Fantastic experience: I went to Smile Vegas Dental recently with some tooth pain, I was not a patient there. The reception staff were extremely helpful getting me in to see one of the doctor's almost right away. They performed a comprehensive examination and quickly diagnosed my problem and presented a plan to ameliorate the issue. Smile Vegas Dental are very friendly and professional; I feel confident that they can eliminate my immediate issue and look after my needs going forward. Very impressive service.

Fantastic experience: Had an appt for my teenager and had a great experience from beginning to end. From Hope at the front office checking him in , making us feel welcome . My son mentioned his hygienist Cassie was very nice and he felt comfortable and not nervous and had a great experience. Which then followed with Stephanie at check out explaining everything in detail from insurance to setting him up for his next appointment . Will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Smile Vegas Dental is 100% the best dental office I've been to. Everyone in the office is very friendly and thorough when it comes to answering all my questions and how they treat me as a patient. Like a lot of people, I hate going to the dentist. I avoided going in for a checkup for several years and needed extensive work as a result. I was concerned about the cost of everything, so they printed out an itemized list of all the recommended treatments/procedures and took the time to sit with me and run through everything. Even went as far as noting that I would likely max out my insurance at a certain point and recommending that I hold off on procedures x, y, and z until the new year to get insurance benefits. I've never had an office provide such a comprehensive rundown of costs before (at least not that willingly). Made the whole insurance coverage a lot less confusing. The actual appointment: Smile Vegas Dental gave me a comprehensive exam, which I wasn't expecting. (Most other dentists just give me a very basic exam/xray (?)... I suspect that some of my issues were already present the last time I went to the dentist, but they never caught it.) Dr. Naweed and his team were very nice and conscientious about making sure I was as comfortable as possible during the various procedures. And they never made me feel like an idiot for not taking care of my teeth properly lol. Still not a fan of going to the dentist, but I don't dread it as much now, which is high praise hehe.

Negative experience: Overall not super happy with this dentist. They are very driven by money and selling services that aren’t needed. Was scared into thinking I have gum disease and a needing a deep cleaning. Did half the deep cleaning & I can’t even tell a difference. A normal cleaning would have sufficed. A normal cleaning wasn’t even offered and the deep cleaning is not fully coveted by my insurance.

Positive experience: I had a good Customer Service specially, at front desk I don’t remember the lady name that helped me but she was very patient with me and explaining everything to me and I really appreciate that! Next time I make sure I get her name

Fantastic experience: Finding the right dental place to go to here in Vegas is hard to find. Surprisingly found them via google search and reviews. My son hasn’t seen a dentist since 2020 and finally saw them for the first time. Nothing but an excellent experience for my son from the front desk, to the xray tech to dental hygienist and dentist. Fantastic experience: I have been on a dental journey for the past few months. Smile Vegas Dental has been on every step of the way with me. I was so fortunate to have met Dr. Kung. He is current with all procedures and incredibly brilliant. Totally thinks out of the box. He made sure that I didn't end up with a mouth of dentures. He has given me back my confidence. I must recognize the amazing staff. Oscar with biggest warm welcome on every visit. Stephanie who helped pace my visits and worked with me on the financial side. Negative experience: This place screwed me years ago with invisalign. They charged so much over 3k and didn't even tell me thru the whole process that I needed to pay more money for a retainer. This was not common knowledge for me and was never told over the course. I lost out on so much money and never got a refund. My mouth also broke out in sores. According to a better dentist its because they did not correctly fit me for my invisalign and it was touching my gums. I told them and they did nothing but give me mouth wash. This was a few years ago but I never left a review for it. I wish I would get a refund but that's gone. Horrible dentist. Takes money and doesn't care. I never said you prescribed mouthwas I said I was just given mouthwash. Im also not mistaken . It was your office located across the street from McDonald's next to the gas station on Blue Diamond and Durango. Also you seemed to ignore the fact that your office did not inform me of all cost with procedure not until after it had begin and at a later date.

Although we reside about forty minute driving distance from Smile Vegas Dental Clinic, it is definitely worth our time because of the friendly and caring people who work there. But what truly impressed me was the root canal I had done shortly after. I was honestly nervous going into it, but Dr. and the team explained everything clearly and made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time. And the best part? Absolutely no pain—during or after the procedure. It’s rare to find a dental office where you feel both cared for and confident in the quality of work. Smile Vegas Dental has exceeded all my expectations. I’m grateful to have found them, and I’m not going anywhere else.

