I would most definitely recommend this office to family and friends .

Fantastic experience: Alright. So a friend of mine suggested byron's family dental care, the clinic here in byron, georgia, to me the other day. So yesterday I go to them about a wisdom tooth that I needed to have removed. And I was very skeptical, and, overly anxious, because I don't like dentist offices, and I have to say that i've not been to a dentist's office in many years. So I go in on yesterday met with a good good caring dental assistant, who made me feel very comfortable. Then I met Dr. Ingram, who is an outstanding Dr. I may add they absolutely took care of me with my wisdom tooth extraction on yesterday. And then turn around today, I had a deep cleaning gum and Teeth, ""and when I tell you I have not had one a bit of pain from yesterday and today at all.I mean, I have no pain.Whatsoever"". I must say that ""those girls are good at what they do!!!!""" over there at Byron family dental clinic, in Byron, Georgia, I suggest to anybody that has dental issues. This is the place to go. I give them all the stars deserve. Dr ingram and her staff, all right, all that and several truckloads of chips. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Negative experience: I refuse to give any start. I came and left with the same mouth. No plaque removed. No sensitive jell was placed on my teeth as my usual hygienic specialist have been doing. I has a new person and had to go to Walmart to get a plaque cleaner to clean my own mouth. All the stains were lift on my teeth. I cleaned them out my self. Tell me why should I return? I need you agent to clean my teeth without a bill. You owe me a free cleaning. It was awful. My friend noticed my teeth first and commented. I was horrified when I looked in the mirror. I don't want any new person cleaning my teeth period. TY. Just AWFUL! I could not post with ZERO STAR, HENCE YOU HAVE ONE STAR TOO MUCH!

Negative experience: Can't speak to the dental care as I never made it that far. Called and got an appointment the next day. Current dentist won't take my new insurance and this place was close and they took it so I thought I would give them a try. Was not an emergency just wanted appointment for cleaning and standard preventive care. I figured I was filling a cancellation for them since they had an opening that quick. Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time, and I also came in 20 minutes early because they never sent me a link to fill new patient paperwork out before I came in, as I was told they would. So waiting nearly an hour and went to desk to see how much longer. Receptionist didn't seem overly concerned and couldn't tell me how much longer so I just cancelled and I will try someone else.

Fantastic experience: Technician was very nice. Lights went out in room I was in and she fixed up another room to go into. She kept checking on me throughout the whole process. All the Staff is always friendly.

Negative experience: Had 4 surgeries on my bottom jaw to finally get it halfway corrected. Y'all did my top dentures and all went well. You referred me to Dr. Bridges for implants which he did successfully. Came back to y'all for a realign on April 30th for my top dentures. It was not a scheduled visit but y'all worked me in and I appreciate that. Two and a half hours later I left and I can't use enough adhesive to keep the dentures in. I can't eat ANYTHING but soft food or liquids. They fit terribly and I need them realigned again. I understand y'all are busy but I have spent a lot of time and money and would like to recommend your services

Negative experience: You guys suck because when i called ya didnt even give me a price on how much was to fix a tooth and aside of that i was coming from almost in 1 hour away so this clinic can only open my mouth and say that it going to be 171 dollar just for visit and they didnt even do anthing to my broken tooth ...the doc didnt even give me anthing for the pain .... that was basically free money i give away

Negative experience: They NEVER pick up the phone nor return phone calls! I called over a week ago (different days) and nobody has called me back about an appointment but today I get a text saying I am scheduled for an appointment for next month when I NEVER spoke to anybody to schedule this. I tried to call SEVERAL times to change this and nobody will pick up! It’s ridiculous

Negative experience: First and foremost, I'm reviewing off my experiences that took place when I lived in Georgia it wasn't long ago but I waited to write this review, but finally THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, I had called and said I knew what I was in for I needed to get my teeth fixed and I would most likely need a root canal or two because when I was younger I didn't care for my dental health. I scheduled my appointment and once I went in a week later Dr Ingram saw me and we did an X-ray and like I said she informed me I would need a root canal but she told me she'd like to do a bridge instead and the dental office gave me 2 choices 1) To get the bridge at 1700 dollars 3) Kick rocks and he's a bill for 3 thousand dollars. Feeling completely pressured I went with the bridge just because I had a child on the way and couldn't afford the 3 thousand. We instantly went to take out the tooth and then saw down the other two I was given my temporary crown and was told I would have to come back to get my permanent one in a months time Fast forward a month I went in and was told "oh we're not doing that it's just a check up see you back in a month!" Finally another month goes by and I finally see the "Doctor" and I get told "oh you need a root canal on your sawed down tooth we don't actually do root canal. Sorry!" Which at the time of writing on their website they do now do root canals. So I had to go see a specialist which with my insurance I had to go all the way to Atlanta to get the root canal. They other dentist office asked if I could get my X-rays from Byron Family dental I gave them a call and I was told I'd have them within a couple minutes. I didn't get those X-rays for 3 months. Finally the other dentist office just took X-rays (didn't charge me because they felt bad) and with what they told me I only needed the one root canal and it'll be simple. After the ACTUAL DOCTOR saw me he looks me in my eyes and says "I don't know who you went to for the bridge but they don't know what they're doing NEVER go back" That coming from another dentist that has been doing this for 30 years holds value. I sadly did go back because I had already paid out of pocket for my bridge and wanted to get my permanent crown. After calling for 3 months to get my permanent my temporary broke and I had to fly to Utah to bury my best friend of 20 years and I couldn't miss the flight but I was missing 3 TEETH. They got me in after driving there and having a disagreement with the front office staff. Where they put a temporary crown in my mouth didnt adjust it to my bite just told me to leave and I can get my permanent in a month. When I flew out to Utah I had to contact a dentist to make it so could actually bite correctly. Finally after the month of waiting I went in to get my permanent then I was told, "Oh we're just going to do a fitting so after this we'll get your permanent crown in 2-4 weeks". Lastly, I got my permanent and thought I was done with this godforsaken office then I received in the mail a bill for 500 dollars for my crown I already paid for. I finally snapped and called the office and I told them they are absolutely crazy if they thought I'll actually pay that bill. I had contacted a lawyer that told me I should sue, because it'd be a completely open and shut case. Sadly after at this point a year and some change of fighting my child being born I no longer wanted to fight. I just wanted to put it all behind me. So I warn anyone going to try to seek dental care from Byron Family dental and if you actually read this whole post. I wouldn't touch this place with a two thousand foot pole.

