Negative experience: When I received my partial, there were two teeth missing on the front right side. the partial had to be sent back to the lab to be fixed, and when it came back the teeth that they had put in the empty space did not meet the quality of the rest of the teeth. It looked like a rush job. When I leave messages asking that they return my call, the call doesn’t get returned. It bothers me when I ask the doctor a question and Her response is, “I don’t know” . My most recent visit to get Mine denture and partial changed from a soft liner to a hard liner, The denture came back from the lab and it did not fit in in my mouth. It kept falling off, wasn’t secure. The Technician working with me during that visit was very nice, very helpful and did her best to try to make it fit. The denture had been made incorrectly by the lab in the first place. Initially I was told once the Insurance company paid their portion of these procedures, and I paid the balance, there Would be no further fees. When I came in this last visit to have the denture and the partial changed from a soft liner to a hard liner, I was told there would be additional fees and they were sorry that I had been told otherwise. Based on my experience so far, I am giving a rating of two stars. This has not been a positive experience for me.

Fantastic experience: Very professional staff... initiated a emergency visit. Was able to get get in the same day with my Grandson. Situation was taken care of, and the hospitality is bar none. I am so appreciative of the time and consideration given for my Grandson. Found out they also handle Orthopedics with regular brackets and invisaline. Thank GOD.

Fantastic experience: Great first visit! The dental hygienist was very thorough and took the time to answer all my questions. The staff member was very patient and explained all my billing options. I met the dentist and he seems like a great guy. I'm scheduled to have him pull a molar in a couple of weeks.

Fantastic experience: I love your staff at Moline Dental. Dr. Darrow was so nice, also Tanya stayed late to help me with my deep gum cleaning, Presy did my root canal, and the receptionists are great, too. I hadn't been to the dentist in 22 yrs. and I was terrified, but they were so great, I'm going 3 days in a row so I can use my insurance before the end of the year. They were very accommodating in that respect also. 8/12/25. I had 3teeth pulled yesterday and today no swelling, no pain, and no complications. They made sure I had no pain when they pulled them and sent me home with instructions and gauze for caring for the holes in my gums. I have COPD and they always make accommodations for my coughing and breathing. They are the greatest and I WOULDN'T go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Their billing department is a complete joke, BEWARE! Sent me a bill stating "balance forward", I asked for a detailed bill for the amount, they resent the same "balance forward" bill. I refused to pay without knowing what I was paying for (assuming insurance should be responsible), and they sent me to collections. Again, BEWARE!

Fantastic experience: The office staff is pleasant and professional. The orthodontist technician Kimber is knowledgeable, professional, and works her schedule to fit my appointments in and in a timely manner. I highly recommend her and all the dentists there. Love my results!

Fantastic experience: This is a great dental office. I've been going here for several years, at least 10 now, and it's always been a good experience. I go twice yearly for cleanings and actually had adult braces done through them. Everyone is nice, and I've never had them recommend services I don't need. Definitely recommend checking them out!

Fantastic experience: My son is a new patient and had his 1st appointment yesterday. Everyone is so nice!! The office girls went above and beyond, straightening out his insurance. The dental assistant was great! She came out and explained everything they were going to do, and even came back and sat next to me to talked about how his checkup went. My son said they made him feel very comfortable. So glad we found them!!

Fantastic experience: Didn't expect this office to be so thorough and actually walk me through the process of the procedure. Along with help of the versatile credit you can apply for in office before your appointment. I already anticipated the 4th of costs of the out of pocket expenditures but the loan payment options by month were pretty cheap tho the interest rates are high. But not bad in a pinch. They do not take Medicaid. So, if you haven't seen a dentist in awhile an exam, x-ray, teeth cleaning will run $450. The versatile credit will ask for $132 up front and then $28 per month thereafter until paid. You can always reapply for more credit after the loan is paid and can be used for partial payment if you do have insurance and the insurance doesn't cover the entire cost. Hopefully this helps others out when trying to get answers. :)

Positive experience: Had quite a bit of work done, first time in a very long time to the dentist. I had little to no pain. When it was determined that I could feel any discomfort, it was immediately addressed. I was warned I'd be sore afterwards - I'm not. I felt they were really thorough; The documentation and work in particular were really good.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist was prompt, friendly, and professional. She did excellent, quick work of my teeth cleaning. Likewise the Doctor was friendly and right there when notified we were ready for him, and his exam when quick. Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do, but these guys made it painless.

Fantastic experience: Everybody there is always so friendly. They explain everything to you if needed they also try & help you out financially even if it's by finding other services to help. This is by far my most favorite dentist office (and I've been to a couple).

Fantastic experience: My biggest experience with family dental is with my hygienist Tanya. She’s a very nice person who is very experienced, very gentle, very thorough, and very friendly/pleasant to be around. I have met a couple of the dentists who work there briefly who were very nice as well. Tanya does such a good job cleaning your teeth and making them shiny brite white that while driving my truck at night I have to keep my mouth shut. Why you may ask? Because with my mouth open and smiling my teeth are so brite white oncoming traffic keeps flashing their lights at me.

Negative experience: Trying to get an appointment at an appropriate time is really hard with this office. The staff seem nice and I think they do okay work. BUT The prices keep increasing. Also they tried to sell me a credit card which is a major red flag and no other medical professional i've ever known has tried to do that. I think I may go look for different dentist.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is professional and helpful. Appointments usually stay on schedule.

