Negative experience: I booked an appointment with Luxuri dental but the building and the paperwork says Kissable dental. Arrived at 1:14, appointment was at 1:30. I was told I could not enter the building (and was not allowed to enter) due to a “business meeting” and that I was bit early anyway. Seriously?

Negative experience: Warning! Very different office from 4 years ago. They refused to provide us with our insurance covered dental cleaning for my wife and kids. They forcefully wanted to do a bunch of services that were not covered by our insurance and then offered a deductible their office provided. Sounded like a scam to me and the customer service was pretty much nonexistent. A young lady there had an attitude and was rude. Stay away!

Negative experience: To be transparent, I had previously given this place a 5 star rating because they said they would give me a free teeth whitening or something of that sort; this was when the clinic was still new and had just opened and I’m certain most of the 5 star ratings are because they received some sort of service or free product. I’ve been a patient for a few years but this clinic has completely gone down hill starting this year in terms of service and i’m just completely dissatisfied. Last appointment I went to they were charging $150 for the visit and when I asked why I was being charged (because every time I would go in for a cleaning I was told there was no charge and if I received a bill in the mail to disregard it) they asked “Well, how much can you afford? $100? $50?”. It was extremely off putting and just plain weird. The staff is nice for the most part but the way they’ve started running their business is not something I could get behind with. Honestly, would go find another dentist that’s worth going to, this is not like a clinic with top notch service or anything.

Positive experience: The dentist was very thorough, she also educated me on everything that she was doing as well as what would need to be done in the future. I'm very pleased with this visit and I look forward to what's to come. I will definitely be recommending other to Kissable Dental.

Negative experience: Got a super fast cleaning...... Staff was awesome !!! Unfortunately I'm forced to change dentists because after 2 years under care of this facility no one noticed I had a fractured tooth that shattered while I was eating celery.. I'm sorry this just isn't OK.

Negative experience: kissable dental in crossroads is 0 stars, avoid at all costs. this place was great when it first opened and i was customer for 2+ yrs. Now it has gone down the s*** hole. they tried to upsell me useless stuff while i am getting my teeth cleaned. Who sends a billing assistant to talk to you while you are under a large machine? They billed my insurance for services not performed and billed my credit card without authorization. DO NOT GO.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant all about the patient and my needs not all about how they will get paid. The staff is wonderful I haven’t been to a dentist like this before. Check them out!!!

Fantastic experience: From beginning to end my experience was excellent. Dr. Kha took care of me and made my experience a calm one. She explained everything that she was going to do and didn't try and "upsell" me procedures I didn't need. Diamond was as sweet as can be and handled the financial part of my visit. Citlali and Myda were also sweet, caring and personable. Everone that I encountered were very professional and all had smiles on their faces. I definitely recommend Kissable Dental (soon to be Luxri)

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars I would. I had an appointment with this office at Crossroads and the front office staff were very rude and disrespectful, so much so I canceled my appointment. They do not have an iota of respect towards customers.

Negative experience: I had 2 root canals and crowns done at this clinic ( one in 2021 and one in 2022 ) and sadly I lost both teeth in 2023. When I went to my family dentist after, I was told this is a very cheap crown that was used. Front staff are super nice, dentists are fresh grads with zero experience.

I feel a little older than their target customer but appreciate the excellent treatment and willingness to work with me financially. The are the best at explaining everything fully so you understand what needs to be done and why you need it.