Negative experience: Horrible experience, my current appointment was for my new denture, only to be told I needed another fitting even though, my previous appointment was for a fitting, now I will not be able to attend my daughters 40th Birthday in Florida, they don’t show much concern that I have been unable to eat because I can’t chew properly, my next appointment is in March. I will not recommend them to anyone.

After years of going to so many dental offices in my lifetime, this was the best experience I’ve had yet. Shond/RDH, who was my dental hygienist was welcoming, professional and friendly, she explained all steps before the cleaning process began and said not to hesitate to ask questions at anytime. When she was done cleaning, Dr. TaRhonda Ingram/DMD came to inspect a job well done. Dr. TaRhonda was professional and nice and seems to care very much for her patients. Dentist are known for being expensive but their prices are reasonable and fair and you get the absolute best quality service. This dental office is clean, in a great location and is run by professionals. I highly recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: This was the worst experience I have ever had with a Dentist. They didn't give me enough anesthesia. They took x-rays and should have seen that I had a serious infection. After trying relentlessly to extract my tooth as I am screaming because of severe pain, they then and only then, decided that I needed oral surgery . They added sugers and released me without any payment. I assumed because of my pain and suffering. It was Absolutely horrible to say the least

Negative experience: Tried to call office several times in a five day period to get antibiotics to premeditate before my visit and never got a return call nor script called in!! Also, was told visit was for teeth #29, 30 only to arrive and find it was for tooth #20 which insurance would not cover. Had to pay for visit myself. Office needs to do better with communicating with patients before visits and return calls!!!!!!!

She even completed a filling for my 9-year-old daughter who was very anxious at first, but Dr. Montgomery was very patient and kind to her during her entire appointment, which she had to start and stop due to my daughter being anxious. Fantastic experience: Have been there twice after a long avoidance of dentist. Was SO pleased with the experience I got my husband to go. I was sure I was in for a big bill and or many more trips. Was wrong. Surprise. No big problem or bill. Just completed my second visit. Couldn't be happier and love looking at my great smile. Thanks!

Negative experience: I would give negative 5 stars if possible. This is an office of butchers and fleecers. I heavily regret having chosen this office over another dentist, when that dentist had called to inform me they had openings after we had already scheduled a first appointment with Byron Family Dental Care. This is the kind of dentist office that ignites my anxiety and makes me hate dentists. Let's go over some of my experiences: 1) During a cavity filling appointment, Dr. Hall had dripped anesthesia on my tongue. It's nasty, bitter stuff! During another cavity filling, she painfully fish-hooked my cheek with her finger and I had to move my head in that direction to ease the pressure. That happened because she was light-curing the filling and she just felt like watching the reality TV show for a minute instead of focusing on her patient.. me. 2) After one particularly deep filling, the pain that the filling was addressing did not go away. At the follow-up appointment, Dr. Hall immediately recommended a root canal. As we all know, a root canal kills that entire tooth, and should be done as a last resort. With my gut telling me to get out, I consulted a 2nd dentist. They took one look at the filling, ground it down a bit according to the articulating paper (the paper dentists ask you to chew on so they can check your bite pattern after a filling) and I felt IMMEDIATE relief. How can you jump straight into a dental surgery operation without even checking the basics!? Not only did I save my tooth, I saved thousands of dollars. I've since switched to another dentist who also ground down the filling just a tidbit more. I now live with no pain and have the ability to chew with both sides! 3) There was a funny (to me) time where I was sitting in the patient's chair waiting for Dr. Hall to see me. Across the hall, I overheard Dr. Ingram explaining another patient's insurance policies in an impatient tone. "I'm trying to help you save the most money!" Dr. Ingram tells the patient. Shortly after the patient agrees, Dr. Ingram begins the tooth extractions. Tell me why the patient starts constantly yelping in pain? My wife in the waiting room heard those painful cries too! Are tooth extractions inherently so painful that anesthetic does nothing? 4) I think I've explained the butchery aspect of this review enough. Let's move on to the fleecing. Why has this office been charging my wife extra $ by prescribing Periodontal Maintenance instead of a regular tooth cleaning? When we switched to a different and reputable dentist (THANK GOD), they saw no need to perform periodontal maintenance and that regular teeth cleanings were all my wife needed! This really made me second-guess EVERY SINGLE cavity filling Dr. Hall performed on me in the past. Did I truly need to have those done!?!? All the pain, suffering, and money spent.. was it a result of this office's abuse of patient trust? I understand that there aren't many options because all the good ones are booked up, but go to this dentist at your own risk.

Fantastic experience: Very nice made me feal t home I was really nervous about seeing a dentist but when I got in the back the staff was so understanding and very professional I would highly recommend Byron family dental care
