Fantastic experience: I was a new patient to them and they were able to get me in the next day. I had an unfortunate experience with composite bonding at my usual dentist and was told there was nothing more they could do to help me. Dr. Conboy and his assistant were so kind and patient with me. They fixed a mistake that wasn’t their’s, and not only fixed it, but gave me back my smile. Everything was explained clearly and it was the most painless dental procedure I have ever had. They definitely have a new client as well as my children. Could not be more appreciative for the team.

Fantastic experience: Audrey made me feel comfortable, I am humiliated at the state my teeth are in, I was very comfortable opening up to her. I have lost over 20 pounds in less than a year because I can’t eat. It took a lot for me to come in for help out of just being so embarrassed. No one made me feel uncomfortable and I’m so greatful.

Positive experience: The staff are all very nice, that's not the issue. Scheduling/cancelation on their end is. We scheduled our kids dentist appointments four plus months out only to have them call either two days to one day before saying they have to reschedule and if we can't show up the next day at "x" time then we have to schedule months out again with no reason given. We understand personal information can't be given, but saying "I'm so sorry, unfortunately we are down a few members" or "I'm sorry we have a few people out that work on kids" is so much better than saying "we can't say." That absolutely feels like something is being hidden and not a good way to build trust. Work is great, care is great, everyone is nice but the scheduling just isn't good. If you are a busy family like us, this might not be the place for you.

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment a year ago for a year follow up they called and rescheduled it. I go to the rescheduled appointment and they do t have me scheduled and they going to tell me to reschedule again. That is ridiculous. This office staff is not very bright. Negative experience: I had to cancel my appt and couldn’t get back in for 6 months. They canceled and didn’t even tell me. I couldn’t get back in for 7 months. They don’t really care about their patients dental health. I wonder if it’s because I’m elderly and they don’t make a lot of money from me. Would not recommend this office to anyone.

Fantastic experience: So pleasant and so personable. Very knowledgeable and caring with helpful hints. Very prompt and professional. The dentist has a great personality that puts one at ease. The dental hygienist was so considerate of my comfort and thorough. As "Arnold said: "I'll Be Back!"

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a root canal & a crown procedure. The staff was very polite & friendly. Jamie Lyn is such a great person! Super helpful, GREAT bed side manner & absolutely hilarious. My daughter & I were very impressed with how efficient & smooth everything went. Thank you Jamie!!

Negative experience: Dr. Ali is very rude and unpleasant. He wasn’t helpful at all and made me feel so uncomfortable I wanted to just walk out of his office. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone save yourself and don’t waste your time ! I would of given 0 stars if possible!

Negative experience: Went to an appointment today after months of waiting I have bad anxiety and this place is not anxiety friendly what so ever especially dr Allen or whatever his name is, they were trying to make me do stuff I didn’t wnat to do and while I’m trying to figure out how I’m feeling about it I’m getting rushed and told “ hurry up” and feeling so uncomfortable, not even aloud to have an emotional support person with you either which my dentist appointment would have went so much better! I will never go back to this place again and one of the girls helping was excusing his behavior towards me because “ they had a long day “! I had a long day too and to come home crying because I really wanted to feel comfortable at my dentist and get the stuff done I needed to get done but instead they made me have worse anxiety while there! HORRIBLE

Negative experience: Very disappointed. Have had them multiple times cancel my appointment and I was not notified till I showed up at office. They claimed they called to tell me the day before but I have no received or missed calls and no voice mails. They never have a hygienist is there excuse. Then when trying to reschedule they have no openings for over 6 months if not longer.

Negative experience: They treat pregnant women like second class citizens.They refuse to do basic cleanings. I came back with my OB clearance and they refused to see me because I couldn't confirm my appointment through their broken / expired link taht looked like a scam to be honest. I came 10 minutes before my appointment . How can you remove someone off the schedule even if they didn't confirm ? I spoke to another dental office they don't do that unprofessional behavior. They would have still had me and done my cleaning because I showed up on time for my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT I HAD TO HAVE RESCHEDULED TO BEGIN WITH. MIND YOU I HAD TO TAKE TIME OFF WORK AGAIN TO BE REFUSED A CLEANING A SECOND TIME. They are disgraceful and ignorant. I don't reccomend this unprofessional dental office.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Conboy, hygienist, and staff are all very friendly and professional. Not only do they care about your teeth, but also your health & family. The office looks amazing & clean. I would recommend anyone to go here to get beautiful teeth.

