Fantastic experience: The staff at Fort Smith Dentistry is the best! I had the first stage of a tooth implant done today by Dr. Le and I never felt a thing! It was quick and painless! Sounds crazy, but I always look forward to my dental visits now!

Negative experience: Very disappointed, my daughter cried the whole time. They didn't numb her and when she told them that she could feel everything they kept going. Very unsatisfied and frustrated with the care they've provided!

Fantastic experience: I had a very infected and broken tooth and yall were able to get me In and out in 30 min with that messed up tooth gone I'm extremely grateful and glad to get it over with so quickly

Fantastic experience: Best dentist we could’ve went to for my husband. We had an appointment with aspen dental and they canceled last minute so we called to see if fort smith dentistry had room for us and they did. A week later my husband got his wisdom teeth removed and they did awesome. They’re fast and efficient and I couldn’t imagine going to another dentist!

Negative experience: It was the Frist dentist office I have been wearing they didn’t give you a plastic cup to put your dentures in gave me a Kleenex to put my dentures in which left pieces all over my dentures that they never offered to help me clean off the trouble they had with your x-ray machine was understandable. It was a new program, but I never fit a nose around your shoulders machines and I never have heard of it taken three months to make a set of dentures once I get them approved

Fantastic experience: Dr. Le at Fort Smith Dentistry has done an outstanding job repairing my teeth. Dr. Le successfully performed an implant that I needed badly. He also filled numerous teeth that I had worn down from teeth grinding in my sleep. He then fitted with me with a mouth guard that will prevent additional damage to my teeth. Dr. Le is meticulous in his work and strives for excellence in all he does, and I can attest to the wonderful results.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist who who cleaned my teeth was professional as well attentive to my sensitive teeth. She was patient and kind and thorough. The dentist was awesome. I highly recomend Waldron Fsmily Denistry

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient to Fort Smith Dentistry and have some anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, but they are so kind and caring. I have been so very impressed by everyone from the moment I walk in, till I walk out. I have quite a bit of work that has to be done and am somewhat nervous but I trust that Dr.Jan is an extremely amazing dentist and feel very comfortable and blessed to have her as my dentist along this journey. I'm sure I will have many more great comments to post along the way.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jan was absolutely amazing. Exactly the dentist we have been looking for. Nice, kind, gentle, knowledgeable, very informative. She didn't sugarcoat anything like the other dentists. We have been to 3 other dentists in the past 2 years just trying to find one that treats kids right. I knew my son's baby teeth needed to come out and that other work needed done but the other dentists would only tell half the story and half the job. Dr. Jan started the job the same day and was so good with my son. 100% recommend!!! I'm even considering switching to her myself and I've been going to the same dentist for 15 years!

Fantastic experience: I really appreciates them getting me in so quickly. I had an abscessed tooth and I had to have a root canal. Got me in within 2 days of calling. Was a great experience and everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful!! We had a not so wonderful experience at another dentist, got in quickly and got the problem fixed. Scheduled myself as a new patient and got my first cleaning. Had a great experience and booked my entire family. They were great with my kids, my husband and myself. Angie is amazing with adults and kids alike. We have seen Dr. Le and Dr. Jane, both were very knowledgeable and very kind!

Fantastic experience: The dentist's are awesome and explain everything to my daughter so she is not scared to be there. Ms. Jessica is awesome with my daughter and always makes her feel at ease. His staff is so pleasant to be around and they make you feel so comfortable and they explain things to you so that you can understand what is being done. I would give this DENTIST a AAA rating.

Fantastic experience: Fort Smith Dentistry got me in very quickly even as a new patient! I had an accident over the weekend that ultimately resulted in a chipped tooth, and that can be very upsetting to an individual. The Dr. and the assistant were very comforting because of their knowledge and experience. They fixed my smile and I can not be more thankful!! Recommended truly, such a good experience and environment!

There have been many changes in the office since that time, but everyone is always pleasant and helpful. The hygienists are wonderful and the doctors won't suggest a procedure unless it is absolutely necessary. I've had nothing but good experiences at Fort Smith Dentistry. I would definitely suggest trying them out if you need a new dentist office. They really are kind of like one big happy family.

Thankfully I was given a warm welcome and and they asked me about the things that were bothering me the most, and started a dental care plan for me. My Dental Hygienist, Shauna is very good at her job. She is collegial and thorough. My Dentist, Dr. Le, is simply the best. I can’t possibly imagine anyone could surpass him as a Dentist. Everyone there is the best. I have the utmost respect for what they do and the deepest appreciation for them.

Fantastic experience: Everything was nice quick and easy everybody was singing I loved it

Negative experience: Overall this place has been great, but it seems that they will take however much money they want. My dad by mistake missed his appointment for the first time in this placed and they charged him $100 for missing his appointment. My father didn’t argue about it but overall he’ll finish his dental plan that he’s paying HIMSELF out of pocket and that’ll be it for us with this place. So just be careful and ask how much is the fee for missing an appointment.

I never felt this easy going and trusting with leaving my Kids (him having autism & Generalized anxiety disorder) He has extreme Panic and Fear of Dr’s. Like we were just a regular long time family Dr Le and his Caring staff have initially exceeded our expectations, especially considering how short of time we have been here.
