Fantastic experience: I heard many good things about Dental Depot from my coworkers, and with a bad experience with the last place, I knew it was time to make the change. Everyone was so helpful, and knowledgeable. They gave me some reassurance.. and I’m looking forward to my next visit.. Maria was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and she did an amazing job on my bonding for my tooth I chipped..I definitely regained some confidence..

I came in for a deep gum cleaning today I was incredibly nervous but it was super easy honestly and the staff make you feel really comfortable, everyone is very nice and friendly. Especially Raceme! She did my deep cleaning and she is so sweet, amazing skills, kind and I wasn’t nervous at all anymore because of her. I’m really grateful and would recommend this dentist office to everyone, it’s awesome!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing I called in at 12:30 got me an appointment at 1pm did my root canal.

Negative experience: 5 Star Establishment, staff and doctors. Super cool train station theme with running trains through out entire office! Unfortunately I came in for a emergency Root canal for Christmas. I was able to get in immediately for an exam and consultation. My insurance ran out and they were able work with me on the price of my cap. I gave you only one star because The assistant administering the injection for pain caused me more stress and trauma from the pain from the force of the injections. I was instructed to open wider while she injected into my cheek muscles. I was sore for weeks and traumatized and stressed on returning for completion. Before I could return to complete the procedure the abscess tooth became reinfected and had to be removed. The infection spread to my Mental Foramen and caused me more trauma. Now I have extreme PTS and need nitrous Oxide inorde to receive an injection. I did get a 10 Star T-shirt!

Negative experience: Huge waste of time. When I scheduled the appointment for my son, the person taking my info was well aware of his age and that it would be his first dentist visit. When we got there we were brought back only for the dentist to refer us to a pediatric dentist because of my son’s age. It seems like the office was only interested in billing our insurance for some money instead of actually being of any assistance. I should have been notified during the scheduling process that they would not be able to care for my child, but instead they decided it would be better to waste my time. 0/10 recommend, although the front desk women were very nice.

Fantastic experience: Love Dental Depot! The staff are great with children. My kids love seeing the train go around. The hygenists are gentle. My kids like going to the dentist thanks to Dental Depot!

Fantastic experience: My crown came loose after chewy on a very sticky candy. The office was very quick to get me into the office to have it looked at and repair. My entire family has been going to this office for 3 years. The front staff is always curtious and the dentists and assistants are very knowledgable and work is always accurate and completed in a timely manner.

Negative experience: Worse place ever. Trust me, find a different dentist. !!!! Went in for dentures, once I went in for the fitting, they were HUGE and I was told that there is nothing they can do to fix them, that I would just have to use ALOT of adhesive. That's a crock !! They were paper thin, you could see through them and yet they refused to to anything about it. Then, my last visit, I was told I was paid in FULL, and they refunded me all of my money since "they couldn't fix the upper denture or do another mold". Seriously. You people have such horrible service, can't fix your mistakes, ... Pour pour pour service and employees. UPDATE: I received a call from Alaina claiming I was harassing them because I called them ONE TIME... mind you ONE TIME to question this so called balance, I have NEVER dealt with someone so unprofessional as she is. Very rude, kept interrupting me, would not let me speak, would not offer to correct their mistakes with the original denture... truly poor service. You want GREAT service, go to the Dental Depot on 40th St and Bell Road, oh my gosh they are AWESOME people.

Fantastic experience: My mouth needs some work and I'm not a huge fan of dentist but everyone here is just amazing. I had to come in for an emergency extraction and everyone was very kind. I will be going back to them to get everything else fixed.

Fantastic experience: I flew in from the east coast to get a second opinion on treatment for an abcess on my gum and received the best service I’ve ever had from a dental office. Not only was it significantly cheaper but all the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Huge shoutout to Maria and Dr. Arthurs. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Two kids with wisdom, teeth, and cavities both on a weekend with pain. They got us in quickly, and hopefully the referrals for the wisdom teeth are done soon.

