Fantastic experience: Thank you for working with me on my last visit as I had a second appt and a close time schedule. I greatly appreciated the help.

Negative experience: It took almost three months for the oral surgeon to be willing to extract two teeth. Then about three months later I developed an abscessed, made an appointment to get it taken care of. The appointment was made for a Tuesday at 11 am with the oral surgeon, Friday before the appointment i was notified that the surgeon was not available until 2 pm. But they chill find another dentest to take care of me at my original Tuesday appointment time. So when I get there the dentest took x-rays and then said I would have to make another appointment with a oral surgeon. So I waist an entire day driving all there which is an hour from my house. For nothing to be done about my abscess except to be given antibiotics. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE CRAPPY SERVICE.

Fantastic experience: It was really easy to schedule an appointment. I had X-rays, a cleaning, and needed five fillings... and everything was taken care of within a week. The office is easy to get to right off Highway 100. I used Delta Dental insurance, and the billing was all a little confusing but it was upfront with no surprises. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this office and plan to return in the future.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to a new dental clinic was amazingly informative and effective . The staff was kind and proactive ( my records had not arrived) and very patient . The technology was definitely an upgrade from my former dental clinic and the treatment plan laid out clearly . I was pleasantly surprised. Dr Megan and her assistant were stellar in being not only efficient but concerned at all times for my comfort and health and I no longer have apprehension about the followup care. I would recommend this practice. Three small negatives were the coldness of the waiting room, the loud music which was not soothing, and the ability to hear other patients tell their stories in adjacent room also the blank wall in front of my chair which begged artwork.OOps that is 4 small things....

Negative experience: I had it at 5 stars place is clean and the staff is friendly. I went in for a annual cleaning with them being my new office, was told they needed to do X-rays which I told them I already had X-rays done but they do need them for exam which I understand. I got my cleaning went to the front and I wanted to confirm with the front as to if I will be charged for X-rays and the receptionist I spoke with confirmed with me that I wouldn’t be charged for the X-rays they preformed based off my insurance. I got a bill in the mail for said X-rays and I called to understand why, said they’d be leaving it with the manager. After the week went by I called asking if there was any update, I didn’t speak to the manager but spoke to one of the receptionist at the front who was kinda rude and dismissive. She told me when clients call to make the appointments they ask the patient where they’ve been and if there were X-rays done then it’s on the patient to get those X-rays. I was never told this information when I made the appointment. I understand diagnostics need to be done in order to preform your job as I work in the medical field but the way the receptionist spoke to me in regards to the situation without explaining why I was told it was covered originally and telling me that she knows for a fact I was told to get my X-rays sent over because she fields every phone call with her manager just was upsetting because they are a good dental office. I have had to transfer X-rays to one clinic to the next and I understand the process in order to do so, I was just never told this information prior to making the appointment or I would’ve had it handled.

Negative experience: Went on for a cleaning and one tooth they never fixed the tooth that hurts that was last on their list. Also cancles my appointment while I was there waiting. Then sent me over an hour to a different office where they were supposed to fill 2 teeth they did one. The lady didn't let the meds work and started before I was numb. There are better and more cost effective dentist. Chose one of them. DON'T US LAKESHORE DENTAL!!!!!

Positive experience: The dentists, dental assistants and hygienists are professional and caring individuals. However I did experience an issue with the office staff. I was asked to come in early so I arrived 30 minutes early. The issue was I had to sit and wait 30 minutes before being called in back. I was called at my original appointment time, meaning I ended up wasting 30 minutes needlessly.

Positive experience: It felt like more of an quickie oil change visit. The dentist told me I had gum recession without even checking my gum line or past history. The whole visit as the we're trying to up sell me on procedures.

Fantastic experience: Just a quick one . . . I needed to go in for a chipped lower tooth that happened after I bit into a sub sandwich in which the bread was kind of tough. Dr. Patel was able to file it down within less than a minute and I was done. Thank you for taking me in and repairing the rough edges that was occurring to my tongue. You all are always the BEST.