Negative experience: Had two years to fix pain, teeth problems, always long booking times. Recently had a filling fall out took 4 weeks to get in. Dentist on vacation sub dentist said filling wouldn't bond no fix two weeks later tooth broke. 6 visits 4 good two terrible .

Fantastic experience: The best decision I have made was getting my Invisalign from them. Not to mention that they are also in the same office as my normal dentist. So there is no need to go to two different places when you can have both in one.

Positive experience: The care I received was top notch. My one complaint is that they seem to completely fill their schedule with appointments, leaving no room for patients with emergency dental issues. I had a painful toothache and was told I had to wait three weeks to see my dentist. They need to loosen up their scheduling.

Fantastic experience: My front tooth was broken off. I needed a root canal and a crown. I was very anxious,but everyone from the receptionist who made the appointment to the hygienist (wonderful job!) to Dr. Darrow was terrific. The made me very relaxed and comfortable, and my teeth look great!

Fantastic experience: Moline family dental was great! It was my daughter’s first time getting her teeth cleaned and she felt so comfortable and welcome. She was smiling and giggling the entire time and the team member explained exactly what they were doing and how the tools worked every time.

Fantastic experience: I have had extreme anxiety about the dentist for years. I had a dental emergency. I called Moline family Dental, they worked me in quickly. When I arrived to the office I was introduced to Karen. She was more then i could have asked for. She was the perfect fit for me. She was compassionate, put all my nerves to rest by explaining everything in a way it put me at ease. The dentist was great as well. I think I finally found my forever dentist. That's huge for me to say!

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing pain in upper jaw, had heard good reports about Moline Family Dental. I gave them a call, they got me in within 2 hours. Super intro & professionalism by Karen & Dr. Pirog. They presented me with an overview, a plan of action, & $$ estimate. Great work by office staff.

Positive experience: Liz was phenomenal, very patient and detailed with her work! Dr. Darrow was very good as well. Breakdown- received my uppers. Then they broke in half, tried to wear my temporary teeth- they broke in half! Two sets broke in half. I could tell they were getting irritated, but like I explained to them, "I can't compare this experience to any other because this is the first time I've ever gone through it, and it's been horrible". They sent it back to the company to put metal on the roof for extra support. That is when all trouble started... couldn't find my original impressions, made sort of a new one for them to work off; didn't work. Sent back again; didn't work. Sent my originals (broken ones they fixed) to make an impression from that, and God only knows what they did to that one! Sent back with the wrong color, looks like I've had them for years, and they are stained (tan). I don't know who checks quality before giving to your patient, but that should've never reached me; they should have sent them back to the company and had them remake them! I am attaching a picture to show I am not exaggerating. Like I said, Liz was my Saviour during this whole process! The tops are supposed to be my permanent (brand new pair) with the metal on the roof, and the bottom pair is my originals. The coloring is way off; they should've been sent back to the company as soon as they received them for the quality! I have not had these for a full year.

Negative experience: Super unimpressed. Wants us to wait NINE MONTHS to get cavities filled. Scheduled an appointment for today to get painful cavity addressed and nothing was done. Still charged for visit. Will not be back. Updated to add- After we went to another dentist, we were told that the 4 fillings they wanted to do on my son weren’t needed.

Fantastic experience: Always have a positive experience every time I visit this place. From the moment you walk into the office the girls in reception are positive & friendly. The dental techs and hygienist are great, knowledgeable and caring. The Dentist is great listens to what I have to say, takes everything into account and comes up with the best care plan for my situation. He is very good at what he does. I used to hate going to the dentist but after going here, it is not so bad. They all work together as a team to make every visit tolerable and good.

Negative experience: Be careful, this dentist does work on your teeth that you DON'T need. I went for a routine clean and check, they diagnosed me with 10 cavities and charged us wrong. We tried to work with the office to get our bill fixed and they just redid it and charged us the same. We did not go back and went to another dentist a year later. I didn't have those 10 cavities after all... I only had 3. I had several friends who were going to Moline Dental and every cleaning were told they needed more and more work done: cavities, crowns, etc... they have all come to me tired of the extra expense and have now also left. BEWARE!!!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Very well organized establishment! My rating is based off my first appointment alone. I was welcomed by such a kind staff who are all so great at what they do. I have since had more appointments and still really love this place! My young daughter has her first appointment in a couple weeks and I could not feel more comfortable taking her here.

A month or a little longer after having wisdom tooth pulled 2 of the teeth one next to the pulled tooth and one 3 teeth down from it are killing me and sometimes I get pain from spot where upper left tooth was pulled I have called to try to get an appointment just get answering machine I need something done I am not imagining this the pain is real please call me my pain tolerance is being tested this really hurts thank you! I am only giving one star because I told you a few weeks ago this was starting was told part of healing process I don’t believe this is correct now I think there is some infection somewhere it hurts bad at times please get me scheduled in asap I need this taken care of thank you ok I was taken care of today by a very nice dentist I retract my previous review I got excellent care from her and her staff so I would like to give her and her staff a 5 star review they got me in and taken care of in a very thorough and informative way so my second visit here was excellent they pulled 2 teeth that were bad and were very compassionate about my care I will be back now in a couple months for a cleaning and feel as if they all need to be commended for turning a one star review into a five star!!!!!!!!!!!! Darrow Olivia are excellent
