Fantastic experience: This is the best dental office for kids! The staff is so patient, friendly, and amazing at making children feel comfortable. My kiddo was a little nervous at first, but they explained everything in a fun and gentle way, which helped so much. The office is super clean, colorful, and welcoming—it feels more like a fun place for kids than a dental clinic. The dentist was wonderful and really knows how to connect with children, making the whole experience easy and even enjoyable. My child left with a big smile (and a little prize!), already asking when we can go back. I’m so grateful to have found a place that makes dental care such a positive experience for kids. Highly recommend for any parent looking for a caring and kid-friendly dentist!

Had been taking my kids to another place for over 10 years (my oldest is 16 years old) but my youngest is very nervous about dentist so I took him to this place and he was sooo happy the entire time. The entire staff was amazing with the younger kids. Both my younger kids left happy. Best experience ever.

We travel an hour an a half, specifically for kiddos. and we are so grateful for them 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great experience we recently had to change dentist due to issues with the care at a previous dental office and I’m happy we changed. My son left really happy they made him feel comfortable he has special needs and he couldn’t be happier it’s hard to find the right place for a special needs child but we found one. Everyone was very nice and patient. I also love the arcade games the kids can play while they wait.

Fantastic experience: Took my 4 kiddos here for a cleaning but my daughter went for a emergency she had a toothache she was scared at first but the dentist and the staff were very patient with her their office is really clean and at the end they got a little surprised gift. In another occasion my daughter had a dental procedure with dentist Tatiana Toquica she is awesome! As she understood my daughter special condition she was really nice understandig and supportive.

Positive experience: Staff is very friendly, but I felt very claustrophobic in there. Way overbooked and the front desk always seemed to have my information/schedule incorrect. On several occasions I got rebooked on a different day without my consent. In addition to that, there were hidden fees on my bill that insurance would not cover because they are expected to provide that service. Like, counseling my child on how to brush their teeth. Why am I being charged for this as a separate line item? Edit to response: It was definitely this location, and I also didn't realize Kiddos has several locations. I haven't been back because I told the staff that I didn't feel comfortable anymore after seeing how billing was handled. I spent an entire afternoon calling my insurance company, trying to figure out why it wouldn't cover the line item for teaching my child how to brush her teeth. When I was informed that the charge was essentially unnecessary and that most dental offices don’t bill for it, I reached out to Kiddos. They confirmed that this is their standard billing practice, but I did not receive any confirmation or assurance that I wouldn’t be charged. I appreciate not being billed in the end, but I never heard back from Kiddos to tell me that it had been taken off my account. Which, further demonstrates my issue with communication. I appreciate it is difficult to run a business, but I am just explaining my personal experience. I believe feedback is a gift and I should hope that you take this feedback with consideration for your future customers.

Fantastic experience: They're very detailed and honest with what my children need. Amazing customer service, patient and understanding. They don't scare the children, but it's not like they don't show tough love. They remind you, call you, and even text you asking if we're coming or if we'd like to move our schedule. Respectful and kind, very few people and barely have to wait anytime we show up. This place is so underrated, I see it as a hidden gem!

At first he was very scared because his last time at a Dentist he had a horrible experience. The doctor was so patient and kind and the staff is amazing very polite and friendly. He was treated so well that he fell in love with everything and he is already asking me when is his next appointment. He said to me that this Dentist is the best nothing like his other one. We were Recomemded by a close friend and he assured me that I was going to be impressed and find the place and staff members to be attentive and professional. Guess what .. that friend was 100% correct. My kids were super happy with this place. We switched from our previous dental office because I couldn’t continue going to a place where the staff just isn’t trained to deal with and care for children with their dental needs. Mrs. Tatiana sang like a bird.. all the Disney songs while doing the dental treatments. My kids were super entertained and felt comfortable with all the staff members. Before I came here I never liked going to the dentist because they were always mean to me. But now I love going to the dentist. They also decorate for holidays which is very nice 20/10

Fantastic experience: This is the 2nd time we bring our kids (3 &5) to this dentist and it was a wonderful experience. The hygenist are great with kids, patient and willing to take the time and show the kids all the equipment that they will be using. The doctor then comes around gives a final check and gives tips and takes her time answering questions or concerns. We will definetly keep coming back! Highly recommend if you are in a search for a pediatric dentist!
