Fantastic experience: We’ve been visiting Dental Ark for six wonderful years, and our love for it keeps growing! The caring staff and doctors have watched my kids grow up, making us feel like family. My kids always look forward to their visits because of the warm, friendly treatment they receive. Thank you so much, Dental Ark, for always providing such a positive experience!

Fantastic experience: From the receptionist to the dentist, staff is nice and attentive. Their service is great. The hygienist specifically is very good at making my child feel comfortable and gives great tips to help with dental hygiene.

Fantastic experience: The Dental Ark has been a great experience for my 6 mos to current 16 mos. The staff has been informative and genuinely seem to be interested in my son's overall dental care. We've had 1 apt that ran nearly an hr late but things happen and it was only that once. I would highly recommend this dental office to any parent for their child.

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience in the Dental Ark clinic, the staff was so comforting and professional, the Dr. that completed the evaluation and treatment for my son was incredible, excellent patient manners, every step was explained and all questions answered. The dental cleaning is super welcoming and every area and equipment is clean meticulously. Absolutely an awesome experience, easy to set up follow up appointments. Negative experience: The first time me and my wife took my daughter, everything was great. The second time we took her. I didn’t like they only let one of the parent inside. I didnt ask my job if I can leave early from work so I can be sitting in the lobby waiting for my wife and daughter. If I would have known I was not gonna be allowed inside I would have stayed at work and just let my wife take her. Considering staying with this dentist or not. I like to be involved and hear what the doctor has to say, especially when my kid has an issue.

Negative experience: I have been taking my kids since they were 3 months old. It started out ok, but then it got strange. I had unknown charges for my daughter. They kept saying I owe money for my daughter when I take my son for his appointments. They never bring up the charges for my daughter when I take her. They always have money in my kids account. Why is there money in the accounts? No one can answer me or my husband. My son also had 4 teeth pulled because they did not fall out on their own and he said it hurt so bad. I do not like that parents cannot see the procedures being done and have to sit out in first waiting room. Because of this my son does not want to go back to the dentist. My kids never see the same doctor and at times the wait is too long and there is hardly anyone waiting in the waiting room. My kids are 12 and 9 and the last few years the quality has gotten worse.

Negative experience: I took my then 4 year old for a check-up and they suggested FOUR CROWNS. I was completely shocked. I went to get a second opinion and Smile Magic only suggested one filling. Thank God my father in law is a dentist and let us know that some other dentists will try to extort money out of their patients. Apparently it'll be cheaper and safer to buy a plane ticket across the country to visit his office instead, than to get fair and ethical dental work here. TRICARE INSURANCE HOLDERS BEWARE they over treat at this office. Unethical and money hungry.

Fantastic experience: Today my daughter had an tooth abstraction and Ms. Valles who attended us was Amazing! She explained before and after the procedure. Ms. Valles provided high quality customer service and care for my daughter and I as well as she offer a place where I was able to work as I waited for my daughter. I want to thanked Msm Valles for the care she provided my daughter and comfort overall!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff is always friendly, caring, and understanding of each child’s medical history. My daughter has an invisible disability and they always take that into consideration and do all they can to make her comfortable at every visit. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best care for their child.

Negative experience: such a sad uncomfortable experience, while getting my teeth cleaned they were making fun of my overbite i understand yall go to school to learn about pretty teeth but you don’t need to degrade others for not being perfect. we’re obviously going in to get them cleaned and fixed we could do without the guilt and embarrassment from these unprofessional people.

Fantastic experience: Today I got a white filling from Dr Steinle who was Very Informative about the procedure and what to feel. And his assistant was also Very kind and helpful during my procedure. They were Awesome and I felt very comfortable even though I was slightly nervous but They both put me at ease. I'm glad my father picked Dr Steinle to do it today and I would recommend The Dental Ark to anyone that needs a relaxing experience during their dental visit. Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly. I've had some back and forth with services my son needs and Carmen has been excellent in following up and answering all my questions. The dentists here are so kind and very thorough in explaining what's going on. The facility is also very clean and large. Highly, highly recommend.

