Negative experience: Showed up to my appointment 30 minutes early. Waited 30 minutes past my appointment before walking out. 4 people got seen before me all of them had appointments later then me. I feel that me waiting for missing 2 or 3 appointments that I called and canceled due to not wanting to get their staff sick was retaliation. Not once did anyone tell me the Dr was running late. Im sure loosing one patient will be no big deal. I thought it was a good dentistry but not after today. Good luck. Customer service does mean a lot.

Negative experience: UNPROFESSIONAL, IINCONSIDERATE AND UNRESPONSIVE comes to mind with dealing with Stonewalk. And before they reply to this review for me to reach out to them, I have been trying too! Since last May I've been trying to reach out to their billing department to get a better understanding of my mom's invoice. Know this, any time you call the Billing department, it will always go to voicemail. Be ready to nevee get a call back. I even tried talking to the receptionist to see if the Billing Department could call me back so we could better understand my mom's final invoice. My mom had made a payment at the office during the visit, so she didn't understand why there was a bill. We'll we could never find out because this office is very unprofessional. Also, just as far as the work they do. My mom had to go to my dentist to get all the teeth that this office supposedly "fixed". So in my opinion, they do not do good work. Be better Stonewall, answer your phone for your customer.

Negative experience: Good doctor and assistants, but poor communication with billing office. Terrible job on their side, no explanation of benefits, no understanding of the situation, nothing. They never answer calls, never call you back, never answer on any emails. To get to the billing, I had to call as an existing patient and ask them to connect me to the billing. That was the only way to connect to their office. They made a few mistakes on their end, and when I called about that, they short answered and hang up on me.

Negative experience: I came for consultations and paid $10 and when I went to the chair was advised I needed records from other provider. I don’t know what I paid $10 for? Never seen. Terrible customer service

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with my Cleaning! The Hygienist was very passionate about her work and really cared about making sure I was comfortable throughout the process! She also was very informative and I look forward to my next appointment!

Fantastic experience: My experience was really good. I started going to SFD back in 2020 and have always had a good experience whenever I have gone. Dr. Lee’s now dental assistant (can’t think of the name) is so attentive and is very knowledgeable and of course Dr. Lee is an excellent dentist and easy to talk too. The staff in my experience has always been very polite. I recommend this practice for anyone seeking a place to receive dentistry work.

Negative experience: I had a 1:00 PM appointment and arrived around 12:55 PM. I was called back to the room shortly after 1:00, which was fine. However, things quickly became frustrating. I ended up sitting in the chair for a while before x-rays were even started, and the cleaning itself didn’t begin until around 1:45 PM. Once the cleaning was done around 2:00 PM, I remained reclined in the chair for another 20 minutes with no update. At that point, I had been there for over an hour and still hadn’t seen the dentist. I stood up to leave, and someone asked if I wanted to wait for the dentist, but I simply didn’t have time or patience to wait any longer, especially without communication on the delay. Unfortunately, I left without seeing the dentist. The overall experience felt extremely delayed and unorganized, and I didn’t feel prioritized as a patient. I understand things can get busy, but this appointment took much longer than expected for just a cleaning, and the lack of communication made it worse.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here! I normally hate the dentist but Dr. Lee and my hygienist Brooke both made me feel really comfortable, did comprehensive checks, and took their time to talk to me and explain everything in detail and give advice on next steps. And the office staff was nice too. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist. My mom went here as well for a a second opinion and filling where another dentist said a root canal is required. She also had a great experience!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Lee for 7 years (I think) now and every single experience has been a textbook execution in efficiency and care. I walk in, decide on if I want floride/cancer screening and sign the forms, and in less than 5 min someone is coming to get me and put me in a chair. Within another 5 minutes the hygienist has already started. Once they've finished, Dr. Lee has never been far behind. While I don't think I've had the same hygienist twice, every single one has been gentle and kind. After 30 years of painful dental visits (because...cavities) Dr Lee had enlightened me that I should NOT be feeling temperature or pain as she started on filling my cavities and then gave me additional numbing and waited until it was working as intended. Something that I never knew and always suffered through because I just didn't know. Anyways, as a result, I no longer hate going to the dentist and I was reflecting today on my way home from a cleaning that my younger self would be astounded that as a free-willed adult I CHOOSE to get regular care for my oral health. Additionally, because of their positive reinforcement and not guilt tripping me about how bad I was brushing and my lack of flossing, I've actually made progress in that area for the first time in my life! The insurance/payment process is easy - for which I greatly appreciate. Highly, HIGHLY recommend

