Fantastic experience: I came in to Walton family dental yesterday for a tooth extraction, I was very nervous because it’s a new place for me. The staff there were very sweet and kind. Ms Anna Trann worked on me and was very gentle and amazing Doctor, thank you! I will be making “ Walton Center for Family Dentistry “ my new Dentistry! I def would recommend them. Thank you guys so much!

Fantastic experience: Lilya is an outstanding hygienist! Not only do my teeth look and feel good, she went above and beyond by making sure my husband was scheduled with a male hygienist (his preference). I am an EXTREMELY DELIGHTED CUSTOMER. Great Job and Thank you Lilya. I hope the Regional Manager- Kim Shelton- rewards and recognizes Lilya for her outstanding performance!

Fantastic experience: Dr Chira of the best Desntist my mom has ever had. She helped my mom with her inplants and is highly satisfied with her work. I'm happy that she can know smile and eat most important eat without pain. Highly recommend anyone who wants implants. Oh and the staff here is awesome.

Negative experience: If I can select 0 stars, I would. This dentist office has given my family such a difficult time with just trying to schedule a basic cleaning appointment. They outsource their office for scheduling and the scheduling center does not communicate back to the office. Simple due diligence of verifying insurance is not part of their routine or protocol. Often resulting of giving patients false information that their insurance is inactive all because their source of truth is a general website rather than picking up the phone and calling the insurance company. If the office would invest in proper customer service providing the staff with actual phones to speak with patience rather than a call center. The staff would not have to rely on false data from general websites. Poor service. Then after the insurance was verified as active, the office could not honor that and reschedule the appointment the same day. Wasting people's time and money having to take off time from work. This is the third time this has happened with this office. You need to fix your system! A family of 10 is leaving this office.

Negative experience: I went in experiencing discomfort on my lower left teeth. As I described my discomfort and pain, the dentist was initially dismissive stating, “oh this is superficial cavity so I don’t understand the pain it may be your salivary glands.” I went in later for a cleaning and 3 fillings because my tooth sensitivity was do to cavities. She filled my teeth during that visit. I was still experiencing discomfort so I came in an additional time for a bite adjustment (still reasonable: I’ve had a bite adjustment before.) After leaving the office and still experiencing discomfort with my bite, I began to question the skill of the dentist. I waited to book a follow up visit because I assumed my tooth sensitivity could just be due to the trauma of the drilling and work that was done. Nope. 2 weeks later, I was still experiencing pain. So I go back in to her admission that the bite still has not been adjusted correctly. She significantly drilled down the filling she did as well as another filling from before. Within a day, I recognized my bite issues had shifted to my front teeth signifying she had drilled too far down. Now, 4 times in the office for a couple “superficial” cavities and a bite a adjustment and a month into having tooth pain and having to get a sitter for my kids and take off work, I’m growing frustrated with the incapability to fix the issue. I booked an immediate next appointment. The dentist again is dismissive of my pain and discomfort even though every time, I’ve spoken to my issues, I was correct that an adjustment needed to be made. She said “oh I didn’t take off much and your bite will adjust so I’m not going to do anything.” She was unwilling to admit to her mistake and sent me off with no further advice but to “chew on the other side of my mouth.” And that is only speaking to the experience with the doctor. I also had issues with the front office where they would continuously ask to move my appointment and actually change it without confirmation without consideration for my work or family accommodations. I’m astounded by the amount of positive reviews. My assumption is they are bots because my issue was not complex, I was not a confrontational client, and I’ve never experienced this issue with another dentist. I transferred my treatment to a competent doctor. A 3 word summary: dismissive, unskilled, inconsiderate. Wouldn’t touch this place with a 10 foot pole.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at Walton Family Dentistry for some time now, and my experience has consistently been excellent. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff makes you feel welcomed and at ease. The office is clean, well-organized, and clearly focused on patient comfort and efficiency. One of the standout professionals at the practice is Kelli McCullers. Her professionalism, knowledge, and patient-centered approach truly set her apart. Whether she’s assisting during procedures or providing guidance and reassurance, Kelli always maintains a calm and confident demeanor that makes dental visits much less stressful. She’s attentive to detail, respectful, and genuinely invested in patient care. It’s not easy to find a dental office where both the clinical expertise and the human touch are equally strong — but Walton Family Dentistry manages to deliver both. I highly recommend them, and especially appreciate the high standard of care that professionals like Kelli McCullers uphold.

