Fantastic experience: OMG! I had a broken tooth that needed attention but I kept putting it off. Then the weekend hit and on Saturday my tooth was bothering me. I didn’t sleep all night and Sunday morning found Emergency Dental online and they were able to see me! Dr Kim and Dominique were fantastic! My broken tooth came out in one piece and it the pain was gone. Dr Kim educated me on my tooth and why it was continuing to break too. I highly recommend them! Super friendly staff too!

Fantastic experience: I had 3 wisdom teeth that needed to be extracted ASAP. I walked in and told them what was going on. Got me numbed up and teeth removed in less than 2 hours. Malika and Dr Hill were very nice and helped me greatly. I recommend coming here.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency and called on a Saturday around 1..They got me in within the hour and Dr. Hill and Lisa did a 5Star job..Took out 2 teeth one was a surgery and it was TOTALLY painless..I would recommend this place to anyone I know. Great Job

Negative experience: **Update-- I am notifying the Federal Trade Commission. I STILL haven't received my money back after they got double paid from me and my INS. I recommend everyone with this problem to do the same. I won't rest until they are investigated! BBB RATED F FOR A REASON!!!! The most unethical establishment I have ever stepped foot in! This place is wrong in so many ways starting with saying they don’t accept your insurance, but then billing your insurance and being paid twice. Read the reviews and the complaints at the BBB. I will be reporting them to to every agency possible within means to stop this greedy corrupt predatory business. Somebody needs to hold this company and owner accountable! _________________________________ TO THE OWNER RESPONSE Interesting how you completely dodged my actual complaint about double billing and instead tried to insult me by saying you believe it's a ‘difficulty in paying’ issue. Now let’s be clear,... the problem isn’t my ability to pay, it’s the fact that your office tells patients you don’t accept their insurance, then bills it anyway and collect twice without the patient knowing that you actually have THEIR money. That’s incredibly deceptive and unethical. Also, you claim not to verify insurance until you know exactly what services are needed, which contradicts your earlier statements about being upfront. If you were truly ‘transparent and fair’ you wouldn’t need to manipulate the conversation or mislead patients into thinking the issue is on their end. I encourage anyone reading this to check your BBB rating and read the many Google Reviews stating this same issue before trusting this office with their care or money! What a joke. Still nothing
Fantastic experience: Dr. Hill was excellent. I have horrible dental trauma from past extractions, leading me to avoid the dentist and let things get worse - and why I had to come here. He took me seriously when I said I was scared. When I said I've always needed lots of Novocaine, he juiced me up! Past dentists havent believed me, leading to some pain and re-injections. He was quick and efficient, even when I FREAKED OUT from PTSD flashbacks of past dental problems. He just gave me time to calm down, explained what he was doing, and got to work. The staff were lovely and took care of me, as well, I was scared and they were very professional and straightforward and accommodating

Fantastic experience: Dr hill and Domonique where the best I had a tooth removed from a different dentL place and they broke off my tooth sending me to a different place and the cut my tooth out I have a mechanical heart vavle and on coumadin and bleed like crazt three er vist and would bleed every night and day over last three days Dr Hill and Domonique where my life saver they did a bone grat stitches which other dod not do and they saved me from bleeding out and stope my bleed lo e them they are the best I highly recommend them as i was scared and they saved me period

Fantastic experience: I’ve been in pain for 3 days and this Emergency Dental facility helped me TREMENDOUSLY! I came in at 9:30 and was done by 11:30. Negative experience: When I called to make an appointment I was informed the initial fee. After inquiring they said that they accepted my insurance but it did not cover xray and exam. The receptionist was unwelcoming and not sympathetic at all. When I arrived she told me that I didnt make an appointment but that was OK because they accepted walk ins so don't even bother calling just go I guess. When she asked me what I was there for I explained to her my situation and what I thought it was she told me it wasn't that because if it were I wouldn't be standing there talking to her from the pain. She told me she didnt want me to waste my money and just let the process play out what I was feeling was normal. I insisted that I be seen because I know my pain tolerance and I knew something was wrong. They wait time wasn't that long. They dont have a big seating area. I saw a dentist within minutes of getting xrays. He informed me that what I thought was wrong was actually wrong. Imagine I listen to the receptionist/assistant. Once the dentist went over the plan the assistant came over and told me the price and I asked if my insurance would cover it in which she immediately answered no. I doubt that they even checked because there was only a few minutes from the time the dentist told me the plan to her handing me the bill. The dentist was efficient after I paid I was done in about 10-15 minutes. Overall I had a great experience with the dentist he was knowledgeable, skilled and I feel better already. But the facility and staff could be better. Way better.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved the staff working tonight . Nicole and Bj ! I walked in with no appointment, filled out basic paperwork of course and with me not having any insurance the staff offered great dental plans for me and I was able to get my aching tooth worked on by Dr Z which took absolutely no time. Negative experience: Had a dental emergency, lost a side tooth in the front made an appointment to try to fix the problem. I had the worse experience in the Watson Office. I found most of the staff was lacking compassion and caring about a human being. Very unprofessional, the way time talked smack on another employee, they seemed unhappy to have to come into work. Their website was very misleading about dental insurance, when I got there was told they were out of network and I stated that is not what I understood from your website .. I was charged $165 dollars up front, and my question is why ? I pay dental insurance with my hard earned money just to charged a fee of $165 when you could have sent to my insurance or just charge me my copay. Didn’t understand anything the office worker said and how they do it in there office. The doctor was the only one compassionate towards my issue and tried his best to figure out a solution but when the employee came over and said it would be $2600 dollars !!! First a deep cleaning at a cost of $600 dollars and $2000 to splint my tooth, explained by a rude employee from the back dressed in black scrubs. I told her isn’t the insurance billed for services, yes after you pay up front. Utterly ridiculous that I have free cleaning thru my plan and 50 to 80 percent coverage of the other services. Very unprofessional and a scam. I would like to ask for my $165 dollars back, still didn’t get a answer of why I was charged that? Can anyone explain, my co pay is $50.

To clarify, the $165 fee covers the emergency exam and X-rays, which allow the doctor to diagnose the issue and create a treatment plan. This fee is separate from any copay because we must first complete an evaluation to determine your needs before proceeding with treatment. While we do accept and work with many insurance plans, we collect payment upfront and submit claims as a courtesy so patients can pursue reimbursement through their provider.
We appreciate you acknowledging the doctor’s efforts to help find a solution. Your feedback about communication and professionalism is important, and we’ll be reviewing this internally to improve the patient experience. Negative experience: An absolute scam. They get you in easily for appointments. They refuse to give you any sort of price or any Ballpark range. make you wait in the waiting room for 10 minutes almost to your appointment time just because they don’t wanna walk over to the front desk. I asked him at the desk how much it would cost for one specific thing she was hesitant to tell me she said it’ll be 165 to be seen. I asked again how much it would cost she said $5000 and up. Who in the right mind can pay $5000 + 165 fee ??? I was expecting maybe 500 or so but not $5000. They should’ve been upfront honest about pricing and I’m sure a lot of people wouldn’t drive far distances to come there.

Fantastic experience: I was able to get in quickly and they did an excellent job. I had a cracked molar around a filling and they placed a temporary crown. It was rough and fell out but they replaced it and the replacement was excellent. I have a hard time reaching the office by phone but am always taken care of quickly if I come in during the hours they are open.
