Fantastic experience: My experience was OUTSTANDING! I needed a cap for a tooth that had been filled but the filling needed to be redone. Dr. Chala and Royce worked together and "capped" me up! They were very attentive and attuned to my anxiousness and stopped at intervals. It waa what I needed and put me at ease and I was able to relax while they finished. It was a PAIN free visit. An easy repair and my temp cap fits very, very well. Will I be back? You bet I will. I am confident they Dr. Chala, Royce and the Greenbrier Konikoff team know what they are doing. It doesn’t matter which associate sees me they are all so very qualified, professional and courteous. I am very impressed with the timeliness of being seen, you could really teach others a lot. And of course I can’t imagine not having Dr. Wissenk as my provider, she is extremely knowledgeable and beautiful.

Fantastic experience: Dr Andrea Wissink, at Konikoff, has treated me for several years & is fantastic. After x-rays showed a cracked crown, I decided to put it off. When it began to bother me, she was able to quickly treat me. Communication was awesome, & I didn't feel any pain the entire time (unlike other dental experiences). I will be relocating out of the area, but if not, would definitely continue to use her.

Dr. Wissink is knowledgeable and answers my questions in a clear and timely manner. Through her affable demeanor Dr. Wissink reduces any concerns or anxiety that patients may have prior to - and during - dental procedures. I continue to be impressed with the quality of my dental care services and the friendliness and accommodating attitude of the members of the office staff. On 08/21/25, I underwent a 6 month follow - up dental hygiene procedure. My dental hygienist was both friendly and professional during the procedure. She explained each of her interventions and was always attentive to my comfort level. Dr. Wissink performed a thorough examination of my teeth and gums. As always, Dr. Wissink was both friendly and informative.

Fantastic experience: I fractured a filling on one of my teeth where multiple other dental offices had worked on and assured me they could fix. Went in today, the Dr fixed the filling, it feels great, and honestly the best part was it took them less than an hour to see me, do the evaluation, and fix the filling. Easily worth the $150 for the whole thing.

From getting an appointment to have my teeth cleaned to seeing my Dentist, Dr Chawla (excellent Dentist) it's never a problem, although I've had to call in or be notified if someone cancels, if my preferred appointment day is not available. The dental office is clean, modern, with front office staff that's friendly, courteous and professional. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr. Wissink and Dental Hygienist Summer has been awesome!! Over the past two years, I’ve been under Dr. Wissink’s care through two root canals and a filling, and every single visit has been wonderful. From start to finish, both Dr. Wissink and Summer have been nothing short of amazing, kind, patient, and most of all incredibly gentle. Dr. Wissink really took her time with me. I never felt rushed during an appointment. She always stoped to listen to my concerns, answer my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. When it came down to my crown, she sent to a specialist to make sure it was custom matched with my other teeth. And she sent my crown back and rescheduled my appointment because the crown wasn’t “perfect”. She would not cement it in until it was done right. There was even a day I called the office in severe pain and Dr. Wissink literally paused her day to call me back within minutes. She had already sent a pain relief prescription to my local Walgreens and showed genuine concern that I was uncomfortable. That kind of care is rare, and I’m so appreciative! And Summer, she is hands down the sweetest, most gentle, and most thorough hygienist I’ve ever had. These two make an incredible team, and I honestly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Highly, recommend Dr. Wissink and Summer if you want compassionate and thoughtful care !

Negative experience: Great facility until it is not. The staff up front and the technicians have always been amazing and it’s a shame I won’t be back due to the horrible attitude of the Nasty billing person who has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. They attempted to charge me months later for some ridiculous bill for X-rays that is covered. The previous person said it was special X-rays that I would never need. This new person states it was for the remainder of what the insurance wouldn’t cover. I have never in my entire life ever paid anything for yearly X-rays. Nasty attitude with this billing person who actually hung up on me. I will never spend a dime in this place again!! Good bye!!! Update to generic response. I did reach out to your office multiple times and the last time the nasty billing person hung up. They couldn’t care less of a 15 year client and they have zero people skills representing your business!! You want to fix this review. You give me a real person to contact that actually cares about their client and relationships!! Thank you!!

Positive experience: The Dr is fantastic and works with you but the cost to adjust top plate is crazy for seniors with fix income. My top plate is lose but after what they showed me the price to adjust them with 4 little rubber cups were I said no and I'll live with a lose upper plate. Can't afford it on fix income and it's not covered by insurance.