Negative experience: Terrible. I had an appointment at 9am for my 2 year old who broke her tooth. 1 hour later and we're still sitting there amongst 20 other pissed off looking parents. All the parents with toddlers had to leave. DENTAL ARK GET IT TOGETHER. Communication with your patients parents would really help! We had to leave because no one was moving! They kept telling parents they did not know how long the wait was. Do not waste your time there. So disappointed and moving to EP Dentistry for Kids,i was able to get an appointment for 11am.

Negative experience: Their staff members are very nice to the kids, this time I am rating at 2 stars because my girl surgery took 3 and half hours. If I respect the time of my appointment and I am on time then it should be the same in return. I ask for better organization on the appointments as some of us have to have to return to work and 3 hours late it’s a lot.

Fantastic experience: The staff was professional and courteous! They're knowledgeable and the dentist took her time explaining everything about her examination. Everyone involved in my granddaughter's care interacted with her in a caring and friendly manner. I recommend this clinic!

Negative experience: I have long time coming here and today was the worst services ever. I now my daughter turn 18 years and I come with her because continue my dependent and I pay for her dental insurance. Went was turn to go to the customer service the lady was so rude telling me she need to fill the form I don’t have her form but in still I ask the lady ok with my phone number and she continue telling me she 18 have to do the forms . But they need to be more customer services in the front and get the example of the lady’s from the back. And no only like that getting out of the office the lady was talking with other clerk and telling her everything in the front of other parent of other child.

Fantastic experience: I love taking my children to the Dental Ark because the staff is so friendly and nice, they are so quick that in 30 minutes or in a hour (because I get there 30 minutes before) my daughters and I are out. Also they answer any question you have ♡ I have no complains at all

I know I haven’t been the best patient doing the things I’ve needed to to but they always just encourage and make sure that you get what your looking for. Loved my experience here and will always recommend this place to anyone that needs work or just a simple cleaning. Negative experience: Why can they tell me before hand that only certain doctors can see my kids. The tell me when am there when I already took my kids out of school. Better communication is needed!! If this was already happening why not re-schedule me BEFORE my actual appointment.

Negative experience: Worst experience with Bridger Allen. I found it very alarming when he refused service after I questioned my concerns about the sedation process. Mr. Allen was very inconsiderate about my concerns and was quick to refuse service and claimed my child’s cavities where not that bad and that could possibly go away on its own. It is very saddening that Dental Ark was such a dubious and untrustworthy dentist.

Fantastic experience: I really liked I could go inside with my baby. They respected my decisions without the uncomfortable questions that doctors do when you request something different. It just took a while to get called I was in and an hour later I was out for just a check up and cleaning for my little baby. The place is beautiful and the doctor and the dentist assistant were very patient and nice.

Positive experience: Had to come here due to Stevenson's dental ark being unable to see patients. The actual facility is really nice, however the staff is no where near as friendly and welcoming as the staff at Stevenson's. I was considering just staying at this location because it's closer, but once Stevenson's is open again I'll definitely be going back for staff.

From the moment I got off the phone call I knew I was going to be taken care of. The dental hygienist, the dental assistants and the Dr were amazing and attended to my son quickly and took his pain into consideration. Highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I feel like their level of friendliness and professionalism has decreases i had never had the experience until the past couple of years but seems like its getting worse. Today i even considered looking for a new dental office for the future.

Negative experience: I typically had been happy at this dental facility prior to this last appt . They do not allow parents to go with toddler patients for dental work. The assistant who was going over the dental treatment plan seemed to get annoyed when I began to ask questions and for copies of forms I was signing.

Negative experience: I came to bring my grandson for his appointment he was set for a appointment at 1pm and still waiting already 2:30pm and still waiting they scheduled to many people that they can't manage their appointments now alot of people just waiting I guess they just see dollar bills while people have other things to do. Just saying if you can't handle your appointments set up only what you can handle for the day kids getting cranky and crying. While frustrating other parents.

Positive experience: The team was very friendly and helpful to me when my electronically challenged self could not figure out how to check in at the computer. I did not like that when they took X-rays of my daughter they did not put the protector over her. Other than that I felt that the dr was very thorough.

Fantastic experience: My child’s visit was great! Checking in was easy through their computer system. The front office staff provided the school note and the next appointment before leaving the office. The Dentist and dental professional and was genuinely interested in my son’s health. The hygienist performed a good cleaning interacting with my son every step of the way. They gave me suggestions to improve my child’s future visit. The staff cares for their patients. We have been customers for over 2 years. I am and will continue to bring my children for their dental care needs.