Positive experience: I've used them a couple years ago and was very happy with their services then, so when I recently had a crown come out, I turned to them once again. Since I do not have Dental Insurance, I called first to explain exactly what I needed and was given a quote of $110 for an office visit, plus whatever the actual cost of the care would be. Upon arrival for my visit, I was asked for $193, before even being seen. When I told them what I was originally quoted, the Receptionist went in the back to speak to the Office Manager. She came back and said that the cost included X-Rays. When I explained that I was just looking to get a crown re-cemented in and didn't need any X-rays, she went back to the Office Manager again. Now, I was told that X-rays were required, since they didn't originally replace the crown. I was very clear with what I needed when I called and can't stand it when people either don't really listen, or give incorrect information because they unaware of their own policies. Furthermore, the Office Manager couldn't even be bothered to come and speak to me themselves, and kept sending their poor receptionist back and forth. I wasted both MY TIME and GAS driving there, only to have to go find someplace else to handle my problem. Definitely disappointed in how their service has changed since my last visit...

Fantastic experience: On the first day I visit I got an appointment to get dental surgery and the whole staff was great. The doctor Tran was really great. She did the whole procedure the same day and in a short period of time. Very professional thank you very much.

Positive experience: My dentist and dental assistant was great. I had an extraction done, my dentist was amazing in taking her time and making sure I was comfortable. My dental assistant Destiny was great and very knowledgeable. I felt like I was in good hands. My only issue was the price I was given in a printed invoice changed on my second visit. It's weird looking at both invoices side by side and seeing the same services but the price is higher now. There is also a new almost $200 consultation fee that is not on my first invoice. I don't understand how the price could increase this much in less than 1 month of scheduling an appointment. If my insurance is in your network and I'm paying for all my services/deductible upfront. The first invoice that I signed up for should be the price. But overall I had a good experience.

Negative experience: Worst dental work I’ve ever had. The doc here placed a crown on a tooth that needed a root canal, went back a couple weeks later still in pain and unable to chew on the left side… she was only concerned that the crown was not too tall, she fixed that… here we are a year later, still unable to chew on that side, still need a root canal and now that tooth is dead & infected…I requested a referral last week for the procedure and her concern was for the Endo to check the bite on the crown to make sure it wasn’t too tall… we get it, this Doc loves doing crowns and they come out nice… It would behoove you as a patient to make sure you have a healthy foundation before you let them talk you into getting a crown… don’t let them play with arts & crafts in your mouth to have great pics for their portfolio!

Negative experience: This facility has charged us twice now for work they didn't do. When I stopped by to discuss it with them in the office, a VERY RUDE billing lady said it was a pre-charge for future work;HOWEVER...my insurance provider says I shouldn't pay a dime because they cover the first $250 on all dental work. Fool me once....

Fantastic experience: I have been using Walton Family Dentistry for a couple of years now. I have nothing but praise for their dentists and their staff. I have always been treated with the utmost care and consideration from everyone there. I don’t believe there has been a time that I had to wait past my appt time. Negative experience: Had to come in two separate days just to do x rays that could have been done in one visit, was then told I could come back later in the afternoon during the 2nd visit for only half a cleaning, and then return the following week for the other half. Billing staff lady was not pleasant to deal with and just made you feel like not wanting to come back. Eventually went and found another dentist office that did all the x rays and cleaning in one visit and for 1/3 the price. No hassle.

Fantastic experience: I was in a lot of pain upon arriving to my appointment. I received a very warm and professional greeting at the front desk and quickly seen by the Dentist (Kiara). She was kind and gentle and explained everything she was going to do before she did it. I really appreciated her doing that. It helped me relax and process things better as a patient. I will definitely come back for future treatments and make recommendations to all my friends and family!

