication were the culprit. I had a lot of dental work done, I was content with the results. (I was not expecting a miracle). Over time, the gum issues never really resolved, came back with a vengeance and I found myself needing to go back. Now, have I done my part 100%, no - but the reason is because my teeth and gums are so sensitive and painful all over again, putting a soft bristle tooth brush and toothpaste to them is excruciating, I cannot even fathom routine cleanings with instruments at the dentist. Well I had an appointment today for a front tooth chip. I asked to speak to the dentist before any work was done. I’ll save you all the graphic details I described to the dentist, Dr. Ball (who I’ve seen previously here and at a different practice and have had no issues with). I became extremely emotional, because it has all become too much. I just want answers. I want to be heard. I simply was asking at what point do I just throw in the towel, remove my top teeth and get dentures. I’m 36 years old, it’s not what I want but it seems like the only affordable option at this point. Dr. Ball told me he could crown all my front teeth so they are more physically appealing to me. But what about the chronic gum issues? Crowing is a bandage, not a solution. Even if it was, I cannot afford it - even with insurance. Going back and forth, with tears streaming down my face because I’m so tired of how I’m living when it comes to my teeth, and the graphic details and such.. he tells me I need to “do my part”, I’m assuming that means he doesn’t believe I brush my teeth? That my teeth are chipping because I bite my nails.. I just started biting my nails again TWO WEEKS ago for the first time in 5 YEARS. And the last straw for me was when I sat there in tears DESPERATELY seeking answers the Dr says to me.. “do you have a therapist?” A therapist? Really? I’m in constant pain and *insert graphic dental details*. How insulting. That’s all I can even say. By the way, his assistant who did my filling was extremely kind. I’ve never had an issue in 2 years with anyone there. I’ve never been a problem. Due to my insurance, for the time being I have to stick with the practice, but moving forward I will be making sure it is only with Dr. Gebbia.

Fantastic experience: Recent visit is business as usual, which is absolutely great. Was sadden and stunned to hear of Dr Glicks passing. But am completely confident in Drs Gebbia and Choi as they are Dr Glicks choice to continue the practice.Have received good care from both of them so far. Also look forward to Dr Glicks son Maxwell coming on broad. Dr. Glick made sure that all of us would be in good hands going into the future by selecting associates with same high standards and skill capabilities.

Fantastic experience: Needed a dentist quick for a root canal, Glick was recommend and I wasn’t disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I had a 6 month cleaning appointment scheduled and I was super nervous. Blessedly, the tech was lovely. Amanda kept me calm and she was very reassuring as she x-rayed and cleaned my teeth. She explained each step and she was gentle and so kind! Glick Dental has amazing dentists with Dr. Gabbia and Dr. Ball. I have had a lot of work done, including implants and I know I am in good hands Glick Dental. The ladies at the front desk are sweet as can be and always willing to work with me and my every changing schedule. I honestly won't ever go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: The folks at Glick Dental have been taking care of my teeth for many years. They always have modern equipment and great people. This time I had a dental hygienist who was new to me, but seemed to do a very thorough job (and was very friendly). Yesterday Dr. Montgomery at Glick Dental pulled out my broken tooth and installed an implant, which seems to be doing well today. The procedure won't be complete for several months, but it looks like I have a good start. Today Dr. Glick himself finished my implant job (about 5 months after Dr. Montgomery started the job because it had to heal). It took almost 3 hours, but there was almost no pain or discomfort and I was able to enjoy lunch immediately afterward. Today's visit in late June of 2024 was just a routine x-ray and cleaning, which went well. June 4, 2025 update: I broke a tooth and Glick Dental got me in there and made a crown for it in 2 hours total. I'm a happy customer.

Fantastic experience: I had a large chip in a back molar and wanted to have it checked out ASAP. The office contacted me they had a cancellation and I got an appointment quickly. The staff and Dr. Gabbia were friendly and professional. They put a new crown on my chipped tooth and the procedure was painless. My teeth feel great!