Fantastic experience: Check in process Front Desk: Super helpful. The Dental assistant that received us was great from beginning to end. Explained everything in detail. Didnt even have to ask any questions! The Doctor was caring and very sweet! Overall its a great environment for the kids and made me feel at ease with my sons treatment plan.

Positive experience: The wait wasn't too long, our first time there. I liked how they take the time to give us a tour of the clinic, and explain what each section is. The staff and dentist were nice and gentle with my six month old daughter. Will be returning.

Positive experience: At the outset I was ready to leave after waiting more than an hour past my appointment time. Once we were called back it was a great experience (as much as dental work can be). My child is a nervous, anxious dental patient and every employee we interacted with was calming, knowledgeable and professionally friendly.

Negative experience: This place commits medical fraud constantly by encouraging patients to get things they don't need. Before moving to el paso my kids got xrays taken by their previous dental clinic and this place wanted to do it again so they can have their own... UMMMMM isn't that exposing my kids to extra radiation unreasonably??? They just want money that's all. Also, you go in for a cavity and then they tell you, you need 7 more things done and hey let's get it all done in the same day smh....

Fantastic experience: Both my sons have been coming here for since they were babies. My oldest is 16 and my younger one is 8. This was the first time in all our years coming here that I felt uncomfortable with the process. The wait was longer than usual which didn’t bother me because I took them out from school for the day. Once we got to the back the young lady who I never saw before was very nice seemed very knowledgeable. It got hectic when the older lady who I have seen before and who has seen my sons. She seemed like she was rushing the other young lady. The appt got messy. They didn’t even check my sons BP I had to bring that up. My oldest’s BP goes up at the dentist. The older lady starts working on my younger son. Seems like she is rushing and pulls the table too hard and the suction breaks off. She asked the younger lady to help fix it but it couldn’t be fixed. A gentleman comes in who I’m familiar with and the older lady tells him it is broken which makes the chair out of service. He asked how did it break and the older lady did everything but tell the truth the SHE broke it. I felt so bad for the young girl cause I know she felt like the other lady was trying to make it seem like they both did it but she did it by herself. The older lady just seemed like she was over the day when if she just left the young lady to do her job our appt would have been better and I wouldn’t be writing this. Let’s hope we have a better experience next time like we usually do.

Positive experience: The girls in front are most of they time, rude!! I hate the computer check in system that they have . half the time the computers don't even work. I find it funny that they insist you wear a mask wether it not your a client YET they never wipe down the computers! Their so worried about germs yet there is germs all over the mouse !! I can't wait till may kid is done with her braces their. I guess on a good note her braces did very well for her.

Fantastic experience: Been taking my son there since he started teething, he's 12 years old now.. Everyone has always been so kind and caring. Doctors and assistants always so professional, very considerate and always made my son feel at ease. My son never complains about going to the dentist. He gets treated good and no need for facility to entertain him with anything. Meaning, everyone is super efficient so we're always in and out.

Negative experience: My son had an appointment at 8:30am. They forgot about him, I asked the front desk. They didn’t call him to the back until 10am. He Didn’t get seen until 10:30am. The staff and the doctor in a hurry, a hygienist didn't even see him to do his cleaning. The dentist examined him, did a hard floss put florid and said no cavities and send us on our way. I have been bringing my kids here since they opened. NEVER have I experienced so many patients there at one time ,their staff was so far behind and unprofessional and not knowing what’s going on. Or will to give a proper explanation.

Fantastic experience: Courteous and efficient staff, short wait time, highly experienced dentist and orthodontist, excellent communications, and very clear explanations. My 6-year old was very comfortable and was not fearful or anxious.

Negative experience: We came here, because my kids needed a Cleaning. When they did the X-rays & everything they both had cavity. So I went to schedule an appointment, but when ever she started giving me the pricing she said I had $100 deductible for EACH child! Which I found very odd since I have NEVER had a deductible. So I asked them if they were in network with my insurance they said yes. So I called my dental insurance & they said that I DID NOT have a deductible (the insurance guy was confused as well to why they were charging me an extra $100!) So I asked the lady why I was being charged the $100 for each & she started arguing that I did have the deductible and had to pay. I was like uhh I used to work at a dental office and I would verify the insurance so I knew she was lying. Long story short I went somewhere else & didn’t have to pay no deductible even the new place I went said they were just taking Advantage of me. Be careful coming here.

