Negative experience: I literally waited an hour & a half just to be told the dentist couldn’t help me, kept trying to persuade me to pull a tooth that only has a cavity on one side of it. Money hungry while stating she wasn’t the best at her job. Then they have the audacity to ask me about my cleaning Chile please I’m never coming back in here. It was a terrible experience & I do not recommend.

She suggested I give her dentist a try because over the course of 20 years she was happy seeing the same dentist with no disappointments. She referred me to see Jeanette Sabur DMD. After two visits into my service plan I am happy to say I am happy I made the decision to choose this office and Dr. Saturday. The office environment is Clean, Beautiful Decor. Friendly Service Professionals assisting.

Negative experience: 10/21 - New Post LIES!! Why ask patients to call the manager office to speak with someone if you have a complaint? In addition, not only did I request a callback from someone last week after receiving a feedback text. I came to your office today at 10 am to request my x-rays and to ask about my EOB. I received a paper copy of my x-rays and I was told by the front desk clerk ,Fatima the office manager is busy. I knew he or she was not going to talk to me after I explain in details how I am very informative about my dental preventative care. Thanks to the expertise of being a former Clayton County University dental school patient, I practice my daily home care regularly. What's disturbing is I also requested my dental x-rays to be emailed to my dental office today because I had an afternoon appointment scheduled. Because this office failed to send my records by email, they could not examine me. I have to wait for their next available appointment. I will be filing a complaint with both GA's dental board and the insurance commissioners!!!! This is absurd and feels like retaliation because I decline a service that I felt like it was being pushed on me to receive from this office. I hate it when your insurance company is no longer in-network with your previous dental office. Therefore, you must search for a provider that is in-network if you do not want to pay out of pocket. Today was my first visit to this location, and my Last!! The front office staff and my radiograph tech were very welcoming. Unfortunately, my appointment with my hygienist did not go so well. First, my appointment was delayed an hour because I had to call my former dental office to request my last x-rays. In addition, I also called my new provider to ensure that both my cleaning and all x-rays were not an out-of-pocket expense. Please explain to me why patients are asked to provide insurance information and to complete a new patient form prior to their visits? Never mind! Second, what frustrated me about this visit is that my hygienist recommends treatments that I know that I do not need. I wasted two hours just taking x-rays and to be probe without cleaning treatment. I believe my hygienist did not clean my teeth because I did not agree to a deep cleaning. I do not need a deep cleaning every 3 months because I routinely go to the dental office every six months. That is why I educate myself on preventive care when it comes to my gums and teeth and listened to my former doctor(s) prevention management. After pulling up my benefits to verify what my insurance offers, she suggested that I come to the dental office every three months and receive Arestin treatments. Did I mention she noticed from my (x-rays) that I recently had a deep cleaning but kept suggesting it is time for another treatment. I believe because the office was closing for lunch, I was asked to reschedule. Her explanation, “I was closing in on my allotted time, and she did not want to rush my cleaning, therefore, I need to reschedule for a deep cleaning.” What!!! It was Not my fault what happened! I arrived on time! I agree with the last post that was written by a former patient about a week ago referencing “deep cleaning.” They will look at your insurance benefits to in your presence to verify how much they can charge you out of pocket. If you are not onboard with this office performing a deep cleaning, they will not service you. This happened to me today! Be very aware it is a scare-mongering tactic! I was so frustrated with her tone that I walked out without the doctor examining me. Yes, I will notify my insurance company what happened to me today. I cannot wait to see my EOB because I know what treatment I received today. Unfortunately, I am repeating this process of finding another dental office in-network who may or may not accept my new x-rays.

Fantastic experience: I had a long visit but a good visit. I was scheduled to have a bridge replaced. Once the bridge was removed a large cavity was found on a tooth and needed to be surgically extracted before the temporary bridge could be completed. I was successful in getting the tooth extracted and the temporary bridge completed during the visit. There was some waiting time but it was worth.

Fantastic experience: I want to highlight my hygienist Darlene! She gets my teeth pearly clean- she stresses the importance of flossing. She’s the best- thank you!!

Fantastic experience: Hello my name is Candesha Arrington. I am a first time patient at Dental Associates! I had my wisdom teeth taken out on 10/3/25. I was very nervous because I’ve never been in anesthesia before. But I was walked through everything that the dentist was doing before the oral surgeon came in and if I felt odd or anxious I was reassured immediately and I was out like a light. Woke up and it was time for me to go.. I would definitely recommended 10/10!! From the front desk to the back with the hygienist, dentist, and oral surgeon.

Negative experience: I did not like my visit here! The doctor was nonchalant about my pain. I don’t feel like I was taken seriously at all. The doctor was a Karen woman I believe, it wasn’t worth remembering her name. She said herself that she saw infection in my teeth but when I asked for infection pills she told me it wasn’t serious enough to receive any. I waited 3 weeks in pain and when I finally got in she told me to take ibuprofen. She talked over me and was just not professional. I will never go back RUN! Don’t waist your time!

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient, and I must say, I'm pleased with what I've seen thus far. Each time I've come, the wait time has been short. My hygienist, Denetria, was very professional, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. I learned more in one visit with her than I have in all my years as a patient at other dental offices. The dentist was also friendly and easy to talk to. He answered my questions and did not make me feel rushed. I left feeling encouraged and glad to have found this office.

Negative experience: I don’t know how the other Staff is because it was my first time there but they person that I ended up with was very rude and aggressive while putting equipment in my mouth and even hit my shoulder with the machine instead of adjusting it first I can only pray I won’t get the same person

Negative experience: I had a very unpleasant experience with Dental One. My initial appointment was scheduled for 7/25/25 at 1 PM, but it was changed because the dentist wasn’t available. When they finally rescheduled me a month later, they only took X-rays. The dentist never came to see me, and I ended up waiting for about two hours with no real care provided. The dental hygienist and other staff was kind and tried to be helpful, but overall the experience was extremely disappointing. Even though I didn’t receive any help, they’ve continued sending me several emails asking me to rate them. My wife had a similar experience, so based on this, I would not recommend Dental One. In my opinion, you’re better off going to a different dentist.

Fantastic experience: I needed some fillings today and Dr. Sabur had to do the work basically without an assistant and she managed with a smile on her face and like the professional she is. They ran a little behind schedule because an earlier patient did not get there on time. Things happen. So Grace had to be extended. I love my dentist!

Negative experience: Came here to get a tooth extracted i was told i had to come back to see another dentist which would’ve been another appointment.which i didn’t understand why give a appointment when you knew you couldn’t extract my tooth. So i had no other choice but to go to a dentist outside of my network the same day and get my tooth extracted. Which cost me $500 dollars because being in pain for a week was long enough for me..