Fantastic experience: This is the absolute best dentist I have ever gone to. Dr. Lee is amazing and I won't see anyone else. I have had a number of procedures (fillings, crowns, etc) as well as regular cleanings with Stonewalk over the last 12 years, and I have no complaints whatsoever. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Lee, as her professionalism, dedication to doing things well, and her care for her patients comes through clearly though all of her office staff and hygienists. Hard to believe that I could actually feel deep affection for my dentist, but I do. If you are looking for a dentist in the area, don't even hesitate. <3

Fantastic experience: I had a very good visit and experience from the receptionist, the dental assistant Lou and Dr. Lee.

Positive experience: The dentist and hygienist were very professional and thorough and explained their procedures every step of the way. My frustration was with the receptionist at the front desk. She was easily confused, took such a long time checking people in that there was a line of 4 people trying to check in. Due to this, she “forgot” to sign my husband in. He had a 9:00 appt for a tooth extraction. At 10:30 when he wasn’t called back yet, we checked with her to see how much longer the wait would be, she proceeded to lie and say that the doctor was a few hours behind schedule. I replied that this can’t possibly be true, she admitted to not signing him in but said “it didn’t matter as they are so behind in the back”. This was actually not the case at all! She was very unprofessional however, once he wasn’t called back doc and assistant were very sorry this happened and handled it very professionally, which we appreciated.

Negative experience: do not book with them. scheduled an appointment to have tooth extracted called the day before my appt and told me i would have to wait a MONTH for the doctor to return because he comes once a month and today was that day. what a joke

Negative experience: Very disappointed. I asked for an appointment for an exam and a cleaning. What I got was a huge amount of x. Rays that I’m not sure were needed then saw the dentist for maybe 10 minutes, who recommended a deep cleaning that would cost a thousand dollars. I said I’d think about that but in the meantime I wanted a regular cleaning. They would not do it. The whole thing took 2 1!2 hours which I had not planned on. I left very upset.

Fantastic experience: PAINLESS - My lunch appointment at Stonewalk Family Dentistry. "Self-Care" Going to the dentist may not make the top ten list of favorite self-care activities, but it's one of the best ways to take care of your health. Good oral health and hygiene can reduce your risk of acquiring other health conditions, which is why regular dental care is so important. I go every 6-months for cleaning and let me share a secret with you, I could be a competitor in a "sweet eating contest" (I mean, who has a Jelly Belly dispenser in their office?). Man, I love my sweets! Last week, Dr. Kim identified two fillings that needed to be replaced and of course like most of you, I couldn't wait to sit in that seat to go through that (NOT!). Well, I promise you your Dentist matters. I didn't feel a thing and everyone was super friendly and professional (still not sure why they were talking to me with a drill, suction and water in my mouth - but, it was a really good conversation). Dr. Jason Kim, DMD is one of the coolest Dentist you'll ever meet. I highly recommend Stonewalk Family Dentistry and Dr. Kim, DMD

Fantastic experience: Upon walking in, the Receptions greeted me with a smile. She was very nice. The Dental Assistant was very nice & patient in getting impressions. Dr. Lee is awesome!! We discussed my needs & then the "game plan" to get the dental work completed. I would recommend Dr. Lee with Stonewall Family Dentistry highly. Fantastic experience: There was a little hassle when figuring out payment for my first appointment but once we got everything settled with my insurance we were good. They are extremely thorough and detailed. I will be getting a lot of work done with them and their oral surgeon.

Positive experience: Overall experience was good! I was in too much pain and got extraction of my wisdom tooth last week. Everyone was really sweet there and helpful. I have still little pain in my gums and I can feel a little sharp and hard thing where extraction took place. I am not sure that the doctor left a little piece of tooth or what as I remember after extraction doctor even didn’t check that the whole tooth came out or not. Right now because of medicine I have a big blister on my tongue and I am not able to talk.

