Fantastic experience: Dr Keith Patel was amazing! He was both respectful and extremely polite. He didn’t make any negatory comments like most dentist do. And he made sure to come up with a plan that worked best for me and my dental situation. I recommend him to everyone! The desk staff was also very professional and kind. The whole office was extremely clean and professional. Definitely will be returning here and recommending everyone else to visit this office.

Negative experience: Stopped in today in pain, approximately 2 hours before closing. The receptionist was annoyed and stated that she could not fit me in today until Monday. I clearly wasn’t the right type of person for the area.

Fantastic experience: June 2021: First time at MyntDental. The staff was friendly and the dental hygienist did an awesome job on thoroughly cleaning my teeth. I spoke with Dr S Molavi to discuss their findings from the many x-rays taken. She took the time to explain a suggested treatment plan with me. I was completely satisfied with the work that was provided to me today. October 2021: I’ve had several visits since my first and the service provided each time has been awesome. I especially appreciate the follow up calls. Best decision to go to Mynt Dental.

Negative experience: Horrible horrible horrible front desk, appointment setters,front office, billing personnel. They don't talk to each other, stupid policies, billing is dumb. I wouldn't go to this place if I were you. Dentists are decent, but everyone else horrible.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience with Mynt Dental of Franklin Park. During a routine cleaning, they discovered an ongoing infection in a tooth that had previously undergone a root canal. Thanks to their thorough care, I was quickly referred to a specialist for extraction and will soon be getting an implant. What stood out to me the most was the team’s professionalism and genuine kindness. I don’t want to mention any names because EVERYONE was so kind to me - I wouldn’t want to leave anyone out. From start to finish, I felt well taken care of and fully informed. I’m grateful for their attention to detail and the peace of mind they’ve given me throughout this process. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: If you have the opportunity to go to this place, save yourself the trouble. They wanted to remove two of my teeth for no reason. I knew they could be saved, but they didn't want to do all that work. I went to another place and they saved my teeth and now my teeth are fixed. I wouldn't go back to this place. The assistant was very rude when explaining why they wanted to remove the teeth. I came to solve a problem, not to be attacked.

Fantastic experience: As always, Mynt Dental is my go to dentist. For me, they are a short distance away, they welcome me when I arrive and have me in a chair within a very short time. The knowledge of the staff is awesome and very much appreciated. They verify coverage and have a detailed plan to review with me before any work is done. My dentist and associates are so dedicated to the work they do. They're like a well oiled machine regardless of the challenges they face. Glad to be a patient of Mynt Dental.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the dentist in a few years because of childhood trauma. I went to a dentist in Elmhurst and he brought back my ptsd and had me do all these fillings. I have the worst sweet tooth, so I’m not a stranger to fillings, but I knew he wasn’t doing them right. Fast forward, one of the fillings he did chipped and I refused to go back to him. I found Dr McIntosh and decided to give her a try. Instantly, she just makes you feel at ease. She walks you through your X-rays so you are looking at what she sees. She couldn’t save my tooth (which I expected) so I had to get a crown. The whole process was seamless and she asked if I was ok the whole time. She’s a keeper! The front desk girls were great too. I had issues with insurance but said they would reach out to them again before they had me pay more out of pocket. My next visit, I didn’t have to pay a balance. Thank you Mynt Dental for helping me get past my childhood trauma!

Excellent facility, very clean, lots of ways to keep people slightly distracted while having their mouths poked and prodded. Dr. Zaric and the Dental Assistant, Amy, were both very friendly, helpful, and professional, as well. Look forward to having this be my primary dentist for the foreseeable future.

Fantastic experience: They were very kind and reassuring when I was nervous and even helped to calm me down. As someone who deals with anxiety often, it was really great to experience that. They helped me understand the breakdown of what my insurance covered and what I had to do on my end and overall was a great experience!

Negative experience: Be aware of the ESTIMATES even with INSURANCE, they tell you an amount $ and after the procedure you will get the bill with an extra amount $$$ The FIRST THING I was told is that MY insurance doesn't cover the gas, and it will be $ 19.80 I said ok, when I got the bill they charged me $100!!!! because my INSURANCE didn't cover it, which they knew from the beginning!! I called the billing service and this lady said that was THEIR mistake for telling me that it was $19.80 instead of $75 but she was going to give me $25 dollars discount,! We went back and forth and she had the AUDACITY to tell me " Well, if you want, I can charge you with the $100 that the insurance is requesting!! WTH!! No lady, it's your fault your office told me and put in WRITING that my INSURANCE doesn't cover it and I was responsable for $19.80 not $75. At the end, I was charged $131.35 plus the $122.10 "It is an estimate only nothing for sure" Stay away of this office.

Negative experience: Dentists themselves are great. Billing personnel as well as schedulers are not the best. I had multiple problems with my daughter before I pulled her from their practice. They tell you one thing in the office and then are calling you an hour later telling you something else. Then even that info is incorrect. Fed up! Update: I was asked by the office manager to take down my 1-star review and to give the dental office another chance. I was waiting for after my appointment to do that but unfortunately that won’t be happening. After years of going to them and after finally speaking my mind on here they terminated our relationship, which is probably a blessing in disguise, I found out they are not BBB accredited and have a D+ rating. Not sure why they would ask to give them another chance if they were ending the relationship. I found out some of my friends that go there have also been having similar issues and are now contemplating on switching dental practices. I just hope they can strive to be better so other patients stop having the same issues I kept having.

Positive experience: Updated comment reviews :after my 2nd visit on 11/4/23 to their office , they had called me to come in to be seen and so all my overall visit was good , the only thing that I didn’t expect was , which I thought my whole mouth will be done all together, why ? I don’t quite understand why only one side of the mouth can be done first ? Due to too much numbing injection was given which I was given worst than this before from my previous periodontal surgery and I was okay going with my whole mouth being numb. Nothing happened to me when I came home everything was fine. The staffed were amazing and the hygienist was very knowledgeable and helpful to explain everything to me.

Fantastic experience: We just moved to town and found this dentist for our 9 years old. They got us in super quick and when it came time to filling his cavity it was a walk in the park. Our dentist really knew how to work with kids and get the fillings done I felt comfortable and I know my son felt comfortable and wasn’t bothered with getting his teethe filled. Up front about what you will need, your potential costs and what your insurance will pay for. They also work with those who do not have insurance

Negative experience: Unfortunately, we will now have to find a new location. They are no longer accepting kids to be schedule on weekends. My child attends a boarding school and only comes home 4 times out of the year on weekends. We book his appointment months in advance once we knew his schedule. Parents also work during the week which is why most book on weekends. We will now taking our business somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff was pleasant, I called and got a same day appointment for my tooth pain, and was scheduled for extraction and bone graft surgery within two days. Negative experience: I would not recommend. They told me I had multiple cavities which suprised me. I sought a second opinion and they found 0 cavities. It's been over a year and I am so happy I recieved a second opinion.

Fantastic experience: Excellent practice! The dentist that attended my mother is top notch! She really put her time and effort into fixing every crevasse that my mother needed and not only is my mom satisfied but so am I. Now my mother can smile with confidence and not feel insecure. Also the bad hygiene that my mother couldn't get rid of, no matter how many times she brushed her teeth is now fixed. The deep cleaning my mom's dentist did was phenomenal. I recommend this place 10 fold.