Positive experience: My hygienist was great! Then I had to wait for the dentist to come. After twenty plus minutes I asked if I could leave because still no dentist. I understand she was in the midst of a procedure but just say that and tell me to go ahead and go.

Negative experience: This business seems to be completely oriented on maximizing profit and throughput. Several times, they have tried to encourage us to get procedures done that are not necessary (replacing teeth, etc.). They have sent us bills for procedures that are covered completely by our insurance or asked us to pay up front without checking. They have kept us waiting for over an hour on several occasions, and the doctors seem to completely forget that they not only have patients to see, but the conversations they have had with their patients regarding procedures and decisions. It's like we are new patients every time we go up there and have to justify why we don't want or need certain things. Finally, my wife had a filling recently, and has experienced pain and discomfort evert since - and the surface of the filling was never smoothed down properly and causes irritation. They kept her waiting for almost an hour today so she could get it looked at, then claimed they were making her wait because we had an outstanding balance of $25 - for a procedure that is covered under insurance. We had been arguing with their billing department and our insurance for months on getting this sorted out, and finally paid it out of convenience yesterday... but since they did not see it on their end, they had the audacity to ask my wife for proof of payment via our bank statements!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chira is wonderful. She remembers personal things about me. She explains my dental care well and she has a way of putting me at ease while performing my procedures.

Negative experience: Appointment at 11am and waited 12: 30 before doctor came in. They wanted to possibly have me to wait again until they clear some of their other patients out of there who've been there I guess before and I was a new patient but I did have the appointment and my teeth was throbbing I was having a bad toothache and all I wanted the doctor to do is stop the pain. they made me sit there talk and go through paperwork and I said listen we can go through all of that a little bit later I need you to stick this needle in my gum so I can stop seeing Stars everywhere from the pain!!!! that didn't happen. the doctor was so nice but she wasn't hearing it so I jumped up and left I couldn't do it I was trying to go to emergency room I think that's a dog gone shame. I'm new to Georgia so I'm learning that the doctors here want to see you twice. I don't know whether that's an insurance thing or what's going on but come on can I get this tooth out of my mouth.

Negative experience: The dentist assistant who cleaned my teeth today didn't do a good job. As if she was forced to work there. A very lazy employee. I don't feel nothing in my mouth, its like I never had my tooth cleaned. It’s been a wonderful year with Walton center family dentistry but this lady’s attitude ruined everything

Positive experience: I am thankful to Walton Dentistry for being able to take care of my needs, With that being said at my visit today, there was no soap in the restroom and it could have been cleaned, toilet paper needed to be refilled, and a few other things that could have been taken care of, hopefully on my next visit I will see a improvement, I have been a loyal customer for years and I want to continue coming to this company…….THANKFUL. December 13, another visit at Walton Dentistry, the young lady at the receptionist desk and the dental assistant has very good customer services. Now the provider, I felt like she was in hurry to take care of my needs, I want to heard when comes to me and spending my money. She finally understood what my concerns were and took care of it. The other concern was the RESTROOM, it is was NASTY AGAIN, this unacceptable, there were several people in the office sitting around, when someone could have cleaned the restroom, I get it that there is a cleaning crew , but in the meantime, make the facility clean for the PATIENTS until the cleaning crew comes in. Fantastic experience: Everyone here was extremely nice and pleasant. Caitlin in the front office went out of her way to help me schedule a surgery somewhere else. For days I have been attempting to schedule removing my wisdom teeth for days and in a rush to do so. I have had no luck and have struck out so many times. Caitlyn made a few calls and had me hooked up in no time. Would recommend these guys to anyone. Everyone was great