Negative experience: I was very displeased with the behavior and scheduling staff. They changed my appointment 4 times in 3 days. I had to take time off and lost pay because of their mis-management and scheduling fiasco. They charge $95 for schedule change if done within 48 hrs of appointment. But when they mess up, 3 times with wrong schedule within 48 hours, they dont want to give credit to patients, all fees are only for patient to be borne, nothing is doctors lability when their office messes up.

Positive experience: Stonewalk dentist staff was amazing and my experience was great. I will definitely command anyone to go there.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Called off work to go to an early appointment. Once arrived, they had no clue plan of care, no clue which tooth needed what, and also tried to charge me cash covered services. After all that, Dr Lee said she was too swamped and cant do anything with me. I went home in tears.

Positive experience: The nurse who assisted my surgical procedure was terrible. She forget to turn on the nitrous, and then the doctor started without her around, while I was still stressed and in pain, and then she never even showed back up. They charged me for the nitrous, and I had to tell the other rude nurse who walked me out that I needed a refund. She argued with me until she found out I was not given the nitrous. They also left stuff clipped to my shirt, and left me sitting there 5 minutes while my mouth pooled with blood. Unbelievable negligence. Dr. Lee and her hygienists are amazing, but the surgeon’s nurses today should be fired.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kim and staff are wonderful people. You will experience quality from the get go. They are true professionals and masters in their field. My experience here has been more than positive and I would recommend Stonewalk anytime for your dental hygiene, fillings, bridges, implants etc. They use the latest tech and techniques in providing dental services. I am thankful for all the work they have done for me!!! Deserve 10 Stars!!!

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr. Lee since the practice opened. She has consistently treated me with professionalism and kindness. Dr. Lee performs Absolutely flawless dental work. In fact, I had to change insurance for a while and my plan was out of network with Stonewalk. However , after about a year of negative experiences elsewhere, I purchased an independent plan just to come back to see Dr. Lee. I have multiple issues with my teeth and jaw, and Dr. Lee is the only one I trust. She, Toni, Brooke and the rest of the staff are fantastic. I cannot emphasize how much they care about their patients, the level of professionalism and the top-notch care you will receive with StoneWalk Family Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: I have gotten the best care possible at Stonewall. They are compassionate and provide full details of everything they are doing. The Staff who did my deep cleaning were so patient and caring and took their time to do things right.

Negative experience: I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at this dentist office, and I would not recommend it to anyone. They initially told me they accepted my insurance and scheduled my appointment weeks in advance. I filled out all the necessary paperwork ahead of time, including providing my insurance information multiple times. When I arrived, after taking time off work, they suddenly informed me it would take an hour to confirm my insurance. An hour—when I had already submitted my information! I’ve never heard of any office being so disorganized that it would take that long to verify something so basic. What made things worse was the dentist calling me to the back to start my appointment before my insurance was even confirmed. This felt incredibly suspicious, as any legitimate office should confirm insurance before beginning treatment. I asked to verify my insurance first, and only then was I told that they didn’t even accept my insurance! How could they let me make an appointment, fill out forms with my insurance info, and sign in, only to figure this out after I had already been called back for my procedure? This office had three opportunities to let me know they didn’t accept my insurance, yet they waited until the last minute. If I had gone through with the cleaning, they would’ve left me stuck with a hefty out-of-pocket bill. This is a scam, plain and simple. They know exactly what they’re doing, and it’s unethical. To anyone considering this office: BEWARE! They will try to take advantage of you.