Fantastic experience: I was very apprehensive going to Dental Depot as I have not taken care of myself and gone to a dentist and over five years. They made me feel very comfortable and at home and they were wonderful to me between the front desk the hygienist and the doctor everyone was fantastic. I am going back to have continued work and I am very comfortable going there. I highly recommend Dental Depot for all your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Edit: I wanted to add that Tina was amazing throughout my 4 visits and addressed any concerns/answered questions I had regarding my dental work. Her communication skills are excellent and she made sure that I wasn’t in any pain during my visits. I definitely recommend Tina when it comes to any dental work! I had multiple appointments due to needing a lot of dental work and it was great every time! From check in, to the hygienists, and Dr. Tang. Everything was excellent! The staff is so friendly and I never had to wait long after checking in to be taken back to get the dental work started. The facility was clean and comfortable. I also have anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and they made sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciate!

Fantastic experience: Chipped a few of my front teeth Friday, went in Monday and they fixed it just like new! I would not want to go to any other dentist office besides this one! Very trustworthy, reliable and professional. A good review is the least I can do and I can not thank you enough Dr.Tang and Tina!!!

Negative experience: Not a good experience. I had an extraction done. After getting home a checked to see if my antibiotic was at my pharmacy, no sign of it. Called the dentist to ask about it and the dentist said I didn't need one as he "cleaned out all the infection". I have had multiple extractions and have always had an antibiotic scripted. I ended up going to the dentist right before they closed as it hurt more than normal compared to past extractions and they were closed the following day. The dentist looked in my mouth, again said I didn't need one and instead scripted me Tylenol 3 which I didn't want and never filled. I know people drug seek for pain killers, having more or less begged for an antibiotic only to be scripted a pain killer blew my mind. 5 days later it still hurt, I got an antibiotic elsewhere and within a couple days it stopped hurting. I have had my fair share of extractions and have always had an antibiotic scripted and this one was one of the most painful that radiated up my head (which I told the dentist). A few weeks later I got a text saying I owed them almost $200. I paid my co-pay when I went. Billing eventually got back to me after I called them about it and said it was from the instance "downgrading" the recent extraction and one I had years prior and they had been trying to contact me about the old one. I never received a text, email or actual mail about the prior bill. They didn't mention it when I recently when in. The billing lady stumbled over herself saying "hold on", then "let me get my calculator" until I just said "you will be more likely to get the money from my insurance than you will me", that I've had similar medical situations and the Dr re-applied or appealed the insurance and got paid and she said "dental is not the same as medical" which I know too be false as my wife works in a large company that deals with insurance companies and one if their providers is my dental insurance. That and a quick google will tell you dental insurance can be re-applied/appealed. Imo they are either doing unnecessary work, not providing enough documentation to the insurance or using high CPD codes to over bill. But there is a cool little train out front.. I guess they have that going for them. Guess I'll find a different dentist for the thousands of dollars in dental with I have coming.

Negative experience: Waste of time. They barely try to make the kids comfortable to clean their teeth. When my kids were scared to open their mouths they gave up immediately. It looks like a kid friendly place, but if you have little kids I don't recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough amazing things about this dental office! They have taken such great care of both my fiancé and me, and I’m beyond grateful for their kindness and generosity. I recently inquired about whitening my teeth before my wedding, and while the staff initially thought I might not have enough time, they went above and beyond to accommodate me. One of the incredible team members who has helped us before offered to do my impressions that same day, which I truly appreciated. Due to financial constraints, I could only afford one tray, but to my surprise, the office gifted me the bottom tray. Their generosity means the world to me, and I’m so thankful for their kindness. From the front desk staff to the hygienists and doctors, everyone is welcoming, professional, and compassionate. I wholeheartedly recommend this office to everyone. Their care, expertise, and kindness set them apart, and I wish them nothing but success. Thank you for everything—you have a lifelong patient in me!

