Fantastic experience: Choosing a new dentist can be stressful, but everyone at WPDG made the switch so easy. The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. I'm glad I chose the Woodland Park Dental Group.

Fantastic experience: I really like this dental office - I've been going there for about 10 years. They get me in right around my appt time, Kelli does a great job cleaning my teeth, and I'm outta there within 45 minutes or so. Everyone I encounter in the office is friendly and professional.

Positive experience: Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the interior is beautiful. The only reason I knocked it down a star is because for the first appointment they just looked at my teeth and got x-rays, which was not made clear to me. I thought it was going to be a cleaning as well. It didn't really end up mattering for me but if you make an initial appointment I would recommend explicitly asking for a cleaning if you would like one.

Negative experience: I wanted a filler on a front tooth, it has a crack. The hygenist kept trying to sell me a mouth guard. I told her no! I said I need to protect the tooth I have. She insisted I needed a mouth guard and a filler would not work. She told me that she can see I grind my teeth. I felt like she wasn’t listening to my request. I said do I need to go somewhere else? Then it just felt awkward her cleaning my teeth. She said she would talk to the dentist. He said ok we’ll do it. Very difficult

Fantastic experience: My first visit, looking for a new dentist. The office staff is professional and friendly. My hygienist was awesome. She was able to transition from a cleaning to a broken tooth. X-rays are always uncomfortable for me but Liz got me through with flying colors. The dentist came in, introduced himself and explained what needs to be done. Although I didn't have any actual dental work done today, I'm looking forward to coming back with a plan in place. So far impressive.

Negative experience: Having some concerns being that twice my temporary crowns can out. And the lost or cannot find my permanent crown. And had to order a new crown.

Negative experience: People who take a look you and decide what you can afford to pay and then send you away are ignorant and dis-compassionate, as well as lack the computational ability to do a competent job. I'll find someone who can understand the words "I'm paying with cash." or at the very least are prepared for the appointments that are scheduled.

Negative experience: Horrible organization and customer service. I mage a 9 AM appt hoping to get in and out to get to another medical appointment. At 9:10, a person poked theirvhead out and told my tech was almost done with her 1st appt and would be with me in another 10 minutes. 25 minutes later (35 minute after my scheduled time) we went to the desk nd said we'd need to reschedule my appt. I was told that she could do that and that the tech would call me to schedule. I've never received that call. This place doesn't focus on the patient.

Negative experience: The only solution for ALL dental issues is Invisalign braces according to the Woodland Park Dental Group. Surprised these people are still in business. Don't go here.

Fantastic experience: When I walked in the door I was met with a very friendly front desk staff. The dental tech came in and got me right away. She was very friendly and professional. Dr. Mussone made me feel at ease. He is a great dentist.

Fantastic experience: Two years now and can't say enough about how great our experiences are. We are very happy to have Woodland Park Dental so close. They are kind, professional, personable and offices are not just clean but very pleasant. Very happy with our first visit! The staff from front desk (Nikki) to dental care were great. Probably the best and most gentle clearing we can recall (this Cindy and Kelly). Enjoy meeting Chris, our new dentist and we have nothing but good to say about the experience. The lovely views and comfortable waiting area don't hurt either! Thank you. Second visit in Feb and as impressed as first! Negative experience: The turn over here is unreal. I had my teeth scanned for a night guard. Paid about $300 for it. I was NEVER called about it so when I called, NOBODY knew what I was talking about. I will find a dentist that will be there every time I go there. Even the secretary at this place changed every couple of months. The Dentist they have is great but he will be gone in a week or two. It's nonsense.

The dentist and his aid have great bedside manners. They are skilled, patient, and very knowledgeable about their profession, giving explanations when needed. Fantastic experience: Due to choosing a different health insurance I had to find a new dentist, I chose Woodland Park Dental Group. After my first appointment I am very pleased with my choice. I received a through exam, teeth cleaning and full x rays. Everyone from when I called to get and appointment to the office receptionist, hygienist and doctor were curtious and professional.

Negative experience: Waited 5 months for an appointment to show up at my scheduled time and no one was there. The worst customer service! Then they say I can put you on a waiting list or schedule you again in September. Such a joke!

Negative experience: i’m shocked at how inconsiderate and unorganized this place is. my first appointment was cancelled 20 minutes before the scheduled time because a dental hygienist called out. when i showed up for another appointment that was scheduled a month beforehand, they told me the system randomly deleted my appointment, and couldn’t take me that day. then told me they’d call to reschedule. they never called. once i called to reschedule, they told me the dentist that was going to do my dental work moved offices, so they could no longer take me. they left me hanging for a month when my temporary crown fell out and didn’t put any effort into helping. i could not recommend this place any less and wish i never came here in the first place.

Fantastic experience: Woodland Park dental group is a very professional business. Yet, they are very friendly and personable. When I first entered their office, the receptionist was pleasant, welcoming and was thorough in asking me questions and answered all my questions. It was good to see that they were on time and quickly came and took me back to the examination room. This was my first visit. I had an x-ray and evaluation by the dental assistant . What was very nice, I was treated like a customer not like a patient. I always appreciate that when a medical facility is customer first in their approach to business. I was treated like a valuable customer. In the exam room, I first met Michelle and Pam. They were very friendly and thorough in their examination and explanation of the procedures they were going to do. Next, I met the dentist who introduced himself by his first name. Chris examined my teeth and Offered several options for addressing my dental issues i. I appreciated his thoroughness and the time that he gave to answer my questions. After the exam, I had some questions about my insurance coverage. The staff took the time to investigate my insurance coverage and answered my questions thoroughly. This is a great company. I highly recommend them for your dental needs. I appreciate their professionalism, personal approach and Thoroughness I only wish I would’ve had time for a cup of gourmet coffee!