Positive experience: Had my teeth cleaned and X-rays, they did a nice job. However, I found the $247 cost very expensive!

Negative experience: Fred Glick was great, but passed away. New dentist is a nice guy, but his hand shakes when operating on you, and his bedside manner is not good. For instance he said open wide and stuck numbing device in my mouth” and never explained what he was doing or when he was doing it throughout the entire process. He also seemed to care free, and left early to let his assistant do my filling. He didn’t oversee this. My dad who has bad teeth had an even worse experience where the dentist repeatedly numbed him in the wrong spot. I head Fred Glick’s son will be taking over at some point. I have already decided to leave this dentist now and my dad as well. Don’t recommend

Negative experience: I scheduled a routine cleaning and was assigned the hygienist, Chris. I mentioned that during the cleaning process I don’t like the chair to be tilted back so that my legs were higher than my head. She said she needed that distance so her “loop” glasses worked correctly. I was clearly distressed but she continued to adjust the chair so my head was going lower and lower. I told her to stop and that I wanted to reschedule my appointment with another hygienist. In my opinion, she should have been more sensitive to my needs and tried to find a position that was suitable for us both. Now, I have to wait another 6 months for my 6 month cleaning appointment because there are no available appointments. Great customer service?

Fantastic experience: My first visit to a dentist since 2018 I'm retired now and my plan is to get my health on track I need surgery and I have to have a complete dental examination I was able to get an appointment in a day got seem and was told about my examination and what had to be done to pass the examination which I am doing so I can get ready for my surgery which is TBD once the dental part is done, the Glick dental associates very professional and really make you feel comfortable and concern for your dental care and that a good feeling of comforted.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Glick was a superb dentist. The front desk staff nice and professional, clean environment. I had a good experience with Dr Gabbie, not such a good a experience with Dr Ball. He was not sensitive to the pain that I was in tapped on the affected tooth repeatedly without anesthesia. The doctor to patient sensitivity and patience was lacking. Hopefully as time goes there is improvement.

Negative experience: They took out a lot of my teeth and didn’t bother to have me come back in to do checkups they also neglected to tell me that pulling that many teeth leads to jaw bone loss. Unless you have a perfect set of teeth with little to no problems they don’t give a crap about you. Rip Mr glick your company has completely changed since your passing. RIP

Fantastic experience: Dr. Glick helped me with gum grafting today. I had been very anxious for this procedure but, I didn't need to be. Dr. Glick and his assistant were kind and gentle. I did not feel pain with the procedure and I am confident the graft took and my issue is corrected. Dr. Glick never pressured me to get this procedure done unlike other providers I have seen int he past. Dr. Glick is really no pressure, experienced, and skilled dentist. I have also seen Dr. Sam Glick I like him as much as I like and trust his uncle. I felt comfortable with the hygienist, Maria. She was great and sensitive to my needs. I love the office they are so organized and efficient. They use text reminders and call when appointment is not confirmed. My husband and I are so pleased with this practice!

Oh, as a retired Art Teacher, I absolutely loved and appreciated the artwork displayed throughout the offices!

The doctors and their supporting staff….from the dental assistants to the office staff are consummate professionals as well as light-hearted and fun too….that combination is why Glick Dental is so great at what they do.

Negative experience: My wife wasn't satisfied! I'd like you to tell me what of the three deep cleaning methods was used by the periodontist. When asked about another appointment I was told 6 months away. My wife is a diabetic and requires 4 visits per year. It seems like this Dental company and doctors don't listen very well....so goodbye!

Fantastic experience: I irreparably broke my partial plate over the weekend. I was happily surprised when I called Monday morning, that I could get an appointment the same morning! Fortunately I had a “failed” partial plate that I got sometime ago and brought it with me. I say failed because after over a dozen attempts the other dentists office (no relation to Dr. Glick’s) it could not be fitted properly. After some amazing work on the failed partial plate, Kathy managed to get my “failed” partial to fit perfectly and used it until a new plate was made and fitted with implants.