My son came out talking positive that they treated him very nice and it didn’t hurt him despite I was not able to go to the back with him. We recommend Dental Ark for your kids dental needs :)

Negative experience: Horrible I went today for my kids routine check up I went in 20 min before my appointment and they didn't see my kids until 10. I was there for 2hr 30 min that is ridiculous. That is why I went before time to speed the process. I definitely think I will be changing dental.

Fantastic experience: I like that they meet our needs. I was very anxious about my sons treatment and he started feeling nauseous. One of the staff members (forgot her name) was so kind and took him to walk around the facility I also loved that they let me see through the glass window as my son was being treated. Staff is courteous, friendly and attentive. Drs. Are always nice too!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my daughters to Dental Ark since very little and they both love it! All of the assistants are so nice and the Doctors as well. I definitely recommend this place! ❤️

Negative experience: My son needed some dental work on his adult permanent teeth (fillings) which was split in 2 appointments. We requested white fillings not silver, on the fist appointment they did the white ones but some how on the second appointment they “accidentally” did silver fillings. We brought it up to them after the work was done and they tried to blame it on us because we didn’t mention it to them. After they looked into it they realized it was in the treatment plan and they messed up. My son had to go through extra work to remove the silver fillings and do the white ones. Yes they fixed the problem but my son had to go through unnecessary work. They told him that if he would take better care of his teeth this wouldn’t happen. They messed up but decided to pass the fault on to a 15 year old. Never again would I take any of my children there. I will tell everyone I know not to go there. This is not a place to make mistakes. There is just no excuse for what happened.

Fantastic experience: Recommend The Dental Ark everyone is so friendly love you registered at the computer and call you in fast they explain everything and made my son feel so comfortable and answered all of our questions. Even on how much services cost for the next appointment. Thank you for such for being fast and efficient. 10/10

Fantastic experience: The Dental ark is by far the best dental office we have chose from out of living in 2 different states. The staff members are very nice, caring and do their best to make sure you are well took care of. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: After 3 years I decided that the last 2 visits were horrible service with the front desk lady and some of the dental assistance. They don't have patience for children with their rude remarks. My son is autistic. My child is not the type to run around all crazy. My son sits quietly in the waiting area but is very afraid of the dentist. He asked for a sticker after their horrible service and they didn't give him one or a silly toy. That's ok. We will not waste our insurance or time with these people. Don't take your kids here especially if you have an only child they love to rub that in your face because you give your child extra love and care. As a school teacher I have patience for children and my husband is a contractor knows how to be professional with people. I guess we had high hopes with Dental Ark but they don't meet our standards.

Fantastic experience: This was truly the best experience we have had with our child's dental care. The staff was fantastic and my daughter felt so comfortable and relaxed. She's excited to brush her teeth tonight and is already asking when she can go visit the boat again

Fantastic experience: Every single person at this business was so kind, not only to me, but to both of my kids as well. The customer service, cleanliness, organization, and quickness of the whole process was just hands down a 10 out of 10. I've been taking my kids there for 6 years and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon, highly recommend.

Negative experience: I arrived to my daughter’s appointment 30 minutes early, furthermore, I was told about that from the front desk receptionist. But waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes after my appointment time…not acceptable. If you’re going to have me wait for hours, at least provide comfortable seats in the waiting room. Sitting on wooden pews can damage someone’s back.

Negative experience: Horrible communication skills. First time I tried to make an appointment I was asked for my call back number and assured me they would call back in about 10 minutes. A week later I was still waiting on them to call back. I called and let them know my experience. I got an appointment to see the Orthodontist two weeks later. Only to find out when we got there that the Orthodontist appointments were only on Thurs and Fridays and they had me down for a cleaning on Tuesday!!! Time was taken off work to meet our appointment!!!! Lost time for working people. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: the wait isn’t the greatest, but it’s quicker if it’s an earlier appointment. However, I really like the staff and how they make my little one feel when we visit. They’re patient and playful and I love that they address her too when they ask questions. Had a wonderful visit today like usual
