Fantastic experience: My Dentist is Dr Jaime Ruiz He is an exceptionally good Dentist. He did an outstanding job of fixing my bad dental situation. He is a very honest and very informative dentist. Before him I saw many dentists who were terrible even though I spent a lot of money. Go to him and he will take great care of you ...I will not go to anyone else. Fantastic experience: Our hotel receptionist recommended this dental practice to us. I was in so much pain. We got there and was met by a very friendly receptionist, in fact she was lovely. Made me feel at ease. I filled the paperwork in and was seen very quickly by the doctor. Dr Ruiz. Who was great, he was friendly and efficient. After being diagnosed what was causing the pain and advised on the treatment. It's now 3 days since I was there and I feel so much better. I personally would definitely recommend this dental practice. Being on holiday and in pain is awful. But thank goodness for this dental practice.

Negative experience: I have to cancel an appointment and have been calling multiple times and they never answer the phone

Negative experience: If I could not give it 1 star I would, I have seen incompetent doctors here but I think these ones take the trophy, I made an appointment for a dental cleaning, they took me to 2 rooms to do tests, tell me I need crown treatments on 3 molars (my teeth are perfect I have never had any problems) and surprise!!! For what I went to get a cleaning it never happened because the hygienist did not show up and I had to schedule another appointment, terrible place I do not recommend them at all.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming here for a while, and after a few bumps in the road in the past, we decided to give it another try. We are SO glad we did! The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to our needs. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making visits much more comfortable. We truly love it here now and feel like we’re in great hands. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

Fantastic experience: This was a super experience—never had teeth cleaning so well performed. Great crew and worked well as a team to please the clients. I would rate it a perfect 10 experience. Recently went to office again the dental surgion did awesome job. Painless and easy recuperation—highly recommend great pricing for jobs well done.

Negative experience: I made a new patient appointment but just from listening to the tone of the receptionist, I felt uneasy. I called back to cancel. Mission:Look for a better dental location.

Negative experience: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Two months ago, I visited this dental clinic, and I can say with complete honesty that the dentist who treated me was by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. He clearly lacked experience, rushed through the appointment just to get it over with, and delivered extremely poor-quality work. In my opinion, he doesn’t even deserve to be called a doctor. He caused permanent damage to my teeth. Since that visit, I’ve been eating with constant pain and feeling like my teeth are disfigured. I’m now looking for a real professional to try to fix the damage he caused. Please, do yourself a favor and never go to this place.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience. I had a scheduled appointment at 2 PM to arrive on time to have someone take x-rays of my mouth then to be sat in a room for 45 minutes straight to have your doctor exit one room to say I'll be with you in a moment to still be sitting there in 20 minutes so I've been here for over an hour. It is after 3 PM. I still wasn't seen. I'm leaving a very disappointing experience felt very transactional. It felt very much. I don't have time but then to have multiple people schedule at the same time. I'm very disappointed with this place.

Negative experience: Went to a different location years ago. I have been trying to contact them yet no answer. I just wanted my braces off and now my molars decayed and broke because i couldn’t brush behind the molar band. I still have the damn things on since nobody will remove them without my release papers

Negative experience: This office never answers the phone. I was having tooth pain and said they fixed it. I went to another dentist who said I had issues with my bite and now I have to get braces to correct it. They don't know what they are doing. Stay away!

Negative experience: My wife and I have coming to Greenberg dental for years and frankly I’m amazed we stayed with them this long. At times it was challenging to get someone to pick up the phone or return our calls for a simple appointment. it just got worse through the years . We finally left and found another dental office that are more customer service oriented and responsible. Frankly it is surprising to me they have any good reviews and as much business.

Negative experience: My dental insurance called Greenberg Dental (on Central FL Pwky in Orlando) regarding an invoice numerous times for several days with no success. The office is not picking up phone or returning calls.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Greenburg Dental at 5316 Central Florida Parkway and had an excellent experience. Dr. Ruiz and Claudia Gomez provided top-notch care, demonstrating professionalism and genuine concern for my dental health. The office staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. One suggestion for improvement would be the addition of wifi availability for patients, as cell phone coverage in the area is quite poor. Overall, I highly recommend Greenburg Dental for anyone seeking exceptional dental care.

