Fantastic experience: I have had my teeth cleaned , a new implant and a root canal done in a few months time and have been greatly pleased with the whole experience. Dr Gray could have taken the easy way out with my root canal but she meticulously took her time and did it with minimum evasiveness and saved me a lot of cost by doing so. Im not going any where else!!! Glendon Black!

Fantastic experience: Looking for a dentist, their ad caught my eye to start with. Stopped by to see about getting an appointment, which was scheduled for the next week. Met several of the employees at both visits and was very impressed by their professionalism and their kindness. I would highly recommend this place to any and everyone. They are a super team.

Fantastic experience: I have serious anxiety about going to the dentist. It is due to terrible dental visits from the army growing up. Dr. Dani and her entire staff is wonderful!! They made me feel comfortable. They really pay attention and listen to you. I’m still anxious but no where near what I was. Looking forward to getting back on track!! The dental hygienist and Dr. Gray made me feel extremely comfortable. They were both very knowledgable and explained the entire process to me from beginning to end and took the time to answer all my questions. The friendly atmosphere and professionalism here suggests that they really care about the work they do. They definitely prioritize patient experience and comfortability. I was offered water, chapstick, and other alternatives that might make the experience more bearable. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially people with dental appointment anxiety. My daughter was with me and they were very nice to her also. I will very likely be using them for all of my dental care now that I've found them. I would give more stars if I could.

Positive experience: My experience was mostly good and positive. My dentist Dr. Stein was very friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly competent. The only reason for the 4 stars is I think the staff could have been more descriptive and specific regarding the post OP instructions for my specific procedure. Other wise everyone there was very nice, professional and courteous.

Fantastic experience: This is a dental place that has it figured out! From the time I walked in and was greeted by name to the time I was taken back for my appointment. They were nothing short of amazing and helpful. I was offered water, a blanket, a pillow, an eye mask, even a massage in my chair all while having my teeth cleaned and taken care of. Dr. P. Fantastic experience: My regular dentist was out of town. I had severe tooth pain so I reached out to Renew dental and they worked me in immediately. Dr. Ray saw me and started me on antibiotics. I have to go see an Endodontist. I called back because I was in a lot of pain, they called in pain meds. Thank you for the kindness you showed at one of my lowest points.

Fantastic experience: The staff at renew dental were so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable during my appointment. The clinic itself has a great atmospehere and they even offer coffee and other drinks while waiting to be seen. They were very upfront with cost (which I appreciate). The receptionists and assistants were all very sweet and made an effort to engage in conversation with me. The doctor was very thorough and was even able to fix my issue same day. The dental hygenist was also very nice and informative on plan of care to make sure my oral health stays as good as possible. This will definitely be my yearly dental office from now on, I was very happy with my experience.

Negative experience: Renew Dental is the best dental practice ever! My most recent visit was handled expertly by everyone involved. Dr Stein and Abi are very caring and they keep updated on your general health issues. Sara at the front desk absolutely went the extra mile to work with my insurance. The office is sterile and beautifully decorated and with warm blankets and massaging treatment chairs, you feel like you’re in a spa; but no worries as their prices are very fair and competitive. I moved about an hour away last year, but they are definitely worth the drive. I attempted to leave an updated review on 3/24/25; however, I have a tremor in my hand and hit post accidentally for the old review. AND when I entered a revision it was not accepted. It was long, but there is no way to make this a short review. If you want the rest of my experience, just call and I will be happy to share. It was no mistake that I hit 1 star!

One of my greatest fears is drowning at the Dentist. The male provider whom did my daughter’s cavity treatment was very nice. I appreciate all the staff and I miss Sabrina whom I normally get.

Positive experience: I've been a patient with Renew for 3 years and have had great service. My most recent visit was subpar for several reasons, so I'm hopeful it was a fluke. The hygienist was new to me and seemed hurried and distracted. This is the first time that a routine cleaning hurt, yet my teeth don't feel as clean. She left at least 3 times during my cleaning to attend to something else. It just wasn't what Im used to at this facility.

The staff is caring, understanding, and just making sure your informated on everything. You can see They also go above and beyond to make you as comfortable as possible. At a young age, I was traumatized by a dentist. Therefore, I am always terrified every time I have to go! I didn't have a choice those time. I explained my experience with getting 9 teeth pulled at one time before I got braces. The staff did everything they could to make me fetl comfortable and safe. Fantastic experience: I needed a new dentist, so I called Renew Dental and got an appointment for the next day as a new-patient appointment. As it turned out I also got x-rays, cleaning, two fillings, and a needed crown on a cracked tooth they discovered. They don't recommend services that you don't need just so they can make money. I had my previous Dentist tell me I needed a caps on my teeth when I really did not. The process was very easy. I'm like anybody I don't enjoy going to the Dentist office. But Renew Dental change my mind. I was able to get in the same week I called, I had 3 appointments all on the same day, because I wanted to get as much done as I could before Christmas. Fantastic experience: The entire office is clean and chic. You never have to wait long and everyone is super friendly. I’ve been going for a year now to this location, and Sabrina is hands-down the best dental hygienist I have ever come across. She is always the one that does my cleaning and has great recommendations for dental hygiene products. I have previously always had discomfort in dental cleanings, especially around my gumline. With Sabrina, I never felt any pain. she was very attentive looking for the first moment that I might have some discomfort, which I never felt. Dental cleanings have always been scary for me. But not anymore I am a patient for life at this location.

Fantastic experience: I went to Renew Dental for an emergency crown replacement. They got me in last minute which was a HUGE plus. Everyone there was so patient, courteous, and kind!!!. I will definitely go back and will recommend this dentist to all my friends and family.

Negative experience: not impressed. Pre-verified all coverage prior to the visit for the provider to dismiss the opportunity to use Dental insurance that covers the cleaning stating “they recommend and can only offer a different cleaning that required 800 cash and could not be submitted to insurance” “ . No hard feelings but a bit Fishy…..think i’ll try somewhere else. Tons of great new providers in this area.

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal experience! The atmosphere was professional and relaxing, I especially liked the massage chair effect during my cleaning. The staff was friendly and helpful, I felt welcome and important. My hygienist was clear in explaining everything that she was doing, she was kind and helped make a trip to the dentist as relaxing as possible. Dr. Gray was amazing, kind, positive, and clear in the discussions about my health, and future visits. Sad I didn't find them earlier.

Exam and process of explaining what I need was indeed one of the best I have had from dentistry. Then talking with financial process was great. Every person I was in contact with was very compassionate, professional and friendly. Making appointments to accommodate my needs of a disabled spouse were great. For the first time in 12 years I have a lower partial that fits comfortably, they worked effortlessly to insure this happened. All of the staff is so kind and they really aim to make their clients feel comfortable. I really appreciate that they always give informed consent and are very patient and trauma informed. The massaging dental chairs are also a plus!
