Fantastic experience: My crown popped off while flossing the evening before my appointment. I called first thing in the morning and they fit me in the very same day. I normally see Dr. Sang Kwon...but unfortunately he retired. His colleague, Quang Ton was quick to fill in. He has an amazing Asian name and heritage, not much different than the predecessor. Seems to be fitting in quite nicely for me. Partly because most Asians are, naturally, amazing. They took care of me in a hurry, and I'm back in the saddle. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Yadav was great! Marissa and Chandra were all wonderful, and the reception team was very prompt and friendly. Excellent experience all around!

Negative experience: very disappointed with the new dentist all she wanted to do is push getting Multiple crowns which I told her I could not afford. And then basically there was no other option. And kept pushing that they have payment plans. Ridiculous inconsiderate would not listen at all.

Positive experience: I’ve been a patient/customer for years with Dr. Kwon (farewell) and will continue to be for the foreseeable future! Everyone has warm and friendly dispositions with smiles to match. The only reason I’ve left off a star is to offer a recommendation for patients to be able to opt for a ‘no conversation’ or ‘TV only’ cleaning. Sometimes less is more.

Positive experience: The practice has changed in the last 6 month. The practice seems disorganized and there was a long wait waiting for another procedure. I hope to see an improvement next time I’m in.

Negative experience: I had an awful experience with this dental office. I was scheduled for a cleaning and instead of a cleaning a recieved an expensive exam. The dentist did not look at my teeth or gums and decided I needed a deep cleaning. I believe this was just an opportunity to pad my bill, this procedure was completed two years ago at this same office. This dentist was curt and rude. The office charged me for the privilege of waking in the door.

Fantastic experience: Traders point dental was the best dentist office I’ve ever been to, I’ve had very bad experiences with my last dentist, but the staff at Traders Point corrected the mess my other dentist made and I felt that they sincerely cared and that was a refreshing Change. Don’t make the mistake I made if you need a Real Dentist go to Traders Point.

Fantastic experience: I am a terminal dental phobe, due to genetically bad teeth and a less than competent childhood dentist. I have been going to Traders Point for many years and have nothing but good things to say. Everyone is friendly and professional, and Sang Kwan has the magic touch! Except for the inevitable discomfort from Novocain, I HAVE NEVER FELT PAIN, while dealing with root canals, crowns, extractions, and fillings. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: I used to love TPD. There is a new dentist there, saw her for the first time on Monday. She contradicted prior dental advice from the veteran dentists there, didn’t look at my chart to see their prior recommendations, and was dismissive. I will not be getting my future dental services from her.

Fantastic experience: I had a bad tooth infection and was in intensive pain, I was assessed immediately and treated,with utmost respect,I’m a big crybaby when it comes to needles, but they tried to relieve me of most of the pain, my tooth was pulled and I’m not in anymore pain, for that I’m extremely grateful, thank you Doctor and assistant, I will be back soon.

Fantastic experience: No pain, no gain? Not this time. I basically had out patient surgery that took 30mins at the most, and literally had no pain after the numbing meds wore off. Dr. Kwan does a great job undeniably. All of the hygentist do a great job also. Traders Point Dental truly lives up to what I call EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Traders Point Dental for years, and every visit is a great experience! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the cleanings are both thorough and comfortable. The hygienists keep things fun, chatting and explaining everything they’re doing so you always know what’s going on. One cool touch? The doctor and hygienists wear earpieces, so when the doctor pops in, they already know what you’ve been chatting about with the hygienist—making it easy to strike up a friendly, personal conversation. It’s those little details that make each visit feel seamless and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I use to like this place until they fussed my porcelain tooth with my filling. Then a hygienist said she will clean my teeth like she cleans her dishes and poked me to where i bled for a couple hours afterwards and cracked my porcelain crown and tooth and filling. Then told me last minute two weeks ago on two appointments that their hygienist called in sick and I only have one cleaning a year which was false confirmed by my insurance over the phone and still refused me service. Also want to mention good luck getting a referral, he will tell you he’s going to pull a half way in wisdom tooth out and take Tylenol for pain. In the end I got a second opinion from the dentist I am going to now and told me everything they did and how they treated me for years was unacceptable. I am going to a referred anesthesiologist to pull my wisdom and got my second cleaning. Think twice before dealing with this inexperience office.

