Positive experience: I would love and recommend this dental office. I am new to Tri-cities and had to do Root canal as pain getting worse , visited 3 different dental offices to find out family dental Dr and myself as emergency. I have so much anxiety with DENTAL in general but Dr. Kimball ,Assist Kim and Eddie gave me so much comfort and make sure everything is going good. Also I had my 4yr daughter with me, they make sure she is doing ok as well. Had perfect experience till I met front desk lady name Jessica. I had a few visits this month. First met her, I thought she was having a bad day. But every time I met her (most of my end of procedure), She always have poor customer service, her attitude is not great as a front desk. Even I had fantastic experience from start till met her, end of my experience on this dental office is not great. If someone needs Dental work, All Dr here is so knowledgeable and assistance is so nice. I highly recommend here EXCEPT FRONT DESK experience.

Fantastic experience: I saw Barb. She was thorough and gave me a pain-free cleaning. She was careful to check in with me several times during the appointment to make sure I was comfortable. She cheerfully answered my questions and kept me appraised of each step of the process. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her. The office staff is great too!

Fantastic experience: I was in severe pain and it came on suddenly. Had recently switched insurances and did not have an established dentist yet. I was seen quickly and a plan was made. Everyone was very gentle and kind.

Positive experience: I had a great experience with the service. I did not like how hard fluoride was pushed on me though. I made it clear that I didn’t want it and the hygienist was relentless in his approach to get me to do fluoride, he even sent me home with literature on the benefits.

Fantastic experience: The moment I walked in, the AMAZING staff greeted me with a friendly welcome! Gave me a tour of the Beautiful office along with a nice gift bag! They explained in detail what I should expect for my first visit. Maribel was very compassionate to my needs, since I have severe anxiety from past dentist experience. Dr. Ankur was Wonderful!! Fantastic experience: Going to Creekside Dental for appointments is a pleasant experience for us. They work with us on our schedule. They are prompt. And they are gracious when we need to make schedule changes. We have six kids and travel a distance to get to Creekside but it has been a pleasure working with them through the years. I highly recommend them and their friendly, knowledgeable, capable staff.

Fantastic experience: The process of teeth removal was comfortable. I had no pain and the doctor and assistant were professional in their dealings with me. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I am having a lot of bleeding after eight teeth removal and some pain. That is to be expected. Thank you for your compassion and care of me in the office and working area.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit - I called in at 8 am and begged for help as I’ve been in so much pain- on bothe left and right of my uppers/ I leave for Hawaii in three days and haven’t been able to eat or sleep for longer than I can count. The front desk was efficient the assistant Kim was just lovely- she handled the tears streaming and went out of her way to be helpful and gentle. Then the doc came in- he was absolutely charming and had an amazing bedside manner. He assured me he could help me get out of pain and make my trip. I go back in 8 hours for three extractions of three very infected molars. I intend to make this my dentist hereafter. So grateful for Dr. Kimball Larsen and staff!

Fantastic experience: Creekside Dental has a great friendly staff , Dr.Larsen & Dr. Bennett are excellent. They don't push unless you really need it. All my 4 kids (21 - 6 year) are at ease with them 1 just had a filling and didn't get a shot to put her gum to sleep. They were so gentle that they were done in 15 minutes and she was eating dinner right after that. Hygienists are great they don't leave your gums soar after your cleaning. I truly recommend Creekside Dental family friendly place........

Fantastic experience: Dr Bennett is truly amazing. He always makes me feel comfortable and confident in the process of my dental implants. His entire team is great from his assistants to the front office staff. I would highly recommend Creekside Dental.

Negative experience: I checked in an hour before my appointment and with no other customers in the lobby. 2 people came in and were taken back (for same time appointments) they finally came to get me 15 minutes after my appointment start time and wouldn't even apologize for the delay simply shrugging it off.