Negative experience: The initial experience was good. However, as time went on doctors came and went and when I needed to reschedule an appointment when I called on 8/15/24 there were none until April 2025. I left voice mail about 10/20/24 to cnx. April Apt. I did not receive a call back. I received text to resched, I replied no I have a new dentist. On 11/5/24 I went in person to canx. They had no record of my appointment.

Fantastic experience: In for my bi-annual check-up, all is well! My regular hygienist is on vacation. However, the young lady who stepped in was wonderful. Gentle, did a through job. Very professional.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with all female providers. I was not rushed, but the appointment was on time and efficient. Everyone was kind and attentive. They asked multiple times if I had questions, and they were willing to work with my move schedule to get a retainer fitting in while I was still around. Their calendar stays full but it’s worth the wait!

Fantastic experience: This dentist office is always professional, kind, and quick. The staff is exceptional and I the dental hygienist team is great! I had the same hygienist for 6 years, she moved, but my new one is just as awesome! AND the office is so technologically savvy. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Fantastic experience: After having a horrible experience at Alencar Family Dental, I went back to Konikoff and immediately felt so much better. They had to redo a filling that Alencar had just done and it was so much better. They used the numbing gel and went slow and worked with my anxiety and talked me through it all. Dr. Mitra Mirmotahari was an absolute angel, as well as my dental assistant that day who was able to get conversation going about animals and a mutual friend we found out we had to ease my anxiety. They made sure I was okay and very soft spoken and reassuring. I had a full anxiety attack at Alencar, their nitrous gas was a scam- they couldn't even get it to work and they still charged me even though we took it off after it not working, tried coming back in anxiety meds, it didn't work, I was just crying and shaking while they injected. At Konikoff, yeah it was uncomfortable but nowhere near as traumatic for the exact same procedure. I'm so happy I came back here and I hope Dr. M is back when I'm back in 6 months lesson learned to NOT change around again

Fantastic experience: Wonderful and comfortable dental cleaning! I could tell right from the beginning of my visit that my hygienist, Elisabeth, cares about her patients. She is very calming, gentle, thorough and efficient. She explained her process while cleaning my teeth and included suggestions on how to continue the care of my teeth. Negative experience: While looking for a new family dentist, I called this location to see if they were taking new patients. The person that answered the phone was so unwelcoming. Told me they were taking patients for November/December. I say that's fine and she told me call back closer to that time. My thing is if they are booked to November if I call back closer to that time they may be booked out another 5 months or so. Why not register me as a patient so I can get an appointment. Either way I'll keep searching because it's clear the receptionist does not want the extra patients and paperwork that comes with it apparently.

Never did I feel pressured or told I should do xyz with my teeth. I was at my previous practice from age 12 to 36 and made a switch to a new dentist and I’m so happy I did. Fantastic experience: I have been going to corner cop dentistry off of Volvo parkway for at least 8 or 9 years. My hygienist Rita is one of the best. The office is always professional always has everything set up on time I'm in and out in an hour and they are very thorough. I've had three other dentists but Konikoff is by far has been the best. I have even recommend them to a friends who also had good experiences.

Negative experience: Beware Military dependents on United Concordia. Konikoff is now trying to shift 100% of full procedure costs to the patient instead of military contractual agreement that the share is 50% like always for copay Spoke with 2 different Konikoff employees, 1 was the treatment billing coordinator. Both stated they changed their policy that people arent paying their co-pays so now they are charging 100% of costs. So I contacted United Concordia from their parking lot and 3 different agents, supervisors confirmed they (konikoff) cannot do this it violates their contractual agreements. 2 seperate agents from United Concordia tried calling Konikoff Volvo parkway location to resolve they (Konikoff) refused to get on the phone with them, The other agent from United Concordia was hung up on by Konikoff. United Concordia made notes gave me a refrence number as United Concordia has started an Investigation on Konikoff. You can change policy all you want but not IF it violates the contracted percentages and price agreements you made with the military. By doing so you would now be considered out of network not 100% participating. This was very shady why I say this, it wasn't until I walked back in with United Concordia on my cell phone and konikoff dropped the 100% to 50%. But I thought it's policy? Just makes you wonder how many dependents they got to fall for this. Either way they picked the wrong dependent. Konikoff there will be no me calling to discuss anything, you had your chance to make it right when I was right in front of you with my ins provider on the phone. But stated it would revert back per your policy to 100% payment up front after this time. Have fun explaining yourselves to the Insurance company.
