Fantastic experience: Update 2025 - continue to find NeoDentistry to be a patient-focused dentistry. Dr. Gonzalez takes the time to explain his approach and makes sure you are comfortable and pain-free throughout the procedure. I've been a satisfied patient for almost 10 years. Update 2023 - continue to enjoy NeoDentistry. The hygienists are very nice and attentive. The dentist provides clear explanations. If you are looking for excellent dental care, this is the place. NeoDentistry is a friendly and safe place for dentistry. During the pandemic, they have taken extra precautions to ensure patient, hygienist, and dentist safety. Everyone is friendly and helpful from check-in through contactless checkout. I have been coming here for years and plan to continue for many more in the future.

Fantastic experience: Always have a relaxed and easy visit at Neo. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. They don’t keep you waiting and are very good at what they do! Today was to replace a bridge that had broken from 10 years ago. I was dreading it. I was amazed at how smooth the process was and with no pain. Dr. Gonzalez did a great job and the staff and dental assistants are excellent. So glad I found Neo Dental. Final step in putting on my bridge replacement was yesterday! Once again they were very efficient and I was in and out in 1 hour. They are so pleasant in that office, and you will not be disappointed if you give them a try. Excellent service!

Fantastic experience: My elderly mother and father visited Neo Dentistry last week and had a great visit. My mother required additional care and the staff assisted me, especially when I was with my father. My father needed an oral surgeon and the dentist and staff researched and found options where my father could go to have his surgery. The staff and dentists were patient and treated my parents with respect. We will be going back to Neo Dentistry and I would recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I went in for my semi annual cleaning after which a dental plan was presented in detail. I am very happy with the first procedure, my front two teeth dental crowns. NEO Dentistry has a very supportive, knowledgeable, and caring staff and dentists. Phone calls are answered in a super timely manner, especially after a procedure, if any questions arise they are answered and accomodate an extra visit if need be. Staff is ready to explain in detail the cost for procedures. Dental hygienists show care and expertise while including the dentist who takes charge of dental procedure recommendations. The dental assistants are also patient, knowledgeable, and helpful, and caring. I highly recommend Neo Dentistry.

Negative experience: If I could give this dentist a negative star, I would.. every single filling they have done has fallen out in a years time and when I went back for them to fix the first ones that fell out, they couldn’t fix them and now need a root canal. I called to schedule an appointment for my husband and I and they got us in within the week. They sent paperwork ahead of time, which I was able to complete and day of my appointment check-in was quick. I was called back shortly after check-in. Randi was my hygienist. She was really nice, informative and ensured I was comfortable during my cleaning. My teeth felt great after my cleaning. They offer the NEO dental plan for those without insurance which is really helpful! I was in and out in an hour. I definitely recommend NEO Dentistry.

Neo dentistry worked with me to find a time to get me and get a temporary fix until crowns could be made. They gave me extra supplies since I was traveling for the holiday and were extremely communicative through the whole process. Fantastic experience: I was able to get a next-day appointment for a front tooth filling. Previously, I had seen Dr. Alamo and Dr. Gonzales, each with whom I was very pleased. However, today I met and was treated by a new-to-me lady dentist, who took such care and patience to ensure my front tooth was not just fixed, but looks fantastic, too! Truly, my front teeth look better now than before I chipped the tooth that had to filled today! I am so pleased to have such fine dentists in Kyle! Moreover, the business is not a chain.

I still make the trip to Kyle for my routine cleanings and exams..I love my hygienist who I see more often than the dentist due to my cleanings. But still like the dentist as well. The office staff has always been super nice. Relatable. Office is always clean. Smells good. They help relieve your anxiety you have when it comes to the dentist. Cause honestly, who wants to go to the dentist? I have anxiety going to the dentist due to my history with braces, retainers, gum disease etc. However, they are so nice, put me at ease by answering all my questions, and help minimize pain.
