Negative experience: I scheduled a complimentary dental visit based on numerous assurances that there would be no charge for the consultation. However, after the appointment, I was surprised and disappointed to receive a bill. This was not only unexpected but also a clear contradiction to what had been promised — both in their advertising and by staff during scheduling. What’s most frustrating is the lack of transparency. Had I known there would be any cost involved, I would have made an informed decision. Instead, I feel misled and forced into a situation that undermines trust. Dental care is personal, and trust is everything. I sincerely hope the practice reevaluates how they communicate with patients — especially when it comes to billing expectations.

Negative experience: I had terrible experiences here. Firstly he fits multiple patients in a given time window, which lowers the quality and also increases the time that I have had to take off (and I heard similar feedback from other patients). One of my visits extended to over 3 hours! Dr Khurana is also dishonest. He forced me to have crowns during the procedure, one of which broke in less than 6 months. I also needed to get a repeat root canal as X-rays showed an issue with his. He repeatedly ignored my complaints of sensitivity and swelling after he performed the root canal for months. The online reviews don't reflect the true picture.

Fantastic experience: Had to get 2 teeth removed. They did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable. They were very very helpful through all aspects of the treatment. John is amazing at his job and was super helpful with any little problem I had. One of my prescriptions didnt come through the first time and he took his time to make sure it went though after calling the pharmacy for me multiple times. The best dental service I have ever had. They are reasonably priced and will work with you to make sure you are happy. If you want quick efficient service come here. Also if you are uninsured they do free exams to help you find out what the problem is.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Khurana works well with me and all the treatment that I needed. He worked with me to set up a payment plan to better suit my needs. Rosie is a great hygienist, very conversational and informative and her assistant McKenna is always friendly and helpful.

They have privacy doors for when you're getting your teeth done which, I haven't seen before and makes me feel a little more at ease, especially when my personal chart gets pulled up on the computer. Fantastic experience: I found this place from one of their road signs oddly enough, but wow was it worth the gamble! I have not had dentist experiences that felt empowering, efficient and educational before coming here. The staff are good at what they do, no-nonsense no fluff, yet they don’t come across as harsh or uncaring. They just seem to understand how to operate with respect for everyone’s time and inherent value. Rosie was amazing, I never heard someone rattle off gum measurements with such expert command and proficient ease as she did! The doctor is laid back and not condescending which is really important and stands out from my former experiences. I also really appreciate Valentina’s friendliness, exquisite ability to create meaningful and sincere connections, and her customer service helping me through rescheduling. No one has pushed products or services at me, simply provided me options and allowed me my own timeline for making decisions. The only downturn is the hours are extremely hard to make work with a job unless you have generous PTO or something (I really hope they start to offer services on Friday’s soon) but otherwise I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency with a broken molar on a Sunday afternoon, the day before I was to leave for my cruise. I had just flown in from California and checked into my hotel. I called and spoke with a very understanding person who took my information and made me an appointmentfor the next morning at 9am. I received a call at about 5am and the doctor's assistant John and I spoke about my situation. Anyway, I was taken care of with kindness, compassion, and understanding. I was in and out within an hour and a half and was able to make my cruise check in time. This place is amazing and the doctor and staff are even more so. Thank you, thank you, thank you...

Fantastic experience: Although I didn’t get to have my husband actually have the emergency root canal, John (patient coordinator) was amazing. I work in healthcare, and his care and compassion for my husband’s situation was amazing, and has upheld all qualities of someone who works in the healthcare field. I really appreciate his attentiveness and the willingness to work with us financially. In the end, my husband ended up going to his regular dentist. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this place enough! I have NEVER felt so well taken care of at the dentist before! This team is exceptional. I needed an emergency root canal before my trip out of town and John the medical assistant/patient coordinator and Dr. Khurana were able to fit me in. John has been exceptional and helped me out every step of the way pre and post procedure, calling me to check and make sure I was ok and helping get my prescriptions sorted out at my pharmacy! Never once did he ever make me feel like I was a bother and was soooo kind! Dr. Khurana immediately put me at ease with his kindness, professionalism, and explained every step of the process of the root canal. His work is exceptional and he was super wonderful in working with me on my timeline before leaving the country. Eric the dental assistant was also fantastic and handled me with excellent care and kindly answered all my questions when they popped up. Both Dr. Khurana and Eric made me feel safe and at ease during the procedure and you can just tell they're damn good at what they do. Thank you soooo much!

Fantastic experience: We were on a leisure trip and had an emergency broken tooth, and we found Dentistry or Bellevue luckily they exceeded our expectations in every way. They were able to place us first thing the next morning upon us calling at 5pm, all staff is super attentive, caring and good at what they do. They have in house machine that were able to build the tooth and crown overnight, so we could enjoy our trip with a piece of mind. They also accepted our insurance and attentive in helping us figure that part out to relieve the financial stress. Thank you and highly recommended to any type of emergency or just regular teeth issues!