Negative experience: I'm not feeling well as I write this review, but I feel it's important to share my experience to help other families make an informed decision. My family was looking for a new dentist, and after my husband tried this office, I decided to give them a try as well. During my first appointment, I was told I needed additional work and was asked to pay a $100 deposit to schedule another appointment. Unfortunately, due to not feeling well, I forgot about my first appointment which was for today, and only remembered the second one later in the week. My husband called to reschedule for me, not realizing it was for the same day, and was told that they require a 48 hour cancellation. The receptionist he spoke to was rude and unempathetic, informing him that we would forfeit the $100 deposit because it was my responsibility to remember both appointments. Despite his frustration, she remained dismissive and insisted we still had the other appointment booked, seemingly oblivious to the situation. This poor experience with the receptionist led us to decide not to return, and they lost our entire family and another family as patients. When I first scheduled, I already had reservations as the same receptionist was chewing food during our call, which struck me as unprofessional. I should have trusted my instincts then. I can't comment on the quality of the dental work, but if the front desk reflects the overall experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this office. I wish we had. Tami F.

Fantastic experience: Where do I start. So I was currently at work and during my lunch break on Thursday evening I ate some food until I bit down and my wisdom tooth jabbed down into my other wisdom tooth and probably struck a nerve. An immense pain shot up and I couldn’t finish eating. I eventually took the rest of the day off. I went home to get some Tylenol to relieve the pain but I instantly called my nearest dentist office that Friday morning. They recommended Walton Center of Family Dentistry. They hooked me up with an emergency scheduled exam within 2 hours. Once I got there I was greeted by the wonderful Emma (hopefully I said that right) and she got me situated with all the paper work. Chelsea (hopefully that was her name too) who also helped basically scheduled me for Monday to get my wisdom teeth extracted cause lord child I was fighting demons with those things.I came in that Monday and got the procedure done but man was it a roller coaster.The dentist and his wonderful assistant took care of me and did the lords work. I feel 4 teeth lighter but now I have to fight this pain off but I’ll be alright. Either way the experience was excellent and I would highly recommend going to them if you’re in the area.

Negative experience: Don't get upset about the work you have to get done infront of DR. Tran because those women will remember you and make you feel uncomfortable next time you come in. This is the kind of stuff that gives an all women work place a bad name. Will not be coming here anymore. Plus they take so long to attend you (even with appointments)and it's just not great to be uncomfortable for hours.

Positive experience: I have a terrible pain in my tooth. The left side of my face was throbbing! I called on Friday and was seen on Friday. I explained the situation and they put me on the schedule. Turns out I have an infection. I was prescribed antibiotics and some ibuprofen. The process was explained to me about what may or may not happen.Everyone I spoke with and who worked on me were amazing! I truly appreciate it. I am big on reading reviews and this dental office had a few bad reviews but nothing like what I came across with othe offices before called them. I'm glad I made the choice to come here. Dr. Tran and her assistant are great! Thank you all do much!

Positive experience: Recently had to have a crown replacement. From the time I entered their office I was greeted with a friendly staff. The procedure was pain free, other than the first shot , and am pleased with the final outcome.

Negative experience: This office over charges for work performed and places you with out of network providers creating billing issues. When you dispute the charges then staff will talk over you stopping you from asking questions. I would not recommend anyone going here. I told them I was going to leave a negative review and was told “Go ahead”

Negative experience: Dentists and staff are great. God help you if you have a question about an unexpected bill that you receive from them. I called their office 8 times, leaving 8 voicemails, during business hours. Their billing department never answers the phone. They did try to call me twice, but I am a nurse and can't answer the phone when I am caring for patients. I called them back 2 minutes after I missed a call from them, and they didn't answer, and they never called me back again.

Positive experience: I made an appointment two weeks out, finished my online registration which included my insurance information. Arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early and gave them my insurance card ( they copied). I waited about 10 minutes and was called in for my exam and X-rays. They completed the exam and X-rays. The finance person came in to inform me that they don’t accept my insurance. They waited until after the exam to check my insurance. And they charged me $80. That’s not how it’s done. I won’t be going back.

Positive experience: I called after my tooth broke--on a cookie!--and they got me in that afternoon. Dr. Keira and her assistant were very efficient and helpful. I appreciated their prompt attention and care.

