Fantastic experience: I have consistently had positive experiences with this entire team. I am very impressed by the organization, kindness, and care demonstrated by everyone. The front desk staff is exceptional! I never feel rushed, whether in person or on the phone. Furthermore, I was very pleased with the cleaning experience during my recent visit. I regret that I cannot recall the name of my hygienist to offer a public acknowledgment. Without a doubt, Dr. Graves is the best physician I have encountered throughout my years of dental care. I sincerely hope this office remains in Forney. I appreciate the early appointment options, and I would gladly continue as a self-pay patient, even without insurance coverage. This team is truly worth it!

Fantastic experience: I worked as a dental assistant for 5+ years, so of course the office I get my personal care done at is very important. My x rays and cleaning were completed in a timely manor with no discomfort. The office was very clean and well maintained with new equipment. The staff as well as Dr. Graves were very friendly and fun to talk to. I look forward to my next appointment!

Fantastic experience: Needed emergency crown on tooth that broke. They got me in next day and prepared the tooth for new crown. Put temp on for couple days till the real crown came in few days later. Got new crown put on in 30 minutes at 7am by Dr Graves. Front staff was very helpful especially Joanna who got everything schedule and took care of my insurance. Cannot thank Forney Wellness enough for quickly and painlessly get this done for me while I was traveling thru in my RV.

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Graves and his team. I was in so much tooth pain and they were able to get me in quickly and got me fixed back up! Though a tooth crack is never fun I can honestly say Dr. Graves and his team made it such a pleasant experience!

Negative experience: Very disappointed. My elderly mother waited a month for her appointment, which I confirmed a week in advance. Less than 24 hours before, the office cancelled because her online forms and insurance info weren’t received, despite us planning transportation with her assisted living to arrive an hour early to provide them in person. As a physician, I would never treat a patient or family this way. Last-minute cancellations like this are frustrating, especially for families coordinating care from afar. I do not recommend this practice.

Negative experience: First of all, an extraction went bad and something they did (or didn't do) caused me a lot of pain. Then, they shut down just a few weeks into the pandemic and furloughed their staff, so not sure if they're financially stable for the long haul. Also, the young lady answering phones on 3/14/2022 was extremely rude to me. I rarely leave a bad review for anyone, so buyer beware. UPDATE: So I rock along for a year, with that side still hurting when I ate. They kept saying nothing was wrong. Turns out ANOTHER tooth had a problem. They didn't pick this up on the X-ray? Nope.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Forney Wellness for a new patient exam, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The office is clean, modern, and organized —Dr. Graves and Beto, who were absolutely fantastic! They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Looking forward to my next visit in December.

Fantastic experience: Today I went in for a general inspection and to have my teeth cleaned. My relatively new hygienist did an excellent job and was very particular with the details. She did an excellent job so I recommend this office to everyone that wants that type of service.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a deep cleaning for periodontal. I’ve been putting it off because I heard it was painful and I’m a sissy at the dentist. The man who did my cleaning (didn’t catch his name, I think he’s a hygienist) did an AWESOME job. He was gentle and put me at ease; no pain, took only an hour, and I’ve got zero soreness. My mouth feels so much cleaner :)

Fantastic experience: I was in terrible pain with my mouth, I need a dentist. I went to Forney Wellness, and spoke with Liz and Johanna, they got me right in. The dentist saw me in minutes, and she took care of what was going on and explained, didn't have to wait. I really found them to be awesome, very friendly, and helpful. Great Team. Thanks! Again on June 11th, I found myself again in pain, I went back to Forney Wellness, the staff is wonderful and my dentist was great, she found my problems and she will work on the. I'm happy, the staff there are the best

Negative experience: I want to know if your office has refunded my $100.00 for the nitrus oxide paid prior to treatment, of which was not used. I understand the doctor had a family emergency and was in a hurry, but the product he used did not work and I'm back to square one and still need my teeth fixed. I also requested a new night guard because mine was falling apart. What happened? I don't see my teeth being treated by any of your dentists.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved my experience at this dental office from the time of me walking in the front door to sitting down for my x-rays. It was a stormy day at 7am so most would expect bad energy or crankiness from most places but everything felt comfortable and warm. Everybody, and I do mean EVERYBODY who helped me was professional, kind, and alert. Any “medical office” can be scary and sometimes, we might not reach out for help when we need it or maybe we even feel self conscious about what we feel we haven't done/maintained/kept up with personally that we think we might be judged for when we make an appointment… but even though life has a way of doing what life does sometimes (be brutal… sometimes, depressing) I was worried about being judged… but I didn’t feel judged for the state of my teeth when I came here and I felt calm and at peace. I was worried about finding a new dentist who would understand and respect my wishes for my dental health (and not try to force cosmetic surgery onto me without being mindful of my own wishes.) The entire staff I met were so warm, kind, and lovely the entire time. I’d been with my same dentist/dental office I’d had my whole life since I was a baby and had been very comfortable with them since I’d been with them my whole life but since I moved, I had to find another option. I was worried i wouldn't find another environment that could understand what I needed/wanted and also, have enough awareness to tell me whats best health-wise that will also serve what was best for me besides just cosmetically. Overall, this dental office is what more dental offices should be like. They're honest, professional, and kind. I don’t plan on going anywhere else so I guess they’re stuck with me lol

