Fantastic experience: I called like 10 dentist. No one could get me in. I called Tulsa Hills dental care. They got me in the same day as a matter of fact it was as soon as I could get there they took such good care of me. They stopped my pain. I have an appointment to get my problem fixed Thursday morning. I was hurting so bad today Wednesday it started again about 1:30 in the afternoon. I called them even though it was 4 o’clock. They had me come straight there and numb my jaw till I could be there at seven in the morning. Everyone that I’ve came across at that office is so kind. And I truly feel like all they want to do is make me feel better.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had a tooth pulled and Dr. French was very proficient and professional in extracting the tooth. There is never a feeling of being pressured into a specific service but they allowed me to consider the options in treating my dental issue at that moment. I chose extraction and it turned out to be the best choose given the tooth would need to be an implant if I wanted a tooth to remain in that spot. Either way it had to go. Great pain management and care taken. I love going to this office. I get great service and Dr. Thompson and Dr. French are very competent and confident in the service that is offered. The technician assisting me was very friendly and courteous. I appreciate the expedient service I receive each visit. Thank you Dr. French and especially thank you to the staff! Professional customer service and they engage in conversation and make a person feel at ease and not just a number.

Fantastic experience: Dr. French and Kiki are the best. I had an implant placed today and the procedure was quick and easy. I had no pain after. They work so well together and took such great care of me

Negative experience: This place completely botched my “restoration” my builder gel has come off my teeth not once but twice, and this office refuses to work with me or my mother to get my services corrected or refunded (honestly don’t trust them to fix). My face swole beyond recognition 2 days after work was done, half my face was still numb and the other half was in so much pain I had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen after being told I had to wait for an opening sitting in the lobby face swollen in pain. I ended up also having to go to urgent care. This is the second time my builder gel has come off my teeth since the 8th of JULY and it is now the 28th. They won’t allow my mother to place a complaint on record and I’m trying to figure out why I have to pay 2 grand for my teeth to be worse off than before I went. I won’t be going back and I suggest you don’t let these people waste your time.

Taryn did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She has wonderful bedside manners and is easily able to explain everything she’s doing and why as she goes. I was the most comfortable and relaxed in their care than with any other dental office in the past.

Negative experience: I came in to get a tooth pulled, and they said it was infected. They put me on antibiotics for a week. I came back, and they numb me up. She came in and asked if I could still feel it. I said yes, and this time when she put the numb medicine in, she hit the infected area, and it sent sharp pains. That pain was there the whole time she was doing the procedure. When she was done, I was sweating and was glad it was over.

Everyone in the office truly cares about their patients and want to understand your dental anxiety to make it the best experience possible. Others on the team made sure I was taken care of as they passed by the room I was in saying hello, asking if there was anything they could get for me. From a bottle of water, coffee or even a nice, warm and fluffy blanket in case I felt cold. I was super comfortable my entire appointment! When paying my copay, the Business Assistants were extremely knowledgeable about my insurance, making sure I maximize my insurance benefits to save me the most money out of my pocket. Sheana, Dee, Andrea, Rebecca and Summer are definitely very sweet, they made sure I was happy with my visit, again asking if there was anything else they could help me with. Filling my goody bag with pens & the BEST chapstick! ! recommend this amazing team to take care of all your dental needs!

Negative experience: This used to be a great dentist office. My last 4 appointments have all been canceled, each with less than a week's notice. After canceling, my options are always dates too close for me to make arrangements, or several months out. Easily one of the most poorly managed businesses I've had the displeasure of dealing with. I do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was not a patient, had an emergency need come up and they scheduled me for same day treatment in an hour after I called. The staff were friendly and understanding. Highly recommend!!!

Negative experience: Don't make MISTAKE. My second visit didn't end well. I went elsewhere for a second option and Tulsa Hills had misdiagnosed my condition. Be very afraid!

Fantastic experience: Omg, Dr. Brandi Thompson and her team are the best! I had 2 bottom teeth pulled because of an infection and bone loss. They explained everything in detail, the options and are very gentle during treatment which also involved a bone graft. I highly recommend Dr. Thompson as she was recommended to me, lol just keeping the recommendations going :).

Fantastic experience: I'm so impressed with Tulsa Hills Dental Care. Everyone has so been so nice and patient. I've never had real dental issues, so in my mind a cleaning is a cleaning. But this past year I needed a root canal. They were able to get me in quickly and explained everything. I wouldn't say my root canal was enjoyable, but it was painless and no big deal. What I was really impressed with was their attention to detail and making sure everything was done to the highest standard. I'll be a life long patient.

Fantastic experience: Dr. French just knows. She knows it sucks going to the dentist and seems to have taken all of that and built her team and practice around it. She is soothing and gentle. She doesn't make a move without telling you. It's really the little things that make it all worth it. You'll get a nice warm blanket if you want it, and a TV to distract you. She'll set out a game plan before she starts, so you know what to expect and how to communicate while she's working. She even put lip balm on my lips, and the freeze spray is literally vanilla flavored. She is so kind, gentle, and thoughtful. I truly had a painless root canal under her care. It's not just her, but everyone there. KeKe was just as soothing, gentle and, personable as Dr. French. I haven't met anyone there that isn't amazing.

