Negative experience: The office staff of Angel, Kim and the other lovelies were kind, professional & even secured a sooner appointment for me. After being in pain for sometime I was looking forward to being seen by a professional dentist. That didn’t happen, I was seen by Dr Pham. Who was anything but professional or compassionate. I arrived very emotional & from the beginning of my interaction with this sarcastic, condescending human it was humiliating, degrading. Sarcastic with his words, even when I repeatedly asked him to please help me.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mensh is the best! As much as I dislike going to the dentist Dr. Mensh makes it easier as he explains what he is doing as he goes along and no pain. The staff and hygienists are all friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: Brickworks Dental is always a pleasure to deal with the staff are always so polite and kind and willing to help with insurance and making appointments that fit my schedule The dentist is always kind and professional and explains everything in detail and I have no questions or concerns. I really do not enjoy having to go to the dentist but it's always a pleasure and stress free at Brickworks. I have see many dentists in my life but this is by far the most pleasant

Negative experience: was at the office over a month ago for 2 fillings and after the appointment they told me they were gonna keep a lookout for my teeth but otherwise i was good. i scheduled a cleaning for aug 3rd and they called to cancel and told me they needed to reschedule the cleaning so i changed it to aug 26 and i walk in on aug 26, tell the front desk im here for a cleaning so i get sent to the back and they said i was here for 2 more fillings which i was never informed about and they said the only thing i was scheduled for was 2 extra fillings. i tell them im not doing it because i wasnt aware and the lady laughed at me leaving. i called the office after i left and they said i never scheduled a cleaning appointment which i did TWICE. mind you, my teeth that “allegedly” needed work look completely fine and i dont have insurance so is this some kind of fraud to get me to pay for treatments i dont need? i asked them to schedule me correctly for a cleaning and the closest appointment is for november. sketchy place. if they wouldve told me face to face at my last appointment that i needed fillings i wouldve been fine with that.

Fantastic experience: New patient but this place made me feel like I've been with them forever. Best place ever. No pain. Gentle and caring. THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE STAFF.

Fantastic experience: Dr. David Burdette is AMAZING! His expertise is beyond words. Compassionate, gentle, understanding and all the latest in cutting edge technology. Even my temporary crown felt like the real tooth! The staff is very supportive and knowledgeable, too!

Also they stand behind their work, I had a filling fall out and they replaced it quickly and at no charge. My previous dentist wouldn’t see me for three months when I had a similar problem.

Negative experience: Was told my son had 14 cavities that needed to be treated. Got a second opinion and after extensive consult they found only one! Very disappointing and will be leaving this practice for sure.

I feel safe and cared for at this office and coming from a true dental phobic, that is the highest praise.

Fantastic experience: The Staff at brickwork dental Is very kind. Every person from the receptionist, the billing, the technicians are wonderful and the dentist), Dr. Pham, is awesome! I had a chip too, that was filled by another dentist that fell out. I went back there and they were not going to honor their work. My brother recommended that I see Dr. Pham and he took care of me and informed me of the process and everything that it entails. I left their extremely happy they set me up for an appointment and now my mouth feels much better. I would highly recommend brickworks Dental anytime!

Fantastic experience: I and my daughters have been patients at Brickworks for ten years. I have always had an outstanding experience. The staff is consistently warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The clinic is modern, clean, and very well-organized. Dr. Pham is consistently and incredibly thorough. He explains everything clearly, and always makes sure I am comfortable every step of the way. During a recent procedure, Dr. Pham was so communicative regarding the novocaine he would be administering. He was so gentle during administering, and even explained the benefits of the duration of said procedure. Brickworks used the latest technology, which really impressed me. What stood out most was the genuine care they showed — not just treating my teeth, but treating me like a person. I left feeling confident about my dental health and will absolutely be returning for future visits. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care!

Fantastic experience: Brickworks Dental, specifically Dr. Mench, has been my dentist for more than 15 years. The office staff, X-ray techs, hygienists and dentist are all excellent. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I put our dog in a kennel. we then travel 3 1/2 hours by car or ferry from southern Delaware and stay overnight at a hotel so we can get in early the next morning and be done in time to travel back to the ferry so we can get back to the kennel to get our dog home. WHY?? This dental office is THAT GOOD! From the welcoming staff to the dental hygienists to the dental assistants they are warm, friendly and supportive people. The Dental Team (Dr. Mark Mensh tops my list of favs) are ALL gentle, friendly and caring individuals. Their work is always professional and they always have a positive outlook. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Positive experience: Everyone is friendly, professional, and efficient. I have never waited more than a couple minutes beyond my appointment time. The only reason I gave four stars and not five: the person doing my x-rays didn't seem to know how the panorax machine worked. They didn't give me the apron that covered my thyroid, even though I asked and it was right there. The new panorax machine requires that you close your eyes, which they didn't tell me. They snapped at me because I'm unable to stand the way the machine requires without losing my balance. I'm glad the rest of the staff is not like this xray tech. It wasn't a great way to start out what is usually a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: I have not gone to a cleaning in YEARS where I did not leave bleeding and in pain for days. My cleaning appointment today was incredible. Alyssa performed my routine cleaning with NO pain and little evidence of blood. No one wants to go to the dentist, but Alyssa and Dr. Mensh make it as pleasant as possible. For the first time in a very long time, I am not dreading my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pham is THEE Man!! This place is spotless! Cleanest dentist I’ve ever been to. He is very knowledgeable about prosthetic dentures, etc. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you have problems with your teeth or not! Brickworks is a private practice. Dr. Pham takes exceptional pride in his work!! Sadly, he’s only one of a couple dentists in this area who is NOT a CORPORATE HACK!!…. THANK YOU, DR. PHAM!!

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Brickworks Dental was better than I could expect. I needed to get an inlay that had fallen out put back in. They were able to get me an appt quickly. Upon arrival I was greeted with friendly staff from the front desk to everyone in the back. The Dr was very nice and explained some issues from the xrays that my previous dentist did not inform me of. We made a plan together on how to take care of the issues and what it would involve. I felt at ease at Brickworks and in good hands. I couldn't have ask for a better dental facility and staff. This is now my new dentist office!!