Fantastic experience: My first appointment was wonderful. Everyone was so nice. The receptionist was super nice and totally efficient. Got us signed in and ready in less than 5 minutes. Then off to the dental technician who took xrays and finally Dr Mussone who was so nice, I felt really comfortable with him. I have my first appointment scheduled and know I'm in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Incredible staff, my 4 year old had an appointment and they were so sweet with her and had her laughing and giggling. I had a cleaning immediately after and the dental hygienist was the absolute sweetest to her allowing her to “help” and kept her entertained while cleaning my teeth. Always a pleasant experience.

Positive experience: This office uses a calling center to schedule appointments. I called and told them specifically that I just had my root canal and needed an appointment for a crown. Upon arrival today I was told the service put me on for an exam and I had to reschedule. Tammy was great and apologized and got me scheduled again quickly. I worked for a medical office and our leadership wanted to do this as well for our nationwide practices. We fought it as we wanted to maintain good customer service After today I’m so glad we won that battle.

Fantastic experience: After not going to the dentist for quite a long time due to some very bad experiences, I took the recommendations from others to give Woodland Dental a try. My experience was great. Kelly was 100% professional and understanding of my situation. She took the time to walk me through each step of the process and explained the details. Dr. Mussone was also great. He laid the facts out for what next steps were necessary and suggested a few optional steps that would improve my long term dental health. Would absolutely recommend!

Negative experience: I’m disappointed with professional service here by Dr. Mussone. The other dentist (he’s not regular) put an order for something on my tooth that needed to be done, Dr Mussone didn’t intervene and just said, “I Can’t do it” If you look at my record you will find out. He also did a poor job on my tooth filling, even the 2 dental hygienists were like, “who did your filling?”. I hope this place find a really good dentist who cares. They canceled my appointment last month, I have to wait another 3 months. I must commend Cindy is one of the best dental hygienist there. Staffs are really nice and professional except for Dr. Mussone.

Negative experience: I had been taking myself and my children here for the past few years. I have never had an issue with any of the dental hygienists. However, this office lacks respect and professionalism I expect from healthcare providers. I had two appointments canceled due to "short staff". The first appt was canceled a few hours prior to my appointment. The next appointment, for my daughter, I showed up to be told her appointment had been canceled. The receptionist told me she was "trying to work with everyone" due to their short staffing. Then she went in back to ask if any hygienists would see my daughter. She came back and said I could wait another 40 min because "maybe but no guarantee" that someone would see her and expected me to wait around as if she was doing me a personal favor. This office has shown zero respect for my time. Somehow, I had two appointments canceled in less than 3 weeks, yet there were other patients getting cleanings? I am happy to take my business elsewhere at this point. In addition to their ridiculous scheduling issues, in the past I've received numerous incorrect bills. I have been able to sort it out with more than a few phone calls back and forth, however, I'm sure some people with less eye for detail end up getting taken advantage of.

Fantastic experience: A large piece of my tooth broke off. I didn't have a dentist here because I moved from California to live with our daughter after I lost my husband. I chose Woodland Park Dental because my daughter is a patient. I could not be happier with my decision! They got me in right away! Everyone was so friendly and kind! I am going out of state for Christmas and leaving in 3 days! They made sure to get me in for a temporary crown before I go! I feel like they bent over backwards for me! I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I arrived 10 minutes late due to slow traffic after a snow storm. The staff checked me in, and I was in a Dental chair within 5 minutes. I had an enjoyable teeth cleaning experience along with a great conversation. I’m very happy with WP Dental group.

Shows how trustworthy they are and I’m so glad I switched to them a couple of years ago. The crown that came off was from a previous dentist and they still fixed it at no charge. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Woodland Park Dental Group! I came in as a new patient and needed a resin filling repaired. Dr. Mussone was able to repair the tooth without numbing. The procedure only took 10 minutes. I was very impressed with his professionalism and expertise! Fantastic experience: I had a toothache from Hell and they squeezed me in right away. They also blocked off enough time to not only diagnose my problem, but also do the majority of the work today. The Dr., his assistant, and office staff were all very efficient, kind, and did what needed to be done today; sent a referral to an oral surgeon; and scheduled a follow up appointment to finish up once my permanent crown comes in. Positive experience: I like that this office is in Woodland. The staff are kind. The dentist is really laid back and I’m never completely certain if he’s just telling me what I want to hear. I dislike their reminder system that calls me and emails and texts about 14 times the week before an appointment, but that’s fairly common. Overall recommend. Time will tell!

Negative experience: I would give this office zero stars if it wasn't for the hygenist, Kari, who is excellent. The dentist has never so much as said hello to me. Yesterday he "examined" my teeth while talking to Kari about the schedule, asking her if she would work Fridays. This conversation went on for a few minutes. Then he turned and looked at my x-rays, I assume because I couldn't see him and he did not say one word. He then walked away without telling me whether my x-rays showed any concerning areas or not. Unbelievable rude and unprofessional. Worst dentist I have ever been to. I'm debating whether to return.

Fantastic experience: As someone that’s had serious anxiety my entire life with the dentist it goes without saying the entire staff are experts at navigating, educating and making sure you’re comfortable. I could not be happier with Chris and his staff. I literally drive over half an hour without thought because there’s no other place I’m gonna go.

Fantastic experience: Great care from very friendly and helpful staff. The only drawback to this excellent service is that a lot of people want to use Woodland Park Dental group, so sometimes appointments are a little hard to come by on short notice.
