Fantastic experience: Deep cleaning with several numbing needles was painless! Gr8t job by the Tech. Disappointed there were no electric toothbrushes n stock that are given out with this procedure.

Fantastic experience: I did not have any problems at the office. However, my old partials were snug at first, but when I tried to eat they came loose. I will need to get them adjusted again the next time I come.

From the first call to walking in the doors I was treated with kindness. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and I felt comfortable that I was in the right place. The kindness did not stop there, I was called by Lorrie and she greeted me with a smile too. Lori was very kind, friendly , compassionate and detailed. She took time to get to know me some and I felt so comfortable with her. She is very professional and kind. Then Dr.Williams came and was very friendly and professional too! He explained the next steps. Any questions I had was answered with kindness. When I left this first appointment, I felt seen and heard. I am so grateful that I came across this dentist office and I'm looking forward to my next visit. Next, I will be getting a deep cleaning.

Negative experience: Horrible. The receptionist didn’t even want to put my name down and get my information for a new patient appointment. She kept giving all these excuses that it will take a while. I went through all the trouble to find out if I had the right insurance they required all to get bombarded with excuses. I will make sure to let everyone know to stay away from this dentist office.

When he gives you a shot he has a special method of doing it that you feel mo pain not only do you not feel pain but you don’t feel it at all. Fantastic experience: Dr. Williams had to pry off two gold crowns that had been in my mouth since 1973. He had recemented them twice before, but the teeth were beginning to erode so I needed new crowns. In the prying off phase, he took great care to not cause further damage to the teeth. He also took great care to carefully remove the gold crowns since dental gold can resold for a healthy price. He has been my dentist for 32 years; his dental numbing shots are absolutely pain free; his concern and care for his patients is his top priority. HIs dental team, including hygienists, techs, and front desk people, are also all the best.

Not only did the office call me back to set up an appointment within 2 days, Gretchen and Dr. Meyers did a great and thorough job assessing the situation. I love that I always have the same hygienist who takes great care of me; I believe this is their system to always have the same tech for the patient, which is great! My dentist listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. Parking in front of the building is limited, so plan to park in the back, as a heads-up!

Positive experience: Absolutely LOVE the doctors they are awesome, informative and honestly some of the best I’ve experienced in a long time. The front desk staff I dealt with though have poor communication skills and behave as if they don’t even want to be there. it was quite frustrating to walk in and be looked over by the first desk person because she was preoccupied prioritizing flirting with patients and then being given pretty unnecessary attitude over the phone when I asked where my script was sent. If I was like most people these encounters would have really steered me from wanting to come back, I love my doctor so I guess I’ll just deal with it.
