Negative experience: Shows that they are a "emergency" dental clinic, LIES! They are very far from it. My husband was in severe pain, goes in for a "emergency extraction" and they are not willing to remove his 2 teeth the same day. Very unhappy with this place ive always heard of terrible things coming from aspen, but they were the only option for a "emergency" extraction. I know of someone who had a extraction and they pulled part of their jaw bone out, not this location, but never the less the same company. All they were interested in was figuring out how much money they could get my husband to spend taking pics of teeth ect. They had absolutely NO CARE OR COMPASSION for the pain he was in, didnt give him a prescription for antibiotics or nothing seeing he had a abcessed tooth. Sickening and place should be shut down. You are on the production line in this place, STAY FAR AWAY! Go to a local family dentist where people might actually care.

Negative experience: The drs broke everything down great found out my problem but them black employees at the the front of the lobby is a little to hostile and like they tried to force me to set a payment plan when ik I had insurance got mad n caught a attitude ik this because she gave me the paperwork n got up n walked away with an attitude didn’t even say have good day thanks for coming or no hospitality cause I told her I was gone wait on the payment plan I was going to call my insurance company to see what’s goin on

Negative experience: Edited to add- they gave me a refund because I didn’t get the service. I decided not use this dentist anymore if they were gonna make me pay for this service. Aspen responded that they gave me a refund but let me make it clear that they only refunded me (which I have to wait 10 days to receive) because I didn’t get the xray. They didn’t decide to not charge me for the service. NEVER AGAIN! I had an X-ray in April. I had $3000 out of pocket plus what my insurance paid (another $3000) of dental work done in May. One of the things I had done was a a filling. It fell out November 1st. It was a small filling on a tooth towards the front. I expected to go get it repaired, no big deal. No they want me to pay for a new xray which is $115 because they said it had been more than 6 months. They didn’t fill my tooth until the end of May and it fell out by November 1st. That’s less than six months since they filled it but it’s more than six months since they did the xray. (Barely more than 6 months) they made $6000 on me in April and May and come November 1st they think it’s fair to charge me another $115 just for an xray when I know the xray isn’t gonna show anything new when they do it. I accidentally pulled it out when I was flossing but they don’t care. They just want more money and it’s not right. So I paid the $115 but the more I thought about it the more it really bothered me. So I told them I changed my mind and wanted a refund and they said they would have to give it to me in a check. I said that’s fine. Then they tell me that it will be mailed to me in 10 days. The reason I wanted the refund was because I didn’t really have a $115 to spend on this right now and now I have to wait. Unless you are just balling, don’t go here. My old dentist would have just did it for free. The doctor wouldn’t even look at my tooth until I paid and got X-rays. Do not go here. They do not care about their patients and you are getting concerned and caring dentist. I will say the one lady I talked to was trying to be nice but in the end she stuck to saying I needed an xray for xyz. She there was a new dentist doing my teeth now so she wanted new X-rays. It’s not fault yall got a new dentist so why should I have to pay for new X-rays? DO NOT GO HERE! If they decided to make it right, I’ll come back and update yall.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with their scheduling process. First, my own appointment was canceled because they don’t open on Saturdays—even though the online system showed availability. Then, they canceled my child’s appointment without a legitimate reason. They claimed they had the wrong phone number when trying to “verbally confirm” my insurance information, even though I had already entered it when scheduling online. What’s confusing is that I still received their text reminder and confirmed the appointment as instructed. I’m not sure what’s going on with their system or communication process, but it ended up being a complete waste of my time.

Negative experience: BEWARE. My credit card was charged more than $1,500 under a "payment plan," but only minimal services (evaluation & xray) were delivered and billed to insurance. Verified from insurance that we owed nothing. So basically, no services have been rendered, no appointment was scheduled for the services until I called. This is fraud.

Fantastic experience: This is the most wonderful dentist office I’ve ever been to. The staff is amazing. Very professional and very friendly. I’m welcomed by name and by big smiles when I arrive. They cater to cowards so I ask for Novocain a lot. I wish I could list everyone by name. The three ladies in the front office are very kind and considerate. Dr. Joshi has the magic touch. Mia makes sure I am comfortable and pain free and tells me exactly what is going on. I arrive early and am in the back on time.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service! They were able to do same day and next day appointments which is great since I have very limited time. They were the only dentist office that was able to book me within this year. Although The wait was pretty long, I was treated with great customer service, and they took amazing care of me. I met the office manager, and she took great care of and even set up an affordable payment plan for me! I will be booking here again, amazing service once again!

