Negative experience: I read the bad reviews and still I came because the overall it said it was a 4.8. Bad idea. Horrible experience! The dentist literally did not even look at my teeth before referring me to another dentist. I had to ask her to look and then she only tapped on my teeth with her metal tool. Dr. Nattasha is a joke. Maybe other dentist at this practice are okay. The staff was kind from what I saw. However, never will I ever go back or refer any one. I have never been to a dentist that didn’t even do a dental exam. Definitely just racking up the insurance monies. DONT TRUST THE RATING!!

Fantastic experience: It was a pleasure to walk into Smiles Dentistry as a new patient and was greeted with a smile by the receptionist. After I completed my paperwork within 7 minutes I was called and escorted to the back by the doctor assistant that had a warm and pleasant attitude. The doctor had the same attitude and explained everything into detail as she worked on me step-by-step.

Positive experience: I was disappointed because I did not get the hygienist who was to perform my cleaning. There were a couple of steps missed. I was told the person was standing in. Perhaps next time it will be better. I was told your request for a specific person needs to be in your record. Well, it was supposed to have been there.

I didn’t receive the same level of thoughtfulness and care regarding my post procedure protocol. Plus, the bleaching solutions wasn’t well contained, because I experienced burns on my face as well as serious skin irritation on my lips

Positive experience: I’ve been a patient at Smiles Dentistry for about 10 years. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating, and I’ve been very satisfied with the service. However, the wait times to schedule an appointment have become a significant issue. The wait times are approximately 6 months, and there’s no room for rescheduling if an urgent issue arises. I am giving careful consideration to finding a new dentist.

Negative experience: Dr. Nattasha is nice. I miss Dr. Anuja Patel she was very caring and took alot of time with you. I usually don't post anything negative, the hygienist didn't introduce herself, didn't floss or thoroughly clean my back teeth and then she slapped some paste in my mouth without telling me what is was.. I had to ask what that was.. it was varnish or something like that... like I said I don't post anything negative but this is my 1st bad experience there. The staff are mature and courteous. This was the first time since I've been going there the waiting room was full, I understand everyone is not there for the same thing but I've been going there now over 5 years and never saw the waiting area that crowded.

Negative experience: Smiles Dentistry’s billing staff and the Practice Manager have done nothing but look for ways to sack me and my insurance company with financial responsibilities that are not ours and in fact, belong to Smiles. They have not accepted responsibility for their billing misinformation and error since 2024 up until this very day. I have not received full services and Smiles staff is constantly asking me for money and/or asking me to be patient while they resubmit paperwork over a year old to my insurance company for Them to pay the bill. They made a grievous error and instead of adjusting their accounting for the loss, they demand everyone else pay for it. I’ve lost patience and they no longer have the benefit of the doubt. They cheated and continue to cheat me and I refuse to accept this extortion because they made a mistake and gave misinformation as to my cost. Dr. Patel was a good leader and would have resolved this a long time ago as the boss. Dr. B, I’m sure is not hurting for money and I find it ridiculous that an office of her caliber could be so dishonest and irresponsible. Take the funds out of the billing receptionists paycheck. She made the original error. Maybe she can afford it. I do not recommend them. It is too late for compromise.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful staff of dental professionals and front desk crew! They each make sure to care for and provide your dental needs with excellence. I had a unique experience whereas my insurance was due to end within that week. The dentist, hygienist, and staff worked tirelessly to fit me in throughout that week to complete my care which enabled the use of my insurance until the last day of coverage. I highly recommend Smiles Dentistry for all your dental needs as I have for several years. SMILE PRETTY!!

The front desk ladies are really kind, patient & most importantly, professional! My hygienist name was Robert. I’m not gonna lie, I was hesitant at first because men aren’t normally as gentle and it’s already a really uncomfortable process. But he was so gentle!! So kind! So informative! And he cleaned the heck outta my teeth! I told him thank you a least 5 times . Ms. Barthalomew was super nice and GENTLE as well! I came into work today and told my coworkers they need to switch to this dentist office. I appreciate the kind and warm welcome! Looking forward to my next appointment in February!

Fantastic experience: My experience was great. This was my first visit it was such a pleasure to meet so many nice people in one office setting. My assistant, Ms. Angie, and my Dentist Dr. Natasha makes an absolutely incredible team. When I initially arrived my anxieties were high. After entering the treatment area they even comforted me with two warm blankets, that was another experience I've never had before at a dentist office. Fantastic experience: I was terribly disappointed. Apparently Smiles has implemented a new procedure for appointments that i wasn't aware of. My appointment was secured 6 months previous to the actual appointment. When time came, I confirmed my appointment. Days before my appointment, I received a different type of confirmation request stating that if not responded to by a certain time my appointment was subject to cancellation. As soon as I was aware of the request, I responded but it was after the specified time. I arrived for my 11:00 appointment, unbeknownst to me, another patient was given my appointment and I waited almost 30 minutes before I left. None of the office personnel shared with me the new office policy. I drove a total of three hours and wasted a half tank of gas. Fast forward, I called into the office after receiving a text message that stated I had not shown up for my appointment. I called the office to speak Dr. Bartholomew but was told she was unavailable and would have no input. The office manager explained their new policy, rescheduled an appointment for the same week. I arrive for that appointment only to sit and wait almost 20 minutes because the patient before me arrived late. Lastly, I'm already consulting with other dentists. Smile's has lost attentiveness to customer service and common courtesy. Good-Bye

Positive experience: I always have a wonderful patent-provider experience but I do find some administrative practices to be less than professional. I am noticing excessive poorly worded signage throughout the practice. Examples: stating if a patient is late they will be rescheduled. Another instructed the reader to not leave stuff on the counter and accompanied by the worst Word Art image. This should be an internal discussion with the staff because a patient would not leave their stuff on a counter. I hope you find this feedback helpful to improve the presentation of the office.

Fantastic experience: From the 1st encounter with the front desk staff at check-in to checkout the whole experience was great. I especially LOVED how my treatment plan with cost was presented, explained and signed by me. The professionalism along with simple friendliness was just what was needed to make the visit a seamless one. This office has it together. I am actually looking forward to my next appointment. I will definitely recommend this office to friends and family. A one stop shop is great. When it's time to evaluate for braces or retainer, I know I'm in good hands.
