But one issue is he want tell me about his fountain of youth he has found ,, seem like he never ages !! If you’re looking for dental work then look no more !! Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Midtown Dental for several years now. Dr. Joseph is relatively new to Midtown Dental but when I tell you, she is top notch that’s exactly what I mean. I recently have had some problems with my teeth. Dr. Joseph went above and beyond to get me to an endodontist to have a root canal before I left on vacation, I also have had to have a crown that she did a fantastic job on. She checked on me through the whole process, made sure that I was comfortable and made sure that I wasn’t in any pain and if I was, she immediately gave me some more numbing medication. I can’t say enough about Dr. Joseph what a top-notch dentist she really is. I would recommend anybody to Midtown Dental and ask for Dr. Joseph. She’s the best!

Fantastic experience: I love Ms Kelly! She was so wonderful in helping me figure out how to fix my teeth and she went out of her way multiple times to oblige my schedule and help me through this process! They even contacted my doctor to make sure their plan would work with the things that I take daily. Miss Kelly is absolutely wonderful and I could not recommend her and Midtown dental more! Ms Kelly is the absolute best!!!! The dentist here is so wonderful. He treats you so kindly and professionally he doesn’t make you feel like you’re any kind of bother. He is just wonderful. This is a great place and I am so happy I found them.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nerestat and his staff are wonderful. I had 14 teeth pulled and had upper and lower implants put in. That was almost 8 years ago and I still have no problems. I highly recommend Midtown dental.

Negative experience: Disclaimer: From what I can tell, the majority of their 5 star reviews are paid for and botted. I had the misfortune of going to this place earlier this year, They said I had 6 cavities, they did three cavities to start with, but Tina Joseph really messed up the right side of my mouth. Oh, and when i was coming off the laughing gas, she said you have three additional cavities we just found just now. I can't chew food or put any pressure on the main teeth she worked on, and its been months now. They denied any mistakes or wrongdoing, and told me to go to an endodontist. I highly recommend you DO NOT go to this place. All they seem to care about is $$$, not people.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Midtown Dental, and specifically with Dr Joseph, was outstanding! She replaced one of my crowns that I broke on a popcorn kernel and the other when fillings couldn’t fix the tooth. While no one loves to have dental work done Dr Joseph made it a relatively pleasant experience!

Fantastic experience: 3 years ago I had a new patient visit. Staff were amazing and very knowledgeable! Last year I needed several teeth capped. 3 years later I'm very happy with all the staff, dentists and my smile.

Fantastic experience: I have high anxiety with dentists and they assured me I would be taken care of.

Negative experience: I was seen at Midtown Dental on a promotional visit and they took multiple x-rays and told me they were unable to help me with my request for dental care saying I needed to be referred to a specialist. When I tried to contact the referred specialist they were asking for so much money to even adjust my situation. They have since then been addressing my email saying why haven’t I returned as though they are not aware. Midtown dental told me at my initial visit they were unable to help me with my dental concerns.

Fantastic experience: Every six months I visit Mel, my dental hygenist. She x-rays and cleans my teeth, checking for anything abnormal with my teeth and gums; all the while, talking to me about things we have in common ( wine, places to visit, family). On the odd occasion that something is amiss, she calls in one of the two dentists available and they review our next steps. This is all done smoothly, efficiently and cordially. I can't imagine having my teeth cared for by anyone else.

Negative experience: The front desk is in need of a lot of guidance on professionalism , time and consideration . I observed a client being told the wrong information several times. Her appointment was set and when she arrived she discovered it had been changed . She had not been giving no explanation or reason as to why. She had taken time off work . We understand that things happen and it’s apart of life but what we don’t understand is how things were handle. When we are wrong we must be held accountable.

Fantastic experience: Dani relieved my apprehension towards my regular teeth cleaning and I’m so grateful. I do not enjoy the dentist. I have no good reason for this. I have never had a cavity or a root canal, my teeth are low-drama, but it’s not something I enjoy at all. I get my anxious and agitated. However - Dani made it SO much better. She’s so kind and understanding and she put me at ease. Her office is decorated with lights and fun colors and I felt much more comfortable. She’s the best!

Positive experience: My first visit went well Dr. A was very thorough and very nice and understanding. The dental hygienist Tanisha was awesome. I really enjoyed working with her. However, when I went to schedule my appointment and get my estimate for my next visit, I tried to tell the lady that me and the doctor discussed not doing the nitrous and she still made me pay for it even though it’s not gonna be done and she wouldn’t confirm with the doctor so that’s the only negative thing I have to say about them And I didn’t really like the idea that you have to pre-pay for your next visit. That’s kind of weird.

Negative experience: I went to Midtown dental in April 2024 and they told me that I had one root canal that needed an emergency procedure and several teeth that needed fillings of their cavities. I was referred to an endodontic specialist, given a root canal and given an appointment back to Midtown to get a crown put on that tooth. Fast-forward several months after healing, one of the teeth that had a filling done to it has never recovered and experiences intense shooting nerve pain when chewing on anything that isn’t soft. so since April 2024 I have gotten into the habit of eating on one side of my mouth to avoid the pain. I scheduled another appointment with midtown for today, February 4 2025 to hopefully find some resolution to this matter. I described which tooth was bothering me, and what brought on the nerve pain, the dental assistant took an x-ray of that portion of my mouth, and the dentist came in and told me that everything looks fine on the x-ray and they were going to refer me back to the root canal specialist so they could use their 3-D x-ray technology to figure out if I need another root canal. If I need another root canal, why wasn’t I told of this a year ago? Coming in to the office, I thought maybe they didn’t use enough composite material to make the filling, and I still think that they did not do the filling properly, but the dentist I saw denied this as being a possibility. Now I’m being told that I potentially need another Root canal, I am flabbergasted. I will not be getting another root canal as root canals can cause serious long-term health issues. I will not be taking my business to midtown dental, and I will actively advocate against others going to Midtown dental, or to any office they associate with. And I will be getting a tooth pulled before I get another root canal. Midtown Dentist office does not view our teeth like it is connected to the rest of our body, and they don’t respect the patient enough to accurately explain different options or outcomes. They are like most other groups of western medicine, they are just looking for ways to make the biggest paycheck, to the detriment of the patient.

Fantastic experience: Dr N is the best! Just got my new implant and it feels fabulous! Been going to Midtown for years and I can't say enough about Dr N and the whole staff!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Midtown Dental is absolutely an outstanding Dentist office. Dr.Nerestant is absolutely the best in the business!! It's been a week since I had oral surgery and got inplants/Dentures. I am doing fantastic and healing well and love my new smile. Dr. Nerestant and all of his staff are outstanding!! Kelly his office manager is such a sweetheart and help me through this whole process. His team went above and beyond and everything went so smoothly. This place is truly caring and they are the best at what they do. Definitely give them a try,you won't be disappointed.

Negative experience: After paying $730 for a deep cleaning that included a follow up routine cleaning, they wanted me to pay an additional $70 on the date of my appt. Mind you, when they called to confirm, I asked if there would be any more financial responsibility and I was told No. Work on your communication with your patients. Be honest from the beginning. I will not be returning. Y’all go to hell.