Negative experience: Generally service is good, but the costs is always wrong. They give you a plan as per insurance and front desk comes up with totally different pricing as per "co-pay". Everytime I ask them to doublecheck with their team, and they inform the revised payments

Negative experience: The worst dental experience in years! Keeping me waiting for 45 minutes is rude. My first visit was X-rays and then filling me in for cleaning took 3 hours of my time…said I didn’t have to wait long then 3 hours later I’m walking out the door. Really really. Doesn’t encourage me but I thought this time maybe I won’t have to wait…wrong 45 minutes of my personal time and day off. I do not recommend this office on Windward Pkwy!!! Don’t go there

Negative experience: This practice has some shortcomings. It now relies on an outside answering service that can make it impossible to reach the actual office. I ran into this issue when my appointment was cancelled because the dentist was on vacation. Odd that my appointment was scheduled for when she wouldn't be available anyway... Then the rescheduled appointment was cancelled because she was sick. But the answering service ran interference and when I asked to speak to the office manager I was told that she was unavailable. Speaking directly to the dentist regarding this her concern was with her staff being busy with patients. But the staff often messes up. I have asked for callbacks which never happened. And there was an issue some time ago when she had an oral surgeon perform a procedure in her practice who neglected to tell me that the procedure would need to be done TWICE! Talk about failure to disclose pertinent info! Doc, your patients need to be informed & if they have valid concerns they should not be made to feel unwelcome by a 3rd party company that does not care for your patients well-being. Also, when patients raise these concerns to you do not talk down to them! It leaves a bad image of you that will not go away. I think it is time to go to another dentist. I see much higher rated dentists on Yelp in this area with many reviews. Time to take my business elsewhere.

Negative experience: Had a great experience here initially. They cancelled my follow up appointment and wouldn’t be able to accommodate me until 6 months later, so I’m having to find a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: My teeth always feel very clean leaving Stonewalk been going for year and the service is always top notch. They are always on time. I get fillings and you a never tell. Doctor Lee is the best! She’s has always been like that and very pleasant nothing changes.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give a lot more stars for my review. Dr. Lee and staff are always patient, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. There's always a welcoming environment for my appointments, and they've always answered all my questions with out hesitation. I've had a lot of work that needed to be done because of my dental neglect of over 20 years. After my evaluation I was given a treatment plan that she explained what needed to be done asap vs what can wait, she took in account of affordable pricing, timing, and referred me to some awesome specialist for my wisdom teeth extractions, and 2 root canals. Yes, that sounds weird (who would ever enjoy a root canal, but I did, it was awesome done in the same day as my appointment, and I'm happy I'm pain free) Even post Covid, Dr. Lee made sure to keep me on track with my dental health and I've recently completed all of my dental work! I'm very happy with my experience with this office and if you're looking for a new dentist I highly recommend them as a primary dentist office. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Stonewalk for many years and continue to have great care. Recently had an issue with one of my crowns and Dr. Lee saw me same day to fix the issue. I am more of a difficult patient due to sensitivity issues and Dr. Lee handled situation with care.

Positive experience: Dental hygienist Amanda is the best, she will recommend and perform best what is needed. Dentist in recent visit was good. They have started charging $75 for booking an appointment, which is strange to me.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Stonewalk Dentstry for several years now. My experiences have always been very good. I absolutely love Dr Lee. She’s efficient and professional, and always very pleasant. And she always shoots me straight when it comes to my teeth and oral hygiene. And Brooke? She is the BEST hygienist over there! Talk about thorough?! I highly recommend SD. They have an awesome team.

Fantastic experience: Looking for a second opinion on a tooth that I was told by my former dentist needed a root canal. They were recommended by my daughter and I am very pleased with their caring, professional approach. Prices are great and they take the time to explain procedures and give detailed price estimates before any procedures are done. Their approach to dentistry allowed them to not only save my tooth, but my bank account. So glad to have found them. Takes me 35 minutes to get to their office, but it's worth it!