I had been putting off the dentist since January due to life events and let's face it the 380 commute to McKinney where my dentist was located wasn't going helping to encourage a dental visit. I found Kissable Dental in Crossroads was an insurance option for me so I went for it and am glad I did! They were able to get me in quickly for a cleaning and to fix two broken teeth I had been dealing with for a few months. They also found and treated some bacteria in my teeth crevices, which I didn't even know was a thing! I signed up for a cleaning plan so now I even get a few extra cleanings each year. Check them out if your in the market for a new dentist =)

Negative experience: LET ME START OFF BY SAYING: After my initial visit in October, I was very pleased with the staff. I had not been to a dentist in well over 3 years d/t extreme anxiety after a terrible visit with a different office. They informed me that I did need to see endodontics for a few teeth but needed a few fillings as well. With that being said, they said they would be waiving my deductible for my insurance if I left a 5 star review. Below you will find this and then you will find my TRUE REVIEW after almost 2 months. -- FIRST REVIEW: "Front desk, dental assistants and dentist were top tier!" -- TRUE REVIEW: Kissable Dental BALANCE BILLED. They billed both my primary & secondary insurance for the same service and was paid by both insurance companies IN FULL maxing me out. 1) I was NEVER once notified of my secondary being billed. The consent form I signed was for GUARDIAN ONLY. I never authorized payment to my secondary dental insurance company. 2) Balance Biling is insurance fraud. 3) I was told I’d be referred to endodontics and have yet to receive a call. One month later, one of the molars I was to be referred for broke off, exposing my nerves. I was left with 1/3 of it and my cheek swelled up. I could not eat/talk/sleep without my exposed nerves rubbing and was advised to find another dentist who would help me since their dentist could not. I then had to pay out of pocket for said treatment and have YET hear from them regarding my referral. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Fantastic experience: Overall great experience from booking to the service. I was able to book online and get an immediate response to provide documents to make the check in process go smoother. Additionally I got notified via text days leading up to my appointment. When I showed up to my appointment everyone was so nice and made an effort to get to know me. Throughout the process they kept me updated on what was going on and ensured I got what I requested.

Negative experience: They gave me free perks to write a 5 star review when I first became a client. Now, after two years, I’ve had time to think about the services provided. Yes, they have great chairs that calm you. They have tvs to watch while work is being done. The front desk staff and the dental assistants have always been great. But, I’ve had three different dentists since I’ve started going here and the same issues occurred with all of them. They don’t tell you what they are doing or what work is being done. When I ask questions to the dentists, they hesitate to answer. When I questioned what they were doing, it is as if they know best and I shouldn’t be questioning the dentist. I got a filling on a tooth, it chipped within 12 hours. I told them and scheduled to get it fixed- no problem. Front desk and assistant was awesome. But the dentist seemed passive that his work didn’t last and said five times that they will take care of this but next time they will charge me. His hands were literally in my mouth and I wanted him to fix it, so I wasn’t going to argue. But dude, I heard you. Your work failed in less than a day. You should fix it because you didn’t do your job correctly. Do not make your patients feel bad for your failure. Last time I had this tooth filled was 2021 by another dentist, it lasted 3 years. And now again, the tooth they fixed for the second time has chipped within 24 hrs. I’ve never had issues with any dentist I’ve gone too. I am hesitant even writing this. But it’s the truth and should be posted. I will not be back.

Fantastic experience: kissable dental's unlike any other dental places I have been. the owner made the enviornment super relaxing and comfortable by putting colorful decorations, playing music and there even a tv on the ceiling so you can watch it while being treated. speaking of the actuall dental process - it's also top-notch. my doctor showed me my teeth before the cleaning and explain to me what she would like to clean/fill and after she also showed me the result so I can see it through my eyes. the cleaning process itself's pretty smooth too. I would defintely recommand this place to any of my friends that lives in dallas and I wish they would open more offices soon!

I'm pretty sure this is why there's such a high rating for this place. I went recently for an appointment and nobody asked nothing regarding your teeth. Very disappointed experience.

Negative experience: My appointment was for a dental cleaning (not because I had dental pain or issues, I just needed my teeth cleaned). These people without asking or explaining what the procedure will be, they started drilling my teeth. Now I have two aching molars, very sensitive and painful when I chew. After this, I have been there twice, and my pain still growing. They don't listen, they just seat you there pretending they know what their doing. I'm now looking for a real dentist that can fix/heal what they messed. Be careful, they will try to push you to put a five star review while you're seating there. This is why the have such high star reviews.

