Fantastic experience: My visit was a drop in to make an appointment with the dentist who had created an upper denture for me several months ago. I found out that dentist had moved out of the area and I would need to make an appointment in the future as they were pretty well booked up. While the office assistant was trying to schedule my appointment Tiffany, a technician, volunteered to take a look at my denture as that was her area of expertise. She made some adjustments to the plate and was able to alleviate the pain it had been causing me. I very much appreciate her stepping in to help me with my predicament.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and professional, every time I've gone they are very friendly and willing to work with you if you have anxiety. They also walk you through each step and procedure and work with you on your treatments and payments. Honestly, so far, every person I've talked to there, be it the dentist or the receptionists, are extremely friendly and that's something I really appreciate in a dentists office. I couldn't recommend them higher.

Negative experience: All they want is to take your money staff is negligent they try to push you into things you don't want. And somehow they couldn't do a root canal for me for 2 months even though the tooth is infected and I wanted it yanked in the first place now my tooth is worse than it was when I first went there and I'm in more pain. Oh and don't ask for an idea on how much anything runs on average cause then they play dumb.

Fantastic experience: The building itself is beautiful. They have games in the front to entertain your kids or yourself while you wait, but then again as I’ve experienced you won’t wait long. The staff is very friendly and cares about your oral health and long term dental care. They are detailed and thorough. I’m glad my supervisor recommended them to me as I would recommend them to anyone as well.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was super friendly and professional making an unpleasant experience (getting a tooth pulled) as pleasant as possible.

Negative experience: They seem great as long as you have insurance. They didn't want to treat what was wrong with me only offer to do a full deep cleaning that "might fix the problem" and charge me alot of money with no gaurantee. I was not impressed.

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed my visit very much since I am a senior and need some work on my teeth. I trust them to do a good job and to make my smile the best it can be. I’m thankful they saved a couple of my teeth with a root canal and I didn’t have to have them pulled.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit as a patient. Clinic is large, comfortable, well equipped. Staff all very friendly, This was a routine checkup/cleaning, also needed to get info and estimates for a spider partial denture replacement. The options and procedures were explained clearly. I didn't feel rushed. A very positive first experience!

Fantastic experience: Few like going to a dentist, but Downtown Family Dentistry makes it as comfortable as it can be. A nice waiting area with 8-bit game machines makes waiting more enjoyable. Modern equipment and friendly hygenists and doctors makes cleaning, x-rays and whatever you need less worrisome. They've also been helpful in talking to my insurance company to get my plan's benefits paid. I've been driving 30 minutes to DFD for five years, and will continue to do so.

Fantastic experience: Everything was good except the polishing process, it was a little to quick and not enough.

Negative experience: I felt like the Dentist was fairly good, but rushed through checking my teeth. The cleaning was also rushed through. When I go to the dentist I want my teeth to feel like I have been to the dentist. I honestly felt like I had just brushed my teeth myself. Then the woman at the desk that I spoke to after the appointment was on the phone line with a call while she was dealing with me very hurriedly. So when I asked her to repeat the prices, she seemed annoyed. She seemed very fake and rude. Maybe they need to not schedule so many patients and be so worried about making more money, and focus on actually taking time with their patients so the continue to be patients. Feeling unsure if I want to go back.

Fantastic experience: This week was my first visit and I loved everything about it. They have a wonderful building with really nice views of the trees outside. It was probably the most relaxing visit I’ve had to the dentist in multiple decades. The hygienists were professional and friendly. They used a water pick for almost my entire cleaning, this surprised me and honestly might have made my teeth look whiter and more clean than any other visit. The dentist was also professional and able to give me a couple of options and suggestions for issues I was having, I felt very comfortable there. I’m excited to bring my son and see how he does.

This enables me to appreciate just how well this clinic does various aspects of their job. They are friendly and prompt; they take time to explain what procedures are scheduled; they are very experienced and seem able to handle the full range of problems you have; they are solicitous of whether you are in pain; finally, they are experienced and, as far, as I’m able to judge do very good work across a range of procedures.
