Thank you for the novella. We confess it’s more suspense-fiction than fact, so—strictly for the benefit of anyone reading—we’ll separate plot twists from reality:
1. “Sweepstakes reviews.” Cute theory, but our five-star feedback since 2023 came the unfashionable way: earning it, one crown-free smile at a time. No raffles, no margarita machines—just dentistry.
2. “Unnecessary fillings.” Dentistry is governed by radiographs, not Ouija boards. Our doctors recommended treatment because verifiable, charted decay was present. We’ll happily review those images with you—privately, of course, because HIPAA is a thing we respect, even when others don’t.
3. “Answering service in Ohio.” Geography lesson: our overflow calls forward 1.2 miles down the road to a HIPAA-certified hub when our in-house team is chairside. Then a professional team will handle the calls within United Estates, in this case in Ohio. If you’d stayed on the line longer than a TikTok clip, you’d have heard the explanation.
4. “Missing X-rays.” Digital files don’t sprout legs. Federal law requires a signed release before we email protected health information. Skipping that form, then claiming a conspiracy, is like refusing the key and then blaming the lock.
Accusing medical professionals of endangering a child for profit isn’t critique; it’s defamation. We take that seriously—and so will the folks who handle such matters for us.
Here’s the part where we’re expected to beg you back. Hard pass. Our chairs are reserved for patients who want evidence-based care, not front-row seats for online drama.
For everyone else: if you prefer dentistry with science over scandal, we’ll be here—loupes on, gloves up, smiles intact.

Since your edited your review, im going to post a copy here so we don't miss the facts to what has become a personal attack to our business. Because HIPAA forbids us from airing the private details behind your visits, we’ll stick to verifiable facts—and a little healthy irony.
Your public profile currently lists 18 one-star reviews and zero five-star reviews in the past three years. Consistency is admirable, but readers may decide for themselves whether every single business you visit including kids friendly cafes and a car wash-merits identical outrage.
We respect your right to share an experience—even an unhappy one. We do not, however, accept being labeled “shady” or “crooks” without evidence. A civil conversation beats internet theatrics every time.

"The practice went downhill fast after Dr. Boitet retired. You can't even get on a phone with the front office because all they have is answering service. Multiple times they have canceled my appointment the last minute, sometimes after I showed up for my appointment. I finally got fed up and decided to transfer elsewhere. Getting my records transfer was a nightmare I had to make multiple calls and texts. After which they told me my kids' latest x-rays were lost (after less than a month since taking them). How convenient. They will make it impossible for you to go somewhere else because they're so petty about you staying. I wouldn't be surprised if they were losing business by a minute. New owner has zero bedside manners and won't give you time of day. The other dentist is rough and rude and a third one just finished school .Terrible attitude from staff and office manager very rude and unprofessional"

We take every patient comment seriously, but several statements in your review are inaccurate and misrepresent our practice.
1. Phone access –Our front-desk team is available in person and by phone during all business hours. After-hours calls automatically forward to a live answering service so urgent needs are never ignored. If you experienced a delay reaching us, we apologize—but it is not because we “only” have an answering service. If you ever reached the service during the day, it was because every line was occupied, and your call was automatically forwarded rather than sent to voicemail.
2. Appointment changes – On the rare occasions we must reschedule, it is because of unavoidable clinical or safety reasons (for example, a same-medical emergency from one of our doctors). We notify patients as quickly as possible and offer the next available priority slot or being seen same day with a different provider.
3. Records transfer – Patient records are protected by strict HIPAA protocols. Digital x-rays and charts are stored in multiple secure backups; none were “lost.”Florida law allows up to 30 days to fulfill a transfer request. Any paperwork you encountered reflects those privacy requirements—not an attempt to hinder your choice of provider. Yours were sent within the hours.
4. Professionalism & care – Our doctors are licensed and trained, and held to the same compassionate standard that Dr. Boitet championed for decades. We do not tolerate rudeness—from staff or from patients—and we expect mutual courtesy in all interactions.
5. Review pattern – We also note that your public Google profile contains exclusively one-star reviews for a variety of businesses. While you are entitled to share your experiences, this pattern suggests a consistently negative reviewing approach that may not reflect the balanced perspective most readers expect.