Negative experience: I got a tooth extraction by the oral surgeon that comes to this location once a month. My problem came with trying to contact someone to inform them of the worsening pain that I was in, the site kept bleeding and was not healing. I know something is not right. After several attempts to get the actual office and not the schedulers... they then told me to leave a message and they will call you right back. I kept calling because of the excruciating pain and they finally tell me...oh the office isn't open on Friday. I tried the emergency line and to my disbelief, it doesn't work. You can't even leave a message after having a procedure done to contact a medical professional. Insane. This was by far the worst experience I have had. Still....no one to reach about complications that can happen afterwards. Once they receive payment, there is no care as to how the patient is doing.

Fantastic experience: Clean office, modern equipment, rustic building, comfortable waiting area. Modern TVs with cable in the patient rooms, that double as displays for patient information. Very kind staff, plenty of staff, and quick moving. In and out place, will report back for final review after getting some work done next week.

Negative experience: After the referral from the Walton dentistry doctor ,I recently had my root canal and I came to Walton dentistry for my crown .After doing my crown I came to know from the doctor that there is an infection still there . I feel like this dentistry only cares about money .they don’t care what’s going in patient tooth .they are just following the procedure to make money . Before doing my crown ,Doctor could have suggested me to go back to endodontic to see why I have an infection after root canal. Instead she put a crown on ,on the tooth which still have infection . Doctors need to understand the patient pain and every penny we pay for the treatment . They just do what comes next They don’t check what is done is done without any flaws. Who should we trust now .

Negative experience: Dentist are okay but the Billing is Horrible. When you call to talk to them it goes to a phone service so they don’t know specifics and you have to go up to office to get any help. I spoke to the account manager who was out on maternity leave and she assured me they would handle the bill and follow but with me if there were any issues. Two months later and I am still showing a balance and can’t get ahold of anyone. I have never had this many issues from an office. I decided to pull my whole family from this office.

Fantastic experience: I've been here twice once for a cleaning and they did a awesome job, but today I called because I broke a tooth, and they got me right in and fixed the issue, and again they did a great job. This is the first dentist I found when I moved here and I'm a customer. Thank you for your great work and kindness.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been visiting Walton Family Dentistry for over 5 years now and have not had a bad experience. We’ve seen multiple doctors and techs and they’ve all been very nice and professional. This last visit there was a little confusion on my daughter’s filling but Dr. Tran was amazing and stepped right in. My daughter had no pain and all her anxiety was eased by the caring staff. I really appreciate everyone’s dedication and kindness.

Fantastic experience: Very polite staff makes the most of your visit. Please hire a carpenter to repair the restroom door the bottom of it sticks dreadfully. You need a carpenter to fix the door to make it safer, thank you.

Positive experience: Good first time experience until they let a trainee do my procedure and i had to learn the painful way. The professionals are….well professional very kind and understanding, staff are friendly and courteous. My advice is don’t let trainees do work on you.

Fantastic experience: Besides a bit of a hiccup with the billing department, the experiences that I have had with this Dental office have been top notch! Dr. Jain is very caring and honest and was not in the business to treat things that were unnecessary. I loved how honest she was with my son and how comfortable she made him. The dental assistant, Mae, was awesome too! My son had to have a crown put in and when he left, he even said how nice everyone was and that he actually really liked this dentist. Everyone that we have encountered here has been more than pleasant, from the ladies at the front desk all they way to scheduling the next appointment. My only advice is to check with your insurance company about charges for the work being done so that you aren't overcharged. I understand things fall through the cracks at times, but it took MONTHS to get my account handled (services were completed in November and refund was finally issued today). Other than that, I would recommend Walton Family Dentistry to someone looking for an honest Dentist who cares.

Positive experience: Was surprised to hear that I had 3 areas that they were watching from my last visit. This was never discussed with me. Otherwise, the service was friendly and professional. The hygienist that I had today was exceptional.

