Fantastic experience: Dr Maymone is the best- if you’re looking for veneers he is truly the artist of teeth. Some of my adult teeth never came in so I have had a lot of dental work as a result & it’s really hard to find a dentist as skilled as him. My teeth are very natural looking & people don’t know they are fake. He share’s assistants but his assistant Monica is my favorite. She has a wonderful personality & very talented. I highly recommend both of them.

Negative experience: It was a very disappointing appointment this time. At my previous appointment May 13th I was told everything looked great I was doing a great job. I come in on August 27th I'm told how horrible my teeth are. I need to see a pereidontist, I need two crowns replaced, I need a follow up in 3 months not 4 as previously. I'm not trusting what I am being told from 1 appointment to the next. All of this work is of course way over what insurance will cover, which means out of my own pocket.

They are not the cheapest but when it comes to one's health and full satisfaction - again try them and you'll not be disappointed. I went for another cleaning yesterday. Megan is a jewel. she is very professional and thorough. Again I think you'll be surprised that this practice is very good at what they are about. If you are thinking of changing dentists or have had it with your old Perfect Teeth or regimented dentist - give them a try.

As if you are threatening that people will not be allowed to leave if they don’t pay. Spoils the experience every time.

Negative experience: The technician who took my X rays was very nice, and I think she did a good job, but I thought I came in for a cleaning and X rays and never got the cleaning because there wasn’t a hygienist available at the time I booked? So I was told I need to schedule another time slot for a cleaning. Weird that it was scheduled like that. Also when the dentist who came in did a half hour Invisalign pitch. I have absolutely no interest in Invisalign, I had braces for years and that was already a pretty painful and traumatic experience so the hard sell on clear aligners was very off putting. I think I might look elsewhere for a new dentist, honestly.

We finished cleaning early and needed staff member finished early, so we got two appointments knocked out in one visit and saved me a little money and another trip and time away from work. They have made a lifelong customer out of me.

I just asked my husband after my last visit if they could have had a personality test in their hiring process because everyone I have encountered is talkative, warm, and caring. Fantastic experience: Dr Maymone was very good with my extraction & implants today. It was a difficult procedure because my tooth kept chipping off instead of coming out whole. But he kept carefully working it loose until it all came out as a single piece. He also was good about explaining what was happening. He and Monica were a great team and kept the calm, professional and knowledgeable demeanor that helped me stay reasonably relaxed, too. My check out and followup appointments were handled professionally and immediately at the front desk, with as much speed as the computer system allowed. Now success depends on my careful handling of oral, medicinal, behavioral and nutritional requirements until the very fragile bone graft & implant placement is healed. I would definitely do it again.

Fantastic experience: Dr Maymone, Monica and the entire staff are competent, caring and focused on end results. I just completed my 6 Months with Invisalign and now prepping for 8 veneers. I have had excellent care and consulting during this process. I would highly recommend them for general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry. The picture here is post 8 veneers and I LOVE THEM!! I’m also wearing a bottom Invisalign retainer. NO REGRETS!! Don’t trust your cosmetic tooth makeover to anyone other than Dr Maymone! Negative experience: Disappointed and Disrespected as a Long-Time Patient I have been a loyal patient at Stanley Dental Group for over four years, and Dr. Alexandre Maymone has been my dentist. I completed an Invisalign treatment with him and trusted his expertise. However, my recent experience with the front desk staff has left me feeling disrespected and humiliated. When I called to schedule an appointment after the resin on my front teeth broke, the staff member was extremely rude and dismissive. This is not the first time this has happened. I mentioned that I also needed a cleaning, but she told me there were no available appointments until after June. When I expressed surprise (as this has never been an issue before), she responded in a condescending tone, claiming that in her 15 years working there, it has always been this way. I felt accused of lying when she insisted there were never available appointments. If you review my records, you’ll see that I’ve never had trouble scheduling cleanings in the past. Her tone and attitude were completely unprofessional, and the call ended with her hanging up on me. This is the second time I’ve experienced such treatment. The first time, I mentioned it to Dr. Maymone, but he brushed it off. I don’t know if this is due to my race, my accent, or something else, but I feel deeply undervalued as a patient. I travel from Seattle to Colorado because I trust your practice, but my trust has been severely shaken. I have always paid for my treatments in full and expected to be treated with respect. Instead, I feel discarded and disrespected. I have worked in medical offices before and understand the stress of scheduling appointments, but I would never speak to a patient this way. This behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the values I associate with your clinic. I am seriously reconsidering whether I will return, even though I need to address my dental issues. This kind of treatment is inexcusable, and I hope you take these concerns seriously.

Negative experience: Had amalgam fillings for decades... Suddenly they were "a problem to my health" and had to be replaced. Never had issues before then but I've had a ringing in my right ear ever since and sensitivity in my teeth that made me unable to eat stuff like ice cream. Before this I hadn't been back to a dentist in 5 years, suddenly have all these issues. I won't trust a dentist's opinion again. Do your research cause these dentists just want money from you.

Doctor Jeranko and Doctor Maymone changed my life! Because of them I dared to hope for a smile I could be proud of. From the first moment I stepped into their office I felt welcome. In the past I have had terrible experiences and had become scared to even go to the dentist; but not at Standley Shores Dental. They are the best! Cris, his Dental Assistant, was wonderfully supportive, patient & very experienced using their hi tech computer imaging for crown prep. I have been a patient here for 15 years or more. Kristin, their Dental Hygienist, saved a tooth using deep cleaning. She's very knowledgeable. Front staff are very helpful also. Highly recommend this clinic. They do take my United Health Care Dental Insurance as well.

Positive experience: I always like the care I get at Standley Shores. I must say that I was disappointed on this visit because the cost was higher than I expected. I had a deep cleaning 4 months ago and was put on a 4 month cleaning cycle. I was told the most recent cleaning( which was a normal cleaning) did not qualify for the 50% cleaning off since I purchased Vantage One through SS Dental. I ask about it at payment and was told I would only get 20% off since my last was a deep cleaning...This made no sense to me.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Standley Shores Dental Group for 5 years (since arriving in Colorado). I live about 40 minutes away with tons of options closer to me. I love this practice so much that I’m willing to drive. I’ve been cared for by most of the docs at one time or another and all of them have been delightful! They care about me and what’s going on in my mouth. All are incredibly knowledgeable and I trust them completely. The hygienists are also top notch! I love catching up with them when I get into the chair. And just to be clear, I have something like 15 crowns and 2 implants, so my dentist is very important to me.

Negative experience: BE SURE TO GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE GETTING TREATMENT HERE!!! They will run your insurance UP for the most expensive treatments. They really advocate for crowns, root canals, and as many fillings as they can place. Dr. Patracek I guess hasn’t always worked here so things have changed. I was expecting a female dentist and instead got him. The other dentist I went to said my mouth was fine. I get here and am told I need 5 fillings and a crown/root canal. Without my consent, they added in an additional “flouride” piece within a filling which was an additional cost. I spent months going back and forth to get things corrected only to be told I needed additional treatment. If you want Invisalign, go to a respected orthodontist, not a dentist. Advocate for yourself. The guy dentist (Patracek) here will repeat the same things over and over again even if you tell him, “I’m not interested”. No I don’t want Invisalign nor do I want teeth pulled that do not need to be pulled. Shady practice. Beware.

Since I moved down south again and my other dentist was unable to get me in, I called them up and they got me scheduled for a time that worked for me! Dr. Jeranko was my first ever dentist and he is just as good now! It was a pleasure seeing you again and reminiscing 20+ years later! If you’re looking for a dental office that is thorough and a pleasure to work with, this is the place to go!