Negative experience: Appointment time is for 8am my child was not seen til after 9am. This office is running a circus. The waiting room is packed like the wic office. The staff are very immature and slow. The sense of urgency is not in this office. There is a chance I WILL NOT book anymore appointments. As an organization you should pride in the service and the patients neither one is being addressed. Over this place please don’t bring your children here! If you do plan to take the whole day off of work. Waste of my time

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently moved to Orlando from Miami & found this place closest to where I live for my kids cleaning. The pediatrician staff side are all sweet, even had time to take care of my son fill ins. It wasn’t a long wait, I will definitely be coming back with my other son.

Fantastic experience: Dr David Sterrett and his team knocked my wisdom teeth out in one punch. After sitting for a little bit, the procedure took less then a song and a half (cuz he was neat enough to play some music while he ripped my tooth out). Painless. Thank you, brother.

Positive experience: Reason why I'm giving them a 4 is because of their customer service employees. They did not notify until I was there that I had problems with my insurance. Did not show empathy at all. I just hope that at another time besides calling for the appointment reminder they also notify if there are any concerns.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ruiz is great and super kind! Had my cleaning done today with dental hygienist Melinda and she was so nice and welcoming as always! Have been seeing her for years now and I always leave with my teeth feeling clean and fresh

Negative experience: Greenburg Dental @ Central Fl Pkwy was assigned to be my provider under Delta Care USA (a Medicare Plan). I made an appt & gave them my ins info. A day before said appt I received a voice mail telling me they are not participating in my plan in 2024....(NOTE: it is very difficult to reach them by phone!!)

Fantastic experience: Dr Ruiz and staff were amazing. I was in and out within a reasonable time frame and everything was communicated throughly. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic experience: When I arrived they greeted me in a professional and friendly matter. Even though I did not have my referral form with me, they were patient and helpful to get my primary dentist to fax over the referral form. It was a clean and comfortable environment. They were thorough and communicated well the future plan of action. Because there were multi- dentists from different disciplines at one location, it was easy to set future appointments with other Dentist at the same location. My experience was easy, simple and no stress. I would recommend Greenberg Dental in Williamsburg, in Orlando, FL.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ruiz, his assistant, and reception provided me with an outstanding patient care experience. I would absolutely recommend this location for any dental needs. I cracked a molar on Sunday and called the emergency line due to discomfort. Dr. Ruiz called me back right away and was able to schedule me for a Monday morning appointment. He and his assistant were professional, attentive, and kind. They were thorough on my treatment plan and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed and the wait from the waiting room to the patient room was minimal. The ladies at reception were also polite, professional, and kind.

Negative experience: Had to wait an hour past my appointment time and they didn't seem busy. The Spanish girl at desk was not friendly at all. Most of the people there don't speak or understand English at all. Disappointing trip.

Fantastic experience: So far I love Greenberg, I will get another review when I have finished my next visits. They are so understanding and listen to my concerns I would recommend Greenberg orthodontist they are very good at what they do, and they listen, and they care.

Negative experience: For military and tricare insured members stay away. They say they are in network and accept tricare but when it comes to getting things like crowns they try and charge you over 400 dollars a tooth to get the crown. I discussed it with them and a tricare rep on the phone and he explained that they weren’t honoring the terms of the agreement they signed and the rep basically said ohh well this is how we are going to charge it.