Fantastic experience: Dentist offices can be scary for kids but the staff here was amazing. They definitely made my kids feel comfortable and they took their time expanding everything to me. The attention they gave my boys was absolutely a plus getting to know them as a person and didn’t feel like they just treated them as a patient.

Colette is a great dental ass’t and Dr. Lund was very knowkedgeable and easy to understand. The dental hygienst was the best and very thorough, had a pleasant manner and very smart! Fantastic experience: I had my first visit today and I am highly impressed so far! The reception staff were attentive and friendly. The doctor spent time reviewing my xrays with me, was patient and kind when answering my questions, and provided lots of useful information about different options. Last but NOT least, my hygienist was the best! Sara was thorough but incredibly gentle during my cleaning, and she was really sweet and fun to talk to. I'm thankful to have found such a great practice!

Fantastic experience: Traders Point Dental continues to excel in Dentistry services in the Indianapolis area. This facility has been providing me with all my dental needs for over 4 years and continues to provide excellent service. They have done my twice yearly dental hygiene services, crowns and fillings as needed. The Dental Hygienists also excel in their services and are so very kind to me. They have been committed to maintaining my teeth and gums healthy. Dr Kwon and Dr Lund, are both excellent. I LOVE the fact that there is always a followup call from the Doctor after any treatment involving Crowns or Fillings, or anything that may have caused any level of pain. Positive experience: It was a very good dentist! When I got there the ladies took my information and got me taken care of quickly. I was able to do my paperwork online so I didn’t have to do it in the lobby and it made the check in easier. After that they got all my ex rays and took 3D photos of all my teeth. They have really high tech equipment that gets pictures of every single groove on your tooth. The dentist assistant was very sweet and took my information and asked me about any other concerns. The hygienist I worked with was very attentive and made my teeth feel very clean. She also recommended a whitening treatment for me:) The dentist fixed my uneven front teeth and polished them. My only reservation is that the dentist was rude to the assistant and scolded her in front of me. I understand if a mistake was made, but I don’t think embarrassing her in front of a patient is the right way to handle it. I’m an optician so I work with a Dr daily. If an optician made a mistake she would never say so in front in front of a patient. It makes them feel less sure and possibly anxious. He was very lucky I’m not an anxious person at the dentist. It still made me uncomfortable though. Other than that is was a great visit.

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best dentist office in Indiana. My wife and I have been going to this office for the past 5 years, and the entire staff (especially Sara) here is incredibly friendly, helpful, & patient. If you’re looking for a dentist office look no further!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Traders Point Dental for years and it’s always been fantastic customer service. I took my 4 year old for his first appointment yesterday, and the hygienist made it so special! She made him feel comfortable and had special names for each tool she used on his teeth. He was so relaxed and did great on his first visit thanks to her. She even topped the visit off by giving him a special token so he could pick a surprise from their machine. Thank you!!

From the front desk to hygienist to the dentist! They use "state of the art"' equipment.....offer treatment suggestions without pushing you to make a decision. My dentist retired...so was looking for a new dentist I could trust.....I am happy to have found this office!

Fantastic experience: My wisdom tooth removal experience with Trader's Point has been awesome. I had a bit of a dental emergency with a tooth infection. After calling around to some different dental offices in Indy, most said that it would be at least a month before they could get me in the office to get my teeth removed. Trader's Point was able to get me in the same week, teeth removed and everything. Dr. Kwon even called me the night after the operation to check in and see how I was doing. I had a few complications post-surgery (no fault of Dr. Kwon), and each time, the office was able to get me in either the same or next day. The staff is super friendly and a great choice for people who may have dental anxiety. Dr. Kwon really knows his stuff and has a type of confidence that makes you feel safe and secure in your choice to receive treatment there. Also, (and this really sets the office apart), Trader's Point provides cost estimates before any treatment is done, which alleviates a lot of the stress that comes with waiting for a bill after a cleaning or procedure. Thanks for an easy process to what could have been a very 'painful' situation!

Fantastic experience: i was having tooth aches and even thought i might have to get wisdom teeth pulled . I’ve heard plenty of stories about wisdom tooth extractions so i already had anxiety and nervousness. I scheduled an appointment and was shocked by how well everything went. The whole staff was excellent and huge shout out to ms.Courtney ,ms. Sarah , and Dr.Sang for not only making me feel comfortable being in my situation , but also working with a passion along with amazing care. A lot of dentistries have to market that they’re the “gentle” dentist , but here at TP they go above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: Was able to get in the next day for a crown repair. Ended up getting the tooth extracted and was out in less than an hour. Dr. Kwon was fast and efficient . Can’t ask for a better dentist. Not to mention he called me back himself to see how I was doing.

