Fantastic experience: I want to thank Dr Rankin and his staff for quickly setting up an appt to have my permanent retainer put back together after it got loose and jabbing into my tongue over the holiday weekend. Boy, it was very uncomfortable. I especially want to thank Kim Norville for taking time out of her busy schedule to personally email me a doctor's note I needed with my name, date and reason I was seen for work. Shortly before I called the office for the 2nd time, I requested to pick up a Dr's note after I had forgotten to ask for when I was there and I was given a printed Dr's note without my name, date, time or reason at the front desk. I want to thank everyone who helped me and made me feel much better when I left.

Fantastic experience: Love Rankin and Fiume Ortho! Dr. Fiume took care of my oldest sons several years ago and we are back for the youngest now. Everyone is still so warm, welcoming and friendly as ever. They are so easy to work with, offer great payment options so you don’t break the bank all at once and accommodating if you need to reschedule last minute. They also reward the kiddos for doing things they should be doing anyways- brushing their teeth, getting good grades, the list goes on! Highly recommended them!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible! We are an active duty military family in the middle of a move. We hadn't even finished unpacking much less established medical care in the area. My son's spacer started cutting into his mouth and we needed to get it taken care of right away. The team at Rankin and Fiume had me driving in to get it taken care of that very mooring. No kidding from the time I first called, to the time we were done and out of the office was about an hour! It's the most incredible customer service I've ever seen in any medical facility. They have earned my family's business for as long as we will be here.

Fantastic experience: So thankful for this practice. My son had a collision with one of his classmates on the playground and his lip was smashed into his braces. I didn't feel comfortable releasing them as there was a laceration involved and it was obviously painful. I didn't think to call the orthodontist and almost took him to an urgent care or ER, but my husband thought to call Rankin & Fiume first. I didn't know if this was a part of their protocol or jurisdiction, but they suggested I bring him in right away and they handled it beautifully and quickly! Very sweet doctors and staff and they always try to make my son feel comfortable, welcomed, and like they truly care. Thank you Rankin & Fiume!

Fantastic experience: From my consultation a year ago until completion of the Invisalign process last month, I have been thrilled with my experience with the amazing, friendly and professional staff at Rankin and Fiume Orthodontics. My first appointment was photograph taking with Kay who was just wonderful and continues to be so! From there, meeting with Dr. Rankin and the news that this wouldn't be as long a process as I had feared. I met Dr. Fiume later in the process and was equally impressed with the quality of his service. Finally, finances with Erin who went over everything and answered all my questions. Everyone was just amazing, I can't say this enough! This is not cheap! Was it worth it to me? A million times yes!!! In addition to what I've already said, one of the other reasons I am so impressed with this group of professionals is the ability of all the assistants to answer all my questions. If I called with a concern or question, whoever answered the phone brought up my file and verified what week I was on, saw my information and was able to help me. I never had to be transferred anywhere or put on hold, or wait for a call back. In this day and age of such limited customer service, Rankin and Fiume always made me feel heard and responded appropriately. All the assistants I've seen, from scanning, or attachment removal and everything in between have been the most welcoming group of professionals I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend Rankin and Fiume for your orthodontic needs!!

I have Invisalign currently and it has been way better than I could have imagined. I drive 2hrs to stay with this office bc they are so great I don’t want to switch since moving. I am able to stay on track with Invisalign using their app and seeing them as needed. I am completely blown away by my progress so far. I am loving it and so glad I did this for myself. We RFO!!

Fantastic experience: I just “graduated” from here in terms of getting my teeth corrected & straightened out (braces) wooooo! Awesome place, everyone was always super nice and friendly to talk too. Whenever, I had questions they always answered kindly (matters a whole lot when I first started because I had terrible anxiety). I was also a college student, and having to arrange appointments we flexible and if I had an emergency like one of brackets being broken, they directed me to people who could fix it near by my campus. I cannot say that I am the best at planning for my appointments, but the constant reminders given by the staff make the process so much better.