Negative experience: I am one of Googles top reviewers and you need to know that Greenberg is the worst corporate dental company in Central Florida. Stick with small privately owned dentists. I was scheduled for teeth cleaning. Rather than cleaning my teeth, they tried to upsell a deep cleaning, although the dentist said I had very little tarter and occasional bleeding gums which can be taken care of with mouthwash. I guess they had their weekly sales meeting and are being pushed to upsell crowns and fillings this month. Yes, they do have sales meetings! This is my 2nd bad experience with Greenberg and I'm done! Dentist recommended wisdom teeth to be pulled while I have no pain at 53 years old and a crown for a broken molar that's been damaged for 15 years but have not experienced any pain. I walked out with a price of $2,987 for dental work that can was fixed with mouthwash and simple cleanings but they would do the scheduled cleaning. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience this time. The doctor that I saw proved the last dentist that was established there was a scam artist. This doctor was able to to tell me that I didn't need a crown like the last doctor said and proved I didn't have any cavities. Greenberg dental is a hit and miss but for the staff they have their now on central Florida parkway is great right now. I was able to wait in my car and they called me when they were ready for me for the doctor visit and my scheduled cleaning. 5 stars on this last visit.. My past visits I would have given a 2 or 3.

Fantastic experience: This office location at Williamsburg is the best I have been! So far all my appointments there were a great experience!

Negative experience: My Chart explains very clearly I suffer with vertigo. They never review my chart on the visit day. I had to explain every time I am there not to bring me very low on the table because of vertigo. I always have to tell them please read on my chart or medical history but they seem to be annoyed by my recommendations. This office is not concerned by your needs. They want people to get in and out!

Fantastic experience: I had an appt for a deep cleaning with Dr. Garcia, the Periodontist. He was very good, the appt went very well, his staff was excellent and I highly recommend them. Also, the Williamsburg office was very courteous and professional and I recommend them as well.

Negative experience: I was giving a quote for my daughter when I went in instead getting two teeth I asked to get 1 done litterly after them numbing her teeth giving the shot 2 min before getting done they asked me to pay them more and said there was an error with the quote they are rip offs with their old equipment go anywhere else but here they’re pediatric dentist is good but the adult dentist horrible just horrible will rip you off however they can scammers

Positive experience: Dental assistant was very good. So was the hygienist. AARP said they give a discount to UHS insurance but they don't. They have equipment to handle Google pay but won't allow it :((

Fantastic experience: Went in for a consultation on a deep cleaning Doctor saw me on time asked if I wanted to get cleaning done now. I had cleaning done by a wonderful staff and was home in no time. Very clean office everything was taken care of very professionally.

Negative experience: Greenberg Dental (Central Florida Parkway, Orlando) is terrible! I have NEVER called and spoke with a human…always goes to voicemail and you won’t get a call back unless you leave multiple messages. As a current patient it took me two weeks to speak with someone about scheduling a cleaning. Arrived for my cleaning, appointment scheduled for 10:30am….it is 11:12am and I am still waiting to be called back. Waiting almost an hour for an appointment is unacceptable. I CAN’T WAIT TO CHANGE DENTISTS!!! This is the last time I visit Greenberg Dental.

Fantastic experience: This is my first time here and everyone was amazing and thorough. They gave me all my best options for my future care and was able to get my teeth cleaned same day. The staff here is more than enough reason to keep coming back. So yes, I scheduled 2 future appointments already!

Negative experience: I went today to my dental cleaning appointment and unfortunately I wasn't able to arrive at 8 am but I arrived 10 min late so the answer was that the hygienist assigned won't attend to me and if I wanted to wait for a hygienist who haven't arrived yet to see if he wanted to attend me. I bet that if it were the opposite, I as patient would have to wait as long as necessary. So I think I reached the place where there is no consideration. Thank you for nothing.

Fantastic experience: I have had a great dentist and the dental assistants have been great. Dr V is always great and she is compassionate and reassuring and is always understanding when I’m anxious. Her bedside manner helps me calm my anxiety! The male Hispanic assistant at the Williamsburg office whose name I forgot was really patient and he tried to keep me calm.

Positive experience: Regular cleaning average and no complaints. Getting a crown. The dentist was very good giving me the least irritating injection. Was seen very quickly on both occasions in the office. Only issue so far has been with making an appointment. Suggest calling late in the week as they don’t seem to pick up the phone or return calls early in the week.