Negative experience: Not to be trusted! Been a loyal patient for 8 years because I felt valued and respected. The distrust for this office gradually started to deteriorate after their approach with me changed. If you voice concerns about care it is dismissed. Example; On two separate occasions during my visit the hygienist was cleaning an area of my mouth very rigorously, so much so she chipped my tooth. I complained and Dr. Lee, said it happens and repaired it but it only lasted for 9 months. The second occasion was 3 weeks ago after another vigorous cleaning. Same thing happened, but to another tooth. I called the office to complain again. Explain what it happened after flossing. My tooth bonding came out of my mouth from between my teeth. I didn’t schedule an appointment for today at 8 AM. Arrived on time to the appointment. Only to be told that they’re gonna have to push me back until 1:30pm because she had another patient that had was more severe. I was also told that there was an issue with one of my two insurances. I called the insurance company got the information they requested, and submitted it to them. The office manager then called me and said she needed mine or my husband Social. I said no, not going to happen. I told her I’ve already given you the group number my member ID number the phone number to the insurance company for you to call . Unfortunately, after arriving at one I was told by the receptionist that they were unable to verify my insurance. She was boldly lying to my face. Fortunately, I was able to go to my insurance and print my insurance. Then accused me of being rude to the other young woman who had asked me prior to her asking me the third time for my social. She stated that it was her Social Security number. I didn’t care who wanted my Social. No means no! I’ve already given my group number my member ID number, which is all they needed to verify my insurance which I had done and given them all that information and they were still harassing me about my social. Long story short. They asked me to pay over $400 for damages to my mouth their Hygienist cost me. They refused to submit the claim to either of my two insurances just to allow the insurance to decide what to do. I was so upset by the whole encounter of the day my blood pressure was 163/102. Needless to say, me and my five family members will no longer be patient at this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: Today, April 12 th 2024, I got another appointment with Michelle ADH , a wonderful hygienist, she was so kind and you can tell that she has a very long experience at her job! She is caring, so sweet and so good at removing the plaques very quickly ! I am usually scared to have pain in my gums! I highly recommend her! I appreciate so much the time she spent on my teeth! And as usually, Dr Lee is the best dentist in the area! Without dispute!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Lee for about 10 years now. Dr. Lee is very informative & listens to your needs. She is excellent in numbing & all treatments like build ups & crowns & all of the other stuff. I’ve moved an hour away & will not be choosing a different dentist because Dr. Lee is outstanding. Also, Amanda cleaned my teeth & she was very kind & funny. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Lee.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient I was impressed when I walked into the office. The atmosphere was pleasant and nicely decorated. The young lady at the front desk k was very pleasant and informative. The technician was on point. and knowledgeable and Dr. Lee was very detailed and answered all of my questions. Negative experience: Me and my family came to this office around 1 year ago and they did an excellent job. We always go back and forth to this place to get our teeth done and the price is right. Today, 03/08/2024, I have an appointment at 8am for cleaning, I came on time, and the girl in the counter charge me $220 (fluoride included). I normally clean my teeth with fluoride and the last time they charge me $116 with fluoride. I ask the girl is the price just changed and she said she doesn't know and she just read over what is showing up on her monitor. Beside that, this is my feeling, I don't want to be rude at 8am but her voice is really loud like she's yelling at me and giving attitude. Probably because of my sick voice so she couldn't hear me well. I just renew my dental discount plan so my family can continue go to this place but I'm very upset after today visit.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jung Lee, is an excellent dentist. She listens to her patients and takes the time in explaining what work needs to place. My latest visit was for teeth cleaning. I’m very satisfied with the dental care and team at Stonewalk Family Dentistry, Alpharetta.

Fantastic experience: I truly appreciate the staff at Stonewalk Family Dentistry. They were so supportive and helpful. Dr. Kim was awesome. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions. He talked me through all my options. Jaylin, my treatment specialist, went above and beyond. She found me an endodontist who can see me on the same day. My experience here alleviated some of my dental anxiety I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the service I receive here. They tell you in advance what the cost will be. They verify your insurance. The prices are reasonable. They are all very professional from the dentist, the hygienists, the dental assistants, the receptionists and the clerical personnel. I strongly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: StoneWalk Dentistry is by far the best dentistry I’ve ever been to. Now, for someone that has crippling anxiety and sever panic attacks, they take of me extremely well. I’ve never felt comfortable at the dentist before and unfortunately, I have an immense amount of dental work that needs to be done. Dr. Lee has personally gone out of her way to make sure I’m beyond comfortable for every visit. I get all the details explained thoroughly for me each time and I feel confident that Dr. Lee can take on any amount of work. I’m currently in the stages of undergoing multiple bridge and crown situations, due to broken teeth and removed teeth. So if you’re in the same boat, look no further for an amazing dentist and staff. Her staff is beyond friendly and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better dentist and team to work with. From the front desk staff, to the assistants, to the hygienist, and all the other staff in between - everyone here is absolutely lovely. I literally have been driving an hour out of my way for 7 years, because I love this practice so much. It doesn’t matter where I live in Georgia, Dr. Lee and her staff are the only team for me! They’re helping me get my smile back and I couldn’t be happier!!!

