Fantastic experience: Kind professional staff keep you informed of your insurance status which I like! A lot of extra effort to keep me informed about the health of my gums and teeth. Hygienist Audrey is the best. Dr Alexandroff is a professional who knows her patients and remembers there dental history when doing exams with follow up questions and helpful advice.

Fantastic experience: Difficult to get hygiene appointments. If you can get one be sure not to miss it.

Positive experience: Love the offices. Love doc Christine. Very professional exam. I was not able to view my own X-rays from my chair so I had difficulty following along with her detailed analysis. Brandi, the hygienist gave her own interpretation of the exam which confused me a bit. (Language she used was somewhat different.) The price of my treatment plan is quite steep for me so I wonder whether I can afford such premium service…which is what it feels like. Very professional organization.

Fantastic experience: My son was anxious about having his wisdom teeth removed, but Dr. Roman and Dr. Christina’s kindness, reassurance, and patience quickly put him at ease. I’m so grateful for their compassion and the way they made him feel comfortable from the very start! Dr. Roman removed my son’s impacted wisdom teeth, and I was amazed at how seamlessly everything went! My son had no side effects from the anesthesia and was impressed by how quickly the procedure was over. That same day, he experienced almost no swelling or bruising, and by the very next day, he was already eating solid foods. Within a week, he was fully healed — no dry sockets and no “chubby bunny” cheeks! This was the complete opposite of my own wisdom teeth removal experience, and even my son’s friends were jealous of how minimal his recovery was. They used his own blood, spun it down, and made small clots to place in the sockets, which clearly made a huge difference. I’m truly amazed by Dr. Roman’s skill, expertise, and the results. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Roman and Dr. Christina to everyone — they are both outstanding, and their practice is absolutely 5 stars!

I am 72 years old and have had many dentists work on me and without a doubt, the Alexandroffs, are the two softest touch professionals I've had the pleasure to meet!!!!! These two give new meaning to the words, "patient care". It would be nice if there were a couple of chairs that were higher??

Fantastic experience: Dr. Roman Alexandroff is a kind and friendly dentist which puts a patient right at ease. I am thankful Dr. Curtis Felman kept me informed during the entire procedure while replacing a crown. He also checked to make sure I was pleased with the result. Both are top notch. Teresa Ficken is a gem. She truly is the best hygienist! Bailey is a great assistant with a calm demeanor. Haley provides excellent customer service and with a friendly smile. Sydney is a problem solver, proficient, and always cheerful. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here now for several years. All hygienists that have worked on me so far have been great! Very friendly staff and always ready to help and educate me on how to best keep my choppers in top condition. I've been fortunate over the last years to not needing work that needs a dentist, so can't really give feedback on fixing and restoration type of work. The dentist is inspecting my pie hole regularly and I think he's doing a great job.

Fantastic experience: Today I came to the office to have a panorama scan of my mouth in preparation for a dental implant. It was quick and easy. The dental assistant was very nice. The only thing I would recommend is that you put a hook on the wall in or outside the room so patients don’t have to put their jacket on the floor. Thank you for your great service.

(This is an updated review) 5-3-24 Again I was in the chair to receive the best dental care possible. I am always grateful to see Dr. Roman and his friendly staff. There will always be a smile on my face.(This is an update) 2-27-25 I went in for my semi annual cleaning. I was greeted by the front desk by name. Very joyfully even though I was running several minutes behind. I was taken back and had my teeth cleaned and a general exam was done by Dr. Alexandroff. I'm still great full for him and his team for keeping my teeth healthy. With all there hard work my over all health has improved. I'm always excited to see them and continue to trust them with my smile.

Fantastic experience: Professional, pleasant and efficient dental staff. Explained projected cost of appointment prior to appointment and the dental plan with projected cost after appointment. This is the most extensive and through dental exam I have ever had. Dr Christina Alexandroff explained what she doing during the exam, assessed my head and neck…jaw and lymph nodes as well as soft tissue in my mouth…tongue/rhroat. I have some problems occurring with cracking in a couple of my teeth. The dental practice has state of the art dental equipment. if you’re like me, you do not like to change dentist. I moved to the State last year, which necessitated getting a new dentist, and a friend of mine in the area recommended this practice for their excellence in care. I needed to wait about eight months for my appointment that I made last year, but it was well worth the wait.

Comfortable environment, professional front desk staff, patient receptionists on the phone, and best of all - the sheer top quality of professional work done by dentists and assistants. My first experience, and up to date as of today, was with Dr Feldman. I can’t tell you enough of the guy. He’s highly educated, extremely skilled, and does nothing but proficient top notch work. Blows my mind. I spent my entire life hating the dentist as a kid like most do, but even have as an adult, until I was 34 years old and found Alexandroff Dental. I can’t say enough of how well every single experience is here. All the dentists, the assistants, and staff are all the same caliber and for that reason I’m never switching. I’ve spent the last month and a half going here to get some cleanings, fillings, a root canals and a crowns, and they’ve done everything perfectly. Alexandroff has made me so much more comfortable with the work they’ve done and I’ve never felt happier smiling big. Special shout out to Dr Feldman, you’re an incredibly talented dentist and so are the assistants. My hats off to you sir.

Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue. A couple of years ago my prior dentist told me that one of the teeth supporting my bridge was deteriorating and could not be saved. He put me on a track for extraction and implants with high cost and surgery it would entail. A friend suggested I see Dr. Alexandroff for a second opinion, so I did and he gave me a thorough exam. He said there was a good chance the tooth could be saved so I could get a new bridge instead of implants, though he couldn't guarantee it until he did the work. He also was upfront about needing implants if he couldn't save that tooth, but at a more reasonable cost than proposed by the prior dentist. Dr Alexandroff successfully saved the tooth. I'm really happy with my new bridge. The process was much easier and at significantly lower cost than implants. The treatment process was done with professionalism, friendliness, and great care. With some adjustments needed along the way, Dr. Alexandroff stood behind his work and made everything just right. Dr. Alexandroff is now my dentist! I enthusiastically recommend him.

But you guys were so efficient and treated her with such care that she was very happy with the outcome. Thank you so much for taking her in as an emergency Patient!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of the Alexandroffs since they opened their practice here. They have grown a trusted asset for us here on the north coast. They maintain a professional staff and personal touch, and keep up with advancing technology and tools and work to accommodate patient needs. Fantastic experience: I have not established dental care and have my 1st cleaning appointment in June. Last night my crown fell out and I called this morning and was given a noon appointment! I was expecting to be told I would have to wait or make drive to my previous dentist in Lake Oswego since I am not a current patient. If this is the amazing care they give to existing patients I recommend you get on the waiting list to be seen.

Fantastic experience: I was scheduled to get a crown treatment. It was very relaxing, as they have TVs on the ceiling and I was able to watch Netflix during the process. The dentist was very polite and knowledgeable and did a great job explaining my treatment needed. The dental assistant, Heather, did a wonderful job as well. I highly recommend this dentist in our Warrenton area.

I’ve been going there since they opened. Through the years I’ve seen how Dr. Roman and Dr. Christina seek to elevate their dental skills and endorsements so they can provide the best care possible. I’ve had several procedures done that took a high level of expertise. The whole office is friendly and helpful. There is a “family” feel that you seldom experience these days throughout the whole office. You can tell they care. I would not go anywhere else.