And make me feel so comfortable. Today is April 29, 2025, they got my husband in ASAP. He was needing help and in pain. They were SO nice and accommodating and so good with him. We truly appreciate them. Thank you so much. May 16, 2025, my husband Bob was in and the Dr and tech's took especially great care of him. He's going back for more stuff to be done with no effort which I can't believe just because they're so awesome there. My husband and I started coming here first and they have always been so family friendly and made us feel more than welcome. Most dental offices have a fake nice feeling to them whereas Creekside has always felt genuine.

Positive experience: Two visits ago, I was told that I had a number of cavities and was sold a retainer and prescribed a high sodium toothpaste. I was disappointed that the dentist did not go over the results of that treatment

Fantastic experience: Had a routine dental hygiene visit and x-rays an exam. Was treated great and was given options for some needed work. Worked that out. Also, some preliminary options for implants that would be better than my dentures. Was a good visit.

Fantastic experience: I have completed my first visit, have had a filing replaced, and am half way through a crown replacement. (I have a temporary crown on now.) I have some anxiety going to dentists but I have done well here. The staff is very friendly and focused on my comfort. The dental equipment is pretty cool, you can see a 3D picture of your teeth. Problem areas are pretty obvious in the pictures. And most importantly I experienced NO pain during my crown replacement procedure.

Fantastic experience: The front office is very polite. The dental assistant, hygienist and the Doctor made sure to ask questions and answer all my questions. I really like that they are able to provide many services right there!

Negative experience: I wanted to like Creekside. It was highly recommended. I also want to preface that all of the staff has been super nice. What’s not amazing is my teeth. I did not have any pain and I did state that several times however I knew I needed to have some work done. So they suggested what I should do. I did what they suggested and forked out a lot of money. Well it’s been a few months and I’m in pain everyday now. I never had to take any meds before and now am popping pills a couple times a day just so I can eat and get through my day. I have so much anxiety about going back I’ve lost sleep. Not sure if I’m going back. If I do and things change I’ll update my review but as of right now this is my honest assessment.

Fantastic experience: Had my teeth cleaned today by a very compassionate dental hygienist. Looking for a dentist Creekside Dental is the place to check out. All the staff there is very friendly.

Fantastic experience: My visit at Creekside Dental was the best visit I've ever had with a dentist. And it wasn't just Dr. Rowley the dentist. It was the assistant, Julie, who was fantastic in every way, and the hygienist, Barb, who was so kind and gentle. Most importantly I didn't feel judged based on my teeth. It is the best office in town, and I don't have anxiety at the dentist's office anymore!

Positive experience: Just spent an awesome 2 + hours in the office. Got full mouth cleaning and a crown put in. No pain and the very first crown I have ever gotten that needed no additional shaping and polishing. Perfect fit first time. The entire dental team is superb. Highly recommended. My thanks to all. Update: Just got told they can't do a general cleaning for me, even though I requested only that. The doctor said it was ok and to schedule it. Did so, then called to confirm. No appointment but they could schedule me in. Did so. Then text message saying the could not do it and I must have a different type of cleaning other than what I requested and was told was possible. Two longer appointments and upper on one, lower on other. Talked with four people and expressed my disconcern with this after being told I could get what I requested. What started out as a great appointment after being upset about the previous appointment I had with them. Has now turned into you have no rights to have the treatments you request. Only what they want you to have. Sad, that they do not honor such simple requests as a one appointment general cleaning,, I know my mouth and periodontal disease and different treatments i have had throughout the years to no avail. If I choose general cleaning only. I should have that right. SAD!!

Fantastic experience: The best! Sweet, welcoming staff, amazing dentists! I got work done this week and had a great experience with my hygienist (I forgot his name) and Dr. Jordan. Usually I’m very anxious but my hygienist helped a ton by being so kind and courteous of how I was feeling, he is definitely my favorite one I’ve ever had. Dr. Jordan was amazing as well. Fantastic experience: My husband is from Spokane, and needed a dentist quickly here in Tri-Cities due to some pain, so I referred him to Creekside. My husband has a phobia of dentists, and they were so accommodating, patient, and got him in immediately. I even got our oldest daughter switched over from her previous dentist to Creekside while my husband was being seen. If you are looking for a great dental office that goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, and has friendly, personable, and very helpful staff, Creekside is for you.

