Fantastic experience: My husband and I took our 3 year old son for his first check up here. The office staff was nice and friendly. The Dental hygienist was amazing with my son and got him to open his mouth for the x-rays, I thought for sure he wasn't going to cooperate.The Doctor was also great,he explained everything to my son and he willingly opened up and let him examine his teeth. Once he was done, my son got a certificate for no cavities, a pikachu toothbrush, toothpaste, and a toy. The hygienist was even nice enough to go to the back and bring more toys for him to choose from. In the waiting room there is games, tablets, and toys for the kids to entertain themselves with while they wait. The place was very clean and service was fast and efficient. Minimal wait time.I would definitely recommend this place.

Negative experience: Horrible service from doctor!!!!! Looked at my daughters teeth and said she has a baby tooth come back in 6 months thts it thts all nothing else… no explanation or anything …. No hello in the beginning or no thank you or see you later

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so nice and had a lot of patience with my toddler who went for the first time to the dentist! They had toys in the lobby for her to play with and they even gave her a toy to take home after her first visit!

Negative experience: Last appointment my son was traumatized and now any dentist has had his anxiety through the roof. The dentist here refused to let me be a parent and try to reassure my son during procedures. Do not go here. The staff itself are nice,but the dentist won't listen to the parents or your child!

Fantastic experience: Me and My wife was looking from Rancho Cucamonga for a Good Pediatric Dentist! We couldn't agree on a place. Then we visited our 2 year olds pediatrician. They gave us a list of qualified Pediatric Dentist Near Us and Childern Dental World was on it. Gave them a call and scheduled after memorial day. Showed up and office staff was very professional and the Dentist did the check up and made solid recommendations going forward. I only wish it was easier to find them on google. Highly Recommend them and their team! Thank you Again.

Fantastic experience: I have brought all three of my sons here for many years now. I have always had great experiences. The staff in the front desk are always cheerful and polite and always Very helpful. The doctors and staff in the back are very patient and work extremely well with children especially small children that are harder to work with I am extremely happy with children’s dental world and Will remain bringing my children here my kids love it and always feel comfortable here. Their waiting room has a lot of different things to keep the kids entertained from all ages. They have an iPad station Playhouse area basketball courts. Etc This place is amazing

Fantastic experience: My daughter love coming in here. There’s another children dental close by my house but I prefer not to transfer because I love how they treat everyone in here. They’re all nice and I’ve never had any problem going in here. Until now, they never disappoint me and my daughter for choosing this place. Lastly, they spoil the kids lol

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is so sweet! When I say everyone, I mean EVERYONE! The kids love it because they have a little play area and they give gifts. It’s very clean as well! I made an appointment expecting to take a month or longer, I got one the very next day for my 11 year old. I loved it so much I made an appointment for my 1 year old and that one was also the very next day. Check them out!! They will not disappoint! Also my 11 year old had to have 5 baby teeth pulled, that did that the same day! They also were so sweet and kept checking on him because he wasn’t happy about it. But they did it so quick and gentle.

The staff always manages to talk her through it and make her feel comfortable. I’ve never had to wait long & the front desk always calls to schedule / confirm every appointment.

Negative experience: First time with our oldest (4 YO) and our last. I didn't appreciate the amateur customer service from front desk. She was pretty young, and didn't know the answers to a lot of basic questions as far as insurances and things like that. I should've walked out the Minute I noticed the time on the clock was way off, but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. 2nd, privacy isn't really a thing when discussing patient information. Door was wide open, and I asked to close it, and the young male assistant looked caught off guard by mine asking. Still, I assumed, this is our first time, maybe this is normal? But they would also yell down the hall or out the room to each other. Nonprofessional. And the cherry on top, is that they rushed my oldest bc they were behind schedule, the lobby was full, and ended up needing 3 people to hold my son down. The 4th person was trying to get our youngest (3 yo) seen right away, while they were still working on my oldest. Dad had told him no, not today, and He kept pushing for an explanation, but everything dad said didn't stop him. Dad (my husband) then blatantly told him he wants to focus on our son, bc he's scared and the guy is taking away his attention. He still tries to question husband, to which husband sends him my way. I was in the lobby with my youngest when he asked the same questions. I told him no, he was adamant on pushing my son to be seen. Every response he gave pushback and so I just told him no. And we can find somewhere else to see my son, and he switched up real quick. To sum it up, we shouldn't have to explain ourselves. No means no! And for a children's dental place, they sure didn't know how to deal with children. All they want is your money, they have zero respect for parents or privacy, and are unprofessional. This experience traumatized my son, and we will not recommend to anyone. On the plus side, the front is nice for kids to play, and the paintings are nice.

Fantastic experience: I like bringing my kids to dentist more importantly they also like it. The nurse’s are so pleasant and kind. We’re been herw sine 2021 and counting.. my son had dental emergency and they offered me same day appt. My son felt better tha ks to Mary Anne , she was patiently explaining things to my son so he wouldnt feel soscared and Dr . Le was gentle and kind. The dental Assistant was great.