Positive experience: Very professional and caring. Going to the dentist is more scary than going to the doctor. You took away some of that fear. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth pulled, my first. I was very nervous and the staff was very kind and helpful. Everything went smoothly and I was pleasantly surprised

Negative experience: BEWARE $$$ FIND ANOTHER DENTIST Follow up: One crown has already fallen off, so I had a follow up with two separate dentists and both agreed that both crowns need replaced. The tooth bases were cut incorrectly and gaps between tooth and crown were shown on X-rays. To add insult to injury, insurance companies won't cover a crown on the same tooth for 5-7 years. Therefore, I'm out what I originally paid Glick dental and the higher cost to replace them without the insurance offset. Glick Dental no longer employs Dr Quentin Montgomery and won't make an emergency appointment to correct the issue. BEWARE $$$ - Don't let the high Google rating be your only guide. When I called to make an appointment, they said appointments for cleaning were being scheduled months out, but they had availability for more serious work. Fortunately/Unfortunately, I knew I had at least two crowns that needed to be done. They were so eager to get the work done that they called a few days prior saying they had an even sooner appointment available. When I showed up at the office, they sat me in a dental operating table within minutes. Although I already informed them I knew which two cracked teeth needed crowns, they insisted on a full panoramic x-ray. There was no mention of an additional cost. Soon after, Dr. Montgomery came into the room, confirmed the two teeth, injected me with Novacaine and said he'd be back in just a few minutes. An hour later, as the novacaine was already wearing off, Dr Montgomery finally returned. Growing impatient and running out of time with my childcare coverage, I allowed him to push through. It was quite painful, but I tolerated it. Finally done at around 6:30, I was escorted to the front where payment was requested. When I heard it was $400 more than expected, I asked for an itemized bilk. The front desk admin curtly said, "fine". The itemized bill had $200 for x-rays $130 for a complete oral evaluation, and $1885 for each crown, then a write off for insurance. At this hour, there was no one to discuss the charges in detail, so I follow up with a phone. After discussing my dissatisfaction with delays, pain and, most importantly, the high cost, Elizabeth simply said, it was an extremely busy day, these are the rates we charge and touted their 4.9 Google rating. Again prior to choosing this dental facility, consider more their Google rating. I would also suggest getting a price quote prior to services.

Fantastic experience: Very professional, compassionate and friendly. I would recommend Glick Dental Associates to all of my family, friends and colleagues.

Negative experience: Pretty average for dental work, absolutely heinous when it comes to billing. Had some work done, was quoted at $350 after. Received a bill later on for over $1,000, along with an insanely passive aggressive letter that threatened to send me to collections and hurt my credit score. Needless to say they will never get a cent from me, and I will be discussing with a lawyer and disputing the debt. Avoid this place, save yourself the headache.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Fred Glick to have my dental needs met since approximately the late 80s or early 90s and when I go there it’s just like I’m with family. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, warm, and professional, and very good at what they do and, to top it all off Fred Glick has taken care of both myself, my son, who is now totally disabled, my stepdad, my spouse and a brother and not once have we had a bad experience. I trust him and the staff and highly recommend him to anyone needing dental work. They’re AMAZING!!!

Negative experience: I was surprised to find my Visa was charged $112.00 (more than I would pay for a full periodontal cleaning) on my introductory visit. The dentist was friendly and knowledgeable but the exam took less than two minutes! This is not a good way to start…

Fantastic experience: I appreciate the dental hygienist Chris and her thorough work cleaning my teeth. She also came up with a good idea to get me to tolerate x-rays and overcome my gag reflex by numbing my tongue slightly. No one at any dentist's office I've gone to over the decades ever thought of that.

Fantastic experience: Today I got called in off a cancellation. I was very happy with that. The results from this visit was a needed crown. Crown was able to done on this visit. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I’m usually very nervous over thinking about pain or needles. I got to say this was hardly to a no pain at all experience. 5 star treatment.