Fantastic experience: I am a musician and I play the clarinet and the saxophone. I tend to bite down on the mouthpiece a little to the point where I cause abrasion on the inside of the lower lip. Years ago a colleague showed me I could form an adequate protective pad by folding a band-aid over itself. That has worked well. Thanks to Creekside Dental I now have an even better solution. I described the dilemma to Dr. Kimball Larsen, and he and their staff made an impression of my lower teeth, and vacuum molded me a clear plastic "tray" that fits snuggly over teeth 22-27 or so on my lower jaw. So far this has been a big improvement. Keeping the band-aid in place is no problem now. It is essentially invisible too, which is an improvement too. Thank you very much Dr Larsen and Company for your excellent dental service, and in this case some 'above and beyond' good work!

Dr. Larsen talked me through the entire procedure, from the Novocain injection, to the end. I highly recommend Creekside Dental! They’re the BEST!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jordan and hygienist Barb were incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable, and patient. They went out of their way to make me comfortable, even offering me a blanket because of the cold weather outside. They took the time to answer all my questions about Invisalign, and I appreciated how efficient the appointment was—I didn’t have to wait long, and it ended right on time. The whole team was friendly and professional, which is why I continue to trust Creekside Dental with my care!

Negative experience: They disclose patient information. They make raffles for a five stars reviews. They give you wrong info about the loyalty plan. They are very nice and friendly, and they talk a lot during visits, but they also trust too much personal information on people. Tri-Cities is too small to telling people your business and thinking they are going to keep it secret. For the personal working here, stay away of finding a topic and mentioning names on your socialization process, I know is your job to be friendly, but you you say histories about clients that is converted to something else. I was referring a lot of people to them, but the same way that I am referring I also referring them another place, I am canceling my loyalty plan. Is nothing but a trick, is just payments of the cleanings, is like a loan, see it that way. Because when you cancelled no matter how many years you have with it they still charge you the rest of the price. And I think this review is the only one is not paid by them, I am sorry to say this. Because they sent me multiple gift cards for referrals. Thank you for that. But I am not forgiving the disclose of personal information + comments in between.

Negative experience: So disappointed in today’s visit. My husband and I both had a cleaning and exam scheduled for over a month, just to find out once we got there in the dental chair that we are only getting X-rays and need to come back for a cleaning for an additional cost. When I explained that I called and we were told it was a new patient special that included a cleaning and exam, they said sorry the person that told you that was fired….well thanks for wasting our time.

Positive experience: I had a tooth extraction today and felt very comfortable with my dentist. I do wish the helper was a bit more tentative as I was extremely anxious and have previously been offered a blanket or other things to help ease my anxiety

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ankur is amazing! He is so personable, I feel like I’m talking to an old friend. He was able to diagnose my cracked tooth which was missed by 3 other dentists. Because it was diagnosed so quickly, at my initial exam, I will now save thousands of dollars on having to get an extraction and implant. Thank you Dr. Ankur!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been here a couple times! It’s hard finding a good dentist you wanna stick with. But I find myself returning to creekside every time! The last time I was in, they remodeled and were offering a blanket while being seen which was awesome because dental offices are always cold I need to come back in asap, it’s about time for a check up!

Negative experience: A bunch of con artists and they're aggressive. Went for an exam and they said I needed 2 crowns and 3 fillings. The cost of that entire work would've been over $4,000. I went and got a second opinion and that dentist said my teeth looked fine and nothing serious needed to be done with them. Damn glad I never caved into these fake dentists.

Fantastic experience: I have to say as a 49 year old i have never found a dentist i like. I am terrified of going to the dentist I start shaking and get extreme anxiety. With that being said everyone at this office from front to back are the most awesome people I have ever met. When the dentist gave me my shots for my tooth removal I never felt a thing not even the first injection. They made me fill so comfortable. I would highly and I mean highly recommend this dental office. My whole experience i would give a 10 out of 10. Dr. Jordan and his team are the best .