Negative experience: My first impression started without any expectations. I called and got my father an appointment according to my work schedule since I knew I had to take him at 4:00 p.m CST. This slot was confirmed by the person who made the appointment, verified verbally and by text the appointment set for 4 p.m. CST. Ok great. I can work the remainder of the day without taking off since I work remotely EST and I get off @ 4 p.m. EST Well later that day I received a call from a staff member insisting that I needed to change my father's appointment to 3:30 p.m. CST. Of course, now I need to figure school traffic into the mix since we live in a school zone, and I now need to let my employer know I need to leave at least 30 minutes earlier 3:30 EST in order to make it on time for my father's appointment. I have to leave no later than 2:45 p.m. CST. And 15 minutes before I get off work EST. Now let me back up...when I say "insisting on a 3:30p.m. The only other option I had was to go to Montgomery. And I thought how unprofessional to this a new patient. When I ask if they saw patients at 4:00 p.m. I couldn't get a straight answer. I led back the latest I could bring my father was 3:30 p.m. Well I gave in for the sake of peace and it was for my father. My next question was can I provide her with my father's insurance information during this call. "No mam I can not. I am working and I was not expecting your call". After forcing me to accept the appointment, the call was ended. A few minutes later I received a call back to remind to bring identification and insurance information. Of course, very nonchalant and unconcern I said, "ok". Irritated at this point. Clearly this is about them and not at all concerned about the patient. I also had received a link to fill out the paper work which I was going to do prior to visit, but why make it convenient for them, so I waited until I got in the office to do the paper work. Well my father got called to back and I was still sitting in the front doing his paperwork, a few seconds Iater I was summoned to the back by my father. At this point, the dental technicians are discussing dentures, prices, and how the dentures need to fit and will do so appropriately if my father has a surgery done. Excuse me... this conversation went on and on for about 30 minutes, questions and shady answers- until I plainly stated my dad isn't having any surgery to get dentures. Who does this? Of course, I was offered to come back to Aspen for a second opinion-just for the 2nd opinion to be same. There's isn't a need for a follow up visit to discuss having surgery by your colleague. By now, dental tech saw that we were not bulging on selling us on surgery. So he made one last attempt and that was to let him take pictures of my father's mouth to discuss it with his colleagues and see if they can do anything. Uhh? And why? My response "you can use the films that you have in his file". And he said couldn't. Correct answer. That would be a violation of HIPAA. He ask again and I said "we are gonna pass". Pushy, pushy, pushy. I will never go back to Aspen. This was definitely not what I was expecting with the name "Aspen". Weird experience. Well I'll have to go back to where my father started to get what he wants and not what the business wants.

Negative experience: Advertise same day denture service but when I went there found out they don't really offer it. Had an emergency and needed partials quickly. They couldn't help me.

Fantastic experience: I felt so ashamed when I arrived and was questioning even showing up. I was greeted with nothing but smiles and warmth. Buy the icing and cherry on the cake was Sierra. She is truly your office gem. Her role and interaction is so necessary. She let me cry and together we formulated a plan to accommodate my goal. Fantastic experience: This office has an amazing staff who are kind, patient and above all, compassionate. The front desk receptionist was so very kind, and just seeing her interact with other patients made me believe there are still people who want to help others. I can’t leave out the office manager, because she was top notch. Just by the way she carried herself, you knew she means business. She was funny, yet she was extremely professional. Fantastic experience: Going from dentist to dentist and having so many complications and left with no answers is very stressful! But when I came to Aspen they gave me all my answers and actually took time out of their day to explain my problems, money that would be needed , and an exceptional treatment plan! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!! I was seen as a new patient today so no treatment right off the bat but to be given the information and cost of everything and being heard was a true blessing!

Negative experience: Be extremely careful with signing up for the Care Credit card they push because it will become a milestone around your neck.
Fantastic experience: The staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. Joshi is fantastic at her craft. Dental assistant Shania, hoping that's her title, doesn't want to downgrade anyone's position. The financial manager, Mrs. Howard, was excellent; I never felt good about giving my money away. It's a great place to come for your dental work.