Emily was my hygienist and was efficient and pleasant. Dr. Conboy was delightful. Great experience. So thrilled this is right here near my home!

Negative experience: My daughter was referred to another dentist to get her tooth filled. It was a long process and in the end the referral realized they didn’t take my insurance after making me jump through hoops. Then her dad passed away months back and here we are two days from her 6 month cleaning appointment and they called and won’t see her or clean her teeth because we are still in the process of getting her teeth fixed and on our third referral Dr to help her bc no one wants to help her bc she has lung disease. So now I have to start over with a new dentist because of Hollywood. They are going to deny teeth cleaning and oral care to my 7 year old because of insurance issues with the referral and the process of her grieving over dad’s death. This is not the only complaint I have with them but this by far the last straw. I would not recommend them. I’d go to Aspen before I go to them now and I never thought I’d say that.i will be reporting them to the American Dental Association.

Fantastic experience: After calling several area dentists, a few never answered and two were not taking new patients, I found the Dental Studio. They got me in quickly, addressed my issue and fixed it without and problems. Dr. Conboy was excellent and very nice along with the staff everyone was very professional.

Negative experience: Awful and I didnt even get any treatment. I showed up and they told me my appointment was canceled and it was my fault for not confirming it when they called me. I showed them my call history confirming I never got a call, then finally a manager got involved and explained all these complications around why they canceled my appointment, and that someone should've called me to explain but nobody did. I took my kid out of school and drove 45 minutes for an appointment that was canceled without my notice, blamed for the cancelation, only to be told they failed to contact me and explain the situation at all. The entire time the receptionist acted like I was somehow the issue in this scenario, even though I was very polite while expressing how upsetting this situation is. Just an all around terrible way to treat patients. I cannot believe they blamed me for not confirming an appointment they canceled without notifying me.

Negative experience: VERY disappointed. Ali Allan is unprofessional and walks out on patients because they don’t want to do what HE thinks they should do. From what I remember, it’s the patients mouth? Not his. Plus, you have an appointment, get there early, and then wait 35 minutes to even be seen. Not even an apology for that, let alone talking down to you. Would NEVER recommend.

Negative experience: Dentist didn't even open my mouth and check for cavities until I ran my credit card for $700 to get a crown. Told me there were no other concerns. After he looked in my mouth, he told me I had a cavity. I was on medicaid at the time.

Fantastic experience: A great big thank you to Dr Conboy and Steff! I have had crowns done and upper and lower partials. I am very pleased with everything! The partials are wonderful! They are working with me to get them to fit perfectly! I highly recommend this dental team!

Fantastic experience: I had gone to the old location a few years ago and wasn’t able to afford all the work I needed.Things have changed and I was able to follow through. Dr conboy and all of the girls I’ve seen my last 2 visits have been great! I have some appointments left ahead of me.but, after the treatment I recieved yesterday ,while being a big baby,I have no worries going forward.

Fantastic experience: Every time I have an appointment I am completely confident that my experience will be superior. I have many dental issues from personal neglect. When you have sensitivity issues and other challenges it can be a little difficult to navigate. However, their skill and professionalism are TOP NOTCH. Fantastic experience: They were busy so I was told I would have to wait a month and a half for a check up.Days later they had a cancellation and were able to squeeze me in. During my appointment they let me know they could order me a set of partials and also bring me back later that day for a cleaning. Everyone was kind and helpful. It felt like home. I’m actually excited to go back.

Negative experience: I wouldnt give them 1 star GO to complete dental care newcomerstown u wont regret it they r AMAZING!! The dential studio is all about money they want to pull teeth and give MOTRIN r u kidding me I found out its all who u know and thats how i get treated NOT cool and very poor business!!I reported them! They did a crown for me broke in 1 month them wanted me to PAY NOT !! RUN go someone else !!! Especially if UR not there favorite u will get poor care !!

