Fantastic experience: A crown came loose over the weekend. It was intact and needed to be reinstalled. I called Monday morning at 8 am and was sitting in a dental chair by 9 am. They got me in and out with my crown back where it belongs. Dr. Eric and his staff are incredible.

Fantastic experience: I needed a last minute appointment for a broken tooth and was seen the same day. Dr. Eric and Belen took such good care of me.

Negative experience: Dr. Ben Lowry filled 5 cavities in my 6 year old. Said they were all very small and such. Due to insurance changes we transferred my child’s care to the office my wife and I attended. He had an appt 6 months after the fill. ALL the fillings had to be redone. Our dentist was shocked they had only been filled 6 months prior. He had not gone deep enough with the fillings so we not only had to pay Lowry 1400-1600 dollars but then had to pay another dentist to fix what he did wrong.

Fantastic experience: Lowry Dental is always a great place to go and get dental work done! My hygienist Macy is top tier, never pokes the gums and is super gentle and is a professional at it all!

With the excellent staff at Lowry they work with you find the soonest appt that works for you & your schedule! Everything you would ever want when having your teeth cleaned! And Dr Ben is also amazing! I would say he is equal part wizard and artist! Over the years, he has done an incredible job maintaining my teeth. He has repaired a tooth, I was certain would need a crown. When I've needed a crown, or two; they have been flawless and a perfect fit, the very first time placing! He was gentle and aware of potential discomfort and my teeth felt sooo good afterwards (clean-wise not necessarily sore-wise but that's on me) Dr. Ben was great as well, super wonderful to talk with and his exam was really gentle and he discussed everything and was clear about problem areas and things that are fine for now but need looking out on. Brian always does a fantastic job with cleaning my teeth and applying the fluoride treatment. He is a very engaging hygienist and great at this business. Dr. Ben finished the process with an overall look at my teeth and giving a thumbs up. Then Jovan took care of the business side. All in all, it was a wonderful visit. And I have been very pleased with the permanent cap that was put in by Dr. Eric's niece and Belen a while ago. Looking forward to the Christmas decorations being placed on the roof of the building!

Eric listened to my request for what I would like done on my teeth and the order in which I wanted them done.
