When it comes to the braces treatment, staff, and facility hands down amazing! Dr. Dhadli is very professional and really cares about your smile. My sisters and I love the staff here! Negative experience: Her first couple of appointments went alright they really didn’t do anything The last appointment she went to they did x-rays, but the tech was aggravated because my daughter wouldn’t sit still (she was 3). I am barely able to make it to Grand Prairie bc I recently moved to Burleson and have to switch her dentists. She had one last appointment today and I’ve been trying to get them on the phone since Thursday afternoon to figure out the time of her appointment but no one answers. Also they don’t send the reminder texts or phone calls like they advertise. Definitely don’t recommend this place

Fantastic experience: Yesterday was the day that me and my baby girl were finally able to get the job done! It’s been such a tumultuous experience and I’m glad we were able to get over the hurdle. My kids prior dentist did everything but fix a very visible cavity which I understood due to her age. I was paying a lot of money out of pocket and when the sealant that we had placed twice came out within in days I did my research. I was lucky enough to come across Smile Magic we had our first visit (of course the kid loved the slide) everyone from the front desk to the X-ray tech to the dental assistant was so warm and friendly. They actually listened and came up with a plan. Within 2 weeks I was able to come back for oral sedation which was what I knew we needed. Even though the process for sedation was very long, this was for my kid so I would’ve waited all day. She was made to feel relaxed before even being sedated. I wish I would’ve got the name of the Dentist because I was a wreck but she was beyond friendly and explained thoroughly what she would do. Of course it’s never easy to let you kid go back alone, but we eased on through. Once they brought her back to me, they told me what to look out for again. My kid was hysterical for about 30 minutes after. But that was somewhat expected. I made sure to keep her from biting her lips, made it home, gave her medicine and she slept. I just knew she would be in pain when she woke up but no, it was like nothing ever happened. No pain at all, no swelling, no discoloration. I’m talking the same day she was just fine. Now I’m no dentist and I can’t not speak on if the cavities where filled properly, but the silvers look amazing. They are tooth shaped and my baby is smiling big. I couldn’t be happier to no longer have to feel the guilty of seeing her visible cavity. The staff, (wish I could hug the dentist) did AMAZING

Negative experience: I had a great experience at my daughter’s first visit. She was scheduled December to be seen but because she had the flu so we weren’t able to go. I rescheduled to the following month and on the day of the appointment I realized they didn’t even take Dental Quest so I went out of my way to change her dental plan that would take her and I attempted to rescheduled and no one answered. So I was scheduled to February 1 and I explained to the receptionist that I had CHIP so she proceeded to schedule me. Friday the 29th I get a text getting notified that I didn’t confirm my appointment so it was canceled. Didn’t realized I had to follow up. So she was the rescheduled to the 15th and as I check in today and wait for 10 mins, I get notified that that since I have CHIP her appointments are scheduled every 6 months. I wish I would have known all of this. Just been a waste of time. No communication at all

Fantastic experience: Love this denist office! My sisters even take my nieces and nephews here. They are never rude and are very patient with my daughter. I even go here for myself. Even the orthodontics is very nice. Cristina was very hopefully and even help me with my daughter. I don’t remember the guy names but he in the new orthodontics that is there and he explained everything and answered any questions I had

Negative experience: We have been coming here for years but lately the service is getting worse. The amount of time we are here compared to the care she is getting is outweighed. The polishing they did was minimal. I watched as she touched each tooth but did not go around the whole tooth. She did not floss and stood the whole 2 mins she was doing that. X rays were done afterwards and my daughter said the panoramic X-ray was not going to come out good because she was too far back and was reaching with her mouth to hold the plastic tip of the machine. She said her mouth hurt after doing that. Then we waited and waited. Finally saw the Dr. she literally touched 2 teeth with the hook, looked at the X-rays and said ok, she’s good to go. She said she had some staining on her teeth but maybe bc she didn’t get a proper polish. I told her that she didn’t get a proper cleaning, floss or exam. She just said, I do this all day. I can see the X-rays and know what’s going on. She said she would have someone come back to floss and fluoride before we leave. I guess I will need to get a second opinion somewhere else. I don’t feel we got proper care here. The cleanings and becoming shorter and shorter each time.
