Negative experience: Deeply disappointed in my level of care after several years of coming to veenstra. Had severe nerve pain coming from a tooth that had a large filling put in a few years ago by the team. Today I come in and Dr. Rachel who was only person available immediately refers me out of office to another office when I explained I could barely think my head hurt so much. She immediately focused on it being the tooth that already had a root cancel instead of the tooth with the nerve. I asked her to test the pain and she used a cold tool . When it was on my tooth with root canal no pain but the teeth she touch with roots I felt the cold. Just got the feeling she wanted me out the door whether I could see straight or not from the pain. Now it’s 5pm and I’m in pain in the lot trying to find another doctor to take me. I was in Office in January for the same tooth and was given at least tooth paste to treat sensitive tooth. Both times the doctors identified the tooth could be a problem. Now I need probably an emergency root canal and I’m being told go someplace else. Well I will and am canceling my future cleanings and never coming back. Years of of trust lost.

However, like a good mentor, he left the practice in most capable hands with his son Eric and now Dr. Noah. Fantastic experience: I had some issues after having work done by another dentist and wanted a consultation to get a second opinion. Dr Rachel came up with a solution very quickly and the pain is gone. Staff are friendly and competent and the offices are bright and welcoming. After my long time dentist decided to no longer accept my insurance I have found my new dentist.

Fantastic experience: My name is Yolanda Howell and I was experiencing excruciating pain on the right side of my face over the weekend. It was unbearable to eat. I was able to get an appointment the next day after I explained my situation to the receptionist. Dr Veenstra along with his very personable assistant found the problem and addressed it expeditiously thus relieving me of this horrid pain. I am pleased with the service I received from the initial call to the procedure that took place. I am looking forward to my follow up visit next week.

Positive experience: I would give 5 stars for being a nice facility and friendliness of the staff... Have to cut back slightly for my own personal peeve which... Changing gloves everytime you deviate from the patients mouth (changing images, typing notes etc). Great office otherwise

Fantastic experience: I was greeted kindly. I came late as I was confused by the location and I was told I may have to wait which was fine as I was 15 min late. However, they took me immediately and I was seen by Dr Eric promptly. Gabby and Dr Eric could not have been nicer. I am in the market for a new dentist, so I explained my concerns. I felt very comfortable and felt the evaluation was reasonable and not overly exaggerated as I did with other dentists. I was quite comfortable with this office and decided to make an appointment and look forward to a happy relationship.

Fantastic experience: I love this dentist. My whole family goes here. They are so friendly and the place is beautiful. Their hours are convenient, too. I lost a crown on a Friday night and they got me in the next morning at 7:30am to put it back in. Very responsive setup for dental emergencies.