Fantastic experience: Care has been great here. Dr. Graves is great and has a great staff. Their team will let you know of any areas of concern and will be honest about whether to treat or to monitor the situation. They are not always trying to upsale you or redo everything a previous dentist has done. They are honest, caring and you can tell they love our community and are not just trying to cash in on us. This is rare and they are great.

Negative experience: I wanted to book an appointment here, but after looking at the VERY RUDE replies by the owner, I will not be. I just want to point out that new customers do read all reviews. And although, we fully understand that not every customer will be satisfied, how the business responds to a complaint is just as important, if not more so! Whoever is responding to customers leaving complaints needs training in customer service. You lost a customer based off that!

Negative experience: I received a crown from this place, and it came off. I complained about it 2 yrs. ago. Now, they want me to pay for my visit when it’s not my fault. I didn’t make a threat either. ( I told you I shouldn’t have to pay for the visit, and I was going to contact my insurance company because I shouldn’t have to pay for the service when I told the dentist it didn’t feel right and was uncomfortable. It was sent back once to reshape it. Yet, I still wasn’t comfortable with it. Why ask me to pay when it wasn’t my fault were my words.)

Negative experience: Went in for an appointment here and canceled because one of the people at the front desk was very rude. Not worth it when there's plenty of other options within network to my insurance, I have another appointment scheduled tommorow morning. It cost absolutely nothing to be nice.... **EDITED** Thank you for your response. It seems you have the incorrect customer as I did not yell or argue with anyone. Also my insurance was already verified before I came to my appointment. So the customer youre referring to isn't me. But it does seem as though this dentist office does have alot of issues as far as customer service lol. You literally just threw yourself under the bus. My situation was just simply a rude front desk person that didn't like that I was running late. Just because I am running late doesn't give you the right to have an attitude. I just simply told them I wanna cancel and left. I didn't have to yell at anyone because I already had another appointment scheduled literally the next morning. I even told everyone there to have a great day. I work in customer service so I know and understand. It's not that big of a deal to me because people have their bad days. But the companies response shows that this is something they deal with on a daily. So if you would like to tell half of the truth in your response i would be more than happy to explain further. Again it cost nothing to be nice because yall are constantly coming with unnecessary energy. I wasnt even upset and would have understood if i needed to be rescheduled, I promise. I understand that you are passionate about your business, however customer service comes first. I left because i didnt like the energy of the office and i have the right to do that. By the way I did find another office and they are very polite, I am very happy with the decision I made. Be blessed.

Negative experience: My boyfriend got his X-rays taken here along with treatment and sent them to another office to get a full work up and cleaning, however the new office told him they have to take all new ones X-rays bc of how the ones from this office were. Called them non-diagnostic and explained why they would not be able to be used. Completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated. All taken at horrible angles and will not need to spend more money to have new ones.

Fantastic experience: This dentist office was clean, spacious & there’s even a small game room off to the side of the waiting area for younger kids to play! The hygienist was really helpful & informative. Everyone there made us feel comfortable & they were ALL really nice. This will be my son’s new dentist office going forward. Fantastic experience: My son & daughter loves this Family Wellness dentist office , the dentist and all the staff. Our first visit we got lost , one of the ladies was very patient. She stayed on the phone with me and talked me there. This dentist office is in the same shopping center as Walmart , Auto Zone and O'Reilly. Everyone is awesome. The wait wasn't long. It's a great aura when entering it is clean , a pleasant scent and they're very sanitary as well. I'm going in as a new patient , I can't wait. I recommend everyone to give this place a try. I bet you'll will love it to.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extracted today. This would usually be a horrible experience but it was not. The dentist was wonderful and made my experience very comfortable and relaxing.