Fantastic experience: I would like to recommend this place. They are amazing! I had an emergency situation that one of my teeth was broken and that made me a big swollen on the gum. Though I’m a new patient for them, they still gave me a quick response. They quickly arranged me a consultation and gave me an extraction right next day. The doctor Jin Kim, who is very nice and patient. He clearly explained everything for me, and tried to relieve me when I was nervous. Also, their price is very reasonable!

Negative experience: Clinic is good, but the billing process is worst. I submitted my insurance card before the treatment they said everything okay, but after the treatment they said they are not in Cigna network so ended up paying my bill even though I have insurance. Update: I dialed the provided number and left a voicemail, but I have not received a response yet. During my visit following the treatment, I was informed that my insurance was not functioning, and despite being offered a new patient discount requiring a payment of $99, I have now received a bill for $204. This situation is not satisfactory. I initially provided my insurance card, which was accepted, but now I am being charged for the treatment. Update: After several follow-ups, they finally confirmed that everything was settled and refunded my $99. However, now, after three months, they are once again sending a bill for $303, claiming it is due.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee is always amazing. The girl who assists has also been awesome. Love talking and laughing with her and I’m now embarrassed as I’ve forgot her name. I’m sorry. Work is great and they are really personable.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist experience I've ever had. Each person I met with exuded kindness and patience. I was checked-in with throughout the process ("Doing okay?" "How are you feeling?") and given time to ask questions. As a first-time patient at this office, I was also pleasantly surprised to be scheduled for a cleaning within the hour of my initial appointment, and it was the most informative and calm cleaning I've ever sat through. Every step was carefully taken and fully explained to me, so no surprises.

Fantastic experience: The dentist and hygienist was fabulous. I’ve been coming here for years and have had excellent care. The hygienist did the best cleaning thus far 10 stars for her. My suggestion for the 1 star reviews do not come here with janky, poor oral health because without preventive with a regular dentist do not expect a miracle! The Assistant for XRays on the other hand doesn’t know what she is doing and was very rough. Never have I experienced this EVER! After shoving those plastic things in my mouth I had enough. I felt like I was in the movie Saw! My mouth after her felt like I was the survivor. My poor mouth. The hygienist completed my last few X-rays with ease she knew where to place and asked me to tilt and bite - perfection and easy peasy! So don’t even try to say I have a small mouth or bumps/ bones in my mouth that made it difficult. Listen, learn and do it right or find another profession Miss assistant. If I come again and see you I will turn around and walk out or refuse X-rays by you. You hurt me bad and I’m tough.

Negative experience: DR. JUNG LEE RUDEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. If a patient declines a service you don't get upset and have an attitude. She came into my room with an attitude and said to me what do you want and what are you getting because I didn't want her hygienist to do something to my teeth. I was treated poorly and if I could report her to the dental board I would. I have never had problems with my teeth but she drafted up thousands of dollars worth of dental work that she claimed it is required for my treatment. Her hygienist was also terribly rude so I guess they were feeding off of each other. If I could save one person from going to this clinic, I have done my job. I never leave reviews but this experience warrants one. RUN FAST if you are considering going to Dr. JUNG LEE. She needs to learn how to treat people. I WOULD RECOMMEND SHE CHANGES HER ATTITUDE FAST because you don't treat people the way she treated me. You couldn't pay me to go to her ever again.

Negative experience: The worst experience. Don't even go here if there is an emergency. They just do external referrals and rip you. I had to get an extraction. They asked for CT scan and referred me to referred me for a special consultation both of which cost me $400. Then later when they were supposed to extract which I never got an appointment/call back for 45+ days. I developed pain and went to check for extraction and I was charged for that too but they never did an extraction. Again they referred me to someone else for extraction after spending $400.