Fantastic experience: Had a horrible toothache at 4pm. Got there at 430 was in the back by 445. They helped ease my anxiety of dentists. I'm a recovering addict and it has been a long time since I seen a dentist. They didn't judge me or my horrible dental hygiene and they were so friendly and knowledgeable. I would take my family here before anywhere else! Dr. Thompson and Liz helped me understand what was causing my pain and the best course of action.

The whole staff is welcoming and treats you like family. I received care from Dr. Brandi Thompson and she is so kind and down to earth. Dr. Thompson is patient, compassionate, and incredible with patient teaching too. She takes her time with you and you can tell she truly loves what she does! I highly recommend coming to Tulsa Hills Dental care for all your dental needs! I will be sending all my friends and family in the area here!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit and the Dental Assistant (KeKe) went above and beyond to make me feel at home! She was very detailed and knowledgeable and explained my entire dental treatment including 3d imaging which a lot of other Dental Offices don’t cover at all. They even had a television in the room which relaxed my nerves! Dr. French( Dentist) was friendly and honest, while putting my mind at ease as she explained every step of my dental journey! I would definitely recommend this Dental Office to everyone.

Negative experience: Several problems, the secretary's were talking about my chart and notes while I waited..."do see 606's notes" "laugh" "laugh" jokes on you....the computer they used can tell their boss who opened the file. I got a voice-mail about adding a comprehensive exam to my stitches removal. I didn't have time for that on that day, went in to have stitches removed and someone in the office just decided to add it....as I'm sitting in the dentist chair they tell me what the plan is for the visit and I correct them, "I'm just here to have stitches removed." They were confused as the chart said I wanted a full exam... YOUR OFFICE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND SCAM PATIENTS, AND YOUR BUSINESS LETS THIS HAPPEN? Want some more horror....I have high blood pressure, and was given a steroid by the dentist....go ahead and do a Google search of what that can do....2 weeks of feeling like I'm having heart attacks and panic attacks. Had to goto urget care to find out its likely onset Cushing Syndrome caused by the steroids. I came to this place for help, and all they did was take my money, gossip, false schedule and mess up my health. I highly advise you all to go anywhere else. Good news, they have free coffee... I'm not a dentist or a doctor, so I trusted them to help me, Not hurt my feelings and my health and scam my wallet...

Fantastic experience: I have really high dentist anxiety and needed an urgent root canal. Doctor French did an initial exam and squeezed me in two days later. I took a Xanex with wife driving and got the root canal for the crown and the gas plus Xanex got me through it. I got the permanent crown today and fit feels perfect. Doctor French is compassionate for those of us that are apprehensive about dental treatment and I can enthusiastically recommend her and the whole team at Tulsa Hills dental. Speaking of the team, Doctors Thompson and French have great helpers. I have had three actively involved and all three were excellent. I had one for intake and the root canal, one to redo the temporary (a me and Xanex thing) and one to do the permanent crown installation today. I apologize that I can’t call out their names but it is me and dentists. Today, doctor French was showing my tech who was super some new tricks on crown installation. I do work where you are working on the skills of early career folks and Dr French was honing the technician’s knowledge actively.

Negative experience: Chop shot that just wants your money. You'll realize this when you start getting discount coupons in the mail. They'll push a gum treatment you probably don't even need. Wife got partials and can't even wear them because they get stuck on her other teeth and cut her mouth. They also pulled a tooth with and abcess and it took her over a month to not be in severe pain. Would not recommend.

The dental assistant (her name started with a J) and Dr French were so kind and educational. I was never forced to do anything and I wasn’t upsold. Negative experience: I would put Zero Star if it was possible, Went there couple yrs ago, and what makes me come here TODAY, I got a call from collection saying I own this office , whenever they did the gum therapy my teeth was healthy but they keep pushing and pushing that in order to keep my teeth healthy I need to perform this procedure, they came with a price I agreed , pay the day of the procedure, later they say it was going to be more, I don’t agree to that, plus my teeth was starting to feel loose, few months later my teeth was terrible, this year I have to pay $16,000 to get just my top teeth fix . HORRIBLE SERVICES, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE if you can avoid this place do yourself a favor, they going to act like they care but at the end is just the money what they care for.

Negative experience: Im sure they are great at cleaning teeth...had a root canal done over a year ago. The crown fell off recently, i went back in and they put it back on. Gal told me it was no charge which i was thankful for. However, got a bill for the X-ray and for the crown getting put back on a week later. The crown then fell of for a 2nd time. When I went back in they informed me that because i had missed my a 6 month cleaning, which i had never scheduled, the crown was no longer covered and i had to pay to get it put back on. Im sure they mean well - its pretty poor customer service and wouldn't recommend much other then cleanings here

Fantastic experience: The Dr. and all the staff are very comforting and pleasant. They show pride in their work and make patient, like myself very comfortable. At 62 years of age they answered all my questions and cared about my opinions too. The best dentist I ever had. They do everything possible to make insurance pay all or most of the cost. Fantastic experience: I love Dr. French and her staff. Everyone is very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact I was charged $50 for mouthwash (when Dr. French said it was about $20). I could have also ordered it from Amazon for $18.50.