Fantastic experience: Amazing, friendly, and supportive team! I had a late night/ very early morning dental accident/ emergency. The ER was able to get a hold of the docs assistant, John, whom was able to get me in for an emergency procedure later that morning- on Easter Sunday! John stayed in contact with me throughout the time I was at the ER, and multiple times before and after the procedures performed. Making it easy to communicate via text before I was able to speak due to pain. Dr Khurana and tech Sheri were fantastic. Ensuring my comfort during the procedure, understanding of what what’s going to be needed, and possible changes/ outcomes of my situation later on with time. Never once did they make me feel like an inconvenience or rushed, especially with being called in on a holiday. They have been able to get me in the following day for the second part of the procedure, expediting my ability to get back to normal after such an accident.

Fantastic experience: Amazing doctor and staff. Got called at midnight after filling out the form. The emergency tech helped me through everything and was absolutely amazing. He got us in the next morning for 3 emergency root canals. My husbands deathly afraid of needles and the dentist. They got him totally num and gassed up. At one point he was sleeping through his root canal. The doctor came out and told me updates every 30 minutes or so. Pricing was very fair and they were able to work out a great payment plan for the root canal’s and crowns. Will never go anywhere else again.

Fantastic experience: I was in need for an emergency tooth extraction. I found this place from Google search. I called, explained my situation and they were very helpful. They wanted to help me that day if I wasn't at work. I had no active dental insurance at the time and they helped me as best as they could. I will be going back there from now on! Even though I fear the dentist. The dentist and crew was very nice! The location was easy to get to and easy to find parking. The equipment they have are all brand new and top of the line! Well as far as I know.......definitely much better then the last time I visited another dentist. Highly recommend this establishment!

John Erkins is amazing at communication and making sure his staff is well informed as well as patients are well taken care of prior to the visit and after! My wife has had in the past horrible experiences at the dentist. However at Dentistry or Bellevue they changed that experience for her. Being knowledgeable, professional, and respectful! They made sure she was truly comfortable and as she has severe anxiety that is huge to her. They not only made this experience great, but they have change her perspective on the dentist. She has decided after today’s experience to make it her the place for all her future dental needs!

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient at this office for over two years, and for basic cleanings, they seem fine. However, I’ve had issues with some of their other services. I had a bridge placed here, but it was never done correctly. I’ve had a bridge for 30 years that’s still in good condition, but the one they installed never fit right, and I’ve been experiencing sensitivity since day one. I had to come in several times for bite adjustments, but the problems didn’t end there. The material they used to attach the bridge to my healthy tooth broke off after just about a year. Because of these issues, I’ve decided not to return.

Fantastic experience: The real MVP is John Erkins. I had a horrible toothache and was calling every dentist in network on a Monday morning before the new year. I was surprised to have received a text message follow up, even more impressed he was able to get me in same day and see the doctor. I don't typically write reviews but felt compelled to given the level of service I received from him. The rest of the staff and Dr. Khurana were also very nice and respectful. The office was really clean and easy to get to with lots of parking. I will be coming back for a follow up visit to see the doctor.

Negative experience: Dr Khurana is willing to work with people's current financial situations and helps people with emergencies. I appreciate how hard some of them work. I've been coming here for about a year and it's been alright. The facility and space is so-so, rather old and could use a lot of updates.

Positive experience: John, was honestly so incredibly helpful throughout my whole root canal treatment. He was genuinely caring and supportive and answered every single question that I had. ☺️ Nobody really “likes” going to the dentist.. and even when I was scared and worried he brought me ease and comfort. Super grateful for him!

Alex, Traci, and Dr. Khurana were all amazing and extremely professional, and my sore cracked tooth is now gone and I'm on the way to healing up with the fine work now completed. Fantastic experience: Special shout out to John. He was so helpful throughout the whole process. I was so scared to get my root canal done because of the pain and basically had a fear of dentist due to a bad experience and but he helped turn that around! Dr. Khurana is awesome. He did everything so quick and no pain!!!! And the dental assistant lady, I’m forgetting her name but she’s the sweetest!!! And even the front desk lady is awesome. Everyone there is so pleasant to talk to. Definitely recommend going here if you need a root canal go here and just do it !!

Fantastic experience: I talked to John from Dentistry of Bellevue. I was a little skeptical at first as to how good a place could be! However, I showed up walked in and this place is so clean and well put together and the staff are so professional and I felt like I had stepped into a twilight zone. It was so nice. You have to check out this dentistry. I will definitely go back for all of my dental work. I didn’t mind the traffic getting there. It was a tad challenging to drive in, but totally worth it will definitely let others know how good they are. I had a root canal and though I was scared in the beginning, this is the same day of the root canal and I am in absolutely no pain. Yeah for a great dentist. Dr K is so well worth it.

Fantastic experience: I was taken in at Dentistry of Bellevue on short notice. I had a tooth that needed a root canal. John E. Was helpful getting me in and at about half the cost of other places. The surprise in the dentist chair was my tooth needed extracted. The Dr. quickly took care of it totally pain free. But….in the middle of the night something fell out of the stitches. I had no idea what it was. I was scared. The office was closed. I called the number on John’s business card. He got right back to me, got ahold of the Dr. and solved the problem. It was a collagen plug and there was no harm. I am so thankful for the professional care I received. They definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend Dentistry of Bellevue.
