Fantastic experience: My husband who has dementia lost a cap from one of his teeth. All the Dr. Singh and his staff was so patient with him. It turned out he needed the tooth pulled. While waiting for the medication to take effect so they could pull the tooth my husband complained he was cold. They brought out a fleece blanket and covered him. When he was finished two of the staff walked him to the car and even got him in his seat. When he went to bed tonight he asked for his new blanket. Dr. Singh and his staff made what could have been a bad experience much more pleasant. Thank you!

We have never been disappointed from the time the receptionist Johnnalyn greets you to the time you pay your bill. In fact, we had to get an appointment for an emergency and were accomodated that afternoon. My husband was diagnosed with TMJ, and Dr. Hazel gave us instructions on how to help him with over the counter drugs and diet. If you need a dentist, we HIGHLY recommend Valley View Dental. They have amazing, kind, and caring people there!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Valley View Dental Clinic for treatment related to an existing infection and dental implant. I had a very bad infection and my implants were broken. From start to finish, the experience was exceptionally outstanding. Dr. Singh’s diagnosis, knowledge and expertise is unmatched. The way he handled the entire treatment including cleaning, realignment, and surgical procedure with such skill and care that I felt no discomfort at all—even during a treatment that lasted nearly three hours in first sitting and almost 2 hours in 2nd sitting. His gentle approach, deep expertise, and calm demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The infection has been treated thoroughly, and my implant surgery is currently in progress which once done I am positive will feel better than ever and will give me a new look. The clinic staff was also very professional, courteous and very welcoming. I’m truly grateful for the exceptional care I anm receiving and would strongly recommend Valley View Dental Clinic to anyone in need of all types of dental treatment including advanced implants. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about just how amazing this place is! I called them a few minutes after noon on a Saturday because I was in severe pain and had a referral for oral surgery. They close at 2 on Saturdays, and the surgeon was fully booked. Still, they worked me in, and I was a brand new patient. Everyone was so unbelievably nice from the front desk to the surgeon and everyone in between. They did my extraction, and I walked out before 2. I will be making this place my new home for all things dental!! Give them a try!!! You won't be sorry!!!

She did cry and got scared in the middle of the cleaning, but the hygienist was very patient and immediately figured out how to help her feel comfortable and continue. The dentist is also very knowledgeable. Wait times were short, which was a nice.

Fantastic experience: My hygienists was amazing. Completely explained treatment plan and how it was going to work and what insurance covered. I have a lot of medical issues & she understood them and we discussed any concerns. I left there feeling 100% confident with the treatment and had no questions because the explanation was so thorough.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming here for eight years. Have been totally impressed with their patient care, from the reception to the check out. Always left with a smile. However this appointment was a total fail. Check in was fine but my hygienist, “specialist” and check out persons were all below the clinic’s usual standards. I felt like I was intruding on their day. Spent an hour there for a five minute consultation. Was not happy with any of the service for the first time. Hope this was just an off day and not a sign of things to come. Had a subsequent conversation with the clinic manager. Thank you for responding to my post and explaining the situation. I appreciate your attention to my concern. You exhibit the client service that I have grown accustomed to from Valley View.

Fantastic experience: We go to Valley View Dental Naperville for our family dentist visits. We consistently get friendly, thorough, high quality service from all the dentists there, specially Dr. Rhim. We recently went to the Romeoville location for my son to have his wisdom teeth removed. The surgeon was awesome, pre, during and post procedure. He removed 4 wisdom teeth in 25 minutes. I can't even get an oil change that fast! The office and support staff were equally as excellent! We'll keep coming back to Valley View Dental for all of our dental needs.

The bonding looks super natural and the whole process was easy and comfortable. The frenectomy went smoothly and healed perfectly. Lisette, my dental hygienist, is amazing. She’s gentle, friendly, and always makes me feel at ease. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to providing top-quality care. I’m really grateful I found this place. Fantastic experience: I visited Valley View Dental after a filling from another dentist fell out. They were able to schedule me for a same-day appointment, even as a new patient, which I really appreciated. I saw Dr. Patel, who was absolutely wonderful!! She placed a temporary filling to give me time to return for a crown, and she explained everything clearly, from the issue to the treatment plan, while patiently answering all my questions. Most importantly, she was incredibly kind and understanding. I also had a great experience with dental hygienist, Alicja, who was just as kind and helped put me at ease! Thank you to the entire staff for your excellent care. It truly meant a lot!

From now on I have 2 hygienist I can trust Stephanie and Jackie when ever I can see Steph .

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chugg and Yvette make a fantastic team I have not been happy with the rough edges of this tooth for years. With my new ceramic crown the tooth is now smooth and it is no longer sensitive. By tacking records it would appear the metal was put in nearly 60 years ago. Dr Shah is the best and his staff My appointment today was with Maggie, she is the one who does my cleanings. Always friendly and joyful. The cleaning was great, I was so comfortable I almost fell asleep today in the chair. Best ever. Today I needed a visit for a pre op surgery. It was something that just came up as they had already cleared me for my surgery. They got me right in and as always so friendly. They are just great. Today again my appointment was with Maggie, she always does my cleanings etc. She is the best. Always so friendly and always makes me comfortable during my cleaning. This was a post op visit and was scheduled in less than a week. Check out was fast and friendly, really great here.

Fantastic experience: Came in for a routine cleaning last week with Kim, she's very nice and professional. I had a to schedule another visit to fill a cavity which was taken care of by Dr. Hazel and Cory. I was pretty nervous at first but was put at ease pretty quickly with their friendly demeanor, professionalism and care. Everyone did an excellent job, I was taken care of quickly and everything looks very clean. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for somewhere to have your teeth taken care of.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is fantastic- from the hygienists, doctors, and techs to everyone working up front. Can’t recommend them enough!

Positive experience: My hygienist and dentist are nice and very proficient (I use the same hygienist and dentist every visit if possible). Everything has run smoothly until I had to have two crowns replaced. The crown replacements went smoothly, and they even fabricated the crowns the same day (each crown was on separate dates a few months apart) and the crowns have felt very normal with no gum recession. HOWEVER, when it got to the submission to insurance is where the whole process went bad. To make a very long tedious story short, Valley View Dental takes some time to submit to insurance, insurance takes up to 30 days to respond. There were multiple submissions and rejections, people in VVD just seemed to resubmit rather than bother to read what the additional info the insurance company required. I had to call my insurance company multiple times and finally got an insurance company supervisor engaged and me and my wife even had a meeting with the VVD office manager. It took about 15 months for one crown and about 9 months for the other to get the insurance issue resolved and untold hours with me on the phone playing detective and resolving this.

Negative experience: Very unsavory group of people...my husband just found out Cigna Contract ends on 4/30/25 and will mo longer be network.Now he will finally join the rest of us at Park Family Dental.