Fantastic experience: Dakota did a deep clean for me. They had to do it in two separate visits but he was amazing. He was so careful, listened and made sure everything was done right and that I was ok. He helped me with what kind of toothpaste, waterpik and toothbrush is best. Thank you so much Dakota!!

Fantastic experience: A few days ago I had dental implants at steubenville dental studio. It can be a lengthy procedure and some may fear to have it done. Being 70 years old I had a little bit of anxiety or anticipation of what was to come when I went in for the procedure. However, it was a breeze! I felt no pain whatsoever, the girls and Dr. Conboy made me so relaxed. I had no concerns whatsoever. Afterward the healing is going beautifully and today when I went in for the checkup or exam I was told that everything looks really good. That's because Dr. Conboy and the girls know exactly what they're doing and while they're doing it they make you feel so comfortable and at ease. I really cannot say enough positive and wonderful things about Dr. Conboy and the girls at steubenville dental studio. They are my first choice, and my only choice.

Fantastic experience: Always had bad experiences w dentists in the past which created immense fear that caused me to neglect my teeth. I lost some back ones but now I feel like I can smile big again. The Dr is also a very cool guy with a kind demeanor. If you are scared of dentists go here. Very pleased.

Fantastic experience: I was scheduled to have 3 crowns applied. The procedure was explained at my previous visit. I was escorted to the room almost immediately upon arrival. Stephanie was the first person that I encountered. She was good natured and kind. Being careful not to cause any discomfort, her job was completed efficiently. Dr. Conboy, always good natured, came in and began to numb the area where the crowns would be placed. Topical anesthetic was placed before injecting into the gum area to avoid pain during procedure. While waiting for anesthetic to work, I began having problems with my vision and small jerking movements. I explained my symptoms to Dr Conboy. My blood pressure and other measures were taken to make me comfortable.Dr. Conboy had Stephanie and Cherish, ,another staff member, stay with me and continue to assess my symptoms. He left to call paramedics.They both were competent and caring. We had great conversation and I enjoyed their company . Meanwhile, the paramedics arrived and did their assessment.My symptoms started to subside and I was feeling much better. For safety reasons my son was called so I would not drive home. I certainly never thought this would happen in a dentist office and never would I imagine getting the level of care I received. I sincerely want to thank everyone involved in my care. Needless to say the procedure was not done. I’ll be back soon without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I just had the best experience with a tooth extraction and implant! From start to finish, Dr. Conboy made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The extraction was quick and surprisingly painless, and the implant procedure was handled with such precision and care. The staff ( Cherish and Myann )were incredibly supportive, answering all my questions and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Fantastic experience: Steubenville dental studio is the most pleasant dental office I've been to yet. The hygienists are nice, gentle, and thorough, the place is clean, I've never had any surprises with my bill and so far they've taken really good care of my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I went in for mouth pain on my entire right side. After scheduling the appointment, I filled out the paperwork online. They had an earlier opening than my scheduled time, so they called me and I was able to get in quicker. When I arrived, I wasn't in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes before an assistant came out and started working with me. I needed a root canal and a tooth removed. The dentist, Dr. Conboy was friendly and assured me that I'd feel no pain during my entire visit. He gave me details of each procedure that they were going to perform. Every person from the staff that worked with me was courteous. The nurse that was with me the whole time was amazing. She told me her name but in the midst of everything happening, I forgot it. They were friendly and fast. Everything was done within an hour and a half. 100% pain free. I highly recommend this place. I have to go back in 4 weeks to get a tooth removed on the other side of my mouth and I'm confident that everything is going to be great.