Negative experience: I’m really disappointed with how things were handled at Smile Vegas Dental. I scheduled my appointment weeks in advance and had even rescheduled once due to illness, thinking I was finally on track to get the care I needed. Just days before the appointment, I was suddenly told that my insurance wasn’t accepted. This could have been caught from the very beginning when I first scheduled and provided my insurance information as I had to provide three times before my appointment was confirmed. It’s incredibly frustrating to wait over a month, only to find out last-minute that I can’t be seen. I won’t be returning or recommending this practice, and I really hope the office reevaluates how they handle new patient intake and insurance verification moving forward.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. I'm someone who hates the dentist, has lots of dental trauma and I'm disabled and require a service dog. Everyone here was incredible! They are all understanding, they took their time to understand my disabilities and accommodated me entirely! They respected my service dog, did not touch or bother him and allowed him to alert when needed and then accommodated me even further after that! I was talked through every step of the way, every poke and movement was explained and it was a great experience for being something so terrible to me. I have recommended this dentist to multiple people now and drive an hour out of my way just to continue with them. Absolutely worth it. And they have payment plans! My insurance covered a good amount but for what they didn't I was able to get a great payment plan that has zero penalty!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Smile Dental for over a year now and they have been amazing- very professional, kind, and care about the well-being of their patients. I went to another dentist before I switched over to smile, and the previous dentist told me I must get a root canal without detailed explanation or offered any alternative procedures. When I came to Smile for a second opinion, Dr. Dela Cruz very thoroughly and kindly explained why I may potentially need a root canal, but suggested an alternative option I could try. The procedure itself went very smoothly. The staff kept me calm and comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dela Cruz is THE best dentist. Friday evening I started having a severe toothache and even strong pain pills helped only for a short time. All through Saturday night I lived off pain pills. On Sunday the pain got a little less. I remembered that I had Dr Dela Cruz's direct phone number she had given me in the past. I didn't really want to bother her on a Sunday but because of the severity of the pain, I texted her and she got right back to me. She told me to come in first thing Monday morning so she can take care of me. I was so thankful for her quick response and when I got there this morning, her staff already knew about me coming in. Dr. Dela Cruz and her staff are THE BEST. If you are looking for a caring and good dentist, don't hesitate, go to Smile Vegas Dental. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist ever. You are gonna say.. "Oh sure what do you know? What I do know I have lasted 6 decades with dentists and if we had this place when I should have taken care of my teeth I wouldn't have to fix so much now. Front Desk crew..xclnt.. Hygenists..xclnt.. Dr Naweed is the type of doctor you want. He takes the time to sit and talk to you and not like a guy you are just paying for work. He explains everything and didn't leave the room until all questions were answered. This is going to cost me a lot of money for my dental work but whose fault is it? Mine for not going all these years. Get yourself good dental insurance and go to this guy. If you have taken care of your teeth then you probably won't need insurance. That's about it. Go to Smile Dental Las Vegas or don't. But if you do you won't be sorry. Get the best experience 1st time out. Hope you all don't need as much dental work as I need.

Fantastic experience: I had initially made an appointment for a consultation for the implant I was needing. I was a little off put at the location and almost didn’t go in. I’m sure glad I did! All of the staff were helpful and kind. Dr. De La Cruz was remarkable. She immediately put me at ease with her knowledge and insight to what was going on with my teeth and mouth collectively. I decided then and there to proceed and cancelled my other consultations. Again, Dr. De La Cruz is a skilled dentist and took great care of me!

Negative experience: I really like the people here and they do good work however since I have been going there the following year when I come back they hit me with a balance saying my insurance didn't cover it and I don't t understand why they don't contact me as soon as they find out! Nobody likes to go somewhere thinking they are ok and then boom ma'am you owe 300 or 500 dollars when it should have all been paid at the time of service not a year later.. not sure if I will go back. I do not like surprises especially when it comes to my money!

Fantastic experience: I've been looking for a good Dentist in Las Vegas ever since my neighbor retired. Most of the places that I have gone to ever since have been absolutely terrible. Most of them try to "SUPER SIZE" you, scare you and tell you that you need things that you don't. I met Adam at a Veterans event in 2024 and have never looked back. Adam and Silva are VERY professional and extremely skilled at what they do. So much so that they are also instructors at UNLV Dental school. In addition to the standard cleaning and fillings I decided to get my teeth whitened. And oh boy cannot believe the difference! Don't hesitate to use smile sketch as your one stop for all your dental needs!! They are the best by far!

Fantastic experience: I don’t typically leave reviews but I am eternally grateful for Smile Vegas Dental Dr.Naweed, Valerie, and their entire friendly staff. For the past year I’ve been focusing on my dental health. The staff are getting me to where I want to be with Invisalign & tackling a few root canals I needed done. I started off extremely afraid due to past experiences with dentist. Thank you to everyone at SVD for showing kindness, professionalism and walking me through tackling my fear of the dentist you guys are amazing and I can’t express my gratitude enough! I’m literally brush my dog’s teeth we’re obsessed!!! Thanks guys

Dr. Naweed was very nice and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Fantastic experience: Had the best experience, the staff was very friendly and very professional. I was nervous since it’s been awhile since I've been to the dentist and they made me feel right at ease. They scheduled me really fast and are great with communication and answering any questions I had. I’ll continue to be a patient here at this dental office. Everyone was genuinely so nice.

Fantastic experience: I want to start off with saying I have pretty bad health anxiety and I was especially afraid of the dentist for a really long time after some unpleasant childhood experiences. After visiting this office, I feel soo much more at ease with my dental health and everyone made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I really appreciated them making conversation, it definitely helped calm my nerves. I needed a deep cleaning and was able to get the first half of it on my first visit. My hygienist was so sweet and the cleaning itself was pain-free (including the shots: just a few tiny pinches!) I was able to get a referral to an oral surgeon quickly which is the main reason I came in to take care of some extra teeth. I didn’t have much interaction with Dr. Naweed but he seemed pretty easy going. Looking back, maybe I would have liked a little bit more of an explanation of my overall oral health and how to take care of it further going forward but that also may be partly on me because I didn’t think to specifically ask either. Overall, I would definitely recommend this office and I’m even shocked to say I kind of look forward to my next visit :)

Fantastic experience: Every staff from reception to the Dentist were extremely nice and helpful. The office is clean and comfortable. Additionally, I scheduled a cleaning and caught covid the day before my appointment. I was so out of it I forgot about my appointment and the staff called and were very understanding.