Fantastic experience: Kissable was an amazing experience! I had 2 cavities that needed filled and they went above and beyond! Not only did they fill my cavities they also glued down my permanent retainer that was coming up! The staff were so friendly and welcoming! And the quality of care is impeccable! Absolutely loved my experience if you’re looking for a dentist office kissable is your spot!!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time to Kissable dental. A family member referred me. The experience was great! Booking an appointment was easily done through their website. I was able to communication via text to send my insurance card info. Once there, everyone was friendly! They explained the procedures thoroughly before starting. I needed a couple of fillings and some plaque removal. It took a little bit to get used to the contraption they put in my mouth…a tongue guard. The massaging chairs and the sunglasses helped to calm me down…I get nervous when there’s a drill in my mouth. I was done in an hour, cavities taken care of…plaque gone and next appointment has been set. If you have any hesitations about going to your dentist, ditch them and come here! Negative experience: I have edited my review because the next day the fillings they put in both came out, I had to wait another 7 days , then I had an emergency issue with my tooth. Infection and pain and Jay was rude, inconsiderate and very non-chalant and tried to schedule me for 9 days later! I couldn’t not speak with the office manager, a nurse , or anyone. I was refused to be seen or to talk to anyone. This is unacceptable. Don’t waste your time unless you only need a cleaning. Otherwise you will be disappointed. Wonderful experience. A little apprehensive about dental work but I was made very comfortable. The treatment chair gave a massage during the entire visit, the music was pleasant and soothing. I was relaxed and got every thing done in one sitting. The dentist was gentle, explained everything that was being done, I had no pain. After treatment was completed I was able to see a clear picture on a monitor of the before and after! I think I have found a new Dentist! I must also mention that the staff was patient, friendly, and professional. Very inviting.

They also told me I had a cavity and I ended up getting a second opinion and another dentist said I didn't have one. The staff is very friendly, but I'd be skeptical about what they say. Fantastic experience: This is my first time visiting this dental place and I LOVED my experience here from the ambiance, the staff, my service, and my farewell. The staff as well as the doctor were all very informative which allowed my appointment to run very smoothly and relaxed. While working during my service the doctor and her assistant ensure to tell you what they are doing and why they are doing it every step of the way. Any question I asked they answered and also provided other suggestions and solutions to best fit my situation. I recently wanted to change my dentist plus both my daughters for two different reasons and Kissable Dental fit the bill for both. After my appointment I scheduled theirs and the dental office are able to get them in just in a couple of weeks. Fantastic experience: Best dental experience (literally) ever! Everyone was so kind and had great bedside manner. The dentist was transparent with what needed to be done and gentle with the procedures. Office was clean and welcoming, overall a great experience!

Fantastic experience: I was referred by a family member. First time and everyone was so nice and communicative. They did free repairs on my teeth I wasn’t expecting and left feeling better about my smile. Planning to go back for future needs when able.

Negative experience: Stay away from this place. I went here because of the good reviews but once I was there I saw how they pressure you into leaving 5 star reviews so they will wave the fees. I have pretty healthy teeth and go for my dental cleaning twice a year never have I been told I needed more work. First time here for the basic cleaning I was told a couple of my teeth had a little bacterial buildup which they can remove and my insurance covers it , they never went over how much they’re charging my insurance and only went over me leaving 5 star reviews while I was sitting in the actual chair about to get my teeth cleaned and handing me papers to sign. Long story short come to find out they have done 10 FILLINGS on my teeth without me knowing and maxed up my insurance in one visit!!!! Thank god half way through the service I had difficulty breathing and I stopped them from finishing the service or they would’ve done filling on all of my teeth!! And when I call them and asked why didn’t you tell me you are doing filling on my teeth they told me we use different vocabulary so people don’t get scared. I have a whole year to go now without dental insurance coverage since they maxed it up in one visit!!!