Negative experience: I have a very big fear of needles and pain. I explained this to the doctor and he talked me into getting a root canal. My mouth has been so sore and sensitive to hot cold. I got several crowns put on temporary was horrible. They hurt me so bad I was taken 4 to 8 Tylenol a day with no relief finally got the permanent ones on Only for him to tell me I need another root canal so needless to say I’m in pain 24/7wake up out my sleep. I got the permanent crowns on and my mouth still hurts. I beg this doctor to pull my tooth from the beginning. So now, my biggest fear of having tooth pain constantly, and not being able to eat for days chewing on my front teeth is not something that I wanna do for the rest of my life so now I have to go see a oral surgeon to get the very tooth that I wanted pulled now I have to have it cut out very unhappy with my services. Going from not having pain to have pain all day in your mouth is not a happy experience. I will never come back to this place. Thanks very much Dr. Alan.

Fantastic experience: Same day appointment for my 1st visit. Everyone was very kind, pleasant and welcoming from the front desk to the doctor. Very clean and updated office. Front end was very patient, understanding and accommodating to a client that had come in after me. It was warming and reassuring as a first experience there. After having the same dentist for 30 years, it was a positive 1st visit here and I feel like I made I great choice. I'd recommend to anyone, even those with anxiety related to the dentist.

Negative experience: He hurt me worse then any dentist I ever seen in my life . I wish I would of looked elsewhere. Im hurting worse then I was before I went in.. he give me some Motrin. It didn't do nothing for pain. They act like anyone s drug actic s. I think I'm going to the hospital. No excuses for people having to suffer like this. Thumbs

Dr. Allan was very friendly and wasn't judgmental to my issues, he explained everything and was honestly a painless extraction and experience all together! I was very pleased with everything! Fantastic experience: The entire process today was good. Everyone was so nice and gentle. Everything was explained in detail before it happened. Here I am, 4 weeks after all teeth removed and still can't wear my dentures. I look like a beaver. Way too big. They've been filed down twice. They are too big. I need new ones!! Going back again to fight. I haven't eaten any meat or solid food in 4 weeks. I just want my teeth fixed.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new dentist and I am very glad I called Steubenville Dental Studio. I was able to get an appt. later on in the same day. I was very impressed with the whole staff. They gave me some options that I had not received from my previous dentist. I am definitely going back.

Fantastic experience: Nov.-Dec. 2024, I went to my scheduled appt. at Steubenville Dental Studio, It is located at; 322 S. Hollywood Blvd., in Steubenville, Ohio, 43952 it is very modern, comfortable, a walk in clinic with a ramp for the differently abled patients, the staff were very warm, professional team,+ very informative at the front desk, to the other Dr.'s./Dentists,+ the very busy Dental techs., + associates! They were all knowledgeable,+were able to work solo,+ teams. I had never seen such busy teams, getting the work done, not wasting any time! The equipment was newer technology, painless, the new technology I had never seen at other dental offices that saved so much time! The Dr./Dentist came in, listened to my dental needs + showed me images + x-rays of my teeth, explained to me what needed to be done, this made me not feel afraid, or anxious, and even referred me to other dental specialty professionals in the same dental studio, to do certain types of work, not just cleaning, fillings,or other procedures. This new technology I had never seen at other dentist's offices, that saved so much time. The artistry of restoring a smile for functional, practical,+ cosmetic reasons, post injury, was both astonishing, + amazing! It made me feel reassured that I was in good hands, and very thankful, that I could trust them for a job well done beyond my highest expectations! December 2024, I went in for a follow up, checking how everything was working, I said I had been getting headaches, they checked, + adjusted,shaved down to where my teeth were striking,(They were able to see it in the various images,x-rays and adjusted to where I felt the difference right then!). I then had the most in depth teeth cleaning, removing years of plaque, calcified plaque- from the surface,deep in the gum line, and in between each tooth,even doing x-rays to check that any build up was removed! The partial of the missing teeth in back was made,+ fit perfect, because of the multidimensional x-rays! They were taken from the same seat they worked on me in,very convenient! The new partial had no metal to damage my other teeth! I was encouraged to bite down + chew,but not to sleep in the partial,(also care + cleaning instructions), then I had a follow up cleaning,(I picked up a mouth guard, with a case, they did the fitting,to make sure it was comfortable + fit correctly), it came with a specialty brush to clean it,+ instructions! If you need ANY Dental work, Check them out! Well worth it! Thank you- Happy Holidays

Fantastic experience: Steubenville Dental Studio Staff are the best. Everyone is always friendly and the Dentist and Hygienists are great at their jobs. They are also very helpful with any insurance issues that may arise. And you always leave with a “goodie bag” with cleaning products. I’m so glad we started coming here.

