Fantastic experience: Like many people I had put off seeing the dentist. We had recently moved to this area when I had an emergency. Sapphire saw me the next day, gave me options for my situation and proceeded with a root canal and crown the next day. Very professional and personal staff, very modern and clean facility. The exam rooms are open enough that you can hear their interactions with other patients and they treat everyone with the same care they showed me. Fantastic experience: Dr. Trinh and other members of the staff are incredibly professional and take extra care in explaining every little detail from dental health to insurance claims. Ann is an excellent communicator and will fight hard to get your claims through. The dentistry also uses state of the art technology to show me things about my dental health that I was never able to visualize before.

Fantastic experience: My wife found Sapphire Family dentristry through Facebook and they are active. My wife told me she was impressed with Sapphire Family Dentistry. Dr. Doan did her cleaning and did a better job than all of the rest. She wanted me to switch dentists. I tried them and yes and Dr. Doan did a great job cleaning and a great exam. He already knew which tooth was causing my problem by looking at my X-Rays. He did explain why and told me what would have to be done. He went further than I have had with other dentists. The office even has tv on the ceiling to watch while in laying in the chair. The staff is very professional,location and office is great. The whole experience was awesome for my wife and I.

I normally experience pain and discomfort when getting dental work done but at sapphire my experience has been pain free. Plus, they work with you whether you have insurance or not. Negative experience: Immediately upon arrival Dr. Hoang was very disrespectful and prideful. The front desk people ignored me when asking why they were 1 hour behind and told me to leave if I felt obligated . When receiving new patient exam the Dr. came in for 3 seconds and just stuck a mirror in my mouth without even looking at x-rays. Never coming back. Horrible office and experience.

I have to start off with Anne and all her wonderful staff at front; they always make me feel so welcome and take the time to answer any of my concerns. Yesterday was my appointment with Johnny and I actually brought a stress ball with me. Unfortunately, it did not survive and practically deteriorated into little pieces because I guess I unknowingly fidget. Johnny was EXTREMELY gently with me and when he finished my cleaning, I was so embarrassed because there were stress ball pieces everywhere. He didn’t even bat an eye and told me it was okay which made me immediately feel better because he wasn’t condescending in any way. Thank you so much and I’M SORRY AGAIN FOR IT LOOKING LIKE A CRIME SCENE IN THERE! You all are the BEST and I’m so lucky that I found Sapphire Dentristry! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I cannot begin to express how happy I am that I found this practice. Everything from check in to check out was seamless and amazing. I'm a big baby when it comes to the dentist but everyone made me feel so comfortable and at ease by taking the time to explain everything in detail and they did not treat me condescendingly because of my fear and anxiety. Fantastic experience: I have always dreaded going to the dentist. However, my first visit to Sapphire Family Dentistry has been a game changer. The amenities are first class, and the staff, including Londyn and Ann, were friendly, accommodating, and personable. Dr. Trinh was very kind and quickly diagnosed my dental issues and developed a treatment plan that should ultimately improve the overall health of my teeth. Special kudos to Hygienist Johnny Khuu who was extremely knowledgeable, thorough with his work, and informative. It is obvious to me that Sapphire Dental places an emphasis on not only superior patient care but excellent customer service. The combination of those two qualities makes Sapphire the ideal dentistry for me and I am looking forward to my future visits.

The hygienist Johnny gives you best experience in cleaning, from start to finish not even the slightest pain or discomfort, you could fall asleep through the whole procedure on how comfortable it is. Doctor Doan in my opinion is the best I have ever encountered. Very detailed and explains clearly on what our plans are. He has done work on me last year and I am very satisfied with his work. Fantastic experience: I’ve always hated coming to the dentist… however here at sapphire dental they made me feel welcomed and at home. I have many dental needs and they did not pass judgement or make me feel bad. They gave me options and I was also able to get a payment plan for some of my needs. I highly recommend this office for anyone who needs something minor to major needs the customer service and people know you by name and always make you feel welcome!!

Negative experience: I had a 1:30 appointment and they called me to come in at 1 instead so I did. I didn’t get taken in until 1:20 so it seems to me that they wasted my time! They claimed that they unexpectedly grew busy on a day they only take appointments so yeah that didn’t make sense. I was a brand new customer too and there was no apology after the fact but Johnny was cool though.

I became discouraged and felt hopeless, until I was fortunate to find this Dentistry and was given hope and encouragement on my dental journey. My dental Hygienist, Johnny Khuu, and dentist, Dr. Hoang Doan, were beyond amazing, they are very attentive and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a better dental experience, definitely the best and least painful deep cleaning and cavity fillings. And today, I brought my kids, and Sarah, dental hygienist, did an amazing job with my daughter and Johnny with my son. I highly recommend this dentistry!