Negative experience: We received great service at this office. We received a surprise bill and had issues getting ahold of the billing department at first, but we were able to reach the office manager who was so kind and gracious enough to explain to us why we received this surprise (to us, not an office issue) bill. Thank you, Stonewalk! Update: after being patients here for years, we’re leaving the office. It’s not so much the issue that took place at my most recent visit but how it was handled by the office staff, hygienist, and doctor. That place is filled with narcissists; not one compassionate word from any of the three people I interacted with during the visit I had recently. They do a fine job, but find another dentist with a more personable staff and doctor.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so friendly and made me feel very welcomed. They listened to what I wanted and my concerns and explained things in detail to me. The front office staff went over all the paper work with me and even set me up with a dental discount booklet and explained that to me and how it works as well when I told her I didn't have insurance. I'm usually anxious going in and upset leaving the dentist but I actually enjoyed this visit and I think I've finally found a regular dental office to use :)

Fantastic experience: Had a bad experience at another dentist in town so I came here because of the reviews. You can book online and fill out paperwork before your appointment which saves a lot of time. They did not disappoint. Dr. Kim and Sharon were both lovely.

Positive experience: I wish we could split the review between the dental staff and the billing department. Dr. Lee is amazing! I used to have so much anxiety when going to the dentist and after a year of seeing Dr. Lee, that is all but gone. The billing department is really bad. We are over-charged way too often. They take your money up front then make you wait months to get it back. Getting in contact with them is all but impossible. This time it took over 2 months to get a call back. I understand staffing can be challenging and it is a busy office, but not answering voicemails and emails is not acceptable.

Fantastic experience: I have a lot of anxiety around dentist visits. Because of that, I avoided the dentist for far too long. I explained my situation to the staff, and they could not have been more kind and understanding. The customer service here is the best I’ve ever experienced- not just at a dentist, but any medical office. I would recommend everyone to this office.

Fantastic experience: I found this dental practice to be just what I was looking for...a great dentist with a great staff and assistants. Stonewalk has a very inviting office with state-of-the art equipment and a great looking front office...very welcoming. The practice is run very well and I feel very organized...in addition, I especially liked the courtesy, professionalism, attention to detail and consideration the entire office shows....not to mention the dentist I used was really well informed, with very good insight into the treatment. The oral surgeon, too, was excellent, very proficient and I did not feel pain!!! If you are new to the area or just looking for a wonderful dental practice go to Stonewalk and have a visit...Am sure you'll agree.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this Practice and Dr Ankita Sheth. I am a 58 year patient. The practice is clean and modern. The staff took very good care and overall my experience was very positive. Dr Sheth was very thorough, patient and skilled. She communicates very well, takes the time to explain the procedures and lets us know what to expect. She is mindful of the discomfort and takes utmost care to alleviate it. She and her staff give clear aftercare instructions. I hope to have Dr Sheth take care of my dental needs as I age and face attendant challenges. Thank you so very much.

Negative experience: My experience as new patient was very bad at this location. I was scheduled for a basic cleaning as I had a deep dental cleaning 5 months ago. When I made my appointment, the front desk booked me for 12:30pm. I made it clear to her that I had to go to pick up my son from school at 2pm. She told me that the process would take 1 hour. When I got there, they spent almost 2 hours for X-rays and exams without meeting my needs that I came for. After 15 minutes no one showed up, I told someone that I had to leave. The financial Advisor came to me very rude asking me to pay $78 for my basic dental cleaning while my insurance should cover the cost. She refused to explain why I have to $78 for the basic. Finally, she told me that go to somewhere else. I got up and left without my basic dental cleaning.explain

Negative experience: Poor customer service. No call backs to left voice messages. Deposits are moved between appointments and open balances. When confronted about the practice; they flipped it back even after it was requested they do not do that action. I also found it surprising that they even require deposits to book appointments; a practice I've never seen at any other dentist. ----- After the review I received a call and a satisfactory resolution was reached. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Awesome service! 7/18/22 Update: The new hygienist MAI is the absolute best EVER!! She made sure that I felt no discomfort (due to other issues) and she communicated throughout the entire appointment. Kia was very helpful/knowledgeable with explaining my insurance benefits and treatment plan. Dr. Lee makes coming to the dentist stress-free! She is WONDERFUL!