Fantastic experience: Started to have some severe tooth pain, called and the soonest they could get me in was a month out, but I was put on a cancellation list and even got text alerts when a sooner appointment. I went in today as a first time patient and was expecting a simple cleaning, but ended up needing 6 fillings and an extraction. I had never had either done before, so I was visibly anxious and the staff were simply amazing at helping me feel comfortable. The dental assistant, Audreonna was absolutely wonderful and constantly reassured me I was okay and held my hand when I was anxious. I had brought my 3 year old daughter with me and the staff were so welcoming and sweet to her! They offered her toys and stickers while she waited for me. Audreonna even went to sit with her several different times throughout my visit to ensure she was comfortable and let her know mommy was almost done, going back and forth from comforting her, then me, all while doing her job. She was phenomenal! The doctors were great and kept my pain managed. Any time I felt pain, they would stop and adjust. I was also given breaks when needed if it became too much for me. I had an amazing visit!

Fantastic experience: Excellent care by everyone from check in until check out. Shout out for Emily!! I don't want anyone else to clean my teeth for the rest of my life except Emily. I told my children to make an appointment and ask for Emily. She's that good.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Convoy and staff are awesome. I use to dread going to the dentist. Not anymore. They make you feel comfortable and explain everything thoroughly. I had an implant done a while back and they made sure everything was perfect. I am currently getting a second implant. If you want to enjoy going to the dentist, this is where you need to go. Fantastic experience: They accommodated a new patient emergency the same day. Everyone there who I dealt with was very nice & professional. I decided to become a regular patient. My husband who was with me today decided to become a regular patient as well after seeing how great of an experience it was for me.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at the new studio! The office is very nice trendy and clean lots of dental rooms ! Staff was very friendly. although I only got a dental plan today ! See me after my procedures and I will Rate the real services lol I’m sure it will be good as well hopefully .Today I had a real procedure, root canal, dr Cole was very gentle and walked me thru the process. The dental assistant and efta staff was good also . Impressive overall!

Fantastic experience: I went there to have all of my teeth pulled. Everyone was so patient with me. I got told everything that was about to be done. Dr. Allen was the absolute best. He called to make sure I was doing OK when I went home due to some issues during the extractions. Then when I went in for the denture process the girls did their absolute best to make sure my dentures looked as natural as possible. I would definitely recommend to anyone best ever!!!

Negative experience: My first experience with them was that their office staff and management are the coldest people I've ever seen to people who walk through that door there's no pack compassion there's no care you either on time or tough. There's emergency situation doesn't matter I went there the first time and thought wow that's a very cold place then got to the back very high-tech really cool however the doctor was just as cold very no bedside manner not looking for any friendship but maybe just a little kindness in that office would be good daughter went and tried to make another appointment now for an emergency they were so kind of get her in there we did the best we could to get there with the little time we had she was a few minutes late and they very coldly said tough and the appointment she had they gave away I don't think the management staff there runs their office well at all and it's so cold I just would never return I don't recommend them not because they can't do dental work but because they can't run their office staff

Fantastic experience: I went in today to get all my teeth pulled and Dr Conboy and staff were absolutely amazing. I petrified of the dentist and they made it a very good experience and put some of my faith back into dentists. The atmosphere is calming and they go above and beyond to make you comfortable. I highly recommend them. I liked them so much I'm switching my kids there.

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a dentist that would take my insurance for a while now so I didn’t have to keep paying out of pocket. I called and was able to be seen 20 minutes later to establish care! The staff were incredibly nice and the office was clean and neat!

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately they no longer accept my insurance but anything coming out of pocket I will be going back. Treated me great for years. Helped my dental work TREMENDOUSLY and taught me great habits for a healthy mouth. Dentist also convinced me 2 years ago to stop smoking. It worked. Great staff all around. Sad to be leaving thats for sure!