Negative experience: I've been going since 2020 first few times were good after that it has been piss poor customer service. Receptionist change frequently and most show lack of care and don't want to do their jobs. Dentists change and also do not want to do nothing in your mouth besides simple fillings. Needed teeth removal and with the teeth full emerged was pushed to a oral surgeon referral who also didn't want to do nothing and I never received a call. Called back last week to dental depot only to be told to call that oral surgeon back or find another. Just lazy worthless workers that do nothing and get paid for it. Do not go here if you want a home dentist, one and done type of thing and never return type of dentist. Horrible place.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dental Depot since the year they opened at the Greenway and 35th Ave office. Each visit over the years has always been a good experience. Both the Dentists and Dental hygienist have always been kind and professional. I am always pleased with the services they provide to keep my teeth intact now at age 70 is when I really start thinking I want to keep my teeth for life. I feel I am in good hands going to this dental office. The people working at the front desk are also very pleasant and patient with customers.

Fantastic experience: Today was our first visit to dental depot. My daughter has been dealing with tooth pain for months and our other dentist was no help they kept pushing us off. We'll dental depot got us in the next day took care of her tooth and got us sent to a specialist right away. Such amazing staff. Sarah and Tina made my daughter so comfortable and relaxed. They were super friendly and explained everything to her in detail so she knew exactly what was going to happen. They even included her in the decision of what to do with her teeth wich was awesome. She saw Dr Tang he was so amazing as well. He was very gentle with the work he did and she felt no pain at all. She has never had work done like they had to do yesterday but it was truly a great experience. I highly recommend Dental Depot. Oh and they have the best chapstick they give away lol.

Fantastic experience: I have been twice and both times were excellent! The surgeon that was recommended by Arthur for two of my teeth was also excellent! Raceme is my hygienist and she is amazing! Fun to talk to and she is always making sure I’m comfortable! Overall great experience.

Negative experience: Nothing could have prepared me for the unprofessionalism, disrespect, and mistreatment I experienced at the hands of Dr. Arthurs' clinic. I scheduled an initial evaluation after an unfortunate fall, during which I split my chin open, received 10 stitches, and cracked three molars. Initially, Dr. Arthurs and staff seemed overly friendly. However, I found it odd that Dr. Arthurs spent less than five minutes in my appointment. Most of my questions were answered by his conniving assistant (I wish I could remember her name). In summary, I was informed that I needed a tooth extraction, bone graft, and a flipper--all of which had to be paid upfront, as payment plans were not an option in his clinic. I was scared and anxious, as most people are with dental procedures, but I decided to schedule the extraction with him anyway. In the interim, I also consulted another dentist and prosthodontist for second and third opinions. Being a perfectly healthy 31-year-old, I was told that I might not even need a bone graft for a future implant, which would have saved me both time and money. A few days before my extraction, I returned to Dr. Arthurs' office to ask why he felt the bone graft was needed in my case, and overall to seek some reassurance prior to the procedure. After being roomed, multiple staff members assured me that Dr. Arthurs would be out to answer my questions. This was not the case. Instead, they sent his conniving assistant, who answered my questions in an extremely condescending manner. She even tried to argue that my cracked molars were due to decay/cavities rather than my fall (despite the fact that I have never had a cavity in my life). My mistake was mentioning I had gotten a second opinion. When I asked about the bone graft, she responded, "It's your teeth and your mouth; if you don't feel comfortable here, then you can go wherever you want." I was baffled at the level of disrespect and lack of empathy she demonstrated. In the end, I never got to speak with Dr. Arthurs, as promised. Three days prior to the extraction, I called to ask if I would need a driver, only to be told they were DISCHARGING me from the clinic because "the doctor got the impression that I did not inspire trust in him." I was never contacted and told this, and I had already taken time off work. I called the clinic a few times believing this to be a mistake. Twice I was told that Nina, the manager, would get back to me--she never did. I have yet to understand how the doctor came to this conclusion if he never personally spoke to me. This clinic blatantly lied, disrespected, and cheated me because Arthurs ego is completely unchecked. The 2.5 stars he has on Yelp reflects this accurately. I am relieved they spared me the trouble of receiving medical treatment at this clinic because their behavior was outrageously immature and shady. Please avoid Dr. Arthurs and Dental Depot at all costs.