Negative experience: Greenburg dental does not offer quality dental service anymore. I've been going here for over 10 years, but today was my last time... On every scheduled dental appointment for the last 2 years, I end up waiting 30 to 40 minutes. Today, I was 15 minutes late and they told me my appointment was canceled. They said appointments are canceled if you're over 5 minutes late! Of course I complained, and asked why do I wait 30 to 40 minutes on every appointment. The manager explained, they book 3 people in each time slot. She went on to give some nonsense context about how each patient is different on the amount of time each cleaning takes, but that fact remains, they are booking multiple people in the same time slot, to get you in and out as quickly as possible so they can make as much money as possible. If you care about your dental health, find a different provider.

Negative experience: The staff is nice, but they don’t practice good business. As a manager of a medical facility, we make sure to be up front and tell patients about any charges before we proceed. We let our patients make an informed decision and there are no surprises on their way out. When I was leaving, I was surprised by having to pay for services that I was not told I would have to pay for. Be aware if you go to this facility that you could end up with an enormous bill after the fact. They do not disclose up front and give you the option to make an informed decision!

Fantastic experience: Not a long wait. I asked a question to the receptionist about my insurance and she called my insurance right away to answer my question. And the dentist was nice and explained the treatment I needed and why. Great first visit experience.

Negative experience: I had my first consult for oral surgery and never met the surgeon then I was scheduled for oral surgery and due to lack of preparation because I wasn’t given ANY instructions I had to reschedule I have spent over 3 hours at the office and I’m still waiting for my procedure in two weeks There’s is a HUGE lack of organization and lack of communication here and the cost even with insurance is incredibly pricey too. I would not recommend this practice to any one

Fantastic experience: Dr. Van and his team were amazing. He was so patient with my nine year old and was very efficient with the procedure. My son was very nervous and Dr. Van put him at ease. I would definitely recommend him as a pediatric dentist.

Fantastic experience: They provide a great service, i have had an implant and cleanings with them without any issue so far. The implant was very expensive in my opinion but no issues with it after 6 months with it.

Fantastic experience: My son visited this clinic for the first time today, it is very close to home, the staff and doctors are kind and the waiting time is fast. My son has a lot of cavities and he was referred to a second place for treatment. The doctor explained the importance of regular tooth brushing very responsibly. The pleasant process made my three-year-old son not resist too much. Dental maintenance by going back to the clinic every six months is important.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to 4 different dental offices in the last 5 years and let me tell you I had to come full circle back to the one which all other’s standards were held. Greenberg Dental Williamsburg office hasn’t changed at all in 15 years and I mean that in the best way possible. Dr. Ruiz took great care of me from the moment he introduced himself to the professionalism he showed from the exam through the fillings he put in my teeth. The dental assistant Mariana was so sweet and really knew what she was doing. Not only did she take my X-rays but made impressions for a night guard for grinding my teeth. The dental hygienist was equally as good and although I can’t remember his name I won’t soon forget his skill and how he made me feel. I will say the entire staff from the minute you walk through the door is like the individuals I described above. They really have it down to a science and a well oiled machine. The process couldn’t be more smooth. A huge thank you to all I encountered on my visit yesterday. I look forward to seeing you next time :)

Fantastic experience: Today was my dental cleaning for me and my daughter and the hygienist was helpful, reminding us the importance of dental flossing daily. He was respectful and we both agreed the service was professional. I’m giving a 5 star because they called us on time and we appreciate their punctuality.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! I was long overdue for a dental checkup, so I was a little anxious. The staff is friendly from the moment you walk through the door. They get you in quick and it's easy to get an appointment. The dentist (Dr. Do who is just amazing) and hygienists were nice, thorough and explained everything well, as well as listened to all of my concerns and explained what they can do to help. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you all for being kind and caring as well as breaking down cost estimates and helping me book my next appointment. And I just had my wisdom teeth removed by today (May 4th)by oral surgeon Dr Sterrett. I was so nervous, but Dr. Sterrett and his assistant were very reassuring and kind. The procedure was over before I knew it and the pain is minimal. Thank you so much for the knowledge and expertise. Also went to Sebastián for my cleaning. He did an awesome job as well. Very thorough, but gentle.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been patients at the Greenberg Dental located at 5316 Central Florida Pkwy, Orlando , FL 32821 for several years. The staffs there have always been courteous and professional. I have an Autistic son who goes to Greenberg Dental as well for services. We thankful to be hooked up with Dental Assistant (Oscar) for the past few years. Oscar is always very patient with my son and understanding of his medical symptoms. Mr. Oscar, thank you for delivering great services to my boys each time. You represent Greenberg Dental well with your professionalism and compassion.

