Dr. Mike Freihaut has put immense effort into my treatment plans and included me every step of the way. Dr Schroeder’s chair-side manner is top notch, and he takes the time to explain what he’s observing in your mouth and makes sure that you are comfortable with any work that needs to be done. All of the hygienists, especially Deanna, and office staff are also so pleasant to be around. He explained everything clearly, and before I knew it, he said, “We’re done.” I was shocked I asked what he did, and he told me the tooth was already out! I didn’t feel a thing not even pressure. Courtney had reassured me beforehand that I wouldn’t feel anything and that Dr. Shiv was the best, and she was absolutely right. I’m still in disbelief at how painless it was. Fantastic experience: After suffering from tooth pain, and receiving treatment information from another Dental Office that didn’t sound too correct, I called Perimeter Dental and they were able to get me in within 3 hours of calling them. They immediately addressed my concern, assessed my facial muscles, ran test on my tooth, explained the cause of the pain, and I was SUPER impressed by the knowledge of the ENTIRE team and by their amazing customer service! Before I could leave their office, I was texting my boyfriend about how impressed I was with their service. I’m a RN myself, so I recognize care and compassion when I see it. I can’t wait to return for more dental service with them. Lyssa and Dr. Bhakta are simply amazing!! :-)

Negative experience: WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS DENTAL CLINIC. I WISH I CAN GIVE THEM NEGATIVE RATING. CANCELLED MY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WITH THIS CLINIC!! Perimeter Dental’s 4.9 rating is a complete lie — packed with fake, paid reviews. Please be extremely careful before giving them your insurance details. They’ve already stolen $70 from my card and an unauthorized insurance claim of $82 — a total of $152. I have attached proof: insurance claim documents. If they can quietly scam one patient like this, imagine what they’re taking from others. This place is nothing but thieves in scrubs. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR RATINGS. DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC. PROTECT YOUR HEALTH AND YOUR MONEY — GO ANYWHERE ELSE. If you want to know full story, please find below: I visited this clinic in April for fillings done by Dr. Shiv. After the procedure, I experienced sensitivity in the same tooth. I scheduled a follow-up and explicitly confirmed with both the front desk and the dental assistant that there would be NO CHARGE for this visit, since it was a check on their own work. The assistant took a bitewing X-ray. Dr. Shiv adjusted my bite — and the issue was resolved after a day. While checking out, the assistant clearly told the front desk there would be no charge, and the front desk staff confirmed this again before I left. BUT days later, they fraudulently filed a claim against my insurance. Worse — my insurance has a Preferred Dentist Program which legally requires them to charge me a negotiated fee of $130 for my fillings. Instead, they charged me $200, didn't refund the extra amount, and have been dodging my calls ever since.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Michael Freihaut is the dentist you have looking for. He's always very friendly, a great communicator and listener, and he's very considerate. Beyond that, based on my experience, he does great dental work. This is a combination of stand-out soft and hard skills that are hard to find in a dentist. In addition, his assistant is always very helpful. Also, in what can be rare these days, both the front office and back-office staff are pleasant to work with, especially billing. How often do you find all that in one place.