Fantastic experience: I would rate the staff as the absolute best I've ever had with a dental office. I was greeted with a smile at the very fast check in. After going back to the room, which was also super fast, I was offered a blanket, glasses, tv channel options, a warm towel for my face after the fillings were completed by Kourtney and Dr Kwon (spelling) and they were amazing! I have huge dental anxiety and they made me so comfortable I felt at ease. They also was able to fit me in for a full cleaning and she was the best ever as well, but I forgot her name. From start to finish, this place is amazing

Everyone was super friendly which made me very comfortable. I am usually afraid of the dentist. They made me feel like a star! I love this practice. The dentist Dr. Lenz, Allison and Marisol all very kind, professional and friendly. Outstanding! I had my 4th visit to this office today July 2024. Everyone in the office is so very friendly. The two ladies at the front desk are very kind and welcoming with beautiful smiles. This is a very nice dental office, everyone is friendly, kind and understanding. I have always been afraid of going to the dentist but I know I am getting the best dental care and it's a very HAPPY vibe here. It's a five star office.

Fantastic experience: Mata, the lady who took my x-rays, my pictures, and prepared me for the Dentist was incredibly kind which I truly appreciate her. especially being blind, she was really good about explaining every explicit detail that was going on or that was going to happen to me during the x-rays plus The pictures she had to take which I was extremely grateful for that. Also, she was extremely helpful, patient and handled everything with such grace. In addition, the dentist was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, a True family man, friendly, and extremely thorough at what he did. I had never had a dentist this nice and kind. Furthermore, Allison, my hygienist was extraordinary as well. She was thorough with her cleaning, kind, patient, and gracious, with explaining everything she was going to do with my teeth, which I truly appreciate her for that especially being blind. She truly wore that crown of Grace beautifully. Overall, I had an amazing Experience!!! from my experience with Mata, who prepped me for my dentist, to my dentist himself, And to Allison my hygienist are exceptional individuals. Fantastic experience: Very personable and friendly staff, from the receptionist to the Dentist. Traders Point Dental is very prompt with my appointment, I have never had to wait past a few minutes in the waiting area. They tell you up front what the cost will be before they do my teeth, there has not been any hidden cost or surprised bill.

Positive experience: I have consistently received stellar service from the clinical aspect of this agency. My stress comes from the front desk, communication, and the financial aspect. If this aspect improves, then this dental office will be top notch. I do not agree with paying estimated amounts before they actually know what the insurance will cover. I think that puts an unnecessary burden on the patient. Also had to check with my insurance company & inform the front desk that I had coverage. They were going to make me privately pay for a very expensive procedure until I brought the correction to their attention. Very stressful!!!!

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best dentist office I’ve ever been to! I have extreme ptsd from my childhood dentist but Dr. Lund has officially started to calm the waters when it comes to that! Dr. Lund is gentle and talks you through everything (because sometimes not knowing what’s going on or what certain sounds are can really trigger my ptsd.) The whole staff is beyond understanding and lets me bring my fiancé back with me for support with no questions asked, I’ve even had dental assistants hold my hand and that speaks volumes! There’s no judgement from anyone and everyone is there to help!

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency. The office staff understood the severity and got me in immediately. Dr. Kwon and his staff are simply the best. I did not feel I inconvenienced by the staff nor Dr. Kwon. My only regret is I simply don't remember my dental assistant's name. She is absolutely astounding. Negative experience: The appointment was fine. I gave the staff 2 Dental insurance cards. You have not billed them, but keep harassing me. I will never return. If you keep this up I will put a negative survey online

Very affordable payment options as well if your insurance does not cover everything. Colette was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and reassuring. I was very lucky to have her as my dental assistant. Will definitely be back for any future dental needs!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kwon is wonderful. He explained everything that he was doing and he is very gentle. The staff is super friendly and this is important: his prices are quite reasonable. I got 3 quotes from different dentist and Dr. Kwon’s was the cheapest and the quote included a filling that the other 2 quotes didn’t include.