Fantastic experience: I love this office. I always get an appointment same week. Staff are very kind & office is beautiful. My daughter was recently there and told them she was going to college for dental hygienist and the hygienist working on her mouth, took the time to talk to her about books, study tips, and after school tips.

Negative experience: I asked to receive all my records due to no longer wanting to come to this dental practice after 6 plus years of going here. The response was there needs to be zero balance owed prior to records being sent. I stated that I don’t owe a balance and then asked so do you hold patients records hostage until they pay you? The response was then no. I then let them know that the way they pose the response when requesting records makes the implication that you must pay in order to receive records for previous work that has been already paid for plus and new balances owed. I’m leaving because it is like a fast food joint here. Rushed service, the person who held the water to clear my mouth her hair was full of dandruff flakes and the equipment hygienist wore on her face looked unclean and request for money twice that I didn’t owe in order to get my records made me feel very uncomfortable. Also, in the past the work performed improperly on my mouth caused me to loose the tooth left that I had and forced me to pay for a new crown. They never follow up on services like the Botox they recommend & the mouth guard that was approved by my insurance and providers keep changing and the blame game begins. This new staff is horrible and they constantly solicit for reviews via text and email. Manager is not warm welcoming and never smiles. I would avoid this money hungry pit like the plague. Oh and the “records” they sent included no Dr notes as I requested. Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: This WAS a great 'local' dentist office 10 years later billing issues, can't-transfers your records- issues, software issues, 'we are running late but would you like a fluoride treatment for an additional fee' will make me look elsewhere

Fantastic experience: I simply can not recommend this place enough. I had an extraction done today with Dr. Krunal and I expressed my concerns and anxieties right away, and he actually listened to me, and made me feel heard. The entire procedure he calmly talked to me, and made sure I was comfortable every minute. The dental assistant was also so sweet, and was very reassuring. I love this place! It has helped cure 20 years worth of dental anxiety. I can’t thank the staff here enough!

Positive experience: I sought out services the end of December 2024 for a fractured denture. It took 3 months to get it. They do not have an onsite lab. It had to be sent back twice and it still doesn’t fit properly. I was told I could get it realigned but it would cost me.The staff are very professional and welcoming. I would not recommend anyone to go there if they need a full or partial denture. It takes too long. I myself will never use their services again.

Positive experience: The staff has changed over the years and not for the better. They create treatment plans and have the patient thinking that their insurance will cover so much, and then rushing to set up the appointment prior to the patient being able to get coverage details and know EXACTLY what they will need to pay out of pocket. Complete the work and tell the patient it’s their responsibility to know their coverage plan. Shady practices.

Fantastic experience: It's always a smooth experience getting my cleaning and other dental procedures done here. Sometimes it does take a bit to actually go in, even if i show up before the appointment time but that is to be expected. The dentists and staff are very nice, transparent about prices and treatments that need to be done or can wait on, as well as cleanliness and vibe. Overall very enjoyable.

Positive experience: I've had some work done at this office, a scaling, and a cleaning. I never saw the same dentist or hygienist twice. The last exam and cleaning I had was the fastest I've ever had in my life. The dentist came in poked around in my mouth a few seconds, speaking to the assistant on the findings throughout and then flew off without explaining anything to me in laymans terms. The hygienist quickly scraped my teeth, flossed, and blew some "air polisher". I guess it is new technology that is supposed to be better than the standard polishing. In any case, none of it "felt" very thorough. Everything was over in less than 30 min from arrival to check out. I guess you can say they are super efficient with their revolving carousel of staff to take care of you but it comes at the cost of not being able to establish trust and a relationship with your care providers. They have convenient hours including evening and Saturdays, and lots of availability, often same day or next day. They are a good option for busy people and those who might need appointments outside of a usual dentist office's business hours.