Fantastic experience: My teeth were cleaned by Lisa Anderson. What an awesome experience! I have sensitive teeth, but she was so good and such a great conversationalist! Always love Dr. Jason! Such a kind man. He was so kind to my mother. She had dementia, but he was so gentle with her.

Fantastic experience: They got me right in for a broken tooth. I saw Dr Arthur here in Phoenix. He was very nice, as was the whole staff. Dr Arthur is very gentle and caring. I’ve been going here for 3 years because I don’t get panicked having to go to the dentist anymore. Nice place!

Fantastic experience: I arrived a bit early for my appointment with Racine, and it was no problem. I was checked in quickly, and whisked back to the chair for Racine to begin my cleaning. Quick as *snap* that and she was done in about 1/2 hour. By using my own cordless water flosser, it really worked on keeping down plaque and she said to keep up the good work. I will continue to see Racine at Dental Depot - Greenway and will recommend her to friends and family. Great job!

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience of my entire life…. I’ve had multiple traumatic dental experiences and will but off dental work like nobody’s business. I am so so so glad I came here after a friend at church referred me. Dentist is so calming and he was very straight forward in explaining treatment plan and made me feel zero shame. Honestly the entire staff is amazing and kind, especially the assistant Liz. So friendly and sweet. The hygienist (I really wish I could remember her name) also gave me no shame for going so long without a cleaning and had my teeth looking amazing. Like honestly I’m just so blown away and will never go to another hygienist besides her. Seriously just book here and don’t look anywhere else. I also feel the amount I paid for everything out of pocket was crazy reasonable.

Fantastic experience: 10 out of 10. We're able to get me in for a filling same day. Only complaint is 6 month later during scheduled cleaning they use old school fluoride (mouth guard foam type). Wanted painted on type which seems to be industry standard in this day and age. Still great will keep choo choo choosing them.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Arthur’s is the best been going to him since day 1 when the Depot opened. Almost 20 years now! Never pushes treatments. I live in Scottsdale and still make the drive along with my 3 kind.

Negative experience: Dr Arthur seems to be honest. The rest of the staff and Dentists are working on commission. How do I know this? Because we have a friend that works as a Dentist for Dental Depot at a different location and she has let us know that they will get you for whatever they can. VERIFIED!!! since they gave my son a root canal and a crown, my son water flosses instead of floss I. Order to not aggravate the crown, he chews on the opposite side, point is he takes all precautionary in order to not disturb that crown. The crown keeps falling off! Dr. Arthur said they could fix it. Unfortunately, my son met with a Different doctor today hi, and she basically told him there’s nothing for the crown to hold onto. So my question is why did you use his entire deductible to give him a crown When you knew the tooth too little to keep a crown on? And WHY did you make another appointment with him to get another crown? That makes no sense I have had a crown since 2001 and it has NEVER fallen off. I am going to keep writing complaints about you. AND WHY when you scheduled me for a cleaning you said my blue cross blue shield would cover and then you hound me for $50 ? You’re all out of whack! NEVER !!!!!!! Going back to Dental Depot !!!!

Fantastic experience: The hygienist was amazing! A genuinely good person that carried an excellent conversation and still did an impeccable job while connecting with the patient! Dr Arthur’s is always amazing! Also just a hands down genuine person that conveys care in what he’s doing for people without even saying it!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dental Depot and had an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, the the ladies out front were very welcoming and professional. They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my appointment. Dr.Arthurs was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every procedure and answer all my questions. His attention to detail and commitment to patient care truly stood out. I left feeling confident and satisfied with my treatment. I highly recommend Dental Depot for anyone seeking exceptional dental care! Even though I didn't get everyone's names thank you to Maria, Jazmine, and Leslie for making my visit a great one and of course thank you to Dr.Arthurs.

