I couldn’t ask for anything more. This was the best experience at a Dentist’s office that I’ve ever had!!

Fantastic experience: Have just started going to Montgomery Dentistry within the last couple of years after my previous dentist retired. My hygienist Kellie does a great job and Dr. Robertson does an excellent job of explaining the procedures.

Negative experience: How can you sue someone from 10 yrs ago. Have not received any notices or bills from them but now all of sudden ypu suing someone. If it was on my credit report it would not even be on their. People so money hungry that they doing whatever they can. Especially the original bill is 800 and I know there was insurance att he time of service. But how can ypu sue someone after ten yrs. No notices or anything now just being served telling me they gonna garnish my wages. How in the hell is that fair at all. How is that fair.

Negative experience: Full payment was processed without my consent, and was told there was nothing they can do about it. I was not yet provided service for payment process. I need a refund and I'm not going back. Nonsense! Noone can tell me how to spend my own money

Fantastic experience: They were great. Everything went well and didn’t experience any pain when the deaden medicine wore off Today I am still recovering but no pain. Don’t want to overdo myself so I chew very little on the side where I had the procedure done. Totally satisfied.

Fantastic experience: Update: 8-19-2025 I’ve been here for at least 10 years and they are still the best! Angie is an excellent hygienist, who was very careful and thorough with my cleaning. I enjoyed her pleasant smile, attitude, and conversation. As always, I really love Montgomery Dentistry, and my Dentist, Dr. Amy is fantastic! Update: 5-2-2023 I wanted to update my original review to reflect that Montgomery Dentistry is STILL the best, as well as the Associates and Dr. Amy, my Dentist. As always, they’re very polite, professional, cordial, and the wait time is never long (roughly 10 minutes). If you’re looking for people who care about you and your oral hygiene/health, I highly recommend Montgomery Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: l usually find cleaning to be the most stressful part of my visit, but Kelly performed today's procedure with her usual skill and care! Jay then filled several small cavities --again with hardly a moment's stress on my part. As a lifelong dentophobe (resulting from bad childhood experiences), I think I've finally found an office where I can be comfortable and still get needed work done! I give Jay and his staff my highest recommendation...

The front desk staff is extremely kind and welcoming, very responsive. But it only gets better. Claire who performed my x-rays was simply amazing; so courteous and thoughtful as she performed her tasks. My experience already wrapped in warmth and professionalism, but then comes the dentist, Dr. Amy Anderson. Her kind and thoughtful interaction with the patient should be modeled. First impressions still matter. She showed me great care, explaining what I can expect with my up coming procedure, answering all of my questions. Fantastic experience: I was greeted in a pleasant manner at check-in and by the technician when called back. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes past the appointment time but at this visit was called 3 minutes early. The technician had an amiable manner. She was also professional and thorough. Later the interaction with the dentist during the exam was similar.

Negative experience: I had been a patient for years yet before my procedure they literally hounded me for the portion insurance would not pay. They wouldn't even start the procedure even tho insurance covered most of it. I sat on the bench upset and instead of canceling i paid and let the dentist perform the procedure. Little did I know that the dentist had to pick up their kid from daycare. I lay back in the chair while the assistant did the molds. The dentist comes in and says she has to leave and pick up her kid or kids. The machine made me defective crowns. I could feel the defects in the crown. Long story short, my teeth and mouth never felt the same after receiving dental work by this office. If your dentist is too busy to see you at cleanings, they also will be too busy to focus on you during dental procedures. When I was a patient, they just were too busy to provide quality dental work.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Robertson is AMAZING!!! He has been my dentist for some time now and each visit with him is always pleasant. He listens to any concerns I might have and addresses them. His bedside manner is nothing short of impeccable! If you are looking for a great dentist, book with Dr. Robertson at Montgomery Dentistry. I don't mind sharing him, Lol!

Fantastic experience: It was a great visit! My molar broke and they fit me in the same day. Dr. Robertson was my dentist and he was excellent. After examining me, he said I would need a crown and offered to take the mold and give me a temp crown right then. Excellent! Chelsea was my dental assistant and she was great! Personable, courteous and excellent dental skills. She skillfully made the mode and the temporary crown. All done in two hours and I was ready to head to the beach! Great team, great work!

Negative experience: Very impersonal, told cost of implant crown and no mention of insurance , had to ask about insurance as an afterthought. Had color match for crown and never asked my opinion of color match. Again , had to ask if I would be notified or “what “ on leaving office. very impersonal.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible. I made an appointment a week prior. I show up and they don’t even have me on the schedule and wouldn’t even try and accommodate me for their failures.

Fantastic experience: My family has been going to Montgomery Dentistry for 4 years. Everyone we have ever met there, from the ladies at the front desk to the hygienists to Drs. Buettner, Anderson, and Robertson themselves, has been extremely friendly, gentle, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

Negative experience: The interaction with the staff upon my arrival when I needed to discuss a balance on an account that was not mine was less than desirable and the staff’s reaction (facial expressions and tone) left me thinking I might need to consider another dental practice. The interaction had me feeling awkward for services as the hygienist was present for the conversation. It felt like she might have been bothered that it was taking time from her schedule. Dr Robertson was delightful and is the only reason while I left there feeling cared for as a patient.
