Dr. Bowerman did a very thorough exam, and came up with a plan along with Dr. Nash to best meet my needs. I am grateful for the time he took to discuss my concerns and provide solutions. (In room x-rays… digital scanning devices…) No temporary crowns here… just a custom made implant made exactly for your mouth & bite in an hour! 10/10 highly recommended!! Fantastic experience: I'm glad to have Found Solomon family dentistry in Mount Pleasant the staff there is very knowledgeable and friendly eager to help and help you to change your appointment when needed without giving attitude and I have had several surgical procedures done in the last couple of years , painlessly .I'm so very excited for my new future Dental work Also they have Solomon pay which allows you to make a proximately $20 payment each month and then all of your cleanings x-rays and consultations at Solomons are free . You will save alot of money on top of that because with the Solomon pay you'll pay 25% to 65% off of all of your Solomon procedures. Why hasn't any one thought of this before? It makes going to the dentist more affordable. Which means that more people will find they can afford more frequent dental visits. Better dental health allows all of us to be able to stay healthier by being able to eat the right foods. It's also a booster to our social well being to be able to let our smiles shine! Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment with Dr. Rupp who was recommended by a friend. I couldn’t close my mouth properly because of one of my teeth. She told me what she was going to do and did it. My mouth was sore once the anesthesia wore off, but my teeth were in much better shape. I want to go back for a cleaning and to become a regular patient! Great doctor and staff!

Dr. Rupp did not let me down, she was extremely nice and understood my issues which she corrected without any problem. I knew I had found my new dentist! Prices are also much more reasonable than most in the area.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been coming to the Mount P dentist office since we moved to SC and have had nothing but amazing experiences each and every time. I absolutely love all the hygienists and dentists and never thought I'd look forward to coming to the dentist, but we do because they are all so friendly and welcoming. I have never waited longer than 10minutes and they see all four of my kids at the same time, which makes my life so much easier. We love Solomon dentist, Dr. Powers and all the front desk staff and so happy to have this office in the neighborhood. Great job, everyone and so happy to have found you all! I had a lovely traveler hygienist yesterday and we talked and laughed my entire cleaning, and she gave me so many great options for water piks and mouth guards! 10/10 recommend

Fantastic experience: New dentist visit: all went excedingly well. Jessica cleaned my teeth, did tests and X-rays very efficiently and was engaging. The Dr evaluated the tests and made recommendations. All in less than an hour. It was the right choice to pick Solomon Family Dentistry.

I've had my share of dentists over the years, but none have earned my trust like she has. With Dr. Powers, I never feel like I'm being sold on unnecessary procedures. She focuses on what’s truly needed to maintain my oral health, and that integrity means everything to me. The care is thorough, professional, and always delivered with kindness and respect. Even though it takes me about an hour each way, it’s completely worth it for the quality of care I receive. I can’t recommend Dr. Powers and the team at Soloman Family Dentistry enough.

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Dr. Bowerman and the team enough. I came in with excruciating tooth pain, and they treated me with so much care and urgency. Dr. Bowerman not only got me referred to oral surgery right away, but also personally called to check on me while I was still in pain; that meant the world. It’s rare to find a provider who’s not only skilled but truly compassionate. I’m incredibly grateful for this team of folks & will be a patient for life.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service from staff! Called to make an appointment and was received with attitude and impoliteness. Was asked to send a referral and when they called to make an appointment, they didn’t even know what i need and decided to try to schedule to get my wisdom teeth taken out which was not what I needed nor the information they were given by my ortho. Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: I would give zero stars if possible. I filed all my paperwork before the day of my appointment. I waited for my appointment 15 mins yesterday when a young woman at the desk finally called me over to tell my my BCBS card didn't cover dental. I showed her an email from my HR director who said the card was correct and I had full dental coverage. She angrily said she had called BCBS and they said I was covered for medical only. She printed out a sheet to prove it but it appears to be a page from a different patient's records. My HR director contacted BCBS and they sent an email to him and me saying I was covered for dental, that Solomon did accept BCBS and that they had no record of anyone trying to contact them yesterday about me. The woman who lied did not give me her name but she is young, very petite and had long hair below her shoulders that was pulled back in a clip. Your office could have easily checked my insurance before I arrived and alerted me if there was any confusion but you didn't.

Positive experience: Couldn’t get appointment on the day so they told me to do a walk-in so I did. They said it shouldn’t be too busy. Waited for 2 hours. It worked out because Dr. Powers was so nice and her assistant Haley. Took care of my tooth. I was out by 5:00. I’m sure someone needed a dentist more than me. I will probably wait for appointment next time. Usually not good at waiting but every one is super nice there.

We switched to Solomon Dentistry on 17 on the recommendation of 2 patients. Her experience was wonderful! The front desk receptionist was so helpful and kind. The dental hygienist had a 15 year old daughter and related to her from the start. My daughter eased through the cleaning with zero issues. The dentist was friendly, smart and non judgmental. We both would highly recommend 10/10