Fantastic experience: WVFD is the best family dentist in the county. They’re very professional and will squeeze in an appointment for you!!!! There’s practically no waiting and the hygienist as well as the doctor explained to me the best and affordable plan that would bring my teeth to a healthier status!!!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 would recommend Dr. Posey to everyone I know, he was professional and most of all he was very kind. He definitely made me feel comfortable during my procedure that I had been putting off for way to long! I cant thank Dr. Posey and Walton Center Family Dentistry for working me into the schedule for an emergency appointment at such a very short notice! Best dentist office around!

Positive experience: It wasn’t a bad experience, but not the best either. The dental assistant and dentist were both very rough and seemed very rushed. The dentist also cut the inside of my mouth with the drill she was using because she was working so fast. She only spent maybe 7-9 minutes working on my tooth that was chipped and needed a crown. The assistant did the rest of the work, I was there for 1.5 hours, including drilling and such, which made me nervous. The dentist said it was because they had a lot of people on the books that morning. This annoyed me, I came to a dentist office to see an “dentist” for my tooth that cracked off above the gum and needed treatment, not an assistant. And I was called back into the office after leaving and going about my day to have the color of the crown matched. The assistant completely forgot to do it while I was there in the first place.

Positive experience: The dentists here are absolutely great! The only feedback I have are for the people that are in charge of returning phone calls and maintaining contact information records. For instance, I wanted to do Invisalign and wanted to see if they would do a payment plan and was told they would call me back once they checked on it but I never heard back so I ended up going with Koch Orthadontics. Another example: Our second visits they somehow mixed up my husband’s and my phone number, even though we went at two different times for our initial visit; so when it was time for our second visit they called me to confirm my husband’s appointment to which he never confirmed because I didn’t answer and they cancelled it since he didn’t confirm and today I show up and the building is locked so when I call in, they let me know they tried to call me (but was calling my husband) to reschedule on Jan 26. I know mistakes can happen but when I talked to the person rescheduling me today there was no apology or remorse and that was super disappointing for newer patients to the practice.

Negative experience: This place is beyond corrupt and unprofessional. I disputed a charge with them back in August which I won. Despite that, they’ve been sending me a bill monthly since then. The billing department never answers—you only get their voicemail. The only people I’ve been able to talk to are the receptionists, who tell me the head of billing is on maternity leave. Apparently no one else in their billing department can call me back. I’ve been told the bills would stop coming and they never did. They even tried to tell me I lost the dispute when I have a letter from the bank saying otherwise and the money back in my account. They then asked me to send proof from my bank that I won the dispute, which I emailed to them. Not surprisingly, no one responded to that email and I just got another bill. No one should ever go here. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service from a place of business. At this point, it’s not even about the money, it’s about principles, of which they have none.

Negative experience: The people were nice . However , I have two dental insurances with the combination amount of 3500.00 dollars of benefits starting this year .. Yet , you all said that I owe you at the time scheduled crown a filling : I paid 100.00 over the phone . On the day of the appointment 68or 78 dollars. Then on the placement of the crown another 857.00 . It doesn’t add up ! I want come back to your office ever !!!!

Fantastic experience: My experience was great. Everybody was super friendly and helpful from the front receptionist, doctor, hygienist, and the office manager, my dental assistant was fantastic with doing my x-rays and being very informative with everything that was happening. I would highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy w/ my service & experience. I have past trauma that has been holding me back from going to the dentist for years. The dentist & the oral hygienist were very patient, concerned & informative through the process. The work that I needed done causes me to take breaks due to my TMJ hurting during the process & later in the day. Patience went a long way for me & I’m happy I found a place I can feel comfortable going back to for service.

Fantastic experience: I needed to have two wisdom teeth removed because they were decaying so I searched for a good dentist and found Walton Center for Family Dentistry. My consultation was easy and they got me set up with a date fast. The morning of the surgery was an ease and successful. They staff made me feel comfortable and made sure I was well relaxed. The doctor came in and it was lights out because it happened so fast that I forgot I had the surgery until I got home to recover. I have no complications and other than the soreness and a little swelling I feel good and glad I went there to have it done. I highly recommend this dentistry.