Fantastic experience: We both had great appointments yesterday for our teeth cleaning and x-rays. We love how we are taken on time and out within an hour. We love the care of the dental hygienists and the dentist here is great too. Big comparison to where we have been going for many years, where we always come out with all this extra work and expenses which may be covered or some out of pocket. They are under a Big Corp. based in CA. We see the difference! We highly recommend Dental Depot and say a big Thank you to all staff for making our appointments a pleasant experience!

Negative experience: My son was seen at the orthodontist side back in June regarding a consultation for an adult K9 coming in on top of his baby tooth. I was recommended for my son to have two teeth in the top removed and two teeth on the bottom removed to make room for his adult tooth to drop and it would be assisted with a pull chain and braces. The orthodontist informed me he does not remove adult teeth and my 14yr son had to have it removed at an oral surgeon. Once this is done they could put braces on. After searching for a reasonable price for an oral surgeon for about a month I found one with in my price range. But, they were asking to review the panorama views before hand. I called Dental Depot to ask them to send over the records and they refused since the original consultation was free. I explained what the situation was and then was told that all of these notes were not in his chart and none of this made sense. I was told by the office manager she had to talk to the orthodontist to get better clarification as to what was going on and she would call me back. She never did. I waited 3 days for her to call back and finally I called her. I told her again I just want my records to be sent over. She refused to send them and then stated I had to pay $200 dollars for them to release it to me. I agreed to pay over the phone. She then stated I had to come in person and only on a Wednesday or Thursday during the day. I was so fed up I drove down there and I found out it wasn’t $200 it was $140 and all the records I was allowed to have was three papers. My entire family has been seen by Dental Depot but because of all of this we won’t be returning. This office lacks detailed note entry and professionalism.

Negative experience: We had called ahead to ask if they were a pediatric dentist because our 3 year old needed some work done. They said yes and then confirmed that with us when we checked in. They took the payment for the visit ahead of time, and then spent 2 minutes looking at my son’s teeth. The dentist came in and told us they do cleanings for children but that’s it, and referred us to a pediatric dentist. It would have been nice to know that before we paid and that’s why we asked twice to make sure this exact situation didn’t happen.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I had a pretty awful experience with Dental Depot. I had Dr. Arthurs and he was very nice for the first few times I visited until I had an issue with some work that had been done which resulted in my bottom teeth being crooked and I also acquired a lisp. When I went in the office to get a game plan on what we could do I was told three times I would have to pay an office visit (once over the phone before my visit and twice at the office) and each time I explained I was just being seen to review the work that was done in the past by them as my teeth were crooked and each time they apologized and misunderstood the service until the third time. The manager came in and told me that I would have to pay an office visit and I told her that I didn’t have the money and I would just have to not be seen that day. She then told me that she didn’t want me to leave unhappy and asked to see my teeth. I showed her and the first thing she said was that they were crooked, and that the office visit would be waived for this. Then Dr. Arthur’s came in and asked what I was there for so I told him what the issue was and told him I just wanted a game plan for getting my teeth straight and getting rid of the lisp that was created with the gap I had from how crooked they were. He then said “if you don’t like the work that’s being done here you don’t have to come back.” Before this point and even after I wasn’t rude, I didn’t snap at anyone. I just simply told them I didn’t have the money to pay an office visit and I just needed a game plan on how I could get my teeth back to straight like they were before I came in and wanted my lisp to go away that I also didn’t have before I got the work done. He then said that the issue was not due to the work that he had done and that the tooth he had worked on wasn’t the issue. I tried to explain that the issue was due to him grinding down the other teeth that work wasn’t done on to try and fix the crookedness originally but he didn’t listen and ignored me. After that he had his assistant give me a referral to someone else. I showed pictures and X-rays to another dental office and they advised it was clear that my teeth were altered and shaved down and were crooked which is why I had the lisp. I didn’t expect all of the further work to be for free. I just wanted a game plan so I could budget moving forward. Instead Dr. Arthur’s was unprofessional, disrespectful and rude.
