Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment two months ago. I showed up this morning and took work off in order to go and get my cleaning done. I walk in and they tell me that my appointment has been canceled and booked over. Apparently they gave me a call, but I have no voicemail, no text confirmation of cancellation, and no email from them. I got a little upset because my entire morning was focused on this appointment, and the front desk lady started to get a little testy with me. If you can’t alert the person who scheduled two months ago, and I show up with no form of communication that it’s been canceled…..That is ridiculous. Collier sports medicine, harris dermatology, and Orange Tree dental care are able to get a hold of me and send me text messages and give me confirmation of different cancellations or appointments. Of course I don’t answer a random phone number. I get 1 million solicitation calls from India a day. Leave me a voicemail or send me a text. It is such terrible customer service to just cancel my appointment with no notice. Terrible policy. I will never schedule here again. Going to Lana dental care they were able to take me in later today.

Fantastic experience: I feel lucky to have found this dentist. Xrays and cleaning were thorough and painless. Everything explained along the way. Dr. Levine advised I could have invisalign when other dentists said I wasnt a candidate. Showed me what the treatment would look like and the cost breakdown explained by office manager. State of the art office and friendly and competent staff. It has taken 10 years living in Naples to find a dentist that didnt recommend unnecesary treatment.

Fantastic experience: I go to Mission Hills Dentistry two times a year for cleaning. Eduardo is the one cleans my teeth and I really like him. He answers any questions I have and does a great job! I would recommend Mission Hills Dentistry to everyone.

Fantastic experience: This past Thursday, August 22, went to see Dr. Levine about filling a chip and one of my bottom teeth. I can’t believe how quickly he did it, and painlessly! Thanks, Dr. Levine great job! And I think I was in and out in 15 minutes. Unbelievable.

Fantastic experience: This was the first time that I had visited Mission Hills dentistry, and it was the most pleasant dental experience I’ve ever had. All I needed was a front tooth fixed because I chipped it. they proceeded to fix my tooth without any fuss and I walked out of there with a new smile . very very happy. My former Dentist retired, Dr. Levine is now my new dentist.

Positive experience: I've had consistently great experiences at Mission Hills Dentistry. The staff is welcoming, the office is spotless, and the care is top-notch. My hygienist, Eduardo, is truly the best—professional, thorough, and always explains every step. I genuinely look forward to seeing him each visit. However, I did run into a frustrating issue regarding an implant. After a hiking accident in Sedona, AZ, a local dentist had to remove a tooth. When I came to Mission Hills, I wasn’t clearly informed about the pricing or insurance coverage. The implant was placed where the tooth had already been removed, but because the extraction happened elsewhere, my insurance won’t cover it. Had I known, I would’ve had the implant placed in a different area where a tooth is missing, and insurance would have helped. Now I’m stuck with a big out-of-pocket bill. That said, this is still an excellent dental office. Just be sure to ask detailed questions about insurance and pricing before moving forward with procedures. And if you go—definitely book with Eduardo. He’s incredible!

My experience at Mission Hills Dentistry was awesome! The office is beautiful, nice and clean and the staff is very friendly. I had Lindsay the hygienist do my cleaning and she was delightful, quick and smart. I usually hate cleanings and she made me feel comfortable and no pain.

His attentive method makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed during a dental procedure. He is very gentle and intuitive when he is cleaning my teeth and is ever-vigilantly watching to see if he feels I might benefit from a slight 'breather.' Eduardo provides services with professionalism, competence, and thoroughness. When he is finished you can be sure that your teeth are perfectly cleaned and without any issues. They care about their patients. Her office is also bilingual should patients prefer Spanish. Dr. Moorefield also really helped me out with my Invisalign refinement and retainers! She is honest and will let you know if the problem is serious or not. I would highly recommend a whitening Courtney does an excellent job!

Fantastic experience: Had my first extraction at Mission Hills along with having a (temporary) bridge installed. The permanent bridge is currently being made. The experience was top notch. No pain and Dr. Levine and his staff have a great calming way of dealing with his patients. I’ve also had other dental work done at Mission Hills and I couldn’t give them a higher rating. My exam was thorough and the office is pristine and run efficiently. I want to commend hygienist, Shirley, who did an exceptionally gentle and thorough job.

Positive experience: I liked everyone & ambiance was good. Cleaning and gum check was very good & smaller xray equipment was used which was what I wanted. This was my first time in this office as we had just moved to Naples. I was a little worried about changing from Dentist but now I am confident that I made the right choice by choosing Mission Hills Dentistry.

Negative experience: Hygienist very sloppy, my face was all wet during my cleaning and my teeth did not feel good after, they felt rough. I have chunks of not sure if it was toothpaste coming out of my mouth all evening. Also very rushed

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Mission Hills was excellent, I have found a home for my dental care! The moment you walk in you are greeted by ultra friendly staff at the check in/out desk as if you are family. I saw the dental hygienist Lindsey who was so warm & caring to ease my anxiety and deliver an efficient painless cleaning! The office was able to provide me an appt the very next day to immediately address a dental issue. Dr Levine was very knowledgeable and kind to repeat the detail treatment plan again and reassure me all would be fine…and it was. So glad I found Mission Hills Dentistry and will recommend this practice to family, friends & all.

Negative experience: While the hygienist was great, the dentist never gave me an exam. He only spent time with me trying to sell me Invisalign. I had to sign a document stating he presented it to me, which leads me to believe he gets a kick back from Invisalign for presenting it to me. I want a dentist whose main focus is the patient, and not how many high profit items they can sell.

Negative experience: At first I enjoyed this dentist but then they attempted to force me into a “deep cleaning” program. I have very clean teeth and have never had any issues. The program was pitched to me as voluntary but when I attempted to opt out of it I was told it was mandatory and the dentist wouldn’t see me again unless I agreed to it, which I did not. Fast forward and I’ve been to a new practice several times now and never had any issues or been told a “deep cleaning” was needed. New dentist says my teeth are very clean and no issues to report. A shame this dentist is running this type of business attempting to bully customers into something that isn’t needed to make money.

Lindsay (I hope I spelled that right) is hands down the best dental hygienist I've ever had. I had absolutely zero discomfort during even deep cleanings. That is a first for me. Lindsay is extremely efficient and always happy to answer any questions you may have about your dental health. She's a real pro. I would highly recommend this dental group to anyone, whatever their condition. Everyone at Mission Hills is friendly and accepting to patients. They don't judge you, but they do map a way towards improving your dental health. Then they get to it. They really commit. I'm more than happy with them.