Negative experience: Been going to Glick Dental since I was a kid, had several fillings and cleanings throughout the years with no problems whatsoever. Earlier this year, they found a tinyyy cavity that they suggested to fill before it started to hurt (I didn't even notice it was there.) Dentist said it would be so quick and simple. For weeks after, the tooth was beyond sensitive, sent shooting pain in my mouth, and I couldn't eat on that side. I called to let them know and the famously rude receptionist, Elizabeth did not hesitate to self-diagnose the situation and tell me I needed a root canal. I was so confused and all she said was "Sensitive tooth? That's a root canal". And since they have no doctor on staff that is able to do the procedure, she was so quick to refer me out somewhere else. I insisted I wanted to simply come in and check on it first, maybe it wasn't sealed right. I came back a total of 3 times and ultimately the doctor told me to wait it out and maybe it'll settle. 4 months later, I still can't eat on it and will be finding a new dentist after 23 years of being a patient here. Elizabeth's attitude and bluntness has been the only thing consistent here over the years. Even after giving them this feedback about having an unfortunate experience, they don't seem to care. They canceled my next cleaning and that was it. Disappointing to see them going downhill like this but the vile front desk staff doesn't help me give them the benefit of the doubt on this.

Fantastic experience: Entire family goes and we've all had nothing but good experiences. They are polite prompt with appointments. I don't have anything negative to say

Negative experience: Beware!!! Had a horrible experience with these people! First off I went in with a cracked tooth and everything seemed OK. The secretary told me they accept my insurance on the phone when I made the appt scratch that insisted. Then as the procedure is starting she comes into the room stating "We accept your insurance but I'm having an issue. You're going to have to call them and get it sorted." So I call them and the secretary speaks with them and tells me they get it figured out. Then a week or so later they call me telling me there is another insurance issue and my insurance isn't active and it's my issue. So I threeway call the insurance and Glick dental. They are all in the line get my consent to speak and tell me everything is sorted. 2 weeks or so later I get a bill in the mail with a courtesy discount! Why am I being billed as you tell me you accept dentaquest and I have an active policy. Then you send me a paper telling me you will send it to collections and lower my credit. Well that's not happening I'll be disputing the credit hit and contacting my lawyer about suing this dental practice if my credit lowers. I have your secretary on a recorded line stating you accept dentaquest and dentaquest telling you my policy is active. I will not pay for your mistake with money or my credit.

Fantastic experience: The service and professional experience was great. They made me relax and most importantly there was little to no pain in have two teeth removed. The staff was excellent. I want to thank Dr. Ball personally.

Fantastic experience: I do not have a dentist and was able to get an appointment within a week to come in and they did all teh necessary work that needed to be done the same day. All of the staff is extremely friendly and easy to get along with.

Fantastic experience: Went in for my routine cleaning. Everyone was awesome. My hygienist, Amanda, was very thorough, gave great education and was super sweet.

Positive experience: The only issue I had with my experience with Glick Dental was waiting an hour in waiting area to see the doctor. I rushed after work in rush hour to get there on time only to wait an hour. It was frustrating. Dr. Baul was great and his staff.

Negative experience: Fred Glick is a horrible dentist. You would think after his father, brother and other family members in dentistry he may have learned something. Arrogance and temper tantrums doesn’t not make a good dentist

Positive experience: It's a teeth cleaning. Most of the people who work there are not very friendly or caring. I miss Dr. Glick, he is the spirit at this practice and genuinely cares about his patients.

Fantastic experience: I had a appointment at Glick Dental this morning and I was nervous,because I haven't to to the dentist in awhile. Turned out everything went well my hygienist took great care of me gave me an exam and a nice cleaning of my teeth and explained problems if any that I had,which I'm thankful I didn't have any.And the dentist checked everything over and gave me a clean bill of health there. I just want to say thanks and I'll be coming here from now on and will be bringing my kids here also, this is a top notch clean great facility and that staff was very helpful and professional and kind. Fantastic experience: The staff is nice. I enjoy going to Glick Dental. I like the fact that they don't take long cleaning your teeth, it's a quick process. And they let you know if something needs to get done for the benefit of your overall health.