Fantastic experience: I recently took my five-year-old daughter to this dentist, and she had a wonderful time. The staff was extremely friendly and provided exceptional support for her, even though she was apprehensive. They have a designated play area for children in the waiting room, complete with a television playing cartoons. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: We have been here a few times and each time my kids leave happy and not afraid. The doctor explains the process to them in a way they understand. My kids love coming here, actually ask to come anytime they feel any discomfort, aside from their regular cleaning.

Negative experience: Very upsetting to hear my daughter needed 7 molars removed! When I advised that she had a cough that day, they insisted they could at least do half. When getting a second opinion, the new dentist advised no molars needed removal. It looks like they were just wanting to do unnecessary treatment to my child.

Fantastic experience: Brought my four year old here for her first dental experience ever ! Staff is super friendly , fast services and we love the decor and kid friendly environment. Happy we found her a dental office close to home we’re both Comfortable at!

Fantastic experience: I came for same day emergency dental care due to my son having horrible tooth pain. They attended him quickly but attentively. Very nice staff, patient, & quick. Literally all I can ask for as a mother. They calmed me down & made sure he was in good hands. I was allowed to be in the room the entire time as well. He left happy with a toy

Negative experience: My daughter needed a tooth pulled, she cracked it while biting on ice! The dentist insisted it was a bad cavity, and it would not be able to get repairs just pulled. So I agreed to get it pulled.. The way the dentist handled the entire situation was really terrible. I have 3 other kids and they were with me. He went on to tell me I need to work on helping my daughter brush her teeth better .. even though you have a lot of other issues “ pointing at all 3 of my kids. He literally called my kids issues. They strapped down my daughter and the whole experience was traumatizing. In the middle of my daughter getting her tooth pulled I was trying to comfort her and the little nurse lady kept tapping my shoulder asking me to sign a paper, I told her can she please wait a minute. She would not stop she just kept asking me to sigh it. And she was persistent on booking my daughter another appointment. I was only concerned about the current situation as my daughter was bleeding a lot. They did not even give her gauze! Blood was all over her shirt and I had to ask for gauze as blood was dripping all over her and all over the floor. I had to ask the front desk for gauze on my way out. They were more worried about getting her pre booked to come back.. in the middle of the extraction.. rather then giving her comfort. There is absolutely no way I would recommend a children’s dentist that displays zero empathy for something so scary as a tooth extraction. At any age that is very scary!! The way they treated my children by calling them issues.. and just ripped her tooth out and let her bleed.. didn’t try to make sure she was cleaned up or comfortable.. I’ll never forget that. I wanted to mentioned the dentists name here.. but when I did call back to get his name the receptionist wouldn’t give me a name.. she just named some dentist who worked there. Which was Dr. Le or Dr.Jowel Kim.. He was Asian I believe? If they take pride in being good dentist then why can’t they tell me who pulled out my daughters tooth and gave her and I such a bad experience? It’s like they know they don’t treat the patience’s well.. otherwise it would have not been a problem to give me the name of the person who called my kids issues while pointing a finger at them. And not only was the experience terrible.. the dentist said my daughter would need to be on antibiotics. It too 3 days for them to call in her antibiotics. I have been using the same pharmacy for years! I have never had any trouble and they just kept blaming my pharmacy. This place seems nice because of the prizes, and the games in the waiting room. But it’s honestly best to go where there is actual empathy and care for the children… It’s unacceptable how they treated me and my kids. OH , for all the “ good reviews “ Please be advised they have a big sign up that says they will give you a Starbucks gift card if you leave a positive review! So I’m not sure how honest all the positive reviews are.. But I can buy my own Starbucks. I’m not going to lie for these people who treated me and my kids like garbage. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Took my 8 year old boy here after an unpleasant experience at another dentist and was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service and the amount of care they take with the kids. My kid was helped out by an assistant named Luis and his friendliness helped my boy feel a lot less nervous. Would recommend to any family!

Fantastic experience: We came late due to a wrong address (our own fault) but the place is very understanding. The staff (front desk, nurse and doctor) is very kind, polite and patience with us. Our daughter love the experience, and she is looking forward to her next visit (in 6 months). Recommended!

Fantastic experience: Its a very nice place, pretty paintings on the walls, nice staff and its always clean, the waiting time was short. There are lots of toys in the toy box.First dentist that I went to that actually has good toy options. The lobby is really nice toys, big TV, and ipads.

Fantastic experience: I really like the way they handled my son he usually cries with any other dentists but with this one he didn't and he was very calm they do such a good job in keeping kids happy and not make them feel uncomfortable! Would totally recommend for parents who want a dentist who won't let your kids cry! Also the office experience is amazing they are patient with you and are organized!

Fantastic experience: Came for my kids but they accept adults also. From the moment I walked in the whole Team greeted me, from Abby, Amanda, Luis, Mary, Stacey, Jasmine and Dr. Le. They all made the experience stress free , and everyone who tended to me walked me through every step of the way until I was done. Keep it up. I'll be back soon.

Fantastic experience: First let me say that Amanda is amazing. She helped by explaining the procedure's to me in detail. Helped calm my nerves. The rest of the staff to me take pride in their work and in helping the patient. This is now our dental office. I am extremely grateful my friend recommended this office for their amazing staff.