Fantastic experience: This was my second visit and so far I'm very pleased with the staff, from the front desk to the dental hygienist. Wait time is excellent, I have no complaints. Would highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Please, please, please do not go here. 1. Wait times are terrible. I’ve been here 3 times and each time I have waited 45+ min. Why even bother having appts if you just make people wait for so long? 2. The cleaning was the most painful cleaning of my life and my teeth arguably looked worse than when I walked in. 3. The dentist went too deep when doing my minor filling and ended up causing me to get a root canal. This malpractice was confirmed when I went to a different dentist for consultation.

Negative experience: Never returned call/text for setting an appointment over a period of 3 weeks and had to physically visit the office to set an appointment; then 2 hours before the appointment they call to cancel because “we are in the procesas of qualifying a doctor for the insurance” one I have had and used with them for the past 3 years. What is going on!

Fantastic experience: First time there and I was treated very well, staff was very friendly and helpful with all my procedures. Thank you again I can honestly say that was my best experience in a dentist office.

Negative experience: Last week I made an appt for a cleaning. I am a new patient and was told I'd have to have x-rays first. I'm also pregnant and instead of immediately asking me if my OB had signed off paperwork saying I could be seen by the dentist and get an xray I waited 40 minutes to be told they couldn't see me and I needed to get the note and reschedule. I got the note from my OB and rescheduled for a week later. I go in, they copy the note, bring me back, and then the tech says they have to get it cleared with their Dr before they do any x-rays because I'm so far along. I'm one week further than the week before and my OB had cleared it. The tech came back in and said that they wouldn't be seeing me today and I needed to come back after the baby was born. These people have no respect for their patients time. Schedules get made, time is taken off, people have other kids they have to watch. It's not okay for them to continue disrespect their patients time. Upon booking the FIRST appt they should say x-rays are required, do you have any current medical conditions that we should be aware of incase they need to be address? Because their policy required the xray before the cleaning and a dr. Note. Do this for ALL patients. The second time should have never even occurred since they very much had seen me and asked me to get the required documentation only to be turned away again. Be very careful when booking your appt so you don't waste precious time.

Positive experience: Staff was nice and courteous. X-ray tech was wonderful. Dentist was pleasant. Had all clear and appointment for cleaning. Almost home & office called to ask me to come back or make another appointment cause another dentist looked at my X-rays and I may have cavities. Why didn’t that dentist look at my X-rays before I left? If someone is in training then have another dentist look at X-rays before patient leave. The whole reason of making an early appointment was because I had made arrangements so I could be there. I have to go back for cleaning and then wait for dentist. My concern is that I will have to sit and wait over an hour which could have been avoided. Just have the patient wait an additional 5 minutes if you need someone else to check X-rays. Not everyone has the luxury of time

Fantastic experience: I became a new patient in 2022 because my previous dentist would not accept my new insurance. Greenberg Dental has many locations, and I visited Winter Haven, Kissimmee, and Cental Florida Parkway for my needs. I had two cracked upper teeth requiring extraction and replacement. The staff of assistants has always been very friendly and helpful, and the three dentists who treated me were true specialists. I highly recommend their dental expertise.