Negative experience: They are very good about Cov 19 safety. I have some issues with their billing. They don't a very good job with verifying cost and will throw it back as your responsibility to check your insurance. Not customer friendly or go out of their way.. I had a cleaning today, although it was a decent job, hygienist was not very friendly at all. Pretty much in and out. May be looking looking for another dentist

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with the front desk. One particular lady who seems to be the one who controls all of the things. Not sure how to spell her name but very cheerful, helpful & takes the time to listen. Looks always on point!!! Dr's are patient with you & makes sure you are comfortable. Staff is extremely pleasant & polite. Dr's answer questions to where you understand plus doesn't make you feel dumb if you don't understand something. Establishment is 110% clean. Decor is amazing!!! Adult & Child friendly.

Fantastic experience: Lost a front tooth crown while driving up from Florida to attend a wedding the next day. Stonewall Family Dentistry worked me in. They were beyond amazing. So professional and accommodating. Dr Lee came to the rescue. She was knowledgeable and gentle. I am smiling on the way to wedding The staff was great. Good service when only being here a few days was appreciated. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in area. Your dental needs will be well taken care of.

Positive experience: Would have liked a better experience. For a consult with the oral surgeon I had to wait more than 2 hours with mask on. Had to go out for free breathing. Cubicles were small and suffocating. Not enough room to move. When I called later to reschedule my future appointment , nobody picked up the phone for 10 minutes. Left a voice message. I will call again. Oh, by the way, i had to leave a deposit for my coming tooth extraction appointment. This is a first for me. Sometimes I had to pay before the service, but a must deposit is a new business model. I will tell more after I have my teeth pulled.

Positive experience: More recently my last two visits have been too long - what should take 30 minutes took 1.5 hours because of wait times. So reducing my initial rating to 3 stars for that reason - the work is still great, hoping they see this and improve unnecessary wait times. _My old review:_ I’ve been visiting here for many years - once every 6 months for prophylactic cleaning. Dr Jung Lee and her staff here are amazing - I’ve always had a on-time and pleasant experience. Very professional, clean and organized place. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: When you think about dentist, you usually don't expect the greatest experience for what it is. Here, they make you feel like they really care about you and handle you and your finances the best way possible. I have nothing but praise for this group and I thank them for being straight forward about what needs to be done. Great staff, very nice and clean facilities, pretty great about scheduling appointments as well. Highly recommend it as the best dental care provider

Fantastic experience: I have been going for a few months this place is Amazing,staff is professional kind and attentive in there job. Dr.Lee is phenomenal she has gone above and beyond for me and my husband yes I brought him because she was so Great. He don't like the dentist but now he sets his own appointment listening to what she says follows up when he should. Because she just that GOOD DR LEE AND HER ⚕️ smile

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Lee since 2018 and have trusted Stonewalk with all of my dental needs! I have a LOT of work that needs to be done, but Dr. Lee is very patient and understanding in offering options for getting everything done! The staff is so easygoing (and funny, hey Brooke!) and the the office is always clean and pleasant; which is must for me since dental work itself isn’t!

Negative experience: I have been a patient with Stonewalk dentistry for over 10 years. Hear me when I say it the staff can be friendly BUT that accounting and billing department has screwed me EVERY single time. They will provide you documents that you owe X amount for the procedure while the other portion is covered by the insurance company. I ask them that is it and get emails and confirmations that that is the only amount I owe. Them NEVER saying I could owe more or expect in a couple months to owe the remainder. I pay my portion to them and I get the work done and then months later I get a bill for close to $10k and to set up payment arrangements. This is the 2nd time they have done me this way. The first time I don't know what they did with the balance but I know I wasn't responsible for it after I sent my copies of emails, and provided my documentation from their office manager and billing department. I guess I will be doing this again. And oh they never will respond to your emails or calls. Now I have them again with paperwork and emails and they send me a text on setting up payment arrangements of close to $10k. Patients do not come and expect to be billed months later down the road when being told one thing by the people we are supposed to trust -- your office managers, your staff and the dentist. We put our trust in your hands to help us and for providing a service just to be hit a couple of months later with a bill.
