Fantastic experience: I am very pleased by the service of this office. I have all my kids (5) in here. I like that they have space for the little ones to play (they have a playground similar to McDonalds). They have a huge tv with movies for little kids and older ones alike, the space looks like a cinema. I have three of them with braces, they offer promotions often and I think the orthodontist is very professional.

Fantastic experience: Amazing stuff from the check in to check out and the dr. Khan was really super helpful patiently listen to all my concerns and gave me a treatment plan. She is simply amazing. I would highly recommend her and this office for all your dental needs.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Such a lovely ambience, reminded me of my childhood

Fantastic experience: The staff was EXCELLENT the past Saturday. My son when in for a return cleaning, they were so patient with me as I figured out another good time to bring him that would work best with my busy schedule. Dr V. is the ABSOLUTE BEST!

Negative experience: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I used to have good experiences at Smile Magic of Garland, but my visit on Aug 23 at 10:15 AM was very disappointing. The receptionist on duty was rude and dismissive. When I asked for a manager, someone who claimed to be the manager came over, but instead of addressing my concerns, she was sweeping the floor and responded in a very unprofessional and haughty way. What concerned me most was that she sneezed multiple times in the office without proper hygiene measures, despite many children being present. This is not acceptable in a dental clinic where health and cleanliness should come first. Because of this experience, I have decided to take my family to another clinic that provides better customer service and respects the health and safety of their patients. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves.

Negative experience: Very poor communication and time management finishing out treatment that has been done there but after that will not be going back. Had previous problems and decided to still go back and give them another chance, the front office needs more training especially with customer service.

Fantastic experience: My 5 year old daughter (who is on the Autism spectrum) absolutely loves this office. The staff are so kind, patient, friendly, and just great with her! They are very understanding, supportive, and attentive to her special needs which I love and appreciate immensely. The playground and mini theater are excellent at keeping her excited and busy even though we never wait long. Great overall experience!

Negative experience: Horrible experience they kept trying to pressure me to get unnecessary work done and when I did get it done it was a horrible job.

Negative experience: ** WARNING ** Visited on 11/2024 - They charged prophylaxis to our child who was a first time visitor and under 2 years old at the time. All they did was look at her teeth. $44 for the new patient evaluation and another $43 for the prophylaxis. They did not do any cleaning or treatment. They just purely looked at her baby teeth. Now months later, I am SHOCKED because I get a bill saying I still owe $19 after what our insurance paid. I am only paying since we found a better and more consistent dental practice for our child. That way we can stay far away from this place. We should have never been charged for cleaning. Never coming back to this here. This is one of those spots that adds in bogus services to pocket in extra money. Unethical and unprofessional. ** WARNING **

Negative experience: UPDATE: The main Dentist refused to fix my child crown after it came out for the 4th time unless I pay AGAIN and blamed it on me saying I gave her candy when I didn’t and I tried to get their managers email so I can send in a formal complaint and they left me on hold for forever. I ended up taking my child to a different dentist to see if they can put the teeth on back for me and they were much more helpful and they also let me know that whatever Dentist put the tooth on. They picked a tooth that was too big so when my baby bites down it keeps coming off because the teeth is oversized for the placement of where the teeth is going, which proves my point the dentist here did not do my child’s teeth, right! They might look appealing for kids BUT the work is NOT good and they like to put blame on the parent instead of fixing their mistakes, been going for 7 years and changed my children to the new dentist TODAY! And I realized that they didn’t even perform a bite adjustment before they pick the tooth for my child But the dentist I went to did and I’m so glad I decided to change her over to a New Dentist will never be coming to this place again!

Negative experience: 4th time my child crown has came out in 4 months and keep making me pay to get it fixed when it’s clearly not put on properly. This is almost certainly due to the dentist’s technique — poor bonding, prep, or bite adjustment. Four failures in a row is unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: My experience at smile magic was very everyone was nice and made me feel comfortable normally I'm nervous when I go to the doctor and dentist but I felt comfortable today not nervous and I thank the doctor for making sure everything sit well in the reception for being so helpful

Fantastic experience: Very kind and understanding staff! I needed to add another child to an already scheduled appointment and they were able to accommodate my needs. I didn't realize that my oldest was due for an appointment and we were able to get him scheduled for the following week! The facility keeps the little children entertained. Update: I brought my oldest, always a good experience when we come. The staff is amazing!

Fantastic experience: Smile magic is a wonderful place. My kids love it. I love that my husband can take them on a Saturday for an appointment or to have work done. They are wonderful with children. And I hope they stay around forever. I said forever and I guess I mean it great day today

Fantastic experience: 10/10 dentistry. Went here as a 2nd consultation when I felt pressured into unnecessary treatments by Ideal dental. Smile dentist offered a thorough examination and I only needed a cleaning and 1 other service instead of the 5+ treatments I was being pushed on. Very cute decorations, kid friendly, and the staff can speak English and Spanish! Happy with my cleaning and will be back

Negative experience: Dr Khan started my procedure for my teeth implants. She did great work. But the financial side I was OVER CHARGED $4200 from the original quote. Financial team said it would be a month to get a refund. Once I get my refund I will update my review.

Negative experience: One of the worst dental clinic i’ve ever seen, they advertised 50$ basic cleaning and xray after i paid 50$ they send me for xray after that doctor came in and check my teeth she refused to clean my teeth and estimated my dental care 4999$ and her accountant promoted their insurance and partners. totally scam and rude stuff.

Negative experience: Ok my youngest daughter get her apt today 04/17/25 at 8 am …..for us to bring of youngest trot her apt we have to bring her oldest sister fact there going to the same school in solar who is the total different location about 25 / 30 minutes opposite drive ,so we call the day before make sure we get a paper who show the school my kids are late for a good reason ,the dentist said is not a problem ,we will give a tardy to both of them … Well today this women at the front desk Sarah totally refuse to give a tardy to my oldest one ,is completely unprofessional, unacceptable I am choke ….i call the lady and tall her what was on my mind I even hang up the phone on her mad I was … The doctor ( the dentist) are great but the front is horrible ,I have never witness anything like that …..

The staff is always so welcoming and accommodating to my needs even when I have to reschedule last minute, they always approach my needs with a kindly and respectful manner. The kids play area is such a hit! Let’s not forget the movies they play in the waiting room and in each of the exam room. My LOVE coming in and getting their teeth cleaned. Never a struggle or bad experience, it’s always such a pleasant and welcoming experience. Highly recommended!