Negative experience: Please go elsewhere. Orthodontist team is a joke. The doctor shows up whenever she feels like it. Doesn’t bother notifying patients that she won’t be in the office. Doesn’t care if the patient has a braces emergency. She could care less if brackets are falling out of the patients mouth due to her not showing up to do her job. I urge you to go somewhere else anywhere but here. Since Dr Adams left everything has went downhill. Please please I urge you take your children to get their braces anywhere but here!! It’s been over 5 months and I’ve been trying to make an appointment for my child and no luck. It’s a very unfortunate situation. I would give a zero stars if possible.

Fantastic experience: The staff was very nice. Very helpful. I was taken in about 10 or 15 minutes after I arrived. The Dr. was amazing. She did a wonderful job on my teeth. Very charming and her Assistant was just the best. Very sweet and very thorough. I couldn't of had a better team working on my teeth than these two. They went above and beyond. Thank you ladies.

Positive experience: Called to make sure that they prosthodontist took my insurance. Gave them the info of plan and was assured they did. Got there and was told no, paid true $40 for consult and was assured I’d get a copy of a treatment plan. Doc told me there was nothing he could do other than dentures and implant tx would cost about 30k. So there was no treatment plan to be had

Fantastic experience: I came in early and was able to be register and seen on time. The receptionist seem to be having a hard day with her peers but had gd customer care without been rude. Dr Garcia and his assistant young man that was taking care of me seem very knowledgeable explaining everything to me and very respectful. Overall for it been my first time I received great care thank you.

Positive experience: The exam was nice , only complaint is when we went to check in for the orthodontist eval. Girl at the desk was busy texting in a group chat text visible to patients and I had to say something for her to notice us standing there.

Fantastic experience: The nurse that took care of my daughter, Janangely, was very efficient, super nice, super patient, and very kind to my daughter. Commendations to Natasha. Thank you for having patience with my little Diva. Wait time was less than 5 minutes

Negative experience: The staff is friendly and the office is clean. The big challenge is getting answers about financial responsibility. Greensburg Dental the Central Florida area needs honest up front answers so that we can make decisions. Walking into an appointment expecting to pay $400 leaves a bad taste when you walk out with $1,230 worth of receipts. It has been a real struggle. Between doctors schedule changes and appointment booked in wrong office it is now 90 days later still trying to complete this dental work.

Fantastic experience: Treatment was great, only thing is that this office needs a good cleaning. The blinds are VERY dusty and I foumd a hair tie on the floor. The lobby chairs need to be cleaned and a good repainting. Service was great

Negative experience: Not very much communication I wish they interacted more with the patient although the surgeon and his team are amazing he makes sure his patients are well and so does his team wish everyone else was the same.

Positive experience: I like the dentist. I've been going for 23 years. Back 23 years ago when it was at other side of the of Publix .The problem is now every time you call they put you on hold and they do not and I repeat do not return your call. I had to go in and make appointment update. 2022 still have a hard time making appointment so many different dentists each year but Melinda the hygienist has been there over 20 years and that's why I keep coming back now I will give her five stars just for her

Negative experience: Made appointment for quote for dentures. Gave them insurance info when I made appointment. Quote they gave me was 25% off for insurance. Told them it should be 50%. Contacted my insurance company and they told me Greenburg NEVER EVEN CONTACTED THEM TO VERIFY COVERAGE!!! Quote was nearly $800 too high because they never verified I even HAD insurance. Insurance company told me to contact Greenburg and have them call to verify coverage. NO WAY TO ACTUALLY TALK TO STAFF. Leave message, don't call back. DOZENS OF MESSAGES IGNORED! Even insurance company called them to verify coverage and could not get anybody, message ignored! How can they give you a quote for service if THEY NEVER EVEN VERIFIED COVERAGE? OVERCHARGING ME NEARLY $800

Fantastic experience: Love this office..being going there over 5yesrs.. I was really happy with my experience at this location. The front desk receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful. Our dental assistant today was super helpful and im formative. My son was nervous but he was really reassuring and patient with him. The (dentist) VICENT VAN , himself was super helpful too. Glad to have found a place we feel welcome.
